Pizza Hut in Manchester

Wouldn't recommend . Not a great atmosphere .staff all in casual cloths no uniform .Place was empty sat us down put a menu in front of us and said order off app ..come out for table service not mess about ordering everything off the app..Card only aswell ..Walked out after 5 min off trying to scan the code off the table .

Come to this Pizza Hut regularly and food has always been good, staff have looked after us well, very polite.

Every time we go to a pizza hut it's horrible after covid. This one expects you to order everything yourself because the staff doesn't want to do it, we were waiting in line and the staff let someone come in before us even though they knew we were waiting. Completely unprofessional.

Went here just for desserts after eating out elsewhere. Love the cookie dough here and the desserts. Great value for the portions and price.

Me and my two friends visited here as a treat having not visited in a long time. I was excited to try the new vegan menu and of course we were all looking forward to the pizza. Firstly, the salad bar was ok but not looking the freshest it could have. For me it was the best part of the meal though tbf! My friends had a deal that meant they got a large neat feast pizza and some sides. The chicken bites were literally freezing cold in the middle and my friend had to send them back. The next lot were warmer but nowhere near the piping hot you’d expect. All of us felt the pizzas were really undercooked, they were only just warm enough for the cheese to melt but not go at all brown and the bases were doughy. As an aside the soft drinks were advertised as having various flavours you can add but the machine only gave the option of vanilla which was also disappointing. For the quality of food we received, it really wasn’t very cheap and we all decided we won’t be inclined to revisit.

Had a brilliant visit thanks to our host Scott at the Manchester fort restaurant, the food was great, nice happy atmosphere, great for the kids too :)

One of our friends is vegan, he was happy with his vegan pizza, waitress seemed knowledgeable about the 'vegan' cheese. My husband and I shared the starters of cheese bites, chicken wings and ribs, price was good at £5.99. Very tasty. Friendly attentive staff. Lovely atmosphere, left alone to chat. Everything was good except when we wanted to pay we had to wave over to a cook and get them to send a waitress to collect our payment so that We could leave, but food and service was good so would definitely go back.

Had a lovely dinner this evening with the kids. Great customer service & staff very friendly and helpful, was served by a lovely lady called Marina who was very pleasant. The restaurant was very clean and tidy, the food was delicious & arrived promptly. Will definitely be visiting again.

We came here just as it opened at 11 th3 salad bar was full of flies, the salad was dry and clearly left over night. The waitress said sorry and that it wasn't her fault as she only started 10 mins prior so no accountability. Won't be back

This is the best pizza buffet and here was the best of them. Also the best place to play jenga ones person effort

We came here for a meal in the evening last month with one adult and two children. On the kid's menu, you get unlimited salad, unlimited fizzy drinks, a main, and unlimited ice cream for £7.95! This is brilliant. The food tasted fresh and delicious, and we will definitely be visiting on many more occasions in the near and the far future! Thank you for a lovely meal!

went today for quick lunch as been talking about it for a while so took the opportunity today,

I have always loved pizza hut, but went to this place and everything was wrong. Service was poor, food was cold. Ordered starters and it was cold, when I told staff she didn't believe me. Then got my pizza and it was cold as well, called same staff member and again didn't believe me. I ate it cold only because we was hungry and been waiting for over an hour for our food. When I finished my food I told staff I wasn't hapoy with the food, not once they apologised and I ended up paying the full amount. Not Once they offered my a discount or an apology, this is disgusting and the worse experience I have ever had from pizza hut. Staff at that branch are damaging the brand. Poor very poor.

We visited this Pizza Hut recently and I was very disappointed. On entering the restaurant, we waited for someone to take us to our table. We waited... and we waited... and we waited... and we saw one member of staff, an older lady, just having a chat with some customers. We tried to get her attention, to no avail, and so decided to walk towards her, hoping that she would show us to a table, as she didn't appear very busy. So we walked over, she saw us and handed us some menus, but then when we turned around to go to our table, she said (in the rudest voice possible), "you're actually supposed to wait by the door". There was absolutely no need for her to say this. A simple "sorry, I didn't notice you there" would have gone a long way. I felt like I was being told off, and as a 30 year old woman I don't need to be told off in Pizza Hut of all places just because I wasn't prepared to stand there all day waiting to be noticed. I then told her that we had been waiting by the door for quite a while, and again, rather than apologise for not seeing us or saying "sorry, we're under staffed today", she let us walk a bit further into the restaurant and the shouted at us (yes, shouted), "well, we're under staffed". I don't understand how this woman has a customer facing job. I honestly almost walked out right then. She then must have decided that she didn't want to serve us, because she sent over another server, and continued to glare are me from across the restaurant. At one point I actually saw her talking about us to the other server (who was actually a lovely girl - I think she was called Nadia).

Una bebida se añaden 3 libras, así como cualquier plato de acompañamiento. La ensalada es lamentablemente muy limitado de opciones. Las pizzas son muy lentos en ser repuesto, por lo que en vez de 7 o 8 opciones que tienden a ser la suerte de encontrar unas pocas rodajas izquierda de dos o tres! Si no prisa puedes esperar (por algún tiempo podría añadir), pero todos los demás así, así que cuando finalmente una pizza fresca sale (uno por uno) La fiebre para tomar es molesto. Simplemente me parece todo está diseñado para evitar que no ningún valor real. Como he dicho, en general, decepcionante. Mejor relación calidad-precio con un buffet chino o indio.

Came for lunch today with family , lovely restaurant, great good, very clean and excellent customer service, we were served by a really nice lad called Aaron, very friendly & polite and clearly enjoys his job!

Attended manchester fort pizza Hut for lunch with my wife and 2 yr old son. Had lovely fresh pizza lunch buffet, again...As usual the staff were excellent, using common sense by not charging for my son as he only eats a small amount from my plate.Overall a great lunch experience.We will be back..

We took the children out for a meal on a Friday evening after having done some shopping at the Fort. Pizza hut did exactly what it says on the tin. An affordable meal in an environment the kids love.

Went there with my family on a rainy Tuesday afternoon! The waiter invited us to sit at one of the table but he didn't notice that under that table it was a complete mess! I said..." before we sit, can you please do a brush here? We can't sit in this mess!" Indeed he went quickly to bring it and he brushed even a fork that was under the table! We ordered and the food came relatively quick. The pizza was good bit not like other times! No check back, no one clean our plates after we finish, we had to stand up to ask for our bill! Absolutely very poor service!Probably we won't visit Pizza Hut in the near future!

Went here for my birthday last year and it was clean, the food was reasonably priced and there was lots of space. There are public toilets, outdoor tables, different sized tables and eating areas and is next to a good variety of shop.Had a great time and would go again.

But, cutlery and plates are no way to the standard they should be! Dirty! How they've achieved a 5 star rating in hygiene is beyond me. It would be 5 stars if they cleaned properly. Staff are friendly, we were seated very quickly and the food is always delicious. Just needs to improve by way of cutlery/plates and it'll be 5!:)

Been there a few times for Buffet,worth it,problem is that,you can not eat a lot at Lunch time.Freshly made Pizza and salad are worth every penny

Attended with a group of colleagues for the buffet lunch. One of them informed me that the cordial juice was free of charge as I don't usually drink fizzy drinks I chose this as opposed to water which I would actually have chosen. I had to remove the lid from the pump to empty the small amount of dregs into one of the few clean looking glasses I had found. Although plenty of staff and not very busy I could not attract the attention of a member of staff to get them to refill the juice container, my colleague had last dregs from the blackcurrant looking cordial although that looked like water with a drop of pink food colouring added, certainly did not resemble blackcurrant juice nor mine orange juice. Attended the buffet which as usual has the selection of lukewarm pizzas, salad items which have inevitably been mixed with each other and I avoid for fear of cross contamination and two lukewarm pasta selections one white one tomato and as always the pasta selection had around a spoonful of lukewarm congealed mixture stuck to bottom of pan which I decided to rescue. I did attend a second time about twenty minutes later however these had not been replenished within that period and had the stray pieces I hadn't rescued on first occasion dying to the sides of the pan. I did not refill my sorry looking orange (orange growers would be ashamed to have the so called juice / cordial represent such a wonderful rich fruit) and on paying was charged £2. Something for the task of rescuing the dregs from the bottom of the container, on querying this I was informed it came under refillable, hardly, refillable is something where you have supplies provided to refill and a product, and you would actually want to refill. neither of which were options for myself therefore I begrudge paying the £2. Something for about three millimetres of cheap cordial probably from a 40p bottle which I had to fight to get into the glass. I don't expect cordon bleu when visiting a fast food chain (I wasn't disappointed in that respect as I certainly didn't get it) however the charge for a few dregs of watered down, orange colouring was obscene and a complete rip off.

We have never visited this Pizza Hut before but had a lovely time last Sunday. There were 5 of us & we were soon seated by very friendly staff. Our waiter StephenG never stopped smiling despite being kept very busy & having to explain menu to foreign visitors. We opted for the Liitle Heroes for the 6 year old which included a fruit shoot & icecream & he had the Margherita. We felt there was plenty of choice on the children's menu. The 12 year old had his usual Double Pepperoni which he always manages to eat & really enjoys. My sister had the Heavenly Veg & I chose the Veggie Hot,both were delicious & my partner had the Blazing Inferno. All pizzas arrived piping hot, something the more expensive pizzas chains do not always manage! We had the soft drinks option again great value for money. The restaurant was very busy throughout our visit but we did not feel we had to wait too long for our pizzas. We will be visiting this particular restaurant again next time we are in the area.

The lovely girl who served us was not to blame, she did her best, but it was obvious there was not enough staff, our time was spoilt by a group of noisy young girls at the next table which the manager was unable to control. We were lucky not to have to wait too long for food so that we could get out of there quickly. Will not be going back there.

Sorry to say this disspointed me some of the staff was rude and don't care we waited 20 min to order was not even busy staff was walking pass said twice excuse me no one care Thanks for spoiling our night even a manager walk pass big thank you to you won't be back again.

Called in Pizza Hut today with my wife while out shopping at Manchester FortWe decided to have the afternoon deal £6.95 per person for the buffet style lunch We had an endless supply of salad and a choice of pizza and pasta. The food was fine, it was rather busy with it being school holidays and it seemed they they were short staffed in the kitchen with only one person making the food Food was nice but had to wait ages, I would like to think it was a one off

Food delicious! Only complaint is that the 3 dishes we ordered as the main (2 pizzas, portion of chicken) all arrived separately and took about 15-20 minutes before all 3 items were on the table.. Would have preferred to wait and it all arrived together. Apart from that everything was tasty and the service was good :)

Used to Enjoy eating here til they stopped happy hour! Been a few times since but now it's quite expensive for what you get, small narrow bowls for pasta etc, salad bar is best left alone, very limp looking salad, ice from the machine has a funny smell to it . Like old water smell...no we pass on the ice, but drinks are ok, sticky seats and quite a lot of food underneath the table, only good thing about here is the staff, very friendly and polite,

I was surprisingly pleased by a visit that, like a few others in there - only took place because Nandos was full.This was really good. It's tucked away unpromisingly in the back corner as you come into the fort but I've been at lunchtimes and for this Sunday Teatime visit it hit the mark for a visit with small children.Quick service that was patient and not too pushy.Food arrived quickly and was fresh, hot and tasty.Salad bar had a good choice of healthy and naughty.Restaurant and toilets were clean, stocked and the atmosphere was noisy but felt managed.Worth a trip.

Food wasn't as advertised, salad bar looking like it was left from yesterday and only saw 3 staff for the whole restaurant 1 of whom was the cook. Have to say the two girls "serving" though it was a help yourself buffet were brilliant. But £2.55 each for a Pepsi and £1.50 for a small water with a dash of Robinsons fruit juice is outragous. To be charged £3.99 for a kids buffet when all he ate was what I chose from the salad bar for me (and didn't replace) was unforgivable. Pizza Hut I for one won't be visiting again.

We've been to this Pizza Hut many times, as it's convenient when going into Manchester for a show etc.The service is consistently good.We always look online for vouchers - they usually have a Happy Hour deal, which includes a limited selection of standard size pizzas, potato wedges or garlic bread, unlimited drinks and unlimited salad bar for £6 per person. This means my wife and I can eat for less than half the usual price.The pizzas are always hot, the waiters are attentive but not too intrusive.Overall, we enjoy visiting this restaurant and will continue to do so on a regular basis when we go to shows in Manchester city centre.

So I went out for a meal with the family and it always worries me what I'm going to order because of the very narrow options I have of choosing something other than a salad at most restaurants (I'm a vegan). But the absolutely amazing, helpful staff were there to give me numerous options and even showed me the ingredients to everything without me asking! Also the unlimited salad is always a plus for me

booked a table at pizza hut for mothers day arrived at 6 was seated straight away the waitress was very nice and helpful that was not the issue, on a mothers day they should have been well prepared as they had advertised, but they were sold out of all the pizza bases except for the thin italian to which we were told they only had 6 bases left, bearing in mind they were still set to be open for another 4 hours. the drinks machine was BROKEN. and the salad bar was pretty much empty, there was also no garlic bread left so we were forced to make a substitute, we were not approached by a manager even though we had complained sever times to our waitress, there was also no cookie dough dessert left none at all out of the 3 flavours, it was a disaster and i will never be returning.

ordered a pizza each for myself and hubby, i got mine but they messed up his order, in the end he ended up with 2 pizzas, he was happy, staff friendly enough, salad bar could do with a bit more choice,

Went for a pre theatre meal with the family as we had a voucher offer.Explained to the waitress we had a voucher. The waitress explained that we could have any regular pizza at half price with this voucher.A different waitress served us when we came to order.We ordered accordingly.The pizzas arrived not totally as we had ordered but we did not want to waste much time.When we finished we asked for the bill,the waitress asked us for our vouchers so she could redeem them from the bill. When the bill arrived we found that we were charged full price.The waitress explained that the offer only applied to stuffed crust pizza's. We were annoyed as we had shown the vouchers prior to ordering and were told our choices by the first waitress.The waitress then brought her manager who had a very patronising attitude and explained the terms and condition of the voucher.We paid the bill but felt we were duped.Really poor customer service and attitude, would not recommend this place to anyone bad management!
