Pizza Hut Delivery Uxbridge in Hillingdon

Ordered 60 pizzas for office lunch. Thank you so much to Shuvpreet and Bony to make the order by 12.15pm. Although, it would have been great if there were drivers available for delivery and not coming to collect the order in person. Nevertheless, I appreciate you both getting it done and for being superstars.

I just wanted to write a thank you for your wonderful customer service. When I recently ordered, the delivery driver unfortunately got a bit lost finding our house (not easy to find us on our long road with no house numbers and no street lighting!) and when I called for an update, the gentleman at the shop advised he was sending out two free replacement pizzas so they would be nice and hot for us. How very thoughtful and kind - it was very appreciated. Thank you for looking after your customers in a world where others have forgotten how to. Plus your pizzas are delish!

We got a Pizza Hut delivery to celebrate the start of this weekend.I had the meat feast pizza gluten free and it was so delicious.The pizza was so full of flavour and really tasty.Love having so many different meats on my pizza as the flavours all add up together.It came with the pepperoni,ham,beef and spicy pork.All of the meats were so delicious too.The Pizza had a crust which was really easy to break apart yet really filling as well.Also you can instantly tell which pizza is gluten free by looking at it.The pizza was beautifully presented,piping hot and a reasonable portion size.Would highly recommend Pizza Hut!

The food was made on time and the pizza was perfect. The person “Preet” who served us was very lovely. 100% for customer service. Definitely will be ordering again.

If I could give minus stars for this hut then I would do. Have been using this hut on and off over a decade now, we more often than not have issues ie food undercooked, overcooked, missing items, cold food, squashed boxes the list is endless, but this last experience takes the biscuit! We decided to treat ourselves to take out on NYE and as it had been a while since ordering from this branch we decided to give it another go BIG REGRET! ETA for delivery was 30-40 mins after over an hour still no delivery, attempted to call the hut almost 20 times with no answer. Attempted to call the hut again the following day, again no answer, attempted to call customer experience as payment has been taken from my account, no reply!!! I had to chase and threaten to take legal action for my money to be returned to me, it is an absolute joke! save yourself the hassle, don't order from this branch the staff and service is unbelievably bad and customer service don't care or help!

Got a takeout pizza.the pizza tasted so good and portion sizes were first class.we also enjoyed the chicken wings too.it was at the perfect temperature and cooked to perfection.can’t wait to order my next pizza from here

What you get is pretty good. I like the Beyond Meat pizza. Unfortunately, this branch in particular often forgets to include items, or does not inform you they are out of stock, and offer no refund for the additional items you've ordered. Delivery is typically on time. Just do not add peri-peri stuffed crust. It is never in stock. I seem to have made this mistake multiple times.

I always order from the Ruislip Manor branch (excellent service, pizza delivered within 30mins, piping hot!) but for some reason my postcode when online ordering went through to the Uxbridge branch. Ordered pizza, no issues, payment taken, email receipt received advising ETA 60 -70 mins ( which was fine I guess as it was a England v Scotland footie night, so assumed maybe busy) Waited 2 hours and no pizza, called their branch 17 times, no answer and to add insult got a email stating how they did as pizza was delivered! Delivered yes, but not to me! Can't get through to customer services to get my money back as branch useless. In all honesty its put me off from ordering from them again.

I have been using this pizza hut delivery service for the last 10 to 15 years and have always ordered vegetarian pizza's. Today I put my order in and received the pizza and upon eating I discovered that it was half cooked. I thought it was my imagination and as I was hungry I just ate the pizza. My husband and mother also had a piece each but couldn't eat it because it was uncooked. I called and complained and kindly a second pizza was sent to me but this time i asked for a veg sizzler and they put chicken pieces onto it. When I called again to complain I was met with an argument and the person did not want to speak with me. This wil be the last time I will be using this delivery service. Wheover own it needs to get thier act together as I am sure this must be a franchise.

Placed an order for collection and had to stand in the shop for almost 15 minutes while waiting for someone to actually come to the desk. I called out a few times, getting louder each time, saw people walking past and could hear them chatting the whole time but was completely ignored every time. I could see that my food was ready (the only order waiting to be collected) but it took me losing my temper and literally shouting angrily before someone finally came to serve me, by his attitude it seems I had inconvenienced him. No apology when I said how long I had been waiting either and I’ve got home and had only one slice of pizza before having to put all the food in the oven as it’s basically cold now. Order from the other pizza hut near the station, or from somewhere else all together, I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

We ordered for delivery for the first time in 20 years and they got it wrong! Wrong pizza and we didn’t get extra dip we paid for. No wonder we stopped ordering from Pizza Hut, sorry Dominos we’ll be back soon.

It was my son's birthday so we ordered pizzas.. The order was slightly wrong so i phoned up and explained. The staff were understandably very busy but were so nice and polite and rectified it immediately.. I spoke to a lovely lad whos name i think was Victhu or Vithu, i couldn't hear him very well but he was lovely. Thank you to all the staff at Pizza Hut delivery, Uxbridge!

An issue with the website, as I placed the order, placed again, Immediately called the Uxbridge branch within 2 minutes of placing the 2nd order, to make sure the only one order went through. Explained what happened... that was stupid of you placing 2 orders was my reply i was then told they cant cancel orders at the store, need to call customers service number.,, while being laughed at Called that number, closed due to the coronavirus, called back and was told that he knew that and nothing could be done. In the end, I didn't get any delivery, yet money not taken from my account for both orders over 2 weeks later, no real response from customer services on email or Twitter, disgusting and awful behaviour Apparently I was talking to "George" the shift manager, who had an asian accecnt

Worst place ever. Ordered a pizza at 6.30 this evening for it to be delivered at 8pm and am still waiting for it to be delivered at 10.15

The staff is lovely and effective, however if one has to wait for some reason there's no where to lean on besides the counter.

Hi, just ordered a online, Magherita pizza and other things from Pizza Hut, Food delivered on time, but when I bit into a slice of my pizza I found something shiny poking out, once I'd pulled it out from under the cheese, it was a big piece of foil , Luckily I didn't swallow it as spotted before putting into my mouth, as it was shiny. I phoned Pizza Hut , and finally a woman picked it up, I explained to her that I had found a foreign object in my pizza , and before I could tell her , she asked me if it. Was foil, and when I said yes it was a piece of foil, she denied that they use foil in kitchen but I thought why would she ask me first before I had even said what it was, She just apologised and didn't even offer any compensation of any kind, she sounded as if she wasn't really that bothered, I told her that I had to bring it to their attention in case it has happened to other people, when I told her I am going to put up a picture on trip advisor, she still wasn't bothered. I could have choked, on that foreign body in my food, and they wouldn't have cared, £25 for food, and they're not even bothered if a customer chokes on it,

The Pizza I ordered was okay it was delivered on time , but the salad that I ordered to go with it was quite disgusting .For some strange reason it was very bitter it was inedible.frankly I am disappointed because it cost £3.00 for lettuce leaves and two tomatoes, I will never order it again as I have not got money to waste.

Don’t waste your and money ordering from here...sloppy/over cooked/under cooked pizzas made in a hurry. When yah call the branch to with the number provided no one ever answers. I’ve had 3 bad experience and have emailed the complaints dept/head office on a few occasions leaving my email and number but no one has bothered to call back or offer a refund. On all 3 occasions I’ve spent over £35 only to receive pizzas which have been below standard, this was never the case a few years back but off of a sudden the standard of pizza has dropped considerably. On the 3rd occasion I couldn’t help but take pics. Unfortunately this is the nearest one to me and I’ve stopped ordering. Please don’t waste money on ordering from here...the pics say it all!

ordered two gluten free pizzas and some nachos for the intolerant people and had a slight issue with them being delivered too early! on opening the boxes they were not for us! i called the store and informed the duty manager as i wanted to check our order was still coming, correct at 7pm and that someone would be missing 3 pizzas!! he was on it straight away - let us keep the pizzas and our correct order turned up on time and lovely and hot too! huge thanks for being so nice and understanding and on point

A blast from the past! Been a long time since I have eaten here. Really has improved . They have a great salad bar with lots of healthy choices . Went for a garlic bread and breaded pepper poppers Main consisted of an individual pizza with olives and goats cheese and deep pan too . Perhaps they are using better ingredients -tasted great Good fast service with plenty of advice and recommendation Used to take my kids to this branch-was really great to go back

Ordered pizza via website. Informed that it would be a 45 - 55 mins wait for delivery...I could live with that. After an hour the on-line tracker said pizza was ready for delivery but 30 mins after that still no pizza! By this time we'd been waiting for an hour and a half. Phoned store and after several attempts they eventually answered the phone. Told pizza would be with us in 10 mins. Another half went by and finally pizza arrived......cold and chewy! Only ate it because by this time we were all so hungry but it was disgusting. I wanted to give zero stars but trip adviser wouldn't let me so only giving one stars because that's the least I could give.

Order Pizza, wait 2 hours, phone the place 10 times, no one answers, pizza finally arrives, cold, chewy, disgusting. Do yourself a favour and avoid this service. Shocking does not come into it - they don't care and should be shut down asap.

Had 2 chicken supremes and garlic bread with loads of sauce and a bottle of coke.. one pizza was deep pan with stuffed crust and one italian!! Both yummy and fast service Happy belly!

Acabo de pedir comida de este restaurante. Tardaron más de una hora, cuando hacía frío de piedra. Llamé y pedí hablar con el gerente, me dijeron que tenía que esperar porque él estaba ocupado. Después de un rato llegó una mujer al teléfono, le expliqué la comida estaba fría y pudieron reenviar? Me dijeron que no, que estaban muy ocupados, enviarme un cupón para la próxima vez. Les expliqué que yo no suelo pedir comida para llevar, sólo pedimos porque no era por lo tanto, bien podría recogerse la comida y tengo un reembolso. Ella dijo no, si quería un reembolso tengo que ir en línea. Completa pérdida de tiempo y dinero, servicio atroz.

El sábado pasado pedí pizzas de ellos y eran absolutamente asqueroso! La masa era horrible, los ingredientes no estaban cocidos o en la otra hecha! Incluso tenía la piel de cebolla!!!

Pizza is usually good. Service is up and down, and parking can be really hard if you have to collect.

Pedimos 6 pizzas grandes para 25 adolescentes hambrientos - lo que he me costó casi 100 libras si no hubiera sido por un 50% de descuento en código vales. Las pizzas llegó a tiempo y eran caliente; sin embargo, estaban muy pequeña! Tuve una porción de una Margarita y había una enorme costra con muy poco queso. Esta es la segunda vez que me he pedido en línea, la primera siendo agosto pasado. La primera orden fue por 10 grandes pizzas y me recordaba mucho más grandes en comparación con lo que nos había entregado anoche. Decepcionante.

I went here with my family and the staff where stood around talking and left us standing for around 5 minutes , the restaurant was not that busy we were finally shown to a table that was coverd in food the waiter came over , and asked us what we'd like to drink , I asked if the table could be cleaned he seemed really irritated at this and went off he came back with one of the filthiest cloths I have ever seen and proceeded to smear the cloth that was full of food all over the table the loose food was just pushed onto the floor , we were so disgusted by this and thought if front of house is this bad what's the kitchen like we got up and decided to leave , really unfriendly greeting and poor hygiene standards

They could do with so more staff. Food good but not that quick in arriving out our table.More staff could be used to clean tables and floors. It felt very sticky on the floor

We have used Pizza Hut's delivery service regularly since moving to Uxbridge more than 10 years ago. Until 3 months ago it was very reliable: delivery on time, food still hot, always correct and generally good value. Unfortunately, recent orders have been a mess:- Late deliveries despite ordering up to 6 hours in advance- Wrong toppings on three successive deliveries meaning the Pizzas were binned- Missing itemsThe branch did apologise and send replacement pizzas on two occassions, but 90 minutes after the order time. The last straw was when the sent the wrong Pizzas again. Pizza hut customer services have no interest in this, lamely saying it was an isolated incident and has been raised with the manager. Yes - so isolated that it has happened to three pizza deliveries in succession.So for me it is goodbye Pizza Hut High Road Uxbridge. A shame really as when you worked it was good but now it is too much hassle dealing with you.The kids will miss playing "Guess the Pizza Hut error".Note: There are two Pizza Huts in Uxbridge, This relates to the delivery service at the end of the high street opposite the Civic Centre not the sit down restaurant near W H Smiths.
