Great experience, good food and friendly staff

amazing food, our server was brilliant, really friendly and put effort into having a chat and a laugh while waiting for food and checking on us, can’t recommend him enough!

Just fine for a casual visit. They don't have that many Pizza options and the Chicken one we had was not that tasty. Moreover, they don't take orders manually instead we should order it online. The resto was clean though.

Lovely place with good food, good people and a good atmosphere.

We were seated very quickly and Lauren had a chat with us about ordering via the QR code which let us take our time and choose what we were ordering, Daryl helped us through the allergen menu as we are both vegan, food was provided quickly and tasted excellent. My partner didn't finish all of her meal but staff were kind enough to box it up for us which was very kind.

So I came in today with friends and have to say the staff made it an amazing experience we had a lovely time I love how the staff was so down to earth and friendly you could happily joke about with them and made us feel so at ease would definitely recommend going in and having a meal here i can’t remember seeing the managers name tag so I can’t thank him personally but max was a great laugh id genuinely come back just for them 10/10 for food and 10/10 atmosphere and you definitely made our day

My wife said everything worked well. I liked everything as well. In particular I really loved the customer support, the lady was very charming and the man greeting us was also very lovely and nice. Loved it, make our day. Also salad bar was a good bonus.

We just went yesterday, I wish I had gotten the servers names. Young blond girl and the manager had came to chat with us when there was an order mix up. The scan qrcode wasn't working but it was fine to order with the server. Our friend's kid was with us, additional needs and they couldn't have been more helpful. Refill pepsimax is my fave and lots of flavour options. The flat bread chicken delight now has peppers on it (orange and red) so just a heads up. If you can't finish your food you get a wee takeaway box. We were too full for dessert. Absolutely fantastic staff/atmosphere. We booked ahead as we had a party of 5+ I recommend this as it is always busy.

The friendly employees! By entering without a booking we just had to wait a little while. Very soon we were seated and asked if any help was needed during the ordering process.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The meals came very quick and the manager was very friendly and attentive. Food was lovely and well as hot.

I love the food and welcoming I get when myself and my little girl enter Any pizza hut but your branch on argyle Street is the most welcoming due to the staff they couldn't be more helpful and welcoming to customers and a massive perfect reweiw to the waitress Lucy she goes over and above to help customers than any waitress or waiter I have ever experienced in my 45 years . Amazing job and couldn't recommend yous highly enough due to Lucy. Keep up the amazing staff and food. Thank you. John

Not great. Somewhat disorganised. Some staff nice while others inattentive. Some pizzas unavailable. Food was not good and 2 of us who ate the same pizza felt unwell soon after. Toilet facilities poor and out of supplies. Nowhere near as good as other pizza huts.

This was the saddest Hut I've ever visited. The salad bar was half empty as it was pushed against a wall, and nothing looked very fresh, it was dried out and the potato salad was congealed despite us being there not long after opening as my neice was catching a train from Central afterwards. The buffet pizzas were very slow coming out and despite hardly anybody being in, fast to go. I've never been in such a depressing, tiny, cramped Hut in my life. They own the entire corner building but there are fewer than 10 tables. We were sat in a single seat booth staring at a wall, and had to squeeze past another diner every time we went up to the buffet. I can happily stuff myself at Pizza Hut usually, but was happy to leave this one after barely an hour. The staff were fine but ordering and paying online, for a self service buffet, it makes you wonder how they feel about basically being glorified cleaners...

We had to get plates from the kitchen and the food wasn’t amusing in the salad bar was hair in it and we ordered a a pizza without peppers and they gave the pizza with peppers the chips were un cooked don’t recommend this Pizza Hut

HOLY ECONOMICS !!! "£17 pounds" for a 9 inch chicken pizza.

Food was cold! And the place was freezing up stairs.

We went here as part of a small school group. The team couldn’t have done more for us and the children (teenagers so very picky!) throughly enjoyed their meals and experience. Thank you so much 😊

We realised we didn't have time to dine in as we were sat down. But we let the staff know and they happily put the order in boxes to go! Very kind, accommodating staff

Would not recommend going here, complete waste of money, orderd and payed for mac and cheese, which they didn’t have, they didn’t offer in anything to replace it, pizza was cold, took 45 minutes for 2 desserts we actually had to go down to the manager as 2 deserts were taking so long, tiny tiny desserts. Would definitely not go back and highly recommend going somewhere els.

Absolutely fantastic service all round. I'm particularly impressed by the choice of gluten and dairy free options and the menu being crystal clear about what contains allergens. Excellent from Pizza Hut.

The staff at Pizza Hut on Argyle street in Glasgow were fantastic! Very patient, friendly and accommodating with last minute changes. The waiting time for food was not long and the kids had a super time. Will definitely be visiting soon. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Amazing staff, a cosy atmosphere and delicious food. Whats not to love

When I lived in the Glasgow area, I loved visiting Pizza Hut, it had a wide range of pizzas available and I liked that I could cusotmise it to my taste, one pizza was enough to share with other people and I liked that the salad bar was unlimited so I could customise my experience even more. The staff here are always nice and it's right next to Glasgow Central Station so it's easy to get to via public transportation.

The seating area was super close to the salad and drinks bar! Was absolutely fantastic! The service was also super quick! Staff were super helpful.

I feel disgusted that this company is charging nearly £30 for a large pizza which was largely flavourless. The mac and cheese almost £14 was a side portion. Staff were excellent.

Tasty food - the flatbreads very nice and the sides were spot on. The waitress was very kind and made my meal even better, sharp and on time. Its people like Lauren that ‘make Glasgow’

Food was nice Was 7pm when we had our food and there was people walking in without reservations and staring at me and my partner while we ate our food very uncomfortable atmosphere made by the cramped space.

Buffet only had two veg pizzas - margarita and cheese with onion. When the onion pizza finished wasn’t replaced for a while and my lunch break was finishing so had to go back. Seating area is also cramped and doesn’t feel that clean inside Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

The food wasn't exceptional, but what they lacked in that department, they made up for with their service. Incredible hosts.

Went for a date day with my wonderful girlfriend. First time I've ever eaten at that particular Pizza Hut. The lady serving us was very accommodating and helped us to our seats and talked us through the ordering process. The pizza itself was delicious and filling and the beers were ice cold and came in tall frosty glasses. All in all a lovely meal.

Not very appetising and that was the kids review. Goodness knows now what they had done to the kids chips!

I will not visit again this establishment or any other Pizza Hut for that matter. Here are the positives: Staff are friendly but they aren’t waiters. Waiting time was acceptable. The negatives: Mobile ordering is annoying, cumbersome and quite frankly made me feel like I was in a takeaway. You wanting me to order myself using the QR code alone would be enough for me not to return. I don’t want to use my phone to order for sitting in meals. You also have the cheek to ask for a tip at the payment screen , for what!!?! I haven’t even had a drink or food to warrant me giving a tip. You must work for tips it’s not just a given!!! How dare you!!! Pepperoni on my pizza was thinner then paper! Little bit of cheese and sauce and you charge £14 for it!?!? How is that good value for money? Thieving b*stards the lot of you! My kids pizza base was very thick, even for a deep dish pizza that would be too thick. You are forcing me to have Diet soft drinks from the unlimited self serving machine. I have a balanced diet and I prefer the taste of sugary drinks, I can take care of my health thank you very much. Granted, the waitress offered me a bottle of Pepsi but I declined, I didn’t want to keep having to ask her for another one since she and the other staff members were pre-occupied with explaining the mobile ordering to each and every table who was around me. It would have taken less time to just bloody take the order! Overall experience is the worst I ever had. I am qualified in hospitality management and it enrages me that you charge high prices and give no service whatsoever! I regret giving into convenience and deciding to buy lunch from you. If it wouldn’t have been for my hungry kid I would have left at the time the waitress told me to order myself on my phone. There are factors you didn’t consider, tourists don’t have mobile data to use internet to order on the phone. Elderly people less tech savvy don’t know how to use QR codes especially if they don’t have smartphones. You don’t employ waiters anymore you employ IT technicians to help with mobile orders! Shocking! The waiter was enforcing everyone to order online with no option to order traditionally despite people asking for it. I used your toilet and it’s filthy, doors sticky dusty and marked. Plug hole in sink has pink mould around it. Walls are marked and dusty. No sign of pride anywhere. Talking about dirt… the drinks lists and offers leaflets were dirty, stained with ketchup. Did you forget all the extra cleaning once done during covid? Absolute shocking experience and I will recommend anyone to go to an independent establishment. I will plan my day next time better and not even consider you for my hard earned money. Shame on you.

**** Pixza Hut Fort**** Cannot see a listing for it very disappointed, tasteless, watered down food, no way is this the quality of product Pizza Hut is known for. Clearly budget has changed and cheap generic wholesale ingredients are being used Self proclaimed pizza connoisseur, of cheese and tomato, I eat a lot of pizza, and have always held Pizza Hut up there with Chicargo Town, squashy pizza dripping in melted cheese and a rich tomato,sauce, My visit Fri * to Fort* was poor, shown to a table quickly enough, but then left sitting like melons unable to use the app, took age for staff to assist. The pizza was watery, as was the cheese sauce in the mac cheese Noticeable! You really should put a poster up advertising the quality reduction

I cannot believe how shockingly bad the food here is. I haven’t been to a Pizza Hut since I was a kid and I won’t be going again. The quality, value and portions were poor. The fries are almost £5 for a small portion and are not even good fries. The orange juice was from concentrate, like the cheapest tasting orange juice you can get and was more than £3. The pizza was mediocre, like a Farmfoods pizza basically and was £20. The glasses and bowls were dirty. The salad was dry and tasteless. I am so confused as to why anyone likes it and goes back a second time. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff are helpful and nice but I won’t be surprised if they go out of business due to being so overpriced and serving terrible food.

Terrible service. The girl who took our order was ignorant . Order was late so we took a seat. Then when we got our order and sat down to eat she said she we can’t eat inside because we ordered takeout . And the pizza was mediocre at best. If I could give 0 /5 I would. Wish I remembered the woman’s name who served us because she is not meant for that job .evening of July 15th. Hardly ever go to pizza huts in North America because they are just a quick alternative but compared to this one they are like a 5 star restaurant.

Nice little place, great food and service, however must mention that salad bar was not very clean as vell as dishes at salad bar. Pizza is probably one if the best you can have in town

4 stars only because I prefer the old ways when we ordered our dinner to a person instead of a QR code. Food was excellent as always and a great touch that the staff serves you a beer with a frozen glass. Also, the waiting staff was very friendly and approachable

Arrived 1hr 45mins before and they told us they didn't want anyone sitting in. We pointed out that it shuts much later, so they reluctantly let us sit in, but turned a number of parties away just after us. Everything felt like a hassle to the person serving us. The pizza was tasteless, and the original pan pizzas were oily with soggy, greasy bases. We were told that they wanted to tidy up the salad bar so we should get something quickly, and this was still 1hr 30mins before closing. For the terrible service and bland pizza, the bill was stupidly high. With the complete lack of effort, it felt like the company doesn't want to stay in business. Do not go, waste of money and time.

The buffet location from the table areas was excellent. The price of the buffet was good value, would dine there again in the future.

If I could give 0 I would. We were at the restaurant before 8.30 and although it was closing at 10 we were only served as we made a booking but were late. Others were turned away. Service was okay but not great and pizzas were terrible. The original pan was VERY greasy and under cooked. We were the only people in there and the general feeling was that they couldn't wait for us to go. Thankfully we had a voucher for £50 but still had to pay £37. Very much avoid.

Lovely staff, could use more diffrent pizzas and the toilets were on the top floor not good if you a full stomach

So had a delivery of the loaded pepperoni pizza with cheesy garlic bites for the crust and mozzarella dippers. Didn't have to wait long so the actual delivery time was fine. The pizza I got was so disappointing. The pizza had very little cheese on it and some pieces just looked like baked tomato sauce on a pizza base. The cheesy bites did not have any garlic on them as well. The mozzarella sticks were fine but no dipping sauce?! After the price I paid, I expected a better product. I have sympathy being a busy Saturday night for them but that doesn't excuse for lack of quality control.

Overpriced food and drinks. Service poor. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this place when there are so many other fantastic places to eat within a short distance.

Happy to get unlimited pizza, bottomless drinks and unlimited ice-cream for just £16. Very delicious food and very happy with the services.

Upon arrival I was welcomed , indeed the manager quickly built up a rapport with me. He ensured everything went smoothly, keeping me informed of progress and routinely checking to see if I needed anything. Very good indeed.

WOW where do I start The location was amazing, we were quickly seated. The waitress explained how to use the order app and even came back to see how we were making out. We chose the shareable pizza that came with unlimited salad bar with a nice selection. The food came quickly and perfectly cooked and tasted delicious, my first time trying thin crust and would have it again. We are on vacation fromonwe leave. I had the pleasure of speaking with the Manager and he was awesome. Since my first initial review I have returned to this location 2 more times, today Sat May 20th we sat upstairs which is usually closed during the week. Once again we were greeted with a cheerful smile and once again amazing hot pizza, had the pan style which comes with bottomless fountain drink and salad. Thanks to Jacqueline who served us twice before and to Eve who served us on Thurs. I have no more word’s except if I’m Glasgow you MUST try Pizza Hut on Argyle St. 10 STARS in my book!!!!

Gut eingerichtet und sehr leckeres Essen, Pizza Hut ist überall recht teuer aber es schmeckt Sau gut 👍🏽 Das Buffet war nicht so unser Fall, die Pizzen standen schon länger und sahen recht trocken aus. Salatbar war gut hergerichtet und das Dessert was halt ne Eismaschine mit vielen toppings 😎

Took the grandkids in here for a bank holiday treat.Although it was a bit dearer because it was a holiday they enjoyed it.We upgraded to the dearest buffet because the kids could have pasta,unlimited drinks and free ice cream.The staff were nice and kept refilling the pizzas.

The table I sat at was tilting quite a bit and the atmosphere felt cramped, but the food and service were exeptional.

Dire, being "forced" to order from an app and pay up-front, thus making getting an extra drink a total faff-around destroyed the visit

We decided to order from the restaurant rather than the delivery outlet, what a mistake this was , the very principle of a pizza is that the topping stays on until you eat it , so I was very surprised when I opened the box and the didn't even have a top saver in the box , delivery outlets are much faster and better quality in my experience , will not be going back to the restaurant anytime soon

Contrary to popular belief, Pizza Hut is actually really good in the UK. This branch in particular had good pizza and their free salad bar wasn't bad either. For the price, though, you would be better off spending for more amazing pizza.

Was really disappointed. Haven't been to pizza hut in a few years so was looking forward to it. You're given a menu and told to scan the app which I'm not a fan of but ok, pizza we wanted was on the paper menu but not the app, waiter tells you to give them a shout if need anything but we waited for 5 mins and when I went to find someone I think they were busy in the back which is fine, we were hungry so we just chose another. Got a sharing Hawaiian pizza. Extra cheese for £1 more and 1 Bottle of sparkling water. It cost £29.95... Pizza was not great, I've had better from supermarket freezers tbh. Not worth the £ at all. Glass was dirty but at this point a waitress did come and replace and the experience we had with her was pleasant, so I can't fault them but service rating is due to having to use app and just being left to pretty much be a self service and having to put card details in and order rather than just pay cash which we wanted. The restaurant itself is kinda run down, doesn't look particularly clean. Sauces in bowls were covered in sauce and not cleaned. Free salad with any main is good but options very limited now (seem to remember the salad bar being a highlight) I wouldn't go back due to this. We ate the pizza as we were so hungry but it wasn't enjoyable and more just to fill us up and give us energy to walk home. Stuffed crust was a let down, again not the usual pizza hut standard. Not sure we had hyped it up too much and our expectations based on previous years experience were too high but I'd rather get a Morrisons or Asda pizza for a fraction of the price and more enjoyable.

The two stars are both for the amazing waiter who served us yesterday! He was amazing and the only good thing about that place . We paid for buffet , cold , stone hard , very few pieces of tasteless pizza , safe to say for close enough £50 we left hungry. It was a pure disgrace and I do hope every customer tips the waiting stuff cause they shouldn’t suffer the awful quality food’s consequences they have to serve .

I would like to thank very much the two managers that were working on Saturday when I fell on the street and they lifted me up and called an ambulance and waited till the ambulance came. They were so compassionate, caring and kind they helped me so much as others just walked past me as if I didn't even exist. Again you were both wonderful and I don't know how I would have been without you both and the other two kind older ladies that stopped

Ease of ordering, staff were accommating when i asked to make changes, even when changes werent available on website.

The staff, were first class, patient, didn’t rush us. The manager, I think was fantastic, he was vegan. So if you know who you are! And offered help for online ordering. Checked everything was ok and were happy to recommend. The food was really tasty. Thank you

El lugar sucio, con los asientos llenos de grasa y las mesas sucias. Las pizzas del buffet frías, solo había 4 variedades que las tienen cortadas en porciones y alguna estaba tan recalentada que parecía pan tostado frito, muy aceitosas y sin apenas ingredientes y no sacaban pizzas nuevas. La pasta había 2 variedades y estaba tan recalentada que el tamaño del macarrón triplicaba al tamaño que debería tener, blandos, parecía un puré de pasta.

The food was great and so was the service! Without booking a table in advance we were quickly seated and looked after the whole entire time by an amazing staff. We had order lasagna (comes with unlimited side salad), pizza margarita and side of fries. Everything was good including the drinks.

There was only 2 pizzas out during the buffet and one was horrible BBQ pizza but the pizza I did eat was lovely and the staff were very helpful. We just thought th point of a buffet was to have options

This place was so bad today. They have a new ordering system. Which in my opinion is absolutely desperate. There is no way of ordering food unless u use a code on your smart fone. The girl that asked us to use the code eventually took our order. We had a hard time even getting a simple order across to her. When we got the food it was over cooked and with very little cheese and sauce on the pizza. We were very disappointed. The location was probably the best in Glasgow. We really think management should reconsider a different ordering method. As we were not the only unhappy people in the restaurant.

The buffet selection was good although the variety of pizza remained the same throughout. There is no interaction with waiting stuff. Orders have to be done over the phone with a QR code.

The unlimited pizza soft drinks salad & pasta option was a steal & the pizzas were delicious The pastas were very average though But this concept of an unlimited option for a reasonable price was great

I find this place is far to busy, cold and the layout is not ideal for a restaurant. We waited to be served at the weekend. A woman told us she would be with us shortly and we sat down. Another family came in after us and were seated first even though they knew we were sitting waiting.

We loved our pizza. Meerkat deal is great value. Little bit chilly in our seats but it is winter so can't complain too much.

Disappointed service, today I came with my friend at 7:30pm and once we entered the lady who was in shift told us it is to go only ! while there was so many vacant tables. I asked her about the reason and she was rudely said I do not have to say the reason! This is bad to assign someone in front of customers with such behavior. You have to put her in storage or any back office area where she doesn’t deal with humans at all.

Easy to order online, food was good and arrived quickly. Drink was well served (bottle cold and glass very cold - a nice touch)

It’s good, and I like that they include salad with pizzas. But honestly it’s quite expensive in the UK. You could eat in a good traditional restaurant for this price. Other countries have much more reasonable prices.

Lucy was immediately very accommodating and was consistently friendly and helpful throughout - she even had the Meerkat Meals code ready for our arrival. The food was fantastic value for money and really good quality, among the best out of other Pizza Huts I’ve been to recently. It came out in less than 10 minutes from ordering (Monday night) which was great

We visited on a Saturday, the adults all had the buffet and it was somewhat underwhelming. We had to ask the waitress to replenish the pizzas. This visit reminded my why I love Pizza Express, it's simply a different class.

The amount of flies made me feel a bit sick but the food was business as usual
