Pizza Hut in Harlow

Shambles of gaff my son and misses have had sickness bug from Eating there , and they do not care so under staffed at one point manager was in the kitchen cooking tables around us was a mess people was having to ask where there food is , defo will not be coming back

The pizza was made with a topping missing and so this was remade for us. We had already had our sides delivered but the member of staff made sure we were given fresh sides to go with the pizza once it was cooked. Mistakes happen when it is busy but the way in which this was dealt with was faultless and we would definitely return to this Pizza Hut again. Unfortunately we didn’t get the staff members name (a manager on shift) but she is doing a great job

The experience was very enjoyable and the staff were amazingly friendly. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the staff. One member was extraordinarily friendly and gave us dessert on the house as the kitchen had accidentally made some and it would have had to been thrown away. The all you can eat salad bar is what enticed us to pick Pizza Hut and we must admit that we did fill up on salad before the meal came. The range of choices of meals was satisfactory but could have been more diverse (especially with the pasta).

Well how things have changed @ Pizza Hut We booked a table for 17:30 but arrived early, no no issue and assigned to table 46 Card only through the app, little or no interaction with staff, then little or no salad at the £6:95 salad bar. Our pizza arrived with the starter shortly after a chocolate brownie and ice cream. There’s obviously cost savings made with the self serve method but the customer service has vanished. I was left wondering were the second desert was so required to get up and ask at the bar area. Tables left unattended and used plates still on tables for all 3 courses Save your money and find another establishment to spend your money and time

Food was nice but the wait was terrible an extra 10 minutes than everyone else in my part. Shocking.

Ate here last night was my sons birthday- hard to get anyone's attention. Didn't get the buffet even though it was on, ordered separately thinking they'd be better quality - they were all very small, burnt round the edges cheap toppings- like Lidl or Aldi frozen pizza- cheap Leicester cheese. Paid for stuffed crust but was a slither of nothing. Partner wasn't interested in his. Chicken side - again like cheap frozen rubbish from Aldi. Now for this morning - everyone from age 2+ has cramps and very upset stomachs- I 100% believe we have food poisoning. Very frustrated. Will never return. Avoid!!!!!

Always very friendly and know our order better than we do. Always allows us to order with a server and Always friendly.

Have visited this Pizza Hut many, many times over the years & did so again on Tuesday just gone, I can confidently say that our experience every time for some years now has always been excellent. They have a great chef every time we've been in who has seems to have the perfect 'system' in making sure the buffet pizzas are always fresh, ample & continuous, I'm sure the menu items other customers order would be the same. The front of house service is always great (and believe me we visit alot, in the day time!)..but why wouldn't you when your experience is always positive. The manager should be commended for the fact that she never stops, she's certainly not afraid to lend a hand and is always flitting about doing anything that needs doing to help her staff out but at the same time is always friendly, approachable & ready to help with any issues, should there be any at all. Basically Khima & her team are a credit to this company.

Thie trio, much looked forward to, was marred by the slow service to be allocated a table, despite many tables being free. Then, wo ordered the meal, a sharing pizza, 2 salads and 2 sides, 1 sparkling water and a cup of tea. We were advised that there was no sparkling water available, so we asked for tap water (it's free) to be advised that we could get water from the machine at a charge. We asked for tap water and the waitress walked off. when the pizza arrived, we had to wait for the sides, which finally arrived, when we were half-way through eating the pizza, the waitress came over and asked if we wanted take-away boxes and then very shortly after that, she returned (we were still eating out pizza and asked if we were ready to pay. we finally finished, paid the bill and left. It was about 8,15 when we left. We felt that we were more of an inconvenience than customers, we WON'T be returning there any time soon.

went for my grandsons birthday, ordered via the app.drinks arrived & then nothing for 40 minutes.asked where our food was & told have to wait as busy with another customer.eventually they checked & said we only ordered drinls & pudding dispite telling them we had been charged £60! we showed them the order confirmation which showed all food ordered.to be fair the manager was quite good & admitted they had processed our order as a takeawy by mistake. was told food would be with us in 5 minutes, it was nearer 20 minutes but we were given extra pizza and sides as an apology.we noticed the manager running around with very little support from the waitresses. after being there for over 1 1/2 hours we asked for our pudding.another 20 minutes and no sign, i asked 3 times how long it would be but no response.eventually i saw it had been put out to be bought to our table and the bell had been rang, they sat there for 10 minutes by which time i was very fed up & went over to see if they were definitely ours.the waitress shouted at me saying i couldn't touch them,i replied we wanted to go home and had been there for nearly 2 hours by this time. the manager intervened, apologised again and said they were short staffed. very disapointing, the food is not cheap and i would expect better. think we will try pizza express in the water gardens next time.

Went there today for lunch. Bearing in mind it's school holiday so i appreciate it hay be busy. Was almost bullied by the manager to use the app even though i only wanted buffet and a drink and said i would pay contactless ( not wanting to register my card online) she advised its only by app so when i went to leave she agreed to let me pay by card. Tables we uncleared buffet was missing elements such as hot pasta. Ordered food was sitting getting cold despite the kitchen staff ( 2 only ) ringing a bell. Other than the manager there was only one overworked waitress. This will be the last time i ever go here .

Called a liar - ordered a thin crust pizza for my daughter and was served a pan! When complained was told it was a thin crust that had “puffed up” kid wouldn’t touch it. Buffet pizza was barely any left and salad stuff not topped up. Won’t be back!

Where do I start I’m sitting in Pizza Hut writing this review The food is really nice and it’s not the first time and it definitely will not be the last time I come here What I have been noticing while sitting right in front of where they cut the pizzas and serve them is that , I noticed the cook was cutting every pizza where the same cutter even the vegetarian and vegan ones which I am Not a vegan myself thought it was bad and as I sat there watching they even had bits of sweetcorn and what looked like small pieces of chicken on the cutter while they was cutting a kids cheese and tomato pizza But overall I enjoyed myself , my partner enjoyed her food and so did my son Will see you back here soon

What can I say? It was a Thursday evening, popped in for a pizza and came out disappointed. Every customer was seated in one area of the restaurant so we all had to endure the 3 children running and screaming whilst we tried to eat our meal. The parents couldn't give two hoots and the staff did not even say a word to them. We ordered using the app and were very surprised that when I went to the checkout screen, I was offered the opportunity to add a tip for the service. What service? Not only do I have to order the food myself, go and get my own drinks and salad but even have to box the remaining pizza. I think Pizza Hut should be tipping me! I paid £32 for one large stuffed crust pizza and two bottomless drinks. What a rip-off! In fact, I had problems ripping off a slice of pizza because their pizza cutter was clearly not sharp enough. Food all over the table. Never mind, this is the last time we shall be eating at this Pizza Hut.

My friends and I were looking forward to having a pizza, but was met with poor service and an uncomfortable environment. Firstly, we had to sit where they placed us and couldn’t change it despite half the restaurant being empty. We wanted to sit by ourselves and enjoy a pizza in peace, but no we had to sit next to a crying baby and a group of kids. Things took a turn for the worst when we were told there was no pan pizza left, even though people who came in after us received pan pizza?? I got a very passive aggressive vibe from the girl serving us and when I looked over to my right to see her go to collect a pizza; I had this strange feeling that she was going to drop the pizza. Aaaand she did, of course it was my pizza and I couldn’t help but feel like she had done this on purpose. I watched her do it and I just knew before she even touched it that it was going on the floor. Obviously I can’t prove whether it was an accident and I just remained calm and did my best to brush it off. My friend never received a glass for his refil drink and had to ask for one twice as well. So overall a pretty crap experience. Didn’t feel welcome and didn’t feel comfortable squashed in with other people. I won’t be going back. It’s a shame because it was a lovely restaurant years ago when I was a kid but seems to have gone very downhill.

We knew what to expect from Pizza Hut and we were not disappointed. The salad was very fresh and crisp and for an endless salad at £5.99 represents very good value.

So this was the choice of restaurant for my nieces 6th birthday, a number of family members went along, the restaurant was half full on arrival, so we ordered drinks and food, the drinks came out and then it went downhill, the starters came out sporadically, we were kept updated that certain items were in the oven, so then the mains came out, (all pizzas were ordered-no pasta.) Except for one couples pizza, who waited and waited and waited, while they were waiting, more starters were bought out LATE, after an epic wait my uncle decided enough was enough and they could shove it. So he went to tell our waitress enough was enough, there reason for the delay, not enough dough had been stretched, which baffled us as other tables around us who came in after us and ordered after us were having their pizzas delivered and pizzas were being shipped out for take away, so we raised this issue and the manager came out flapped her arms around a metre or so from the table and disappeared, we didn’t feel this was acceptable so asked out waitress that we’d like to speak with her, she reluctantly came over with a sh*t attitude and said:

don't wast your time the manager is rude and the service is rubish, we had a table of 9 pepple and we wore shoted at my the manenger so we went ells where.

Pizza hut is standardised type of pizza. So you would thought. I just ordered take away with my boyfriend and there was nothing on pizza except sauce and cheese 2 pieces of mushroom and 1 piece chicken. Unlike in other branches where pizza is full of ingredients.

Ate here as hubby was rained off. With the kids being off school we’d probably have done better leaving our visit til later in the evening. The staff were lovely, not enough of them, tho very polite and clearly overworked. The floor was a disgrace when we walked in, so much food on the floor, it was a health hazard. Then there’s the salad bar? Well...... it was like The Somme. Cross contamination of spatulas / spoons etc. Food had clearly been thrown around, and I’d have been embarrassed to have been a part of this visit involving those concerned.

Nice place, a bit of a walk from the car park. If Asda are busy with customers, then parking might be long walk

Unfortunately pizza hut has stopped providing pasta at the salad bar and you can't buy it either. Their menu is limited and quickly becomes boring. Orders normally arrive staggered and are often wrong.

After going through online, as I have done many times, get to the end to send through order, tombe told they are no longer accepting online orders, phone pizza hut, told we are really busy so are not taking on line orders or doing any delivers.

There was a time when Pizza Hut served the best pizza around. Not sure if it's just this branch or just an 'off day' but today it was terrible. Seems to be profit over quality. Filed a complaint in the end and took a few months to get a refund. Not good all round really.

We attended here yesterday for my son's 11th birthday for a table of 13. This is our main pizza hut and we love coming here food is always good. But the staff are exceptional. One inperticular will always go above and beyond he is such a great member of staff that they are fortunate to have and even if you have a problem he turns it around. I'm not sure on his name as I left the receipt but I want to say thanks for always making our visit plesent. Have attached a photo that he is in from our visit thank you so much my son had an amazing birthday.

The welcome was warm and friendly and the table and floor clean. I ordered a salad with chicken pieces. The salad was fresh and crisp but as 12 minutes had elapsed perhaps they had forgotten to put my chicken into the oven? Moments later the waitress came and apologized for the mishap, and said the chicken was now in the oven and would soon be served. As compensation for the delay, I could have free coffee or ice cream.

Great buffet the only thing they kept running out of pizza very quickly and pasta was a bit hard Definitely be back this time we were just unlucky

Arrived when restaurant not busy, left standing waiting for a table for ten minutes only to be taken to a table by someone who obviously couldn’t care less about serving us. Waited another fifteen minutes for order to be taken and another twenty for any food to arrive. Will not be back again!!

My daughter and friends took precious time out from revising for GCSE’s for a welcome break and treat at Pizza Hut queen gate Harlow.....

We popped in for dinner before heading over to the cinema. Its not somewhere we come often, infact before our last visit a year ago it had been several years. When I visited last time there were very limited gluten free options, so I was pleased to see that the menu had changed for the better. Lots more pizza topping options and many of the salad bar items were also gluten free. The salad bar could have done with a bit of a tidy up but they didn't seem to have that many staff working, and those that were working were busy serving. Food was tasty and served quickly. Me and hubby had pizza and mum had lasagne which she also enjoyed. We had a discount voucher which gave us money off so it was good value. I would definitely come back based on this visit.

Not that many people in but also very few staff. Five of us went in for daughters birthday, we all got served our food, she didn’t. Asked the waiter if her food was ready he went and asked, it hadn’t been ordered, got it wrong. Ok, give them the benefit of the doubt, said it would be 6 mins. 15 minutes later still no food for daughter, starting to get really miffed. Another waitress was asking for us as our waiter was’t looking bothered, then I asked for the manager as we all felt so sorry for my daughter especially as it was her birthday. Manager was on the phone got of phone faffed around and didn’t seem at all bothered by the cock up, really unprofessional just offered to take of the cost of her food. Yes mistakes happen but this is so not how to treat people when they are in for a birthday, Need to get better staff and Manager, the apologies fall on deaf ears when you say it right at the end when you’re paying. Won’t be back.

Went for a birthday meal with the family and our waitress was lovely, (dont know her name but she had dark hair and tattoo on her left arm) was so polite and friendly, even turned down the lights and music and got the entire restaurant to sing happy birthday. Couldn't give 5* as the other waitress (small with blonde hair) let it down, came to the table and just looked at us and said "you all waiting for something" when we asked what she ment she replied "what are you waiting for" politely asked her to leave us alone as we was eating our food.

Wanted a quick and easy lunch, the Pizza Hut delivered. Variety on the menu ( not just pizza), unlimited salad, and a calorie controlled flatbed virtuos veggie dish. Very friendly and efficient waitress ElizaR, thank you. Toilets easy access and clean. My lasagna could have been a little larger. The party table in the corner were very excited!

The staff make you very welcome, unfortunately we chose a busy night so service was slower than normal. However, the food was good and plenty of it.

We ordered our food didn’t get it until half an hour later (wasn’t that busy either) a table that came in 10 minutes after we ordered got their food before us (both of us were couples as well) our mains came out before our starters and by the time we got our starters we had finished our mains so didn’t want it. The pizzas were absolutely swimming in grease. But the manager was very helpful by taking off our starters from our bill, but I was very disappointed in the food. Probably won’t be returning any time soon until they sort their food out.

Went in today with husband. Clearly says pizza and pasta. I was in there for at least 20 mins. And there was no pasta or sauce. I asked lady cooking who kept saying 5 mins. But it never came. I went in there for pasta. And came out not getting any. Spoke to waiter who apologised. Not good enough.

Visited at Friday lunchtime. There were 4 tables waiting to be seated in front of us, and the restaurant was full with either occupied or dirty tables.

A nice late lunch on a Sunday. Sharing pizza and sides was good value although advised at the end I couldn’t use my NHS Blue Light Card, I wouldn’t mind but the waitress was very short with us about it. The pizza was cooked well and hot, as were the chicken bites and garlic bread. When the ice cream ran out a waitress did see to it straight away which was good.

The pizza was a bit salty.The Beckton branch had even more salt it was not nice . We ordered the Haiwan pizza Ham and Pineapple and epic you add extra two pounds it had more ham, and pineapple and it was nicer in that respect. The service was good. The waitress name is Laura she is a good waitress.

Pizza Huts are Pizza Huts but called in for lunch time buffet. Good service, surroundings clean and both pizza and salad bar refreshed quickly.

We treated ourself to a quick naughty lunch out. Pizza Hut at Queensgate is always constantly good. Plenty of safe parking and a light and spacious restaurant. It was 1.30 and averagely busy for later lunch. We were seated quickly and our server was very attentive. This restaurant always has a fully stocked salad bar and a good continually stocked pizza buffet. I like the new serve yourself water with crushed ice machine. We were in and out in an hour and happy with the tasty lunch. £15 for two buffet lunch. With good . There was only one negative for me, there were badly behaved children running a mock, jumping on chairs away from there table. I guess you aren’t going to get staff speaking to parents about control their children and this behaviour is down to ignorant parents. Not in fairness pizza huts fault.

I went their today 18.4.2018 Wednesday for lunch had the buffet and this is extra onion rings. it was nice and fresh pizza . It has variety of of pizza Haiwana pizza and the dough is deep pan and had beef and they also had vegetarian it was a lot of variety is the best pizza hut this one. I also had top up drink a lot of variety types they were all good .

Two adults and two grandchildren- our first visit. Busy but no wait - prompt service. One of adult orders was messed up. Staff very apologetic and without hesitation or request offered additional pizza and two free desserts and hot drinks for adults. Excellent gesture. Salad bar fresh and constantly replenished. Ice Cream Factory loved by the children. Staff all very pleasant. Well done. Other places could learn about good service from you. We will be back.

We visited on a busy Easter Saturday lunchtime and had a 3-4 minute wait for a table (reasonable enough). Service was speedy considering the date/time but we had quite a long wait for the food. Salad cart was definitely needed and it was in acceptable condition (again it was a busy day).

Came here for a quick dinner before going to the cinema. Restaurant wasn't that busy but there were tables which hadn't been cleared. We were seated and served quickly. Its been a few years since my last visit and the menu had changed - for the better I would say. A lot of choice. Prices seem to have gone up quite a bit though. We ordered pizzas and salad. The salad bar was a bit messy but they were topping it up as we helped ourselves. The pizzas arrived quickly and were well cooked and tasty. To be honest it was as good as I thought it was going to be. I would come back again

Been to a lot of Pizza huts in the Harlow and Essex even BlueWater shopping centre and this one is by far the best for choice of pizza, Amazing Staff the Manager Keema and the servers Joanne and the cook Brogan also unlike a lot of pizza huts there is always plenty of toppings on the pizza's and always fresh! I go twice a week with my wife and more at half term with the kids! :)

So, this is where we go when we just want a dirty full-fat-pizza-and-milkshake indulgence. It's like having a mars bar instead of a bar of Green and Black's :D

Visited today for lunch. Arrived about 12.10 before it got really busy. Was seated straight away and given menus. Eventually had to ask for our order to be taken. A young boy was going to take our order but the waitress who showed us to out table stopped him and said I will be over in a moment. Another 5 minute wait. At that point we should have just hot up and left. Food arrived about 20 mins later. One of the stared we ordered, you had a choice of sauces. My husband choice the hot sauce, which we were advised they do not have. Was not impressed. Very average. Not very appealing. On hind site, we should have complained. But we didn't. My husband and daughter finished before myself and the waitress started clearing our table to which I informed her I had not finished eating. But she carried on. I was not happy. I finished my meal. We hot the bill and left. Really will not be going there again. We have been to this restaurant a few times so do not know if management has changed or kitchen staff, but not a good experience.

Visited here a few times and stopped by at Pizza Hut. This is probably one of the more nicer Pizza Hut restaurants that i've eaten at. Clean atmosphere and friendly staff, along with properly cooked meals. What more could you ask for!

It was ok. A bit noisy and busy for my liking. Service fine. Children liked the ice cream factory and the drinks dispenser. Not somewhere I would usually choose to eat but daughter requested a trip for her birthday.

No normalmente elegir Pizza Hut como un lugar para ir y conseguir algo de comer pero pensamos pruébalo, ahora no podemos conseguir suficiente de ir. Philly Cheesesteak tenía una pizza que era increíble. Pero quiero hacer mención especial al personal que han sido fantásticos cada vez hemos sido. Últimos tiempos un chica irlandesa ha servido a nosotros que fue muy profesional y amable.

Personal en realidad muy atento esta vez. Se sirvió comida rápida y encantador. La factura fue dada a nosotros inmediatamente, era mucho mejor servicio

Have been here for a few times and all the waitress have been very polite and warming! The food is also very good! I recommend this place if you want a nice meal out and that it won't be too expensive. Will be back in the future.

we didnt get free drinks but online said they were included, some of the pizza was a bit cold and we didnt like having to serve ourselves. Pasta was a bit cold and hard. I found a hair in my dinner. It was too fatty. The drier in the mens toilet was too close to the door which meant i could have been killed if someone came though. They didnt open the door for our friend in a wheelchair. We got told off for taking two pieces of pizza at a time.there was no background music.

My partner & I had the buffet lunch today and it was excellent. Plenty of variety, both in pizzas & pasta and also vegetable & fruit salad choices. Staff were attentive & friendly and we were seated almost as soon as we walked in.

As there were originally 10 of us, I did pre-book, booking for a meal midday on Sunday for a family gathering. An extra 2 joined us, which was no trouble for the staff, they accommodated us all. The service was brilliant and with all the different meal orders not one was wrong. The food was all fresh and served hot. I've been in other Pizza huts in Norfolk, and have found them all to be the same, staff friendly and efficient, food good. We had mixed ages in our group and Pizza hut suits all.

This is a much nicer restaurant now it's been refurbished.The salad and pizza are good but it's way too expensive for what it is.

Been to this pizza Hut a few times and it has improved massively since its been revamped. This time was a little disappointing though. Ordered starters and mains and they all came at once which was off putting seeing all that food on the table together. The hot crisps which we normally love were just drizzled with a tiny bit of cheese and the garlic bread was not really toasted and was very limp. Pizza was nice and staff were friendly and helpful however.

Came here on my lunch break so I was a bit rushed for time. The staff got me seated right away and I was able to go straight up to the drinks machine and help myself to the buffet.The buffet is amazing and it is only £6.99. They are always bringing out fresh pizza too so it never gets cold.The staff made me feel so welcome and not rushed for time either. They even brought me the bill straight away when i asked for it. Excellent quick lunch.

Well we had the misfortune of being hungry whilst in the vicinity of this Pizza Hut and decided to go in.Got inside the door and stood behind someone waiting to be seated. Then was joined by another family behind us in the queue.Stood ignored totally for over 15 minutes with no acknowledgement from staff at all. Very very dissapointed. Wouldnt bother again.

Went on a Friday night with a friend around 8.45pm, didn't need to book, thought it might be really busy but it wasn't at all. Got seated straight away. There was an offer for two to share a pizza so we done that. The food was hot and exactly what we ordered, no problems, nice and tasty. The waitress was kind and smiley and attentive. The restaurant has been revamped since I have been there last (a long time ago) The toilets are really cold as usual but its just a bathroom it's ok. I would highly rate Pizza Hut in the Queensgate Centre. My only issue was that upon paying we ended up paying for our desserts on top of the "offer for two" It was supposed to be included. I just didn't say anything so that is my fault and my friend didn't realise, we just paid. Never mind. - So my tip would be check your receipt before you pay!

Had to be convinced by my hungry 11 year old son to go here, as I think of Pizza Hut being a tired outdated boring chain. Was pleasantly surprised by new image, going down the retro route - a definate improvemnet and very inviting. A warm welcome from our server Joanne who was pleasant, attentive and friendly throughout our lunch. Food is very reasonably priced and a bargain to be had on the childrens menus with a drink (milkshakes included), a side, a main (inc Pizza with 3 toppings) and a dessert including make your own at the Icecream parlour all for 7.50 for big kids like mine. Excellent value indeed. He was so full he couldnt even eat his dessert...(so I had it!). Would definately consider this branch again next time I come shopping in Harlow. It's not gourmet cuisine - far from it - just very average, but tasty, something for everone, family favourites.Have also downloaded the App so I get rewards including free items when I visit. We went to Pizza Hut on a Friday evening. There were plenty of available tables and we were seated straight away. Then there was a long delay before anyone came to take our order for which I could see no reason. We ordered then served ourselves drinks and items from the salad bar and waited for our food to arrive. We noticed that food was waiting a long time under the heat lamps to be taken to tables, some of it sat there for well over ten minutes. The staff seemed to be oblivious to it. Eventually a waitress went to the service counter and had a conversation with the 'chef'. Then, unbelievably, she poked some food with her finger to see how hot it was before taking it to a table.Our pizza arrived. I had an individual Supreme, and the others shared a vegetarian pizza. Mine was hot, but it really wasn't great and didn't have the appearance or taste of pizza restaurant pizza. I have had much better pizza in our local pub. They said theirs was okay.The bill for one individual and one sharing pizza, which came with free desserts came to £40. This is overpriced for what the three of us had and I had to go through the bill to make sure there had not been some mistake. We won't visit again anytime soon.

I visited here late afternoon (about 4:30) on Sunday afternoon after a visit to the cinema. It took forever for us to be seated, the food was poor quality, there was not much taste to it and it was warm not hot like it had been sat waiting to serve. Although there were people in the restaurant I would not considered it overly busy, especially for the amount of staff to people. I have been in this restaurant many times when it has been busier than this and received a better service. The staff was seen standing around chatting and the service was very slow. We ordered a sharing starters which was small in size (about what you would expect for a individual starter) and I had to go get bowls from the salad bar and they did not provide us with small side plates. I also had to ask for them to provide us with cutlery. The starter took ages to come out. In addition, I had to wait over 10 minutes for the bill after asking for it, and in the end I had to up to the counter to ask to pay for the bill again, and paid for it on the spot. I would not recommend this restaurant to family and friends, and found the service and food of poor quality.

This was our second visit since their refit. It was lovely and cool on such a hot day but only in the restaurant. The toilets were really warm and consequently a bit smelly. Our server was pleasant but had a tendency to mumble so it was a bit difficult to understand. The salad bar was nice and full. My only concern is that the bowls are quite low down so anyone with a back issue (I have spinal arthritis) may find it hard to reach them.The pizzas were lovely and arrived in good time. My frickles (fried gherkins ) were delicious and I hope they stay on the menu forever!

We visited 4/9/16 with my son and his 4 friends for his birthday . We was very well took care off . The waitress explained the menu to the kids . Showed them how to use the drinks machine . When I produced the cake she whipped it off me . Dimmed the lights announced to all the other customers that they had a birthday boy in the building . He was made up . Food was quick and well presented . The decor looks fresh and modern . We will definitely go back .

Visted on a monday lunchtime and had the buffet. Food was tasty and plentiful. Pizzas restocked regularly. Staff were polite and friendly. The only reason i didnt give a 5 is because they seemed a bit short staffed so we didnt really see much of the waitress. This is no fault of her as when we did see her she was very nice and apologetic. I think they must of underestimated how busy it would be as i was surprised myself how busy it was for a monday. I would defo go back to this pizza hut and would recommend it for a easy relaxed meal out

We visited on a Saturday evening, quickly seated and orders taken. Salad bar was well stocked with fresh top ups being added frequently. Staff were friendly and efficient. Drinks machine was a little busy, but a good choice if soft drinks. Pizza was delicious, reasonable price. Free parkingNice atmosphere. Would recommend

Visited this venue a while ago but this was our first visit since the refitAmazon the fact some of waitresses Work inexperienced they done everything possible to make a visit a good one nothing was too much trouble one of our pizzas Sainsbury's slightly overcooked so we sent it back with no problems at all and a fresh modes one was delivered to the table as soon as it was cooked nothing seems to be too much trouble I would recommend this venue

Went to Pizza Hut on a Saturday lunchtime with friends and had a really lovely meal. The food was excellent, especially the salad bar. Our waitress was really pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately she was not wearing her name badge so I could not tell you her name.The one thing that let down the visit was the dirty forks on the table. Apart from that a great visit.

The food was pretty typical of Pizza Hut, nothing to write home about. The table was too small to fit our order on. They gave us plates but there was nowhere to put them. The air con was freezing (which I like) but my daughters had to put jackets on. The toilet seat was broken in the gents and needs re-fixing. It's only a Pizza Hut I know, but I still expect certain. Standards.

I gave up trying to eat my tea as our waitress constantly came over asking..... are you done yet.... do you want your pizza in a box..... can I clear clear the table now...... I was still eating my first slice of pizza and the rest of the family was still eating..... I didn't eat my pizza in the end as she was so pushy and rushing us out the door as soon as we sat down..... I did snap at her and said can we at least eat first but yet she STILL kept coming back and asking if we have finished yet!!Woman needs to learn some manners and customer service, she could clearly see we was eating.... let us eat... in peace!!

Had some good and some not so good visits to various pizza huts. However this was a really good experience. I took my 15 month old and 7 year old for dinner and I must say certain staff in this restaurant were brilliant.Food was lovely the place was kept really clean. I was made the wrong pizza and they very quickly came to explain and corrected it within a few minutes.I didn't catch the lady's name ( had a strong Irish accent) was by far the most enthusiastic and helpful team member I've come across. Well done, will definitely be back.

Been here a couple of times and it has improved immensely. Service is good with very friendly waitress. Food is as expected for Pizza Hut - quick, cheap and good value. A good place to visit before the cinema with children

Went on a Wednesday, in a hurry for the cinema, very welcoming, looked after us well, thanks. Revamped interior with new training for staff since my last visit here. Will be a constantly improving experience over coming months.

We came here when we couldn't get into another steak restaurant down the road. It's pizza, not much to expect, but late at night the restaurant was looking messy, crumbs on the floor, generally not welcoming. Spillages were left unattended to and glasses were dirty. Initially we were planning to go to that other South African chicken chain... I wish we had. They've revamped this branch of Pizza Hut but I dread to think what it was like before as this is terrible.

No pasta on the salad bar, so what are you meant to eat? Everything was contaminated with other bits on the sale bar. Service was awful, no communication from the waiter, and then asking for the bill, took it's time. Food - greasy. Greasy and Greasy. Pizza Base was the thickness of a sheet of paper. Just an awful visit in general.

Every month we get together and have a girlie lunch at pizza hut. We've never left a review before but the service is always fab. Were alays greeted and although there is sometimes a delay in sitting us down due to how busy they are it's never a problem for them. The buffet lunch is amazing. Lots of choice and they will bring out different ones if you ask, which is not something every pizza hut I go to will do. Would recommend to anyone wanting great food in a relaxed environment , where you can be a bit noisy and laugh without feeling out of place! Definitely thumbs up!

We decided to try after this place had a makeover as before it was very disgusting dirty dated place, so we thought after the renovation it might change, but unfortunately it didn't. Ok, it has all new furniture, which is much nicer and cleaner, however the food is awful and especially the salad bar! Old yucky looking stuff and hardly any choices!Never again!
