Pizza Hut Delivery Chesterfield in Chesterfield

Hot pizza with a decent amount of toppings and cheese! Only comment I have is that I was stood waiting for a while when I walked into the collection area, nobody seemed to notice I was there, but apart from that it was a perfect experience.

Ordered tonight and the pizza arrived with hairs on. I picked 3 hairs off that were not mine and a very small hair it looked like it had been on the floor! Driver also delivered to next door.

NEGATIVE 5 STAR'S Clear instructions for delivery even managed to mess that up. The pizza dough must of been old as it had the texture of cardboard and 30minutes later myself and my brother are having stomach pains and diarrhoea. Safe to say I won't ever be ordering from this franchisee. If I could give a negative star I would NEGATIVE 5 STAR'S

Arrived on my first shift here for a delivery position which was arranged by the area manager. Nobody had a clue I was meant to be there, including the shift manager - Who seemed very rude throughout my time there. Barely anyone spoke to me, everyone was speaking in non English which I felt was a total lack of respect towards me. When another driver arrived, he took the orders over me.. I walked out the shop after two hours of standing there doing pretty much nothing (I offered to help to no response) and still haven't got paid for my time here. Awful management and serious lack of organisation

Placed an order via just eats order accepted gets to delivery time having waited nearly 45 minutes for them to cancel the order with no explanation. Great service not ..............

Slow, luke warm when arrived had clearly been sitting in the store waiting for a driver - you pay the expensive price for service and quality, you need to learn to make the pizza to your drivers availability ie manage your orders. Been six months since last order, used to be a regular thing, now better value elsewhere.

I’m not blaming anyone but be Pizza Hut delivery did take long to come 1 hour late over the expected time.

This particular Pizza Hut should be one of the best in the UK. The order was very fast, and the staff was nice enough to show me some fantastic deals I did not know about earlier. The pizza itself was yummy, and I loved the sides, especially the doritos cheezy nachos.

This is the second time I have organised a pizza night at our block of residential flats. Each time I have been asked where I got the pizzas from and everyone has said how tasty they are. Very good value, too with the 50% off offer. A good time was had by all and we will definitely have more pizza nights supplied by Pizza Hut

Ordered pizza and was told around 40 mins waiting time. I called back 50 mins later and they said they were short on drivers and it would be another half an hour. Called back 30 mins later and they said another 20 mins. Had to collect it in the end. It was just sitting there and it was cold. They shouldn't be taking orders if they can't fulfil them..

We love this Pizza Hut delivery, we order from here very regularly, and 9 times out of 10 it’s perfect. The pizzas are almost always nice and hot when they arrive, and the delivery drivers are always friendly. We often get deliveries from Eddie and he’s always quick and on time. We will continue our regular orders :)

Won’t go in to detail but the customer service I received last night from this Pizza Hut team was simply amazing. After an error on my part, one guy couldn’t have been more helpful and gracious. Well done, you’re amazing.

It is only a takeaway place, no seating to eat inside. Huge parking outside so easy to collect.

Me and my friend order the pizza half and half it was the nastiest pizza I've ever had and the side of mac and cheese horrible tasted all fake no flavour whatsoever

Ordered over the phone due to my son being autistic and only eating a certain pizza, i was told i could have a pizza with no sauce, and when delivered it had sauce on. Rang and spoke to the manager 'Charlie B' who stated " its not possible to remove items off a pizza in a deal due to the computers". However when i questioned if a person has an allergy can this be done she replied "Yes", so she clearly lied about not being able to change things on the computers. She then said " I'm sorry but in future you will have to pay a little bit more to have things taken off a pizza". Absoloutely discusting that this girl is a manager, as she clearly doesn't care about customer service or that her staff are messing up orders. Its also very discriminatory, just because my child will not eat sauce we are made to pay more for a pizza. I cannot believe how appalling their service and attitude is, maybe employing a more mature and experienced work force might help Pizza Hut on Chatsworth Road Chesterfield live up to the Pizza Hut name.

Just don't bother. We have used here a few times and only gone back as we've been given compensation for such dire service. This is the last time as not bothering to complain again. ALWAYS late, not just a little bit but longest was 2 hours! This same order had the vegetarian option in with chicken wings, surprisingly it was all hot unlike the time before as pizza was delivered cold, had to put it in the oven to reheat. Takeout isn't a regular thing for us and is usually a treat for the kids. Ordered for delivery at 6am tonight, just arrived at 6.45! Polite delivery man though!

Just always late.... why?? You must know it’s always late, the reviews on here tell you as much. We order around every 3 weeks and it is late every single time. Do you not read the reviews, do you not have enough drivers, cant your IT sort out on the booking system to allow only so many orders per time slot. A massive company and its just not good enough. Pizza was nice and hot (the wedges I made to go with it were overcooked and cold)

SHOCKING!!! It took OVER 2 and a half hours for two pizzas!! and they weren’t that great when they FINALLY arrived. i called Pizza Hut twice as the “promised” time was 30-45 minutes. each time i was told it’s being delivered “we’re really busy”- it’s just not good enough!! we have never had this experience ordering pizzas before and we will NEVER be ordering from here again!! unfortunately Pizza Hut, you’ve lost a loyal customer, what a shame!!

Pity there is no minus score! Ordered a gluten free vegan pizza worth a staggering £13.49 via deliveroo . I knew would be small but being Pizza Hut I expected a decent amount of toppings to make up for it? It arrived COLD, barely any toppings and burnt!! Can’t blame deliveroo for the last two or the fact this pizza is a bloody rip off for the size. I’m still hungry. Seriously? Do not waste your money on this absolute rip off

My partner rang them up to see what had happend and the person on the phone was rude and dismissive, but my partner soon put him in his place as she deals with customers on a daily basis and knows how to treat them, she got a customer service number which we rang and spoke to a nice lady who will hopefully get our refund back and deal with our complaint . Its not the first time it has happend the time befor they forgot our salad but we let it slide. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMEND IT TO ANYONE

A nice pizza hut is awesome. I've ordered 3 times from this particular one and each time they've either not had something (and I've still been charged!!!) or have forgot something. This pizza hut isn't representative of normal ones, I think it's just a bad one

My husband and I decided on a Pizza as date night takeaway. We love Pizza Hut pizzas, so we decided to try the collection service on Chatsworth Road. We have never been to this Pizza Hut before and thought we would try it. When we walked in the door, the was no one at the counter initially. A lad came to serve us and as we were talking to him about our order. Someone from the back room/kitchen or somewhere were shouting to him about a night now and about their friends. I thought it was unprofessional and then as we waited for our pizzas to be done, the language that was being used from the staff in the back was unbelievable. In fair I don't think they missed out any curse words. I mean, I don't live in a bubble, but there was no need for the language especially when there was customers waiting. Another gentleman who cabin after us, was just as shocked. It was disgraceful. As for the pizza, when we got home the pizza, actually tasted slightly under cooked and that's because the crust was still very pale. I won't use this pizza hut again. If everything would have been better the value would have been great at any pizza for £7.99

We purchased from this Pizza Hut when it first opened (a good few years ago) and the food was burned and terrible quality, as a result we normally use the Pizza Hut at Riverside Retail Park as the food is always excellent quality with good service. Tonight we decided to give this Pizza Hut a 2nd chance thinking it couldn't be as bad as last time, WRONG!! Upon checking the garlic cheese bread (which was in a bag rather than a box) it was clear that it had been thrown in the bag and had all welded together, I then checked the cookie dough and it was just burned. I called to speak to a manager (I live in Matlock so had to get the pizza back for my son whilst it was reasonably warm) to voice my displeasure and spoke to Ryan. Ryan proceeded to tell me that it was the egg's fault that the cookie dough was burned (I didn't know eggs could cook). I told him that whilst he makes excuses for poor quality it will never improve. I was really annoyed by his excuses and decided to call him back to give him chance to explain properly but he simply got more excuses such as the food has to be cooked as long as it is and they have no control over how well it is cooked. Ryan proceeded to offer me a £10 reduction off a future order which I declined as I will not be visiting this outlet again. My advice: Use Riverside Retail Park, they always get it spot on. Chatsworth Road, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! Ryan: Sort it out and stop making excuses for poor quality!!

This Pizza Hut is really poor! Staff messing about throwing pans, mess all over the boxes. Pizzas usually thrown together. Order from Ravenside instead!

Absolutely disappointing. I haven't ordered in ages as the last one I had were really bad. I thought that I would have another go and try them again. Well i wish i didnt it was cold and undercooked. They forgot my pop and my garlic bread. I wouldn't normally be bothered but it's so expensive and you expect a good service. On a positive note my dog enjoyed it. I'll just stick to dominoes in the future!!!!!!!!!!!

Good location with parking out the front. Food quality has always been good and the staff friendly. Sometimes they seem understaffed as the wait for your food can be delayed, especially if you have ordered online and gone to collect at the recommended time. Overall good.

Twice in two months this happened, ordered some garlic bread and chicken wings and a meatfeast / hawiian half and half, not a single piece of meat on it!!! when phoned up to complain was told he would send another one asap...….one and a half hours later and it came cold. The driver said they were busy. A " pizza specialist". You must be joking, absolutely pathetic service. I can understand (slightly) it happening once....But twice in two months exactly same! What part of "meatfeast do they not understand? Maybe they can start a new pizza option Meatfeast veggy!!!!! Been a pizza hut fan for years. Not any more.

We’ve had many positive experiences with Pizza Hut delivery in the past. However, this experience was poor. Firstly, we discovered our ice cream was missing. We let the driver know and he kindly said he’d bring it for us. Further to this, we opened our dipping box having ordered 3x garlic dips and a BBQ. We received 3x SOUR CREAM AND CHIVE and the BBQ. We didn’t mind too much but we were still disappointed (baring in mind it wasn’t the only problem). 30 minutes wait later, the ice cream arrived. We expected some explanation or at least an apology but instead the delivery driver just handed the ice cream over and as he seemed in such a rush he turned around and fell over - we couldn’t even tell him about the mess up in dips. We felt this was quite rushed and was rude considering we had been waiting on this ice cream for quite a while. I would order again as I have had some positive experiences however I just felt this experience was dreadful. Overall, the food wasn’t bad.

Nothing like a Pizza Hut restaurant. I also ordered chicken wings but received potato wedges. They offered £5 off next order but couldn’t send chicken wings as it was below their £12.99 minimum delivery order .... even though it was their fault!!! And the pizzas were really bad, two different bases ordered but the ones were got were exactly the same.. one word ... slop.. never again.

Popped up for a collection on the strength of their great-priced offer leaflets. I can understand now why they're cheap. It didn't even taste like a Pizza Hut pizza, and I've been eating them for 25+ years. The tomato base was of the cheap kind found on late night takeaway places and it hardly had any cheese on, which I've noticed is a criticism from other reviews. Pizza Hut was always generous with toppings. I'd assume they're franchised and corners are being cut? I would not return or recommend.

I’ve reviewed this takeaway before and vowed never to use them again. We decided to give them a second chance tonight. Ordered for it to arrive at 10.15 it’s now 11.20 and still no pizza. I’ve tried ringing for the second time to chase it up but no ones answering because it’s after 11 and apparently because they’re closed they don’t have to answer the phone. Awful, ordered at 19:50 for delivery at 20:30...we didn’t receive the order until 21.00. No apology, food was cold and they couldnt even be bothered to do our pizza correctly. Avoid like the plague and go to dominos.

I normally eat in the pizza hut restaurant at Raven side and have never had a bad pizza, OK its not traditional pizza but still the best pizza you get can get around. So i thought i would order for delivery while i was off one day. the delivery time is quick but the pizza it self is full of grease and oil now i would think this would be a one off but no i have ordered here 3 times to see if it was just a bad experience. But unfortunately it wasn't.

Staff/20 year olds on the counter need to learn manners and not hang the phone up when customers are still talking. Rude as hell and always so long for delivery

Thursday night, took kids swimming and on the way back the missus said let’s pop in to Pizza Hut and get the kids a pizza, my response was, “to save us sitting around waiting let’s order online and it will almost be there by the time we get home....” famous last words...

We ordered food for a specific time the time came and went and there was no sign of food. After an hour of waiting I rang to see where it was. I was spoken to by the rudest member of staff ever who was obnoxious and obviously not interested and he eventually hung up on me. About half an hour later I received a phone call from another member of staff who apologised and offered us our next order for free upto the same value. We rang up tonight to order again and they refused to honour the offer and tried to charge us extra for the same order. Awful customer service definitely not using Pizza Hut again.

Ordered a takeaway from here, paid £2 for extra cheese on 2 pizzas. The Pizzas arrived and there was barely any cheese on at all, I actually checked to see if I had ordered it without cheese by accident! Rang up, was fobbed off and told that because I ordered online I have to ring some head office complaint line. Declined the offer, I implore you not to order from here, the place is a disgrace. Never again.

Regular customer but now getting to the stage of being severely put off. The last 4 to 5 times I have ordered they have always been almost an hour despite the 25-35 minute promise. Don’t put promises on for times if you can’t adhere. It’s making way for a lot of hungry and angry people when there’s only one Pizza Hut that delivers in town. Awful service.
