avoid this place worst pizza ever , never had the food i ordered missing half of it, the pizza was something like a child would make

Place is stinking and filthy! Sticky floors, dirty tables and seats disgusting. Place needs gutted and a full refurb. Avoid like the plague.

Visited with my husband and two young children and was so disappointed with everything!!! We normally go to Pizza Hut Glengormley which is a world away from this place. The seats were ripped, pictures on the wall inch thick with dust and grease, no cutlery on the table, staff didn’t know answers to questions re the menu, the toilets were unclean and there was a strange damp smell coming from behind the bar. We encountered a problem regarding payment that was through no fault of our own and the manager who I dealt with just shrugged her and looked around her. Very unlikely that I’ll be back here again.

I do not know where to start.. The place is rundown and unwelcoming with tables crammed in every possible way...I ended up sitting to the side of my wife as opposed to opposite...so was staring at the cash register. We ordered a pizza that has "copious" amounts of chicken. When it came out I was able to count how much chicken was on it! Infact some pieces had none...the manager said this was a "distribution" issue as they use standard amounts of toppings lol! The 'bucket of crispy onion rings' was a dish of tasteless oven onion rings.the actual pizza was greasy and tasteless. The only nice thing was the corrs beer. We only went here as it was the only choice pre event in the sse arena but we wont be back!

Unbelievably unintelligent staff, clueless. I had to repeat our order multiple times, refused to answer questions about the food. The place was dirty. We ended up leaving as the person couldn’t understand that we wanted our food at the same time. Whilst taking our order he bent over and positioned himself over the table. Just so rude, no customer service whatsoever.

Service was very slow and staff were not very friendly. The food was just ok. Just usual pizzahut standard. Would not recommend

We visited for Sunday lunch. Sadly the buffet is not available on Sunday, but we had no difficulty finding choices from the menu. Service was very friendly indeed, and the food very well presented. An excellent example of a very good brand.

A amazing new looking restaurant and the Buffet was a delight and lovely hot fresh Pizza and the lovely amazing staff . Not use to this kind of service in London , thank you for everything.

My family and I had had a great time visiting the brilliant W5 Museum next door to Pizza Hut...however this Pizza Hut branch was not brilliant! Normally Pizza Hut's the world over are consistent with the quality of what you get, but this Pizza Hut was a bit rough around the edges and needed a refurbishment. When we dined (Saturday early evening), the place was packed out with young families (just like us!) The staff were very friendly and helpful. The menu choices were functional and did the job at filling up the kids. The salad bar is always a highlight of any Pizza Hut visit, but the one in this branch was poor quality with not much selection or freshness. The Ice Cream Factory had not been working properly just before our visit, and the staff had replenished it but the ice cream was still too soft and runny. Our meal was all okay in the end, but nothing special. Pizza Express would probably offer the same thing but better. I know other Pizza Hut branches are better...maybe try the others in Belfast if your looking for the 'Hut'...

Perfect pizza close to all the attractions. Great for all the family, with a wide variety of choices that are sure to be a big hit. Lunchtime buffet menu is great value at £7.50 for adults and just £4.50 for kids.

Last night, my friend and I went to Pizza Hut and well I was kinda disappointed. The decor was dated and it needed a good clean of the floor. The meal was satisfactory but the cutting of the pizza was not even. Could be better.

Food was ok.... Had meat sharing platter, ribs tasted awful and were swimming in a bowl of BBQ liquid. Pizzas were slightly better although very greasy. Decor is very poor, cracked paint on walls, booth seats ripped, place needs a serious overhaul!! Staff friendly although could be a bit more attentive, dirty plates sitting and few staff members walked passed. Would I be back??? ... Maybe if I was stuck for a place to eat before a concert again.

Quiero ser muy justo, sincero y atento al dejar esta revisión. Mi hija y yo asistíamos al concierto de Westlife en el área SSE de Belfast el sábado 25 de mayo de 2019. Teníamos algo más de una hora y queríamos comer algo rápido antes del concierto. ¡Pizza Hut tiene una audiencia cautiva ya que no hay muchos restaurantes alrededor! Había un par de personas afuera del restaurante haciendo cola, así que decidimos unirnos a ellos. Había una cantidad de asientos disponibles en el interior y bastantes fuera del restaurante, pero aún así nos hicieron esperar unos minutos. Por fin nos sentamos y nos dieron nuestros menús. Como estábamos limitados en el tiempo, decidimos pedir 2 ensaladeras, un plato de inicio de gambas al ajo, servido con pan de ajo y un tazón de papas con papas fritas junto con dos vasos de Diet Pepsi. Llegaron las bebidas y la soda estaba plana. Llegaron los tazones y mi hija fue a buscar su ensalada y yo me quedé y nos importaron las maletas. ¡Volvió con una ensalada muy pobre! No hay verdes en absoluto! Había salsas, crutones, nachos, cebollas en escabeche, remolacha, maíz dulce y algunas salsas en su tazón. Esto fue un precio de casi un fiver! Luego fui al buffet de ensaladas y pedí que se rellenaran las hojas de la ensalada. Esperé, esperé y esperé; finalmente, un joven vino con medio contenedor de hojas de lechuga verde y algunas hojas de lechuga de variedad roja, ¡sin cebolla roja! Hubo enormes cortes de medio tomate, que no se cortaron para que se puedan mezclar fácilmente con las hojas de lechuga para que parezca que tienen una ensalada provista por un establecimiento que da un "sorteo". El queso y la mantequilla de ajo estaban muy bien, así que fue una pena que usen gambas tan inferiores y luego cocinarlas en exceso. Tuve que recordarle al personal que me trajera el pan de ajo que lo acompañaba y, cuando llegó el momento, comí mis camarones al ajillo. El pan de ajo fue el pedazo más pequeño de pan de ajo que he servido. Nadie vino a preguntar si todo estaba bien? Pedí la cuenta y me dijeron que subiera al mostrador para pagar. La "comida" llegó a casi 24 para nuestras ofrendas. La señora que tomaba mi dinero parecía ser una gerente, ya que llevaba una camisa de polo negra. Me preguntó si todo había estado bien y le conté mi problema con el buffet de ensaladas y el pan de ajo faltante. ¡Me dio una excusa de que tenía que ir a su auto por quince minutos y lo lamentó! We ate here last week. The service was appalling, and there wasn't any customer service at all. The salad bar is now extra and quite pricey. Once we got service the waitress was polite and pleasant and the food came quite quickly. The vegetarian platter was deep fried cheese triangles , deep fried mushrooms and slice of French stick smothered with melted cheese- not at all attractive. When I tried to get more dip- I tried to get 3 staff members attention , the manager looked right at me and turned away. There was 17 people waiting outside to dine- even though there was ample free seats. Not a nice place to eat.

Went here for lunch 13-feb19 Kids , wife and I got buffet. All delicious, fresh pizza the whole time, delicious pasta and salad. Staff friendly and accommodating

Normally im a fan of pizza hut but this place is a disaster. Firstly, we had to que outside the restaurant even though there was plenty of seating inside and available space to wait inside but for some reason we had to stand outside for ten minutes. The food came quick but the chips were cold and tasted absolutely vile. The pizza wasn’t cooked probably, it was disgusting. Never again.

We have always enjoyed pizza hut and as a treat for my son's birthday we decided to go. Our first disappointment was the fact that the salad bowls which in the past had been included in a main meal now cost £4.99. I ordered simply salad which turned out to be lettuce with a few croutons and a sauce. Not what I would call a salad. We complained and got a complimentary salad bowl but the variety was significantly less than we had seen previously. My son asked for an ice cream factory dessert which was also broken.

Estábamos visitando W 5 en el Odessy. Casi nos dimos por vencidos y cedimos en la espera en la Q y nos dijeron que estábamos perdiendo el valioso tiempo W 5. Era un poco irritante hacer cola mientras parecía que había muchos espacios, pero cuando preguntamos nos dijeron que era la forma en que estaban controlando la cola en el buffet. Podría ser mejor dejar caer una mesa y poner otra estación de buffet si eso es una norma porque estábamos allí después de las 2 y tuvimos esa dificultad, así que espero que 12 - 2 sea peor. El personal era agradable.

Nosotros, recientemente fuimos a Pizza Hut en la Odisea para el té. Después de haber comido en otros dos restaurantes de Pizza Hut recientemente (Victoria Square, Belfast & Silverburn Shopping Center, Escocia), ¡este lugar tiene que ser un completo desastre! ! ! El otro niño pidió nuggets de pollo y papas fritas, tal vez sea mejor no servir nuggets de pollo realmente picantes para los niños, o tener una opción simple o picante. Habíamos pedido un cubo de papas fritas: un tazón pequeño de cereal con unas papas fritas llegó a la mesa que costaba 3. 49 - ridículo! No esperábamos un cubo con el que lavas el piso, ¡pero llamar a un tazón de cereal un cubo es un poco extremo! ! Muy mala elección para ensaladeras. Pedimos a los niños que compraran un helado, ya que siempre disfrutan de ellos mismos: los tazones, ¡pequeñas tazas de pepsi! (no cuencos adecuados) fueron llevados a la mesa para los niños. Cuando subieron a buscar su helado, no había malvaviscos, chispitas, chispitas de chocolate, solo sabrosos y mala selección de salsas. La limpieza era deficiente: suelo sucio, mesas pegajosas y decoración monótona, asientos de niños en un asiento donde se rasgó el material. Ciertamente no volveremos en este Pizza Hut

Comimos aquí por conveniencia después de un día largo pero fantástico en W 5. Desafortunadamente para nuestro error no habíamos leído las reseñas aquí de antemano. Pasamos el lugar a la hora del almuerzo y parecía haber colas esperando afuera de las puertas, así que simplemente asumimos que sería bueno. Nos equivocamos. En retrospectiva, deberíamos haber girado y nos fuimos tan pronto como estuvimos sentados, pero cometimos el error clásico de dar al lugar el beneficio de la duda. Está muy deteriorado y necesita una reforma urgente. Los bancos han sido pintados y la madera original se está mostrando en muchas áreas. Incluso los menús fueron los más ruidosos que he visto en mi vida. Si bien el servicio estaba bien y el personal era bastante agradable, el lugar está desesperadamente decepcionado por su apariencia y simplemente se ve y se siente sucio. Una experiencia muy diferente a Pizza Hut de la que hemos tenido antes.

We went here before visiting W5 at the Oddessy complex. Similar to all the other reviews posted here, we were seated after around 15 minutes wait. Once seated for another 10 had to ask manager if we could order. Food came fast enough but pizza quality was worse than that expected of frozen pizza ( I always make my own pizza) and salad bar was poor with weepy lettuce and tomatoes cut in half. Lots of staff but organisation was appalling. Would opt to eat elsewhere (ie not within the Oddessy complex) to avoid big queues, poor food and money wasting. Left wanting to shake the staff members for poor service and less than average food. Time for some accountability Pizza Hut!

Worst Pizza Hut ever!!! This place needs closed down. Food was vile, overpriced. Kids meals cake with Luke warm tap water even though it says mineral water on menu. Pizza dry thin and greasy. This place is giving Pizza Hut a very bad name

I have freuqented Pizza Hut maybe only once ever and that was a long time ago. Myself and a friend decided to give it a go before heading to the cinema thinking ‘ it’s just a pizza it should fine’. We were wrong! Upon arrival we stood waited to be seated by a member of staff but nobody showed up even though we were the only ones at the desk. After a few minutes of waiting around a staff member eventually showed up and brought us to a table. Upon entry my first my first impressions were that place looked old fashioned and grubby. It was if I had been transported back to the mid 90’s. Even the menu looked dated. Our waitress wasn’t very forthcoming and took the orders without a smile (maybe she was having a bad day). Orders placed, I opted for chicken strips and a thin crust pizza while my friend ordered garlic mushrooms and a thin crust pizza also. After around 10-15 minutes a large family with young kids showed up and sat at the table next to us. They were energetic and boisterous and it was a Saturday evening afterall. Still waiting for our starters and drinks to arrive I was getting pretty impatient and hungry. Our waitress eventually showed up but not with our drinks. Instead she served drinks to the family who had arrived after we did. Annoyed I approached her to which she apologised and went to fetch our food.

Went in to the restaurant with family. Floor was covered in food, napkins, cutlery. Brushed food of my seat and sat down. Noticed ice cream section had a few smarties in a jar. No other toppings. Commented to my husband how dirty the place looked. Looked over into the kitchen and saw two male employees walking around the kitchen shoving food into their foods. Fingers in their mouths. Didn't wash their hands and went back to preparing food. I stood up and left before we were even offered menus. It was disgusting. Would never go back

took my two children for lunch today pizzas were great but the ice cream factory deal was a total con no sprinkles no Smarties no marshmallows just plain ice cream children were disappointed especially my autistic son who couldn't comprehend the lack of ingredients as was displayed in the picture menu asked staff and they just shrugged won't be spending money here again

I've never been the biggest fan of pizza hut but this confirmed that I will not be returning. As a party of two families with 4 children, we thought it would be a good place to grab a bite to eat during our day out. The service on arrival was poor; the young man looked as though he'd rather pull out all his teeth than talk to us. We were placed near the hatch where we listened to a member of staff effing and blinding to the rest of the team. My husband, who is usually very laid back, had to go over and ask him to watch his language. When our food arrived the plates were dirty. The staff brought us food we hadn't ordered and also allowed one of the children to order chicken nuggets with a side of chips without mentioning that the chicken nuggets came with chips; this wouldn't have taken much just to point it out. The toilets were vile and looked as though as much care was taken over keeping them clean as the staff cared about their jobs. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Went here 2 nights in a row with a family of 4. We were out and about both days and so this was the quick option each evening. The first night the service was so bad that we never even left a tip. Had the same "waiter" the second night and the service was actually worse.

Visited tonight and was placed right in front of the hatch. The young ‘chef’ with the baseball cap proudly announced to the young waitress how he would rather take the plate to the toilet and piss on it then serve it. Absolutely disgusted!

Visited Pizza Hut oddysey on the way back from Exploris. Thought it would be handy for parking when heading back through the city to the M2. Waited 20 mins before our order was taken for either food or a drink. Drinks didn’t come until the food came out 20mins later. Daughters food was cold. Our sharing pizza was cold. Forgot my sons chips. Asked for bucket of onions rings. Out of rings. Asked for a Pepsi float. Out of ice cream. Food lying on floors. Staff uninterested apart from one female staff member who apologised for everything being either late or cold. Not her fault. Was gonna complain but decided to pay the bill and get home. Really disappointed as the family all love pizza and we had a great day out until our dinner.

We came here for tea as it was the closest resturant to our hotel and i really wish we wouldnt have! We sat down and after 10 minutes our order was taken (2 pizzas both with stuffed crust) after about 5 minutes the waitress came back over and said they could only do a thin pizza so we said that was fine and we also ordered a 'bucket of fries' to share. Whilst waiting i decided to go to the salad bar which is free in the uk! I asked for a bowl and was given one but it wasnt until we got the bill that i realised i had been charged 4.49 for the salad. This is ridiculous as i had only had 1 bowl and then it was taken and a couple minutes later the salad bar was emptied and closed. When our main meals arrived 20 mimutes later my pizza crust was burnt and our 'bucket of fries' was a small amount of fries in a bowl. Feel extremely ripped off and would not recommend it at all!!

Had a really poor experience, the garlic prawns with mozzarella was microwaved n all mushy and our drinks were watered down, to top it off we were left waiting for 20mins and still no one came to collect our plates instead they were standing chatting, after getting fed up i just went an paid which a member of staff immediately came to take.

Myself and my friend took three children between us. My friend had contacted the establishment beforehand to see if their pizza bases were gluten free so when we ordered we were able to get my friends daughter her dinner the same as us!!!! The staff were efficient and speedy but we got all our order and any extra items we needed.

Brought my two daughters here for their end of term lunch. The three of us had the buffet. Good selection of hot, meaty pizzas, lovely pasta and salad. All for under £15!!

Title says it all. Hair in the pizza, chips came out nearly cold and there was some unidentified dirt in my daughter's water. We will never be back!

I visited this store on a quiet Sunday afternoon at around 4pm with 4 friends. The restaurant had only 5 or 6 small tables filled all of whom were eating their food. It took nearly 10 minutes before we could get the attention of any staff member to take our order. Food did not arrive together and some of the group waited a further 5 minutes for their pizza to arrive.

Group of went in, got a table no problem, got our orders and it went downhill from there.. there was a group of us, all the food came out in bits and pieces.. one friend still hadn’t got theirs, to be then told it had...

What an annoying experience. Second time there and same story once again. A couple of our starters never arrived to the table but were both included in the bill. The waitress didnt seem surprised at all neither was she apologetic. The whole service was ridiculous,...

Wow. I know it's just Pizza Hut, but wow. What an awful experience. I went for lunch with my daughter. It was moderately busy, nothing exceptional. We were seated immediately and ordered the buffet. Huuuuge mistake. There was simply no food. They put out one...

If the word Pizza is in your company name you really should know how to make and cook a pizza. The pizza is as bland as it gets. Has all the hallmarks of it being made somewhere else, frozen and just recooked on premise. Both pizza's were like this.

Me hubieran avisado por el Premiere Inn, Titanic Quarter, que estuviera más disponible en su restaurante y recibido indicaciones de Pizza Hut. Este fue ubicado dentro de un centro comercial a 3 / 4 de milla a lo largo de un paseo en el puerto relativamente oscuro frente.

Visitamos antes de ir a ver el espectáculo en la patrulla Paw Odyssey. Yo, mi hija y dos nietos muy entusiasmados de entre 5 y 3 para el almuerzo y llamado decidimos optar por el buffet de 6 libras. 99 por adulto y 3 libras. 99 para los niños. Went here for a bite to eat with my better half lol. When seated wasn't asked for drinks and had to wait 5 mins to be asked. Staff looked as if they didn't want to be there. Garlic butter pasted on crust of our hawien. Wasn't impressed at all.

Everything else was closed in W5 and needed a quick fix for our son so popped into this pizza hut. Only 2 other groups were sitting, and the mood was low. Little to no music, no noises for the kitchen. Food was okay for what it was, salad bar that I used seemed like something from the 90s though. Staff were attentive and helpful and friendly which was nice. Needs a refurb, most definitely! Very old and tired looking. Staff were great though.

Debated whether to eat here as I had read some negative reviews. Glad I decided to try for myself. I was not disappointed! Me and my son went for a meal and was served very quickly and had an attentive waiter called Anthony serve us. It was extremely busy but he was attentive to all customers, ensuring all were enjoying their meals. In fact all staff were friendly and tables were cleared quickly. We will definitely be back.

We went for lunch with a group of 10 following an early tour of the Titanic...which turned out to be perfect timing, as the restaurant was packed by the time we left. The lunch buffet included the salad bar and a variety of pizzas and pasta. Different varieties than we have in the US, but since this isn't in the US, it was exactly what I would expect! Service was good, and the restaurant was clean. Some reviews complain that it's an older restaurant, but this is Pizza Hut, not some high-end restaurant. I thought it was perfectly fine for what it is.

Oddly very old menu, compared to an English version of Pizza Hut. Even the salad bar was old-style. Decor in need of a proper refurb. Having said that I did enjoy my pizza, however my wife was disappointed that she couldn't have the usual small flatbread pizza she likes, and opted for a small normal pizza which was pretty greasy.

Went here with a party of eight people at lunch-time, midweek which, for a building that is mainly a concert venue/leisure area we were not surprised that it was quiet. However, we were treated to very friendly service and found their buffet more than adequate and very reasonably priced. It won't win any awards, but it's a good alternative in Titanic Quarter.

Place rundown and thread bear not shabby chic just shabby. Staff tried their best to be friendly. Menu about 5 years out of date no free salad no small lo cal pizzas. Needs a serious upgrade whole W5 ready for a refit. So much grease in the pizzas not good at all. Needs investment.

Stopped here after seeing a film at the Odyssey cinema for a bite to eat, the service was extremely slow and other people were getting served before we did despite us being in before them. When we finally got service we felt rushed to order. Our food was okay but one of the meals was far too cheesy and not very warm, the pizza was hard to cut and the side portions were a bit small. Cleanliness of the restaurant could've been better while when you opened a door to a corridor that leads you to the toilets, the smell of them hits you as soon as you open the door. Not very Happy not likely to return.

Pizza was average but very greasy for a place called "Pizza Hut" and pizza being the made reason for going I was not impressed.Worst chicken wings I have ever tasted.And lastly they served oven chips!!I would not go back.Stick to Dominos!!

Took my two daughters here for end of term treat. Loved it, great selection of pizza and salads with a couple of pasta dishes. Plenty to go around, great vfm

went at lunchtime. buffet v quiet v few pizzas put out. only cheese for vegetarians. only one server on we had to search him out to ask for a refill of drinks. v disappointing.

Went twice during my visit for convenience. One take out one eat in, take out was fairly quick and friendly service and pizza matched that of other stores.Eat in was a different experience the majority of the staff were pleasant but a couple you could tell didn't want to be there. Pizza again matched that of other in the chain. Gents toilets could do with a deep clean

Visited this Pizza Hut in the SSE on Saturday b4 the Giants game and have to say it was a great experience - Super service! We were greeted by a lady (called Sharon I think), who was so friendly and welcoming to us and the 2 young children with us (which is very important to me I have to say - after all that's a big reason we would choose Pizza Hut). Really prompt service with everything arriving piping hot. Attentive without being over the top - you could really see the place was well run. Thanks from the 2 little boys who visited (and us adults who enjoyed it too)!

Definitely one of my fav pizza places, was quiet for a Saturday night which was nice. Food was lovely, and didn't have to wait long. Great value also. Do think it needs updated with the deco etc but other than that will be back!

I'm going to be honest here, this is the worst Pizza But I have ever been to.I enjoy greasy pizza but this was too greasy, I couldn't even finish my meal because it was so off-putting.The main problem however is the staff. They are all so dull and slow. I have been numerous times and every single time, staff are having conversations from across the room.Most importantly though, the manager who was on for my last visit got my order wrong, tried to play it off like it was my fault and was generally rude.Avoid.

Another meal at Pizza Hut, really worth it. Myself, husband & 2 teenage daughters had pizza to share, more than enough. Staff very helpful & extremely friendly. Will definitely be back.

Friendly service but empty venue. This visit reminded me why I avoid Pizza Hut unless in extremis. Bland and uninspiring dishes with high prices that don't match the low quality.

Enjoyed the all you can eat buffet. Great salads, pizza and pasta. We got served pretty quick. We were lucky as the queue after that was really long, good timing on our behalf! Gets very busy with all the shows in the sse arena

Saturday night spent at the SSE Arena, whilst there we decided that we would go for food at PizzaHut. As we entered we were greeted by a very friendly man, but the experience seemed to go downhill from there. We ordered our food and it arrived promptly however the pizza was not to an exceptional standard. The base was one of the thinnest that I have ever seen. When you get a pizza you expect a little grease but this took to a new level. We paid extra for a refillable drink each but no waiting staff came near to ask if we would like another drink or if we were enjoying our meal. We then asked for our bill when we had finished and once again nobody came near. Eventually we had to go to the till at the front door and ask for it ourselves. Overall it wasn't a pleasant experience but I really hope Pizza Hut SSE arena can get their standards back up to scratch!

Waited ages for food, takes effort by wait staff to walk round a restaurant without making eye contact with customers. Most of my problems could have been resolved if the kids garlic bread starters had been brought out in a timely manner. Three hungry little ones and it tool over half an hour to get the starters. Main courses all came out first. This place caters to a lot of families please realise that little kids will only sit so long without food. If one of the wait staff chatting by the kitchen door had looked up or come near us I would have told them this.

We were going to Marvel on Tour at the SSE Arena last night and decided to get a pizzato setus up before hand. There was a long queue lined up outside from when we arrived at about 5.45pm, but it was moving slow and steady. Doors for the show were at 7pm with the start time at 8pm. The young man doing front of house was very good at coming out and telling customers in the line how long they might expect to wait and we were in and seated shortly after 6.20pm.Inside he took orders quickly, said how long food might take and brought drinks quickly. There was a bit of a wait for the pizzas but when they did arrive they were hot and tasty. The chips were disappointing, very undercooked, but I'm prepared to cut them some slack because it was such a busy night.We were in and out in a little over an hour and there was still a long queue outside when we left. Service at the till was equally friendly. The knowledgeable, patient, humorous staff made the little things that weren't perfect more than bearable.Great service makes a world of difference and the guys at Pizza Hut really earned their tips last night. Well done! I'd go back on a show night, no hesitation.

We arrived around 7pm to get a table, the place was empty but we're told by a member of staff that they had run out of pizzas due to the ice hockey match that had just finished (Pizza Hut with no pizza) great start. He told us it would be another 45 mins until they had pizzas avaliable.We decided to go bowling until they could accept customers. As we were shown to the table, the place was an absolute mess, numerous tables still piled high with plates, food all over the floor. As I mentioned it wasn't busy at all. We ordered 2 pizzas and a salad bowl, upon receipt of the bowl I made my way to the Salad counter and could see there was over half of the containers empty, as in clean nothing had been in them. I asked if they were to be replenished but was told no they didn't have replacements. I then told the waitress to cancel the salad.When the food arrived it was served on plates, not in the pizza trays, I have no idea why. Through out the time know he place there was one girl just dragging get feet when trying to clear the tables, it must have taken her 40 minutes to clear one table (she didn't serve anyone either in that time) the food overall wasn't bad but the service and experience was my worst yet in a Pizza Hut. We went to this Pizza Hut after visiting w5 . Waited to be seated after 10 mins (no queue-just not acknowledged) . When we was shown to the table we we're told sorry we have no forks as all are in the wash ! We then waited another 35 minutes for food to arrive which was standard but we had been charged for a salad bar with our main meals £4.50 each ? All other pizza huts we have visited we're free with the main meal . Asked for a refill of coke and this came after the bill and was told "I forgot you asked for this and charged us" I'm very tempted to write an email if the restaurant does not reply back" as the bill came over £60 and the service was not right . At no point was we asked if everything was ok or even when the payment was taken . Rude staff and not a nice place . Look forward to the replay.. thanks for reading everyone.

My son and I were visiting the SSE arena and decided to have lunch. With limited choice we decided to hit Pizza Hut. We were seated and served very quickly. I ordered bruschetta and pinion rings. My son ordered garlic bread and a kids pepperoni pizza. We were brought are pizza and pinion ring first. Sons pizza was ok just a little oily on top. My lion ring were spongey forcwznt of a better word so really a bit under done. Then a plate of garlic bread arrived as said mine was bruschetta so the waiter quickly whisked it off and brought back my bruschetta which was the same garlic bread with onions on top. The garlic bread was really awful. It was pale and looked and tasted like it had been reheated in a microwave. It was really chewy and stodgy. I know Pizza Hut is a fast food chain and my expectations aren't too high but I thought the food was really under par. The staff were lovely and it's a shame to tank the restaurant so low but it's purely in the awful food. I will not be back as it was a waste of money.

Went here for a meal before a concert. The regular staff were as friendly as always, the service and food were of a high standard. Cant find any faults with the place.

We took our niece & nephew here as a treat lunch at the weekend! Yummy food, great service! Will visit again!

Took my two girls here for buffet lunch. Plenty of good hot pizzas in offer and we had our fair share!! Staff very helpful

After a visit to the W5 our kids were hungry and tired, and so were we. We went to the Pizza Hut, which is in the same building and were really looking forward to quickly getting some food. There were about 4 families waiting for a table before us and through the window you could see, that there were free tables, so we thought, we'd get seated quickly. Unfortunately, it took about 10 minutes for the waiters to "find" a table for the first family, after waiting another 5 minutes we just went somewhere else. We didn't want to wait another half an hour for table to find out, if the service once inside was more willing to server their customers.Sorry, but I absolutely cannot understand this - the W5 is open dailys, so this situation probably occurs every single day! They should be prepared for families coming for dinner about the time the W5 closes.

I'm from the states so I probably have a skewed vision of Pizza Hut. It's much greasier here in the uk, and also more expensive.The fries were great and the staff was excellent! Very good people!

We visited this restaurant as we thought it would encourage our grandchildren to eat a salad as well as a pizza. Only when we had already ordered and were wondering where the salad bowls were did the waiter explain they no longer did free salads. seems like a retrograde step to me - that is the healthiest part of the meal. It's put me off using pizza hut again.

Called in on Tuesday past , there was about 5 tables in when we arrived , sat at a table and left for 10 minutes or so , when waiter arrived asked were we ready , said no but would like a drink , asked for a drink which their delivery wasn't in until the next day so asked for a different one to be told there's only 1 left so then had to change again , not very good start , place was run down , in needing of painting around the restaurant and booths , dirty napkins on the floor and very old fashioned , ordered a stuffed crust pizza which was OK the first slice or two then got sicking due to the amount of grease and cheese , checked on near the end which was too late but at least by then I could order another drink , would I go back ... never ... now I know why I haven't been in years

We visted for a family meal before a night out. There was a queue to get in but were seated in 5-10 minutes.The food came quickly, starters and most mains were fine but my pizza was extremely greasy and oily. Plus side was that drinks were offered with free refills.Not pricey, about £50 for a family of 5.Not great infact very average.

Popped out of w5 for lunch. The place was just under half full, so we got seated straight away. The 2 adults shared a large pizza. The first 2 pieces were ok but after that we noticed the oil and grease under the pizza. We had to put the rest of the pizza between the napkins to drain off the grease. We will not be rushing back.

Went here during a day out to w5 my son wanted to go for the buffet lunch well we spent half the time waiting for the pizzas to come out as it was so busy there just wasn't enough for everyone even if people had of took one slice at a time probably would have been better when not so busy

While staying for the weekend in Belfast we decided to visit pizza hut as we don't have one here in Co. Offaly or surrounding. And we are so glad we did. The pizzas which are made fresh was just mouthwatering my son had his own pepperoni pizza which was deep pan and he got it hard to finish but he loved it. Myself and the hubby got a large half half share pizza his side being pepperoni and mine just magerita. We ordered salad which we where give a bowl and told to help ourselves. There is a salad bar with a huge variety of salads including leafs pasta carrots coleslaw pineapple tortilla sweetcorn and much more. We also ordered chips they where the only thing that let us down. They was a bit burnt on the outside and didn't seem cooked on the inside we didn't complain though as we where very full from the pizzas. I had a glass of wine which was a nice treat to be able to have with your meal and they also serve beers. There is a huge variety on the menu. Overall we enjoyed it and wod go back again

Popped in about 8.15pm for a large stuffed crust pizza for myself, husband and 8 year old. Nothing too fancy, half margarita half Americano. I'm not sure if it's just this Pizza Hut or in Belfast (we are from Glasgow) but we didn't get the salad bowls of the free salad. The pizza didn't take long at all. It was nice but it was so thin. You could see through it from the bottom. I express that I wasn't happy and was told that it all depended who stretched the dough. I have added a pic for you all to see yourself but this was not the quality I expected and to be honest I felt like I missed out on pizza!

The wait staff was very nice. The food was terrible! Turns out not all Pizza Huts are alike. Bar none, this was the worst pizza I've ever eaten!! We ordered a pizza with different meats on it and we couldn't identify some of it. (Turned out to be beef, although we thought it was burnt bacon).

Arrived at Pizza Hut and waited 2 minutes on a table which wasn't an issue, we were greeted by Colin whom might i add had a magnificent beard. He was very helpful with recommendations and explained how buffet worked, he took the time out to offer tea and coffee, the pizza we ordered was the blazing inferno recommend by Colin. Truly had a great time lovely staff and lovely food.

Although my pizza variety varies I always begin with a salad. The selection and display always looks so tempting and I know its prepared fresh every day.The kids menu had a good selection of pasta and pizza and all for a reasonable price. They could order pizza without onions and with extra pepperoni – resulting in three very happy kids. My son simply couldn’t decide there was so much choice! Dessert at Pizza Hut has got to be the most exciting experience for kids ever! The ice cream ‘factory’ was in full swing with a little line of kids patiently waiting to have their turn at using the very ‘cool’ ice cream machine.My kids had such fun selecting their favorite sauce, chocolate of course, filling the glass with ice cream and topping off with some sweeties.I must add that the kids were not given a glass dish but a plastic alternative ‘ice cream Sunday dish’ so they could safely serve themselves. I have to admit that I preferred this experience myself to ordering a dessert from the menu and the child in me really enjoyed it, as did my eldest daughter – you are never too old for ice cream!So, all this in a relaxed and unhurried atmosphere despite being located in one of the busiest buildings in Belfast – I simply cannot rate Pizza Hut at the Odyssey highly enough.Next time you visit, allow extra time for a ‘slap up’ meal at Pizza Hut – you won’t be disappointed.

Went there yesterday for dinner with my parents. We all had pizza and it was delicious. The staff were friendly and place was spotless. Would defiantly go again and would recommend it.

Well made fast friendly service. Affordable and filling. These are personal pizzas. You won't be hungry after devouring this.

We called into SSE arena Belfast on Saturday just as we were in the city. Decided to have lunch in Pizza Hut, what a mistake!! We both ordered the chicken pasta, herb and cheese. It arrived served in an oblong dish (pic attached). I took one bite of this, after I managed to free the sticky cheese from the fork. I seriously would not put this stuff in my body!! It was revolting, very little pasta, 2 pieces of processed chicken smothered in what was supposed to be cheese. The waiter came to pick up our plates and asked if there was something wrong as he looked at my untouched food. I said I'm sorry but I could not eat it, trying to be polite I said maybe it's just me! He then said I can get you something else if you like I said it's ok and he replied "it's no problem we always do this" what does that tell you? I said ok I'll have a starter of barbecue ribs, it came, disgusting, in the meantime the manager arrived and asked if all was ok, after my partner said there was very little pasta and too much cheese, she said we get these delivered into us like this, again what does that tell you? I told her it was very bad, her reply was "if you went to Pizza Hut at Victoria Square the food would be the same" her point? £9.99 for the pleasure, they deducted my portion as my partner eat more of his, and added on the starter, as you do hello, great customer service not! I will never darken their door again that's for sure.

We use this place as a fuel up point before going to some of the Giants games. It's in a handy location, and even when it's busy they make sure to keep you informed about wait times and the like. The food is normal Pizza Hut food, but it always tastes good and fresh. Cheapish and handy

Went here with my friend and our two kids. Service extremely slow, staff rude and uninterested though only a few tables with people - not busy at all and now I know why. pizzas arrived cold greasy and horrible and inedible after waiting for nearly one and a half hours for it - never again will I be back.

Decided while in the odessey to go to Pizza Hut this was such a mistake, year and half ago had terrible service and food and swore I'd never go back. Tonight decided to try again and some how I think it's got worse, we got seated quickly and got menus and had to ask about deals or offers on and we got another menu, had a read through and the waiter took our order all good so far apart from the 3 dirty tables around us in the not busy restaurant the juice arrived 3 flat Pepsis and a flat club orange, told waiter and he said the gas had been changed but brought us another round of drinks and they arrive also flat so ordered a jug of diluted the starter finally arrived and it was good, then we waited and waited and no pizza arrived we had stacked the plates while we waited and still no pizza, finally I called a waiter to ask was our pizza ready or nearly ready as we had been waiting over an hour, not once had the staff came over asked did we want any more drinks or check if we were ok or anything, the pizza arrived and the waiter asked me to clear the table so he could set the pizza down after me stacking them plates and sitting looking at them for an hour, the pizza was cold it had obviously been left sitting to be brought out and no one was bothering to bring it out, called a waitress to tell her and she said she would find out what happened, she came back and told us we could have them put in the oven of we wanted ( the cold rubbery grease covered pizza ) we said no don't think we want a re heated pizza so she asked did we want a new 1 made no after sitting for 1 hour and 20 mins we don't wanna sit and wait for another pizza and asked for the manager, she never came back and no manager appeared so I went to see where someone was and the waitress was filling juices I asked her about the manager and she said he is coming, I asked when as we had been waiting and she didn't even come and tell us this she just left us waiting and she had such an attitude said I've just found out and was going to come tell u ( this is after she was taking someone else's order and filling juices) manager did come and told us he was going to sort out the charge so we didn't have to worry about the bill but so not good enough.I will never be back in Pizza Hut it is a joke over an hour and a half to get rude staff, disgusting food and bad service I'd 100 % would avoid I wouldn't go back even if it was free

We had a terrible experience here, the waiting staff were disorganised, slow and rude. We waited in the queue for ages, despite the restaurant only being half full. When we finally got in we weren't treated well at all. I would have expected things to move much quicker as it was a lunch buffet but apparently not. Unfortunately most of the places in the SSE Arena are shut now so you're really limited for places to go if you're at the bowling, the cinema or W5 but I will not be back to this place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I love writing good reviews and recommending places but not in this case :(

took the family there, and yes we all enjoyed the different variety of pizza, as well as the pasta and the salad,it was a good deal for a family!

Was in the odyssey had the choice of here or the Chinese picked the wrong one, they actually had no salami or no peppers left as you can imagine the shocked look I gave her and if that wasn't bad enough the 2 pizzas we did get were cold as well. If your waiting for me to say it was cheap it wasn't. I won't be back!

Good place to eat if at the Odessey or the Titanic museum. But watch the time because it was really busy when we went but the staff coped beautifully. Still a while waiting.

Went to Pizza Hut - SSE Arena with friends and family before X Factor Concert. Long queue at 5.30 pm but we waited and by 6 pm we were at our Table. Staff were BRILLIant working under a lot of pressure!!! We ordered starters and Mains and asked for all out together. Pizza was ordered along with Lasagne, Chips and starters of Garlic Mushroom and Cheesy Dippers.All food was superb and delivered hot and freshly cooked.We were all sorted within 40 mins and left the Restaurant feeling VERY SATISFIED.This location is well Managed and can handle large crowds and quick turnover exquisitely.Big COMPLIMENTS to all the superb staff and Chefs.Great place for PRE CONCERT FOOD.Be prepared to queue on busy nights but WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!!

Was not happy with this place, although in has a great selection on the menu, this is the worse pizza hut I've been in.I was here a few years ago and the food was good, but it has went down hill.I do hope they may revive this place. I was with a group of eight, and no one finished they're meal. Qq

We went to the Pizza Hut in the hockey area. It was dirty and out dated. We got a share pizza between the two of us. It was covered in so much grease. Unbelievable amount of grease!!
