Pizza Hut Hamilton Scotland in South Lanarkshire

We got a takeaway from this place, first of all the pizza was cold and what I can describe as just about edable,our side was 6 mushy bits of reformed chicken again cold,the desert was pathetic small sized portions,to put it to perspective the ice cream portion was 90ml and really poor quality,certainly not worth 25 quid. Overall feeling of being ripped off .

My party of 4 adults and 3 children visited for first time following lockdown. Obviously rules and service has rightly changed and this review is no reflection on the hardworking staff. Pick up your own menu and cutlery on arrival and head for your table. Customers then have to order on their mobile phone which is not user friendly and long winded. If the kids hadn't been so hungry we would have left at this point. Instead we stupidly paid their extortionate, ridiculous price and waited for extremely mediocre food. Why the waiting staff could not have taken the order whilst staying safe is beyond me. McDonalds can do it even when their system (which is much more efficient than pizza huts system) is out of commission. Decision makers at pizza hut HQ have made sure "service " does not exist in their business anymore. How can they possibly hope to compete in what's now a very competitive market. I feel so sorry for their staff. Get it together pizza hut, small independent cafes are providing better service, better food whilst remaining safe!!

Went along with my son. On entering the manager was too busy having a chat with one of the servers to bother with customers. We were eventually shown to our table. I noted several other tables nearby that had been vacated but no cleaning had taken place. There was food coverage on the floor throughout with evidently no attempt made to clear this up despite the place being very quiet. Instructed to order via phone app however no staff member approached to ask if we needed any assistance. Half the items on the menu were not available. I ordered a "green salad" was given a tiny bowl of lettuce, cherry tomatoes and grated carrot. Very evidently the salad had been stored in an extremely cold environment rendering it tasteless and frankly disgusting. Not impressed at all. Overall the place was filthy and very badly managed. Would not recommend

First time visiting since reopening and we knew it would be different but felt they could still have got it a lot better. Ordering via an app and plenty of spaces between tables . The app wasn’t the easiest to navigate and the kids were getting impatient . Anyway no refills ( but price not adjusted accordingly ) . Salad is a green salad or coleslaw . Also Bacon bits. No idea why you can’t just say what salad you want . Would be so much easier . Waitress comes with food that you have to lift off the tray yourself . Considering she has put it on the tray in the first place I found this very strange . The kids pizzas had far too much tomato base on them and very little else . Quite disappointed with the experience . Been to a few under new rules but was not impressed with Pizza Hut and normally visit a lot with the grandkids but won’t be rushing back

So decided to venture out To Pizza Hut restaurant for our first family Meal since lockdown and really wished we had not bothered. Understandably things have changed since lockdown but felt uncomfortable with so many conditions and rules on entering building. The staff were pleasant but think they could tell we were stressed and unhappy with the new ordering system they have in place so that you can order your food. Menu was restricted, couldn’t order the food effectively and pay fir it as it wouldn’t accept gift vouchers we had so ended up having rely on waitress taking order anyway. The food tasted good but poor value for money we felt. It was stressful with two young kids and the table had limited space to enjoy meal comfortably. Really disappointed, wish we actually had takeaway instead as it would have been cheaper, easier, less stressful and more comfortable. I won’t return back to Pizza Hut based on this last experience. Used to regularly attend with kids but new socially distant ordering system ineffective and the time wasted on ordering wasted our evening.

Visited here with my son as we received by vouchers at Christmas it was lovely not overly crowded and the buffet was superb. The staff also were brilliant

Visited for a quick lunch. Used a taste card so was buy one get one free. Great starters and even better pizzas. Great value. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Recommended

We were staying at the holiday inn express and popped in for some food. Quick service and pizza was freshly cooked to perfection, really enjoyed it.

I've used this a few times when stopping in Hamilton on Business, and it's opposite the Holiday Inn Express which suits. Salad always looks very fresh, service, and staff were excellant, and food was out in great time

Pizza Hut lunch buffet is always a great treat and so reasonably priced. Huge choice of salads and pizza. Being vegetarian they always make whatever I like especially even though there is a vegetarian choice. Very helpful and friendly staff. It’s a pleasure to go and eat at this restaurant.

Been to pizza hut's in Johannesburg , Kissimmee and here in Hamilton . In all of them have always had a great meal , great service and left well satisfied.The brunch buffet at Hamilton is well worth the money , always have the mouth watering jalapeno poppers and fantastic choice of salads and accomplishes then a vast selection of pizza .If you want a cheap family lunch through the week definately make the pizza hut your choice

Quite visit other day while waiting on kids at pictures. Seated quickly amd happy, smiley server came and got my order. Food was fine no issues. Service was great cannot remember her name. Table had napkins under it to stop it rocking. Only downfall. Good place. Great service

Visited here in evening and was very busy. Pizzas, French fries were excellent, very nice and piping hot. Staff welcoming and informed us of special offers and our server was very pleasant. Very family friendly with lots of children in with parents. Quite noisy but lends to atmosphere. Good selection in salad bar with dressings of your choice. Disabled friendly with wheelchair access and toilets were clean with plenty of soap dispensers and hot air dryer. Decor very nice and restaurant was warm on a miserable night outside. Definately go back here as close at hand to cinema and retail park.

Visited here a few times and always found it nice for a visit. Pizzas and salad bar is nice and fresh and the staff always friendly. Can feel a bit busy at times but it's not the biggest of places.

Its a Pizza Hut. Not been in a while as I think its expensive but we had a sharing pizza and the free salad so not too bad.

We didn’t know that the buffet wasn’t an all day buffet so were quite disappointed as we had missed it by minutes. However, the very nice waitress took our order and we headed to the salad bar.

Comimos aquí en 12 hoy con mi hija de 13 años y nosotros nos ha dejado enfermos, con diarrea y calambres estomacales. La mayor pérdida de 20 libras que pasamos. La pizza (buffet) estaba helada, que sin duda no han ayudado, la pasta y salsas eran también frío. La corteza estaba muy grasienta y no parecía fresco y algunos de los quesos probado inusual. También vimos los niños tomar rebanadas de pizza y ponerlas de vuelta. Yo tenía planes para el resto del día que he tenido que cancelar. Yo no volveré.

Fuimos un domingo por la noche con mi familia, no demasiado concurrida una noche pero tengo que decir que nos quedamos muy decepcionados con el servicio. Nos recibieron bien y asignan una mesa. La camarera era bastante amable cuando ella finalmente apareció a tomar nuestra orden de bebidas. No irn bru y sólo sprite que no por favor dieta mi marido! Como habíamos estado esperando lo suficientemente largo también pedimos nuestra comida completa al mismo tiempo. Nos dieron nuestras ensaladas, comieron y las bebidas aún no había llegado. Como ella no estaba para nada cerca de nuestra mesa pedimos otra camarera que nos trae las bebidas que como nuestras pizzas estaban sirviendo. Después de que ella nunca vino! ! Otra camarera tenía que ser traer nuestra factura y pagué y luego así que no tuvimos que esperar más.

Just visited tonight. We've stopped over in Hamilton overnight on our way to North Scotland. Came here for tea. Was served by Sarah who was just fantastic. The food, service and everything was as it should be. Thanks Pizza Hut.

Él era extremadamente profesional y genial con los clientes y de los niños, muy amable y simpático. Las pizzas eran frescos y bien hecho con un número de opciones para el buffet. Quizás nuestras expectativas eran demasiado aquí alta. No solemos visitar Pizza Hut así que quizás esto es 'la norma'.

Sábado almuerzo, el período de la semana, entramos nos llevaron a una mesa por un hombre joven. Nos dijo que nuestro servidor sería, que parecía lleno de sonrisas y explicó el menú. La comida parecía muy rápidamente, muy bien presentada, recién preparada y caliente. Ensalada estaba llena de ensaladas frescas, no pegajoso ladels. Muy buena llamada. Nuestro camarero era atento y siempre un gesto de la mano. Pedí una 'doggy bag para restos de pizza, parecía a menos de 2 minutos. Aseos en la misma planta, limpio, fácil acceso, para personas con discapacidad.

Received a 2for1 voucher after our last visit to Pizza Hut. Met by friendly staff and order taken quickly. Nice and quiet on a Wednesday late afternoon so nice window seat. Salad bar was well stocked and tortilla crisps and salsa...my favourite and not all pizza huts have them.. 2 fresh hot pizzas , big salad bowls and huge drinks with refills just over £15 . Excellent. We normally go to Kingsgate East Kilbride branch but will return to Hamilton.

Good buffet, clean restaurant, we'll stocked salad bar. Pizzas were needing restocked and the slices we took were lukewarm. Fresh pizzas were put out on the hot plate and they were delicious. Hot, fresh and tasty. Good value for money but the 2 waiting staff were lethargic and mostly unavailable.

We went with our son and ordered mains & desserts. We were served our pizza and told our sons pizza got 'caught in the oven' so would be another 5 minutes. It wasn't until the girl walked away I remembered he hadn't even order pizza! Probably looking a bit perplexed while not touching our pizza, another staff member approached asking if everything was ok. I said no, we're still waiting on our sons spaghetti. Another 5 mins or so later it came out, boiling hot, so by the time it was ready to eat he'd shared our pizza as we didn't want to eat without him, so he barely touched it. I'm not one for complaining so kept quiet, until desert! I ordered the hot waffle, my partner the cookie dough. The wee man had ice cream so we went ahead and filled his up. 10 or so mins later the cookie dough arrived, the waitress saying 'your waffle will just be a minute'. Once my partner was finished his cookie dough, and the kid was well finished his ice cream and getting bored, I was served a stone cold, fresh out the packed waffle.As soon as I cut it I knew, so tasted it to be sure, and sent it back. We were offered no explanation as to why it took 15 minutes to serve a cold waffle, and how it could've taken longer than the hot cookie dough?! And with the lies told over the kids main meal being late, and the lateness meaning he didn't even eat it, we were shocked that all they did was remove the waffle from the bill.Again, I hate to complain, I expect a certain level of service should be provided and when it's not apologies or offers to compensate should be made. This just was not good enough, and we will happily never return there to eat. That was 50 quid for our shared pizza, the kids meal, and one dessert, with 2 free refills drinks, and awful service. No thank you.

We visited here for my sons birthday on September 10th. The food was fantastic. Free refills on our drinks, and unlimited salad bar. The staff also made an ice cream up with a candle to sing happy birthday to my son! He loved it. Hreat food and lovely staff. Will definitely be back!

When we arrived the computer systems were down. The young girl greeting us told us things may take a bit longer than normal as everything had to be done manually. This didn't seem to cause too much trouble we got our order no problem and food was good. Waiting staff were all very pleasant and courteous and we had no complaints.

I have always avoided Pizza Hut but during the school holidays we ended up there again for the second time as the kids where wanting to go there. We where greeted by Maria who sat us down, made us feel welcome and even for a high chair for my daughters bunny to sit. Guided us through the menu and set us up for an excellent lunch. Because we where made to feel special that visits and the this one are what memories are made off and all kids talk about is can we back and have lunch at Pizza Hut cause we love Maria but also the the ice cream that goes round and round. Keep up the good work. Thanks Maria.

We visited on a Saturday evening to celebrate my daughter's birthday. There were 7 10 year olds and my husband and I sat at a separate table in the restaurant.Food was fine, hence why 4 stars, but the service was fantastic - 5 star plus. So much so that it has prompted me to leave this review. Makes such a difference when eating out to have a friendly can do attitude. 2 of the girls were running late and the staff were quick to put us at ease saying it was no problem. Throughout the meal the staff were friendly, attentive and good at their job. Dominic in particular deserves a call out as he was fab.Would definitely recommend on the basis of the great service.

Only been in here a couple of times but the food was nice.pizzas were good as well as the salad and the staff were very helpful. And it was clean too would go back it makes a nice change.

My partner and I went here for a quick dinner and were greeted promptly and seated by a friendly worker. She ensured everything was to our liking and came back to us for our order in a timely fashion. Our pizza was cooked to perfection. I've been to this pizza Hut before and it was quite disappointing but that was on a busy weekend whereas this was midweek. This pizza Hut has a lot of parking available and has disabled parking bays and tables accessible on a flat surface for those with mobility issues. The disabled bathroom was also very clean however the toilet flush only worked if you pushed the level up before pushing down. Staff seem very compassionate and understanding of disabilities. This visit was really good. I couldn't complain about anything. The only thing I would say is I wish the takeaway pizza Hut in Wishaw offered the heavenly veg pizza that's available in Hamilton as it is fantastic. I would definitely visit again.

I have visited this restraint since my son was young. We visited on his 9th birthday and the staff as always are amazing with him. Recommended

Always get good service here. Staff are friendly & chatty. Salad bar can get messy understandable but the staff do try to keep on top of it. Love the soft drinks machine which is free refills & has different flavours of fizzy drinks and squash and you can add your own flavours. I'd recommend strawberry Pepsi Max - yes it sounds horrid but it's very good! Pizzas are always good. You can take leftovers home in a box.

Stopped in for a quick lunch before heading to the cinema. Staff are all excellent - friendly and attentive, constantly cleaning tables, floor etc. Food was a mixed bag - we went for the big sharer deal; pizza was so-so, could have easily come from a box in a freezer, sides were ok. Pudding of cookie dough was much better.Overall it was ok - but probably won't be back.

Had a nice wee lunch the macaroni was delish my boy and pal enjoyed refilling the juice lol the free salad bar is a good shout

Stopped in for dinner last night with eldest niece and from the moment we stepped in till we left, the service we received was excellent!! We did have a wee problem: niece ordered spag bol and waitress came back and told us they had run out so we went for nuggets and chips and when our dinner was brought out lo and behold our original order of spag bol was on the tray. Waitress explained that there had been a problem in kitchen and that there had been one left. Good thing it was noticed before the nuggets and chips had been cooked hehe. Dessert was fab! Would i go back to this PH? Yes! I prefer the layout of this PH to others i've been in and staff were so lovely and friendly.

The food is always good, the staff are great too, happy and very helpful. If you have kids this is a great place for them. Plenty of tables although busy at peak times. I totally recommend a visit if you are nearby. However a word of caution, this particular visit of mine I was meeting friends on a Monday night for a leaving do. We all met at 6.30pm. We ate and chatted and had a really lovely evening together. As it was a Monday we sat for ages afterwards as it was quiet and no one needed our table. Staff were lovely and patient as we enjoyed ourselves. We all eventually left at 10.30pm. A week later the three people from our party who drove (and parked right outside the window of the restaurant) each received a fine in the post for £70 for being over three hours in the carpark. This Pizza Hut sits in a retail park, along with other places like McDonald's and Argos etc. However don't think you are part of pizza hut space when you park in their area outside. Your car gets photographed going in the entrance of the retail park and again when you come out. The car park is privately owned by Euro Car Parks Ltd and they don't differentiate between someone parking there to pick up an item at Argos or a genuine customer of a fully licensed restaurant. Ie.its reasonable to think it won't take three hours to pick up an Argos order but it is reasonable to spend a longer time in a restaurant especially if it's an occasion like a get together for someone leaving their job.We complained to Pizza Hut and they were lovely about it. They contacted the car park company on our behalf. Although we all appealed on line too. They regularly get staff who get these demands in the post. It won't put me off going but I will avoid triggering the fine in future. I felt it was a real injustice and Pizza Hut could lose business if this happens on a regular basis. But the letter is quite official and could be scary for some people receiving and they might pay it when they don't have to.

Food and service was great, however value for money was poor! Portions were very small! Would not go back here for a meal again!!

I like this pizza hut, I feel that the interior layout is simplistic and welcoming and the service and food is consistent with the other branches of the restaurant across the UK. I always enjoy eating in pizza huts, and this one was one of my favourite pizza hut layouts.

We love Pizza Hut in the family. There is little we can say other than the pizza's are excellent, tasty with great flavour.The service at Pizza Hut in Hamilton is also very good. We tend to book online and this means there has never been a wait for a table. My only criticisms are: (1) the size of the tables when you have four people with large pizza's in front of you and (2): the noise! I suppose because this is a low cost, family restaurant you expect noise so be aware: it can get very, very horsy!However, great place to eat as a family on a budget!

Waitress was very friendly and helpful, explaining the menu and the buffet. There were plenty pizza's and replenished efficiently when required. The salad bar was full to bursting. A customer spilled a drink and the staff were very quick to clean up and avoid any accidents. The pizza's were all delicious. The buffet is well worth the money, so if you have a big appetite you should be very satisfied.

Visited for a treat as we hadn't been for a while. Love the new set up with the bigger range of self service drinks. Food was just as good as always with some nice new starters and the usual free salad. Service was faultless and the waitress seemed genuinely friendly and interested in talking to us. Will definitely be back.

I visited on a fairly quiet night and was served straight away, and ordered a one of the pizzas where you can select your own toppings rather than go for one of the standard choices. The order came quickly, was well made and tasty and the salad bar was OK without being that exciting. The restaurant is clean and looks quite new or refurbished, the staff pleasant. I would certainly go back.

Contrary to what others are saying I actually believe the service in this Pizza Hut is getting better! Have been going for years and can honestly say I've never had a meal anywhere near bad. Our most recent meal was especially lovely, wonderful service and the food was piping hot (we had the utter tragedy of having to actually be patient before we tucked in) and tasted great. Didn't have to wait too long between the starters and the main. Even for 'fast food' this is much better than McDonalds and KFC, fantastic place for dining and would definitely recommend the buffet, great value for money there.

I visited the restaurant yesterday and the woman took my order, starter (Ribs) & main (Pizza). I was told the salad bar was available but not told about the glass for my drink. I waited and waited for my starter only for my main to arrive? I said did they miss something? I then told the same person who took my order that I ordered ribs for started. No mention of money off or something for free. WONT BE BACK.

Post cinema visit to The Hut. Served by a very nice young lady who was most helpful by sorting the most economic deal for our meal choice. We enjoyed our food which was good value.

My friends and I went here for the lunch buffet and I thought it was very good value for money. You also get to use the salad bar and take as much as you like. Would definitely go again!

At Pizza Hut we ordered a takeout and the pizza was burnt and the other was not made. When we got home we saw that there was chicken instead of onion rings and the garlic bread was a bit mushy. In the end we got a £20 voucher and it was all good!

Been loads and the last few visits have been terrible, the pizza has been over cooked (burnt). The salad bar has always been near enough empty and when you ask for something it always takes them forever to get it, even just waiting on drinks is taken longer, the quality of food and service just isn't the same anymore.

Stopped off in Hamilton on way back from Loch Lomond recently. With little else to do took family to Pizza Hut - been going there for years. The place was clean and staff friendly and attentive, but the food is bland and uninspiring. The salad, now "free" is not the salad it used to be. There was no beetroot (I was told they'd run out), I fancied some potato salad but dared not try the one on offer. It didn't look good. It didn't really look edible. Many years ago I can remember having cottage cheese in the salad selection. The pizza's themselves can not have contained more than a trace element of cheese and just tasted bland. Sorry.

One of the best restaurants in Hamilton, great service, staff are so nice, food is amazing, child friendly, great for meeting friends at. Very good place.

Decided to have a family meal at Pizza Hut as we had been travelling up from England. Been to Pizza Hut many times but this is my first time to leave a review. The service we received was fantastic. On our receipt it said served by Callum. You could really tell he enjoyed his job, nothing was too much trouble and interacted with our kids too. The food was lovely but the service was what gave it 5/5 - thank you!!!

Staff friendly, restaurant clean. Was not impressed that was given side order of fries before pizza came so had to eat fries alone. Not sure good idea that everyone gets free salad!!! Not very good charging same price for diluting juice as fizzy juice

We visited this restaurant on Sunday around tea time, & were given a warm welcome. We had a long wait until our mixed starter arrived & then our pizza arrived 2 minutes later(which we sent back) They cleared our starter plates but we had another rather long wait until pizza(not sure if same/fresh one) arrived. Our chips arrived half way through eating our pizza, which was also a disappointment. We will not hurry back!

Never let's me down,great friendly service and great pizza. Visit here often and will be back again. Recommended

one of my favorite places to visit. I regular visit here, and every time I go its always a great meal. Food is always made in a decent and timely manner. The staff could not be more friendly and constantly making sure everything is okay. Overall a nice place to go for a quick and enjoyable meal. Definitely will be back.

Popped in for quick lunch and had a great meal. The pizzas as part of the buffet were nice and hot and the salad bar was well stocked as usual. Pleasant staff and nice seating areas.

Nice pizzas, good varied menu, love the salad bar. Our waiter was bright and cheery, service was efficient, food was piping hot and exactly what we ordered. No problems getting refills for our drinks.

My 3 kids wife and i went to pizzahut hamilton on sat night when we went in it was busy and a few people waiting on tables but we only had to wait less than 10mins to be called to our table we were shown to our seats by a nice and pleasant waitress we all ordered our meals and were helping ourselves to the salad bar which had plenty choice we waited for our starters to come then after about half an hour the waitress brought our pizza over but we informed her we hadnt had or starters she looked confused but said sorry and would go and see why we hadnt had our starters she left the pizza with us and i thought id take a slice for each of my kids as they were hungry but when i lifted a slice up there was water dripping out the base the whole pizza was soggy so when the waitress finially brought over our starters we told her about the pizza and again she saod sorry and would take it away to crisp it up but when she returned it was just the same by this time my kids had there chips and starters so we told waitress just to leave pizza as we would eat it because we were too hungry to wait anymore and she told us she would see if she could get us a discount the manager then came over and told us we wouldnt have to pay for anything the meal was on the house i cant fault the service as we were treated really well our kids were then told to help themselves to the ice cream so i cant fault the service but food was really poor only service saved pizzahut from a total savage reveiw

Love the new look of Pizza Hut. It's gone more american with the snazzy diner feel. Delicious menu. Salad bar always clean & tidy & refilled. Staff very friendly. Love the free refill drinks machine with different choices of flavoured Pepsi such as lime, cherry or vanilla & squash drinks aswell. Car parking is plenty. This Pizza Hut is a great choice pre or post cinema viewing at the vue as its across the road.

Fast food fiasco, perhaps not!The new layout of this fast food joint is nearly a great improvement!The easily accessible self service salad islet with freshly replenished baskets and a wide range of salad, pasta, fruit and dressings was attractive and a good way to get started. Quick and attentive service in a very busy restaurant is often a good sign. Self service refill soft drinks with ice can be sampled at your leisure ,again removing the lengthy waits that were often endured in the old layout. Even the wider range of pasta and Pizza choices is a marked improvement on the old experience, so what could possibly be wrong?We were directed to the first table on the right on entering the restaurant, convenient for myself as I am visually impaired. On returning from the salad bar with my bowl of goodies I rattled the bridge of my nose off a suspended red lamp which projected 12 inches out from the centre of the table onto the already narrow aisle. A few moments later my partner evidenced a patron with no obvious visual impairment achieve the self same feat several tables behind us in the same row! It was no consolation to be informed by my server that this faux pas happens regularly, clearly a design that needs some modification, even if only for the visually Impaired!The thin base pizza with chorizo and chicken and beef and sauce was exceptionally tasty and we accepted the invitation to sample the fries, an addition to the new menu. The thin crust base on the pizza satisfied my partner, unfortunately I was unable to cut it with the knife provided. Rather than bother the very busy staff I used my fingers and it seemed even tastier.Surprised that the usual offerings of fresh ground pepper and grated Parmezan cheese are now not available to garnish the pizza as we always indulged in them.With the large pizza selected, we neglected the wide range of starters, only a gargantuan appetite could share such a generous pizza and manage a starter as well. We even neglected the ice cream bar and hot sweets available to finish.A big improvement on the old layout and the new menu is an improvement as well, value for money for a no nonsense quick bite in a busy atmosphere. Raise or reposition those glass lamps before the claims start to arrive!

Food and service poor, my wife ordered loaded potatoes which had melted cheese on top but was frozen in the centre. My chilli beef nachos had no beef and the pizzas, when they eventually arrived, were overdone and slightly burned. The manageress explained that the problem with the potato skin starter that they had picked up a starter which had just been prepared for the following night. So no danger of a freshly prepared meal then?Have experienced better standard of food in roadside burger vans and would not recommend visiting this restuarant to anyone, won't ever be back.

This was always a good 'Hut'. It differs from many of the others as I gather that rather than a franchise this one is owned directly and thus has always been innovative. It has recently been refurbished and it has generally been a good job. However as you can see from the photo there is a narrow, wood lined passage that leads from the 1/3 of the seating area to access the buffet/salad bar/ drinks dispenser area. This is already narrow, but as it passes one of the tills, when someone is paying it is effectively blocked. The architect on a bad day, or perhaps he/she just does not eat in Pizza Hut.Our enthusiastic waiter raved about the new menu, and broadly we were impressed. Like most of the Pizza Huts the new self serve machines for the soft drinks are a boon. It saves the overworked staff wasting time getting drinks as well. I had not seen the plethora of flavoured Pepsi/Pepsi Max before and I gave several a try. There is ordinary, cherry, vanilla, lime and strawberry. Sadly in my view the ordinary was the only one not nauseatingly sweet, but that is down to Pepsi, not the Hut, and it is I guess a matter of taste, and someone must like them.The starters were generally good, ribs were really excellent and the potato skins also good, add the optional bacon, it gives them much more flavour, The idea of the nachos served separate from the chilli seemed very sensible at first, however since the same nachos are free at the salad bar, you quickly realise that you have just paid £5 for about 100mls of chilli, but to be fair it was nice chlli. Sadly the ordering had gone awry due to the refurbishment closure and no one had remembered to order more prawns for the popcorn prawns, the picture and the description made them sound yummy, maybe next time. There was also no chocolate for my Cappuccino. We had come in for an 'Edge' this being the last day before it's demise, sadly they had already run out of 'Edge' dough so we settle for a new thin base. Again our enthusiastic waiter waxed lyrical as to its construction, he said it was stretched differently and needed less flour in preparation. Again he was right, the dough was somehow both crisp and moist and I might even prefer it to 'The Edge.' The onion rings with the mains were crisp and tasty. At last Pizza Hut, or at least this one, had added chips to the menu, not that we tried them, and not that I am a chip eater, but I am certain that for many it will be a welcome addition. The salad bar was fairly good, I personally liked the fact that the jalapenos had been elevated from a sprinkle to a salad item, thus removing the embarrassment I usually feel when I empty the usual small pot.I finished with a nice cappuccino, though sadly as I said without chocolate on top. We all avoided the calorific desserts, an act of serious self denial on our parts as they looked great and now include made for you waffles.The general effect was of increased Americanisation. In my view not a bad thing with food, however in the US the medium Pizza Hut Pizza is the size of the large in the UK, and that might just be a step too far.

all you can eat weekdays is the only time I head to pizza hut but they are so worth it....tip leave a plate for crusts so as to eat more pizza lol

Staff are ok very helpful any time iv e visited food has been very nice ,I had a incident where a very cheeky boy was hanging over the booth making faces ect politely asked parents to deal with it they didnt bother ,then I thot I will give the staff a chance to deal with it before I took it further the manager came and spoke to them they were not pleased Im pleased to say I had no more trouble ,he dealt with it very discreetly very professional I realy appreciated that .Thank you Pizza Hut .

Firstly was shown to a table that wasnt very nice in a dark corner so i declined this table and got a nicer one in a brighter part of the restaurant was explained that the waiter here was very busy so i might have to wait a while to be served but it was fine the food was good and service from waiter havent been here for a while dont know if i would rush bash i did enjoy it

Took my kids to pics for Easter and thought let's go to pizza hut after it, wish I never . Firstly I ordered a coke comes back with a Pepsi can't drink that, secondly I ordered a pasta dish that was on the menu takes all the order then comes back to tell me they don't do that no more why was it on the menu, then I orders a pizza to then discover they don't have any chillies strange. Pizza was ok nothing great neither was the kids.then the kids go to make their ice cream they have been going on about all day to discover it wasn't working right and was like water. I will never be back wish I went to Frankie n b a cross the road. Not worth the Money or hassle.

My wife and I took my daughters to the pizza hut mentioned above. Having booked in advance we were seated immediately. After some huffing and puffing over what to have, I decided to have a 14" cajun chicken pizza, obviously accompanied by an unlimited salad. Once I had demolished my main course( I opted not to have a starter, I'm not a greedy so and so, you know), the waitress, who I must add was very attentive, brought the dessert menu. Imagine my delight when I noticed that you could have a "sharing" cookie dough, two cookie doughs of your choice with three scoops of ice-cream, marvelous. So I decided to share one with myself, delicious. Eat cookie dough, it's totally calorie free(thats obviously a lie).

Does what it says on label. Got a good price because we were before 6pm Pizza was average. Salad needed refreshing big style. Staff fabulous but over worked and tended to not do as they wereasked as quick as they might, but you couold see the were working very hard.

What a great idea, keep receiving the emails food is fresh warm great value for families and they sell Perroni.

Havent visited a pizza hut in years, used to be very greasy. Had a lovely visit to hamilton yday, friendly and efficient team and the pizzas were great

Went for a takeaway pizza, unfortunately staff seemed to busy or uniterested to take my money, so went to an italian restaurant instead !! Never again .

very busy, staff seem to want to rush an order out of you so they can get to the next table. food was okay, variety was good though. will return maybe an off day for staff.

Great service, friendly staff, good food and a great variety of choices are everything that this branch of Pizza Hut has to offer.

Visited pizza hut with my wife and baby grand daughter who is still to young for solids.I wouldnt normally comment about this type of restaurant but I felt I had to because of the excellent service given by the young manergeress and her star.No request was to much trouble and a smile was always on their faces, great to see that there is still people who take a pride how they do their jobs keep it up girls. P.s the pizzas we ate were good as well.
