Staff friendly...booths a bit cramped and snug ....

Slightly overpriced but manager was very accommodating of our large family gathering. Food was delicious, children had a great time

The worst restaurant I've ever visited, £30 for 4 bits of pizza, the staff couldn't go any slower or they would be going backwards, buffet is topped up every 25 minutes so the customer gets bored with waiting and just leaves. Avoid avoid avoid

Layout was good. Not very busy. Staff were welcoming. Didn't have to wait long.

Poor service right from the start - the male server scoffed out the terms of no cash contactless only then abruptly instructed us to order using our phone and qr code. I would have left but my son was so excited about going to Pizza Hut I felt we had to stay. They messed up our order with no apology from the young and scruffy female server just a “we can give u a free desert” which we politely declined. We felt quite a pressure to eat and leave and not made to feel welcome whatsoever. Was an expensive and poor experience - can see why the place was nearly empty… not sure why they had two servers working when you do all the work yourself… manners cost nothing. And why do you not accept cash… covid is over?

My daughter and I had lunch there, lots of people, staff were quite efficient and polite. Helpful staff. We are satisfied with the website. We chose the buffet and had the opportunity to try several types of pizza, the dough and ingredients were good, but I had the impression that they all tasted similar. You can feel that time is passing. Recommend for the whole family if you are a pizza fan. I wasn't impressed with the additions and drinks. But my daughter liked the pepperoni pizza.

Great family atmosphere. Amy looked after us and coped with our needs, and sense of humour. Lovely server.

I ordered the buffet for us. In the while 90 min of buffet i did not have any sides (it was included) the pizzas were slow to come and so whenever it did come all customers were rushing in like hungry hounds. The pastas were good but i could only take a couple of spoons as they never refilled it. To top all they gave us the wrong price for the buffet and when we asked in the end the waitress was rude . I didn’t want to spoil my weekend over £10 so just gave in. Poor service and no accountability to their actions. At this pace the place will shutdown soon.

Disappointing! Opted for buffet. Refill of the buffet took ages every time. There were many like us but pizzas came out one at a time. Sides were included but didn't see any! DON'T OPT FOR BUFFET!

Slow service, cold food and cold room. And that was well away from the door. Margarita had minimal tomato sauce and cheese.

Really upsetting another big chain no longer accepting cash. Also when ordering on the app we feel like we are doing half the servers job. If they want tips you're better with table service

No experience of this restaurant. Why do they think it a good idea to work cashless ? Used to enjoy their pizzas and salad bars but if they don't think my cash is acceptable then sorry, no custom.

Friendly Staff food was Easy to Order a great Experience

I would have given 5 stars, and although there wasn't really anything wrong, the service could have been better, in my opinion. We had to ask for the empty dishes to be taken away and ask for our deserts that we ordered. The restaurant was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly all the same.

The service was good, they filled our order perfectly and were very friendly. The thin crust pizza was too topping heavy to eat without spilling so I ate with a knife and fork. The salad bar was a little messy, a couple bowls were dirty so check before grabbing. There was no ranch dressing and as an American in a pizza hut I found this most upsetting since this is crucial for pizza dipping as well as salad topping. We did not eat the buffet, due to it being closed so ordered single pies and a kids menu. The corn on the cob for the kids menu was a little burned so our son wouldn't eat it. The atmosphere was okay, it's not pizza huts fault for the people who eat there but it is just a very casual street restaurant.

Lovely place for a good pizza. I have allergies and the gentleman on duty made sure I was able to get everything I needed taking these into consideration. I had the goats cheese pizza, husband the meat feast and father in law had the Hawaiian. When we arrived they were very quiet so our food came very quickly. As we were finishing there were customers in all sections. Aberdeen was having a very warm day but this was a lovely oasis of cool

Always love a pizza hut buffet, especially for the salad bar. Loads of salad items to choose from and plenty of dressings. There were about 5 or 6 types of pizza on the buffet too

During my 51 trips around the sun, this is head and shoulders, the worst dining experience I have had. I could go into great detail about this experience, but after loosing the will to live after being subjected and charged through the nose for the pleasure, I'm trying to put it all behind me. I have never frequented Pizza Hut at Aberdeen beach before, and for that I can be thankful. Safe to say , I won't be back to that one, or any other Pizza Hut . Not that they will mind. Im sure the 33 quid I spent on 4 slices of dried buffet pizza at 3pm will not be missed, or be enough to drive Pizza Hut into liquidation. Nor will the abysmal service or this review. I'm only leaving 1 star as default ; because I can't leave a zero star rating, or as preferred, drop a negative number. I'm not a great people person , so I don't actually care if no one else heeds the warning about the shambles masquerading as a restaurant. But do yourselves a favour, stay at home, make a sandwich and donate 30 quid to charity instead.

One of the very few times we’ve been to a resteraunt and been completely satisfied, everything was excellent, will definitely go to Pizza Hut at Aberdeen beach again. Staff were great

My recent visit to Pizza Hut in Aberdeen was quite enjoyable. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu offered a wide range of pizza options, and I was pleased with the quality of the ingredients and flavors. The garlic knots were a delicious appetizer. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is that the service was a bit slow during peak hours, and the noise level was a bit high. Nonetheless, if you're craving pizza and a relaxed dining experience, Pizza Hut is a solid choice in Aberdeen.

Exceptional service from the Aberdeen Beach Pizzahut Team especially Reece T whose friendly, professional service was excellent. Food was delicious - great value for money - and well-presented. Will certainly return.

Friendly and welcoming staff very helpful. Rather difficult to flag down staff and shame there isn't more seating overlooking the sea

Card only, so we didn't get to sample the food. Waste of our time going there and we we're told that the card only situation is a corporate decision and affects all Pizza Hut restaurants, so we won't ever be going to any again. The Turkish restaurant next door were happy to take our cash.

Why do you still have to order on app + payment only by card COVID is past, staff ask if everything ok, but would be better making sure service was being carried out. Served pizza, had to ask for sides and dessert.

We took advantage of the lunchtime buffet. All you can eat and salad bar. Brilliant value for money and very tasty.

Disappointed by our visit here at PH Aberdeen beach, first time at this restaurant, we usually go to our more local PH in Dundee Kingsway which seems like a palace compared to this one. Our experience yesterday at the Aberdeen beach PH was not up to the usual good standards we enjoy in Dundee. The salad bar was pitiful, not much food left and it was not being replenished. The cutlery was filthy, even the freshly brought bunch of cutlery brought to our table, so needed to select the best of the bunch, but still dirty. Ordering system via a QR code was OK, although couldn't easily find the pasta options that were on the menu. Staff were polite and pleasant, and were busy all the time as it was a busy time of day where the restaurant was full. We both had the lasagne, which tasted nice, but was not big portions, and certainly not worth over £13 per lasagne, so poor value for money for what you get. On the upside, the self-serve juice (bottomless juice option) was good and worked well.

Avoid. You wait to be seated and find the table hasn't been cleaned, pizza crumbs still felt. You order and pay via app, wait 5 minutes for your glass to fill, then head to the hot puzza buffet which is practically empty. Had to watch for pizza going out to get any! Honestly was terrible. They couldn't keep up with the customer needs. Felt like I was waiting for it cook constantly and noticed one person in the kitchen only whilst the other 2 did all the running about.

I love going to the one by the beach in Aberdeen and sitting outside.

Arrived at 1650hrs. They have a deal which expires at 1700hrs, therefore we approached a member of staff at 1655 to affirm our intention to partake of this. The response from.the male employee was frankly rude, dismissive and patronising. Advising us that we couldnt have this in spite of the fact it was not yet 5pm. We were seriously embarrassed and felt belittled by this person, who seemed to take some delight in 'putting us down'. I shan't return - extremely disappointed at exceptionally poor, rude and abrasive customer service.

Went for a Takeaway pizza, the first shock was it would have cost £53.98 for 2 large supreme pizzas until I was told about TREAT YOURSELF DEAL which in total for 2 people was £31.98. The 2nd shock was when I opened the box to look at the pizza and I can only describe this as pitiful attempt at making pizza and overcooking, NEVER AGAIN

We booked our table in advance, glad we did it got busy very quickly. Staff were very nice we had the new melt would recommend it only downside was grandson didn't like the chips, he loved the ice cream bar.

Love Pizza hut although this particular time I ordered the buffet and the food was not nearly being cooked fast enough to supply the buffets demand. Food was still good although perhaps will think twice in the future before ordering the buffet. - Update, many years later and this place has improved. Long wait to get seated when it was not that busy and took while to get staff attention, when we finally got a seat we was told no cash and scan the QR code to order! This annoys me as the whole point in going out is to get service!! and not everyone wants to use their phones , We actually had to approach a member of staff as we was ignored for over 10 min while the little staff that was on avoided eye contact . When we arrived many staff just walked past us and didn’t really take us on. All saying “ someone will be with you soon”. We got a table and was told we’ve to scan the menu and order from there - the point of eating in a restaurant and paying restaurant prices is to have the service. Anyway, we order from there. We had the salad, most of the salad dressings were empty - or all over the floor. To the point I told the children to check their shoes as I was standing on cucumber constantly. The salad wasn’t replenished since earlier that day or worse the day before at prime tea time 5pm why wasn’t it stocked. Our meals came, the children’s were fine - adults were ok.pizza wasn’t the best tasting and the chicken bites felt uncooked. We then waited 15 mins for our dirty dishes to be taken, the kids had the ice cream factory pudding with very limited choice for toppings and sauces - like the salad bar all empty and messy. We then had to wait 25 minutes for adults pudding. When leaving we didn’t get any thank you, or goodbyes just over all a very impersonal service, with staff that you can tell don’t care about the place and are just working there to live.

Friendly staff. Kid friendly and close to family friendly facilities. Kids loved it and the online ordering worked well.

After having walked to the beach and feeling hungry, my husband and I decided on Pizza Hut. Service was immediate and friendly. We ate outdoors and the food arrived very quickly, piping hot and GOOD. Our server was helpful and very nice to chat with. Probably only concern was slightly 'grubby' in outdoor seating area but otherwise a good experience.

We arrived to find the restaurant practically empty, maybe only 3 tables occupied. We were clearly spotted by 2 waiting staff but not acknowledged. They were clearing tables and paid no attention to us at all. After nearly 10 minutes of waiting one of the staff eventually acknowledged us (no apology, just a few grunted words). As there was no further attempt at communication we decided to leave. It would have taken no more than a couple of minutes to seat us with menus before attending to things like clearing tables and supplying a customer with a take-out box. No awareness of customer service priorities. We won’t be back.

Decided to have a takeaway pizza at the beach. The lady who served us helped us order the best deal which was very much appreciated. Good was nice and hit and most enjoyable.

Vine aquí con un grupo de niños para celebrar un cumpleaños. Desafortunadamente, no pudieron sentarnos a todos en la misma mesa (a pesar de reservar con semanas de anticipación), pero afortunadamente funcionó bien estar cerca en una cabina.El menú infantil tenía una excelente relación calidad-precio con un jugo principal ilimitado, ensalada y helado. Todos los niños lo pasaron muy bien y fue muy familiar. We visited Pizza Hut with two kids. We paid £32 for starters and pizza. There is ice factory for kids, free salad bar and free drinks. We waited 20minutes for food because the place was packed. The whole staff was helpful, very professional, with good manners. We were served by Mr. Stephen. He tried his best to ensure all his customers are happy with food and service. Definitely come back.

I attended pizza hut along with my sister and her boyfriend in july of this year there was a short queue at the door, but i was kept well informed by the girl on the door, who assured us that she would source us a table just as fast as she could. I was served by Hristina, who was very friendly, and we felt that we were very well taken care of . the food was brought promptly - despite the fact that the restaurant was busy, and my sister and i were very impressed with the quality of food that was there. altogether a very positive experience.

At the time of our visit the place was fairly busy but not packed. There were no children's sized glasses available and no dessert bowls available so had to ask which they did bring out quickly. There were constantly customers waiting for a few minutes for pizzas to arrive at the buffet table. Whenever the did come out they only came out with one pizza at a time and were quickly snapped up by the people waiting. For some reason the kitchen just could not cook enough pizzas even though it wasn't incredibly busy. Won't be going back again in a hurry.

Durante nuestra visita, el personal que nos atendió fue muy amable, amable y atento. Estaba mi compañero, nuestra hija y yo, así que una mezcla de platos para adultos y niños. Late evening meal after watching a movie. Not overly busy, shown to a booth type seat and given very menu options. Iced water from machine is self service, top up S you like and free, fizzy drinks again top up as you like for one payment. We chose the 3course option for 2 for £27.58. There are various options within this to choose from and the fresh salad bar (it was kept fresh) was a free help yourself if you want. We had a basket of chicken wings, cheesy fries and a half and half pizza all to share. Very filling and had to take our cookie sweet home. Nice helpful and pleasant staff, didn't have a long wait. Good service, good price, good food. Finished a very enjoyable evening out .

My wife and autistic son visited on Monday. It was very busy and there was a long queue my wife asked a female member of staff she can't remember her name what the waiting time was for a table it was 20 mins. The girl remembered my son from the last visit a couple of months ago. She managed to find a table and even remembered their order from the last time. This is first class service were just annoyed we can't remember the girls name. She dealt with a difficult situation very well.

The setting and view from this pizza hut are hard to beat, looking out onto the north sea you can watch fishing boats or the massive oil rig supply boats coming into the harbour.

Siempre nos gusta ir a restaurantes que atienden a niños y adultos. Mi hija que tiene cuatro años ama la choza de pizza. Cuando llegamos, nos llevó unos buenos diez minutos antes de que nos sentáramos. Una vez sentado, nos pidieron nuestra orden de bebidas con prontitud. Luego otros cinco minutos se tomó nuestra orden de comida. Fuimos para el reparto de pizza épica con dos lados, pizza y desierto y ensalada ilimitada. Esto fue suficiente comida para nosotros tres. La comida fue servida muy rápido. También pagamos a través del nuevo QKR con el pago principal, esto fue brillante y muy eficiente, especialmente cuando nuestra hija estaba inquieta y quería ir, así que pagamos la cuenta rápidamente y nos fuimos. I was here this evening for dinner with partner and two young kids. Well run place and a real credit to the pizza hut franchise. Filling, tasty and good value for money. Definitely coming back next time we're in Aberdeen.

We were there for a family meal on a Tuesday night and got large pizza’s to share and they were amazing and with a side portion filled us up, with an added bonus of diluted juice for the younger children was a good idea. The only disappointment was the slow service to take our order after us sitting that was the only bad point. Other wise well worth a visit
