Pizza Hut in Denbighshire

we attended over easter weekend for the buffet, staff were really friendly and nice, however that's where it stops, barely any pizzas were out, barely any deep pan, tomato pasta was cold, there was only 2 families in the whole building over a bank holiday which sent alarm bells ringing. i understand you cant put out a lot of pizza with hardly anyone in, however you cant also assume that everyone like just the ones you are putting out. veggie, popperoni, cheese and tomato and bbq chicken and sweetcorn, those were the only ones out for almost 1hr. as i said i cant fault the staff there were top notch but the food and buffet wasnt great which is a shame.

Ordered Pizza Hut via Deliveroo and it was stone cold, only got a 50% refund so paid £7 for food I had to throw in the bin...never again

Looking at previous reviews there seems little point doing this as nothing seems to have improved here and no response from Management regarding any of the poor reviews. I do, however, have to say that although the staff attitude was dire tonight when we went to collect, the pizzas and the value of them , was excellent. Such a pity the staff can't welcome you or even muster a smile. We must have stood waiting for almost 10 minutes while staff continued to walk past us...very young team with seemingly no lead role.

Not been to a pizza hut in best part of 10 yrs. Always remember loving the all you can eat salad bar, so when up visiting in Rhyl and it was suggested I was all in. Especially as our local chains have closed. Now I know why lol.... Service 0% asked to order via QR code on the table. The place was empty! The staff that busy? The pizzas were hot and tasty but so much dough we took a lot home, too full to eat it £75 for 3 pizzas, a side, 2 lattes and 2 bottomless drinks! Ouch! Nice but not that nice. Another 10 yrs I might return if they're still in business

Possibly the worst Pizza Hut 🛖 ve ever been here, I remember now why never come to here! However it was a meal for my daughters birthday. Told to order with an app online which I couldn’t do as I had a discount code. Ridiculous might have just had a takeaway!!! Anyway a young dithery girl finally took order didn’t know the menu said it had changed so couldn’t advise on a deal. Can’t fault the food came in good time but quite pricy. After eating waited an age for plates to be collected then I had to wave someone over ! Staff milling about doing nothing the one in charge miserable as sun and generally a pretty rubbish atmosphere!! But hey the kids enjoyed I Sat freezing counting down the minutes until I could leave !! So cold every customer sat with coats on!!! Sorry Pizza Hut we won’t be back!!

This is quite possibly the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been too! I cannot fault the food BUT the atmosphere was horrendous. There was a party in, and whilst I accept that kids can be excited, when it ruins the dinning experience of the entire restaurant, it has gotten out of hand. I couldn’t even hear the conversation on my own table. After asking a member of staff if the group had guardians (sat on opposite side of the restaurant), I asked if anything could be done about the ridiculous noise level. Following this interaction this particular staff member was rude and did not serve us at all, even laughing at us when she thought we couldn’t see. It’s totally unacceptable and we will not be returning.

We had a lovely time. I had a vegan pizza with loads of vegetables, one of the best pizzas I've had for years. As a "treat to self", I also had the vegan cheesecake, which was very nice. We were served by the Manager and Assistant Manager, both lovely people who were very accommodating and knowledgeable.

went to eat here the other day staff were great except managers they were rude and shouting at the young staff which look stressed as they probably have work to late and are payed minimum wage (by age) salad bar was disgusting and it was a mess there was food where there shouldnt be which is health and safety and the cutlery didnt look clean the carrots also smelt like nail varnish remover and the lettuce was brown.

Always love Pizza Hut and enjoy every time. However I feel that the cookie dough just isn’t the same as it used to be, it’s almost like they’ve got cheaper ingredients and it just really shows, it tastes like an Aldi cookie dough so was really disappointed with that.

I love this place. The pizza is always great. Place is always clean and staff are very friendly. The only thing stopping me from giving it five stars is that they ask you to order via online and pay with card. This took ages for me to work out how to do. Other than the above I highly recommend this place.

You find a table, order from an app that you download, serve yourself from the pizza and salad bar, serve your own drinks and dessert, and then the app has the bare face cheek to ask if I want to leave a tip? I did leave a generous tip for the person that dealt with it all (me) However, food freshly cooked, very tasty ;toilets clean, plenty of free parking

Value for money went twice. Wednesday was great served by a gent all great. Thursday different story could only order on app , had to ask for glasses , no interaction with staff at all . Very messy and not what I would expect from many staff who haven’t even got to take orders

We went last minute during a family holiday, expected it to be poor but pleasantly surprised! Pizzas were tasty, salad fresh & service good, enjoyed so much we went back again later in the week.

Absolutely overpriced and not worth the money! Just bought 2 pizzas for £33 and there was barely any toppings on them! It was £1.99 for a topping and I chosen spinach. Upon opening the box I shockingly realised I had paid £1.99 for 5 small leaves of spinach!!!! Will never go here again and will make sure I spread the word on how they have financially abused me!

Had a lovely experience this afternoon with my friend and daughter, lots of options, great customer service from Linzi and Ashley who both look very happy in their job which is nice to see. My little girl enjoyed her time there too and scoffed her face which always makes me happy. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Great vegan options and clear symbols on menu which puts me at ease. 👍 Thanks for making our visit enjoyable and memorable, Linzi and Ashley, hope to see you both next time we visit.

We took our 9 yr old son and 6 of his friends here for lunch, they ate everything, I call that a success! Staff were lovely and gladly brought out the cake we had taken with candles etc. Thank you to the staff at pizza hut you were superb.

We came here on our way home. We thought it would be better than any independent place that sell pizza.The pizza was so greasy it actually needed another layer of cardboard to soak up the grease. I'm sure that's how they do it anyway, but when you picked up a slice everything slid off it. Then you were left with grease dripping of your fingers. Pizza itself tasted ok but due to the grease it wasn't the best one i had from Pizza Hut. We had chips that were good. And onion rings - cheap but ok.Also, the waiting time for a take out was 30min!!! I mean, it's a pizza and chips! How long do you need?!Won't be coming here again.

food was good as we were there to celebrate my granddaughters birthday,what let this place down was the cleanliness of the place,food left on the floor under the tables even after the tables where wiped down,when i asked about the way they cleaned the tables using just a cloth and no spray i was told that the cloth contained anti bacterial agent????? i work in a hotel and have seen how tables are cleaned so i dont think it is the right method??? what really got my back up was the way the staff looked at me when i left !!!!!! totally disgusted by there attitude hence to say i wont be back.,

Lunch buffet is great and well stocked. Really enjoy the pasta, variety of salad and freshness of pizza. Not much intervention with staff so can't comment on service but no issues so far :)

Absolute belta. Just a last min decision to go here after my brother kicked my but at pool.Food was so good left my brother in tears of happiness. As we were the only punters in there service was fast as Usain bolt. Last chicken wing in my gob and pizza on the table ready to be absolutely demolished. Staff come over ask if we want desserts. The food was a very good standard & came out quickly. The staff are friendly & helpful. The overall experience was brilliant.

We visited here as a party of 8 for the buffet, this is great value and also free refills on your drinks.

Needed something quick to eat after visiting B&Q; and Curry's PC World on the same estate. The service was definitely quick and the food was very good. Very glad that accepted Tastecard, saved us a tenner.

Shocked at how expensive this place has gone! £20 for pizza, fries and a drink is astronomical for a fast food chain! Floors weren’t very clean and nor were the kids bowls for ice cream or the salad bowls.

I wouldn't usually leave this type of review but to say I was disappointed is an understatement. On a positive note the service was good and the salad bar was well stocked and delicious. However, the pizza was over priced and over cooked. I finished it because I was hungry but it wasn't nice. The bill for 3 of us came to over £40 including drinks but with no desserts or starters for the adults.

i think pizza hut is a very place to eat and drink and the unlimited drinks are value for money and the pizzas are always nice and very tasty me and my partner and my mother in law always enjoy pizza we always use the two for one and the restaurant is always clean and tidy and the management always talk to customers and always check back to see if everything with the food is OK and the salad bar is value for money

Our vist was ok .....we had a party of 4 adults and 7 kids...we went for the deal for the kids which was pizza, a side, icecream and continuous drinks for £7.49 each......not to bad but very small postions.

Great staff and quick service. I ordered takeaway pizzas and used the two for tuesday deal. Staff are helpful and welcoming.Food was hot and very tasty. The gluten free pizza had a lovely crisp base with plenty of cheesy topping. Yum.

Visited with family at lunchtime on a Saturday. Place was quiet, maybe 2 or 3 tables occupied. Generally the place looks tired and grubby. Tables could have been cleaner and the condiment bottles needed a good clean. Staff were attentive but at one point got a little too familiar considering they didn't know us from Adam. Food arrived fairly quickly and was hot and tasty. However, the prices are way OTT. Considering it's the pizza equivalent of Macdonald's or KFC it cost more than twice the equivalent amount of food at the alternative venues. No wonder it was so quiet.

Visited here for my daughter's birthday. Staff were all friendly & welcoming. The food was delicious & we all enjoyed it.

What has happened to Pizza Hut UK? The standard here has become terrible! Before I explain what happened today, let me ask... What has happened to the condiments that was always on the table, the parmesan cheese, the chilli flakes, the sauces with starters etc etc?

Visited recently with children and grandchildren. Food was very good. Plentifull and cooked fresh. Prices, not the cheapest however we enjoyed what we had! Will come again but will most likely be when the all you can eat buffet is on.

No vegan options, apart from raw salad. Staff charged us £17 for a goats cheese pizza with no goats cheese. It was disgusting. If Pizza Express can do vegan cheese for pizzas then so can Pizza Hut. Sort it out. Waitress didn't even know what a vegan was. There were teenagers french kissing and heavy petting on a nearby table, but the staff didn't ask them to stop. They just waited until they had left and told us that they had a problem with local gypsies coming into the store. These comments made us feel very uncomfortable.

I do not believe anyone working here is yet 30, they are a young team but they try hard. However customer service from some is safely lacking and they are quite abrupt when under pressure. It took 15 minutes for our order to be taken and 20 minutes for the pizza to arrive. The salad bar was almost devoid of salad on 2 attempts and that was third time lucky. The general noise and little kids running about unchecked annoyed and frustrated me at 8pm. I could not hear what my dining partner said from The other side of a small table plus 2 little kids bumped into me when I was on one of many salad bar trips. I am disabled with sticks and if it was not for a wooden screen I would have been on the floor. I mentioned to a member of staff that something needs to be done to stop these kids running about. His comment was "like what? I can't do anything about them. We ate our pizza, which was well cooked, paid and left. Returning to the Hotel for a drink where we also ordered sweets. Pizza Huts lose!

For most I dare say this place ticks all the boxes. Food was average and had a long wait to be seated even though plenty of empty tables. When finally got a table it was wobbly which was so annoying. Lots of children eating as the circus was on in the field near by.

I took my 2 kids (6 and 9) to Pizza Hit for a treat tea. The kids menu - Big Heroes was great, it comes with an unlimited drink, main meal, side and a dessert. Kids enjoyed helping themselves to the drink and the ice cream factory is always a favourite. Pizza was nice as usual. The service was very friendly and attentive.

So as always, pizza hut, is pizza hut, however this visit came with a side of ultra slow service.

Finalmente lo trajo a 3 / 4 de la forma a través de nuestras comidas. Nos apetecía tener un pud todas, de nuevo mi pobre marido orden servían bastante largo tiempo después de todos los demás! Como yo esperaba para comer mi pud con él, la mía estaba comenzando a derretirse. Nuestro nieto le encanta el autoservicio de bebidas, ensaladas y especialmente el divertidísimo! ! !

Llamado en los viernes por la tarde y estaba bastante concurrido. Recibió una camarera simpática que nos enseñó a nuestra mesa. Menú habitual P. H.. Fui para la lasaña mientras marido tenía el estante de costillas y dijo que era bueno, con una salsa sabrosa. Fue servido con patatas fritas y aros de cebolla. Ambos tuvimos la ensalada que era agradable y fresco. El postre fue una masa de galletas con trocitos de chocolate y Chocolate 1 Waffle. También es muy bonito.

Had a gluten free pizza was cooked nicely and had lots cheese on. Quick service. My daughter had chicken supreme pizza again well presented and lots tasty toppings. Pity chips were not gluten free.

For years we have been taking vegan cheese, in sealed packs, for Pizza Hut to make vegan pizzas, all over the country, including this one. We were told the national policy has changed and they will no longer do this, for "health and safety" reasons.

I had a slight problem with Pizza Hut, complained and the complaint was dealt with IMMEDIATELY and fairly. I am SO impressed with Pizza Hut in general. The staff are always polite, cheerful and the food is great. Top Marks to the people in charge!!!

Visited on Fri 17/03 at 8pm following a cinema visit. Restaurant was mostly empty, so we were greeted and seated quickly. Ordered drinks and mains shortly after.Salad bar now free with mains, lots of choice and it was full and nicely presented, but all tasteless.Mains arrived (1x pizza, 3 x rack of ribs) but we had to re-ask for the drinks that had been forgotten.Ribs were abysmal. Served on a slate, but the cold watery sauce dripped off onto the table/ me. Meat was chewy and poor quality.On a positive note, the pizza was amazing (stick to what you know best PizzaHut!) and the chips were piping hot and crispy.Other than that, an awful meal. Not cheap either at £14 each for the ribs. Staff were inattentive despite restaurant being almost empty. Everything felt grubby- table, sauce bottles, arty light bulbs above our table. Floor was dirty under neighbouring tables. First visit to PizzaHut in years and DEFINATELY the last.

Popped in for an afternoon meal and soon regretted it. The place was very quiet with more staff than customers. Still took a while to be seated and then ages for our order to be taken.Once our order was taken it was again aged to get served only to find that my partner was given her pizza only. We waited and waited and after 10 mins enquired where my pizza was? The cooking staff had forgotten to cook my order! To be fair the manageress said they would cook mine now and then it would be taken off the bill. Another ten minutes and my philly cheese pizza arrived. It was overcooked and tasteless. Lots of young staff who seemed more interested in chatting and checking mobiles than looking at customers needs. Will not go here again!

Last minute decision to go for something to eat when we came out of B&Q tonight. But pizza Hut never let's us down, clean, tidy and happy keen staff. Good reasonably priced food made easy.

Dropped in with a nephew up from University - whilst it appeared clean and modern, actual detail was pretty tired. Seemed to be lot of staff, who seemed to be engaged in their own conversations. Service was actually OK food was clearly "chain" - no better or worse for that. No ice in the ice machine and I overheard a customer challenging a staff member over hygiene around the salad bar - zero ambience, zero atmosphere unlike similar places in the US that seem to seep in some local charisma through the doors and can be a pleasant enough stop on road trips in the US. I chose a Pepsi for my drink and was directed to self service machine - I tried two flavours, they both tasted the same - which was of nothing let alone Pepsi.THe pizzas were fine - which redeemed an extra point promoting the place to average...

While visiting this Pizza Hut (28/10/16) i was told i would have to wait 25 mins and it was nearly an hour before i got my pizza. While there i was there i had bumped into some friends who said they had also waited well over an hour and yet still hadnt been given their take away. Poor service my friends also asked to speak to the manager as they didnt want to pay for such poor service to be told to contact head office. The manager knew the syore was understaffed but gave the impression he didnt care. ABSOLUTE POOR SERVICE. Wont be rushing back in a hurry. Get it sorted.

Came here with my family, 7 of us on total, including young children. Whilst ordering my pizza the waiter wrote my order down wrong, which was fair enough because it was very loud and a lot of orders being taken at once by him. When my pizza arrived I told him that it was the wrong pizza, he apologised, said we could keep the wrong pizza and then gave us the correct pizza free of charge. This man made our meal really pleasant, going above and beyond what he needed to do, checking up on us and asking if we needed anything.

Took my youngest here for his 5th Birthday treat whilst holidaying in Towyn. Extremely friendly staff, our waiter was brilliant even when my son knocked a full glass of cola everywhere. Food was great and didnt have to wait long considering it was fairly busy on a Friday night. Salad bowl was kept fresh, clean and well stocked. Excellen service throughout.

Ate here with my daughter and 2 young grandchildren not very busy but still took ages to be served, mains were brought out whilst we were still eating starters, garlic bread missing from lasagne. Staff too busy talking to each other, had to call someone a few times to order dessert. Dessert came but table was still full of our main dishes no attempt to move them. Wont be going back till they clean up their act

Brilliant service on Friday, always a good place to eat. Some good deals on too so doesn't work out so expensive!

Walked in and was shown to a table and given menus and then that was were the customer service ended. Some time later we then got up to leave and on the way we informed the young worker that the service was poor he then laughed and asked what I meant so I told him and he seemed to think it was funny so we left and went to KFC instead!!

Went yesterday early evening with three kids and grown up daughter for a birthday treat . I don't expect fine dining from these places but you would think a large restaurant chain supposedly ' specialising in pizzas ' would be able to at least churn out a decent pizza ! Mine was so bland ,tasteless and unappetising looking that I ended up taking most of it home in a box ,(after having offered it round the table ,no takers ) where even my partner declined it .The kids seemed happy enough with theirs and I must say their pizzas looked a bit more appetising than mine was . The salad bar was very uninspiring with a few empty containers , and what was there looked as if it had been out a while . Sad and soggy . The service was slow ,the staff didn't seem very engaging and the overall atmosphere ?? Well that's a hard one to describe as there wasn't one . Won't be returning there any time soon . The £45 it cost me would be better used elsewhere .

Must say was a bit disappointed in our meal out night spent a good bit of money here and the service just didn't seem to add up ;(( the food was great can't fault it but the service could have been better the waiting staff just didn't in my opinion seem to have the time and it wasn't exactly busy 4 tables to be exact we had to wait on a table for 10 minutes and that's being generous with hardly anyone in the restaurant we were a tad confused but obviously cause we had 9 people in our party, including toddlers and apparently they don't do straws ;/ which led to a crying match but anyways the restaurant was clean and well kept food arrived fresh and hot ;)) we didn't do buffet so couldn't comment on that but just a bit disheartened by our experience of the waiting staff ;(( ice cream machine wasn't working as it should have been was more like water ;(( again crying children ;(((

We visited this pizza hut on a recent visit, i have not been to pizza hut before, the rest of the family had though, staff were slow to take the orders and the store was not really busy, every table almost in the room rocked all over the place so we went through five tables before we got to one that didnt tip, we eventually ordered our pizza which took around twenty minutes to arrive, when the pizza did arrive myne was dripping in fat, the plate was wet through with fat running off it, we ordered lattes which took around ten minutes each to arrive, despite the wait the food and drinks tasted ok, the kids enjoyed thier meals and the bottomless cokes, although the added flavours were all emtpy, so no lime or cherry which the kids were not happy about, most of the help yourself salad stuff was half empty a few were completely empty and not refilled, the same applied to the sauces, in perticular the garlic and herb, my favorite which was empty, all in all my first visit to a pizza hut was quite shocking and realistically i would give this place a two but i have upgraded it to a three as the kids still enjoyed their meals and they got a balloon.any left overs can bee taken away in a box should wish to nibble the rest later.

Me and my family visited the rhyl branch and the place has really picked up from our last visit. Great new menu always thought they should do chips and the unlimited buffet for 6.99 is good value for money.The team were really friendly and my server vary helpful.Was half term and busy but we still even the manger come over ask us how things were he made our service feel appreciated.Nothing seemed to be any trouble and highly recommend.

Went to pizza hut for my little girls 9th birthday and was possible the worst meal out we have ever had as a family. Waited for a long time to be served by unhappy staff member who then got 1/3 of the order wrong. Very rude and finger pointing went on over by the kitchen area. Food was poor, toilets were dirty but the service was as bad as you can get. Told the manager who gave us a £20 voucher but will not be using it as we will not be going back.

Family of 5, 3 adults and 2 children. Got half of the order wrong, then it took over half hour for the rest to come out. Mum's coffee cup had a crack down and was leaking and no soap in toilets and charged £80 for the pleasure! Never again!

We booked a table for mothers day, 3 adults and 2 children. Ordered 3 pizzas and a children's meal. The meals all came out but they brought the wrong pizza out and said they would bring the one we ordered. We waited half an hour for it. Everybody else had finished there meal and was on to deserts. Not an enjoyable experience. Will not be going again

I do have one complaint but this is not the establishments fault but the sweet menu is not very varied and everything on there is the same but different flavours! The restaurant it's self is clean and well presented and the staff are very attentive and friendly!! Will be going again!

As soon as we walked in we were surprised that the place was so empty. There were only two tables with diners on when we walked in. Saturday evening and you expect places like this to be busy, but after seeing some of the reviews it's obvious why. Service was terrible. Our order was taken and the girl who took our order didn't mention we could help ourselves to salad, or that my girlfriends drink was self service, while my milkshake wasn't. She waited ages for the drink and then had to ask for it and they just said "it's self service" and walked off. I thought seeing as the other two tables were using the salad bar I'd go and grab some, but the food looked like it had been out all day. It looked awful. Then we were brought garlic bread which we had ordered as a side to our main meal. So we had to eat that before our pizza came. They then brought us another garlic bread and said there had been some confusion about our order. Girlfriend had a vegi pizza which was the most bland, tasteless thing I have ever tried...but at least her was cooked...the dough on my "American thin" pizza felt still raw. It was a floppy, gloopy pale mess. There's no way it was cooked. I left half of mine, having scraped the topping off and putting onto my garlic bread instead. The guy who looked to be in charge looked like he had slept in his shirt. And considering the place was dead, why were out sauce bottles and salt empty? What the hell have you done all day if you can't get basics right? When we went to pay we didn't get a thank you, nor were we asked if everything was OK with our food. Even basic courtesy like saying thank you when I handed over my card, or a please when asked to put my pin in. The garlic bread and the milkshake were nice...but at £4.25 for the milkshake I'd say it was overpriced. Everything else was abysmal.

I took my daughter and girlfriend here for tea 14 days ago, the service was awful. My pizza came and were wrong so, so I get that one free and another made fresh to eat when everyone had finished, then I complained about the service and the meals and got another £10 off the bill with no argument as if it's a natural thing. Sorry won,t be going here again and I used to love Pizza Hut what have you done?????

Me and 3 others decided to come to Pizza Hut, upon being seated down we noticed we were under the air conditioning, when we asked for it to be turned off as it was freezing cold the response we had was "I can but it will take ages" when our food came out it was still on, we ignored this and carried on eating our food however, as it was blowing out cold air our food turned cold very quickly. I asked another girl to heat up my fries as they were stone cold - she was helpful and put fresh ones in for me. On payment we all said we hadn't had a good experience and after speaking with her manager the lady said "we were given the choice to move" but took a £10 off our £81 bill!! - I think it's fair to say we won't be returning.

Was fine, hot food, good choice of salad and desserts came out quickly. It is a fast food chain after all not a fine dining experience.

Always friendly staff food good as always Never had a bad experience in the last few years that we've been coming always enjoy even grandChildren love it

Visited this restaurant with our four children ranging from 2years upwards. The staff could not of been more accommodating, the whole family had excellent service and a excellent meal. It is sometimes difficult to find places that suit a large boisterous family but I would highly recommend. Will certainly return.

I went to Pizza Hut with a family member for a birthday lunch. The waitress who served us was very friendly. All the staff we encounted were the same. The food was delivered very quickly. The pizza we had was one of the best pizza's I've had for a while. There is a salad and buffet bar as well and you get free refills on soft drinks which is a plus. Had a desert as well which was lovely. I will be returning to Pizza Hut again and would recommend it!

Visited today with my two children. Met by a friendly face & the young girl explained the menu and buffet. Kids had a drink, main meal&ice cream for £5. I had the buffet and there was plenty of pizza freshly cooked. Staff very helpful and food fab can't go wrong!

Stood at the door for 7 minutes as instructed when I could clearly see there was at least 5 tables free (not reserved) 10 minutes after that I had to ask for a menu as non where provided. I had half a topping from one pizza and half a topping from another, little did I know I was about to be charged for 2 pizza's!!! Might as well of had the 2 full pizza's with the toppings I wanted for the same price! Ripoff! Place was run by kids, could not see anyone over the age of 20 not even in the kitchen. Goes to show pizza hut does not care and wants to pay there staff a crap wage, therefor I had a crap experience. One girl I spoke to said she has had an increase in pay, however I don't think they teach/train there staff nothing, I don't think anyone there knew what a smile was.Utter disappointment. Never to return.

Pizza Hut’s are very consistent, and consistent in a good way in my experience. The Rhyl edition was no exception in this case. I was shown straight to a window seat so I could enjoy the view. The view over the Retail Trade Park looking towards B&Q is unrivalled by anything within 20 metres of this restaurant. That said, you don’t go to a Pizza Hut in a Retail Trade Park for the view, you go for good food at a reasonable price and that is what I got. The time gap between being sat down and the order being taken was a little longer than I would like but somewhat better than the 40 minutes I experienced at a non Pizza Hut eatery elsewhere the day before. The table was wobbly, the second wobbly table in quick succession; perhaps an English accent in Wales leads to this as some kind of private joke. Who knows. The pizza arrived in around 15 minutes with hunger being held at bay by the ubiquitous free salad. The salad seems to be ‘entry level’ but it’s free! The pizza was tasty and hot in temperature and taste, as per the required order. I am not sure why restaurants steer clear of serving on plates these days; the pizza was served on a plastic ‘slate’. Why it needed to be plastic I don’t know. I thought the nearby Welsh hills were made of slate. Perhaps they are really made of plastic.The waitress did not come to check to see if my food was OK (which it was), not sure if this is required protocol by the Pizza Hut brand but it didn’t happen today. To be fair the girl was apparently busy with other customers.All in all, I would go back to this, and any other Pizza Hut, based on this experience, taste, quantity and price. You can’t go wrong.

This is the best pizza hut ever I've ever been too. The staff here were absolute amazing epically one member whom is Gemma that was my servant for the evening. I would definitely recommded this to familys

We had a wait for a table of about 15 minutes but , as it was Saturday tea time , we were expecting to wait. The salad bar was good but we had to get our own glasses for drinks and unfortunately the pizzas weren't up to Pizza Hut's usual standard and I had to send mine back( something I have rarely done!) The manager brought the replacement over to us and she did apologise for the wrong topping but the pizzas were quite dry and hard with minimum topping. I don't think we will be returning for another meal when we are next in the area.
