This spot has great customer service, and is a very cozy location place to eat with family. I’d like to thank a specific member of staff called Yousseff, a very kind gentleman who served us!! Thank you Pizza Hut.

I spent over £20 on a pizza for delivery not only it was late but cold aswell do yourself a favour order from domino's instead

I booked online for birthday, and i received the call on the day for confirmation as i told them the person on the phone its 16 people including children will be there ,when i went there the manager didn't seem like wanted to serve or happy to do the service seem like he wanted me to cancel as he probably panic when i told him this many people will be coming inside the restaurant from his reaction i really wanted to turn away which i was about to but looking at the kids/ family, i didn't wanted to ruin the special day as it was my daughter's birthday and mine , for once i felt like m begging to stay in,he kept on saying you have this much time to stay in the beginning before the meal start anyway i had to tell my friends and family as well we have to eat quickly cause they have booking but when we were there the restaurant was not busy seats behind us 3 to 4 table was free and the other side as well until we didn't go. The pizza we order for adults it was good, but the kids ice-cream was very disappointed all was melty the kids weren't very happy and the soft drink they didn't put it at first so when we end up giving them fizzy drink. After I noticed they put the Robison syrup, Fork and knife weren't there end up taking from the other tables , asked The colleague who was running around on the floor i asked him we need to cut the cake if anyone can clean the table.first he ignored me then when he again he pass i repeated again then he said okay but never came back so my friends and family helped me to move around the dishes on the side and finally made a place to cut the cake, later on my daughter at home who is 6, she mentioned the manager was very rude and she and her friends were scared apparently he told them to not touch anything or walk around and go to your parents, i would not suggest going there with kids on there special as the they can ruin your mood and your special day this would be last visit to hayes Lombardy pizza hut. Visited at lunch time.

Wonderful place to have dinner with the family. Lovely food and service. In particular a girl called Shai who was just amazing with us and especially our little ones. Thank you!

I went to pizza hut at Hays London , The customer service was too poor . I meet to of the stuff the lady was good and polite , but the guy setting on till was to aggressive "Youssef" He set next to salad par. I asked him to give me about for salad but he said you cant take more than one. I said we already order. it is free salad . He was to rood the point not about the salad about the bad services and how he treat the customer . "very bad way" spichally that we choose Pizza Hut on Eid Time .

Staff are rude no customer service whatsoever the manager was rude to a special need man stood outside minding his own business, staff was not helpful at all they told me they won’t bring my glass over to my table and that I had to go collect it myself yet I asked the same guy for the glass, worst service ever and it wasn’t even busy yet the salad bar was empty, the whole waiting team including the manager are in the wrong industry i couldn’t believe how rude they all was.

When I went there, nobody seen to us, it wasnt even busy. Salad bar was empty with nobody replenishing and when I asked, there was nothing left to fill with apparently. This is about 7 things I’m talking about, including potato salad which is the main thing in there. Horrendous service, turning their back on us. Reluctant to help. Miserable staff all around. Don’t come and check on anything. I’d rather eat a gone off pot noodle with a knife than come back here. Pathetic excuse for an establishment. -3/10, wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

After reading the previous bad reviews for this Pizza Hut we were reluctant but decided to give it a go. It turned out great; online booking said there were only tables for two but can’t have been working properly as the lady on the phone was lovely and reserved a table for the 4 of us. Our food was all good and the three staff who we encountered were all friendly & helpful. We’d be happy to go back.

I came to Pizza Hut with friends I found the staff very rude and unhelpful I explained I have a child with severe food allergies and I need help to order her food she just ignored me and I went to her manager who placed the order however despite explaining and requesting no cheese the gluten free pizza came with cheese . Staff have no smile on their face no politeness It is like they are doing you a favour by taking your order or bringing the food What a rubbish service

Absolutely shocking service! Service slow! Staff at best inattentive and unhelpful! One actually has an earphone in! Had to ask for table to be cleared twice. Buffet bar completely empty, salad dressings warm. Only 2 staff on as well as manageress. Really overpriced for what it is and menu now very limited! Haven’t been to Pizza Hut for years and won’t be going back!

THE MANAGER HER SELF WAS PLAYING WITH HER HAIR AROUND THE BUFFE ARE 🤦🏾‍♀️🙆🏽‍♀️ This is soo off putting because she flicks her hair over the food and we are now eating dandruffs… sooo off putting.. the whole buffe was messy, the pizza were cold too .. Jesus Christ this putt’s customers off completely…

We ordered a pizza and 2 sides. everything was cold and I was shocked when I opened the box as the sides were still frozen.It was white, cold ,looked disgusting. Do not order for delivery.

So I am currently here with my family waiting for our food which we have ordered and so far a horrible experience! Made a booking over the phone and once we arrived, they could not find the booking. Pretty much refused us entry until we showed them proof that we had called them. The female member of staff (who im guessing is the manager) took the call but could not remember although we only called 20mins ago. So anyway, placed our order via the the website provided due to Covid, and as our drinks were bought over i had asked for a small bowl of sweetcorn for my two sons aged 1 and 2. Our order gave us 3 free salads and as i only picked two thought ill ask the memeber of staff for the sweetcorn. I was refused straight away and was told it is only for the pizza and cannot be given seperately. I had been to three different pizza huts during covid (hounslow, feltham and high wycombe) and they have been excellent experiences. I hadnt mentioned anything but was quite furious. On top of that i had ordered a rasberry sourbet ice cream and they didnt have that either. A bad experience from start to finish and horrible staff. I highly recommend you DO NOT come to this branch and drive a little further to another pizza hut. Im not surprised why this branch seemed quite!!

We went there for dinner on a Thursday (not very busy). Staff were arguing with one another on the restaurant floor. Nobody was serving or taking orders for any of the customers as they were more focused on their internal arguments. When we were finally served and food arrived, we had to remind one of the workers that a couple behind us who had been seated for more than 20 minutes were waiting to be served! Food was terrible and did not taste the same as the normal pizza hut standard (i was very sick the same night) and definitely do not recommend this pizza hut- has gone very downhill since I had last been. Terrible atmosphere- terrible food- terrible service!

Pizza Hut is not my usual go to! But as it’s half term, we are trying to stick to a budget. We were greeted by a friendly waiter, who greeted us and sat us down. He explained the buffet process briefly and left. Then we were greeted with another waiter- James! He was so friendly and exactly went into much detail about the buffet (time is finished, where the drinks were located). The choices of Pizza were very good! The salad bar wasn’t the best but still managed to get a portion of my 5 a day. James will came to the table to ensure we were all Ok and reminded us that the last pizzas were being served at the buffet. He was extremely friendly and funny. The only complaint was that we weren’t given any kids activities for my son and the drinks (from the vending machine) weren’t the best. Due to our waiter James, Pizza Hut will definitely seeing us again. Thanks James!

Ordered delivery online half and half for myself beef sizzler and my 4 year old grandson margarita. Called them within 1 minute to ask if the halves would be touching each other. Put on hold and when he returned he stated they had just received the order. I was told yes, there could also be juice from my pizza and beef on the margarita..Yes to all!!! And the pizza was warm! Never order from them again and nor will anyone I tell!!!!

I can’t fault the service today. The staff were excellent and attentive. The food was great and once a buffet pizza was finished another was put out. The ice cream machine was broken but staff brought scoops to anyone who ordered itbupizfinitakenanotherwas put out immediately

Real great experience and food was on time and very good. They were able to accommodate 11 family members. Definitely recommend this Pizza Hut.

Pizza hut hayes we went there today. Food quality was average but the service was good by farell . it was not busy still are starter came together with pizza, by the time we finish are salad and sides the pizza was cold but the server was nice & friendly, took our suggestion on board. In desserts cinnamon bites were average and cheese cake was better but bit sweet to my liking.

Came for Sunday buffet, no staff to meet and greet, just walked past like they did not see us (and all other customers)

I went there for an after school treat with my two young daughters. The service was impeccable! Asling was our waitress and she was super helpful and lovely from start to finish. I work in the industry and i know how difficult it can be to find people who truly care about customer service.

We had Ali as our server and he was AMAZING! Easily the best waiter I have ever had, very polite and personable, and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Would 100% come back just because of him! Thanks for making our trip! It was OUR pleasure.

Staff was very welcoming, I was not to sure what pizza to have and Callum recommended one for us. He also came back to our table to make sure everything was ok. Very polite and efficient.

I'm afraid to say that this experience was an absolute tragedy for me. We ordered the vegan margarita along with virgil's cream soda. It wasn't too long after I had consumed said vegan pizza that I got a case of the poopies and ended up in A & E. It seemed destiny would have it so I ended up in hell with virgil.

I was served by a young man called Nathan today, and was absolutely delighted with the service. Food was good and service even better.

Rude service waited an hour for food in the end we left after trying to get us to pay for our meal which we didn’t eat! Would not go back there again! Manager cared more about talking to her friends then actually the service! As you can see by other reviews stay away!

We were seated immediately. The waiter assigned to our table was very efficient and he even made an extra trip to the kitchen to ask the chef if the garlic bread was suitable for a dairy free diet. It was and was absolutely lovely. Food arrived piping hot, we had the pan margherita with onions, peppers, tomatoes, jalapeños and Vegan cheese. The only thing we didn't like was that all the food arrived at the same time, so by the time we got to the end of the pizza it went cold. The drinks also took a considerably long time to arrive - we were already half way through eating when the cream sodas arrived. Having said that, thevanilla soda was heavenly. Nice friendly and helpful staff. Overall it was a good evening out.

We arrived at 5.30pm on a Saturday and were given a seat pretty quickly. However we then waited over half an hour for someone to take our order and this included the first time we had been asked for drinks, and this was only because we went and asked for someone to come. When our food arrived we had to ask for cutlery as there was none on the table. Our sides did not arrive with the meals and the waitress said she would get them. She never did, half way through our meal we asked again and we then went up to the counter and told them to cancel the sides as we had almost finished eating. A waiter then brought them over when we had finished eating and we told him we had cancelled them as we had finished, he was quite stroppy and commented what was the point in him getting them. The children went to the ice cream factory machine and it wasn’t there. We asked and was told it was out of order but this hadn’t been explained when we ordered the kids meal. We then had to ask for ice cream to be bought several times.

My wife & I took our daughter & her friend to the Hayes Pizza Hut for dinner. It was really bad, such that I will never return to a Pizza Hut restaurant after having frequented them for many years all over the UK.

We dined here earlier today. Food quality and standard was average but the service we were offered by Ali Khan was absolutely superb! Despite the face they were really busy, Ali was very efficient, friendly and polite. He made our evening very special.

Fuimos aquí ayer para cenar, y nuestra primera experiencia debería haber sido suficiente para poner. En un tono muy grosero, la camarera preguntó cuántos de nosotros había y luego nos llevó a la mesa más pequeña de posiblemente el restaurante en la concurrida arteria, con muy poco espacio entre el respaldo de mi silla y la mesa de al lado, lo que significa que continuamente azuzan y metieron en otros clientes en su camino hacia la máquina de bebidas o Máquina de helados. Yo le pregunté si nos podíamos cambiar a un puesto de vacío al otro lado de la manera que era más tranquilo, pero me dijeron "no, este es la única mesa que tenemos para ti "

I wanted to enjoy the Pizza Hut buffet, but because I was not sure If they were providing during the weekend the service, I called before going. They confirmed that the have the buffet open till 3pm, but when arriving they told us: I'm afraid but today there's not buffet.So dissapointing

Staff here was exceptional, atmosphere, noise, crowding, state of cleanliness, food, ..were all marginal to very poor. Worst meal of our 2 week trip to the uk

Same feed back I have left on their website: Yes you made me smile today... At the lack of experience when serving customers. Being rushed to order to begin with, starter plates not removed before bringing main course (waiter struggling to find place for main food on the table). Order a £13. 95 rack of ribs! Expected it to be half decent judging by the price. It was advertised as a 10-rack... Only 8-bone and most the size of my small finger! What a rip off. I pointed this to waiter and she denied it was meant to be 10-bone. I asked to see the menu again to confirm and show her. What a poor service overall! I might not even take the offer you have for completing this servic. Might go to the grapes next door the next time!

Came here yesterday 13 May Friday around 4.25ish. Quite empty, got seated and waitress took order. They now do ribs and chips with onion rings for 13pounds, so I thought I would order them. My daughter ordered a pizzaWent over to salad bar and it was empty so had to point this out to member of staff, they quickly refilled each section of salad bar. we had tea and some fizzy drinks from the dispenser self service .On the table you have sauces and cutlery and napkins with salt and pepper pots.My daughters pizza was fine, my rack of ribs was OK a bit like it was microwaved, the chips and onion rings were ok.The waitress were busy as it got busier by 5ish. talk about quick service we got there by half four and left by five. Normally we have to wait ages in the past.Haven't been year since my last entry last year. It was ok, but not somewhere I would come too often.

My experience today was terrible!! I took my disabled mum out who's in a wheelchair for some pre Mother's Day lunch hoping for a lovely meal. On arrival the woman showed us over to a table - she did not make any effort in helping my mum get seated or moving a chair, instead I had to do this myself and move one chair out of the way for my mum to be seated. Disappointed. The worst part was the waiting time for the pizza!!! So we ordered a sharing pizza, chips, onion rings and went to get some salad for me and mum. We sat ate the salad, had some Pepsi, the sides then arrived and was quite unusual with no pizza. However we started eating the sides but tried to wait for the pizza. I prompted one waitress and asked about our pizza and she gave me a look. The service was disgusting. We then waited and waited more and our chips began to get cold so we ended up finishing our chips and onion rings. We waited even more!!!Unfortunately I approached one other waitress and asked for a bill just for the sides and drinks. I then sat back down and saw her chatting away with the other girls until I stared her out so she could do her job and not stand around chatting. She then struggled and said I need to find out about the pizza and sadly I was rude and said I don't care I just want the bill!!!Upon taking my payment I asked her why it took so long she said it takes 20 minutes for every pizza I said I never waited this long, she had little response, no apology. She then came back and threw my receipt at my table. Never going back!!!!!!! P.S will hungry and making food at home lol.

It is has been quite a few years since I have to this location and it does not have the best reputation, which is probably why it has taken this long for me to go back. There was a group of three waiting before us and someone asked them how many people were in their group and she looked confused trying to find a table for several minutes, when half the restaurant empty. Another member of staff came a few minutes later and asked people, how many in their group and we went then seated before the group ahead of us. After being seated, the service improved; we were given time to order food and she explained where the salad bar is and how to fill fizzy drinks. When using the machine, be careful to press the button once – if you want Tango, press the button and you will then get options of different Tango drinks you can have. The first time, my Pepsi was fine but the second time it was watered-down; the other-half mentioned it the first time she filled her glass but I ignored it because the other drinks were fine. We were given enough time to enjoy the starters before the mains were served; we selected two vegetable platters and a portion of cheesy fries, with two pizzas to share between the four of us. The only issue was the vegetable hot pizza was not ‘hot’ and a bit bland. We were too full for dessert and the remaining food was taken away.The restaurant was clean and the staff were efficient barring the initial incident, which was a staff member just being confused rather than how the restaurant is run.

where do i start, was in the area and decided to pop in for dinner with my girlfriend. on arrival was fairly empty not busy still took 15 minutes for us to be seated was seated in the corner with no light above was asked to be moved told this was not possible even though there was a lot of tables empty. once sat down then waited a further 20 minutes to be served was not told about self service drinks so did not get any drinks until we got up and saw for ourselves. once our meals arrived they had brought the wrong pizza out once we complained we were told to wait until someone had time by this point we had just decided to eat it and get out as quick as possible. after this we were still billed full amount for wrong meals no discount applied not even a sorry, rude staff very long waiting time worst experience of pizza hut ever will defo not be visiting again!!

We went for a family meal to this hut for the first time. Its not that a huge seating area as when compared to others we have been to. Service was taking much longer and we found the salad bar to be poorly replenished. The Sweetcorn was empty and despite several diners complaining , it took the staff/management atleast 15 minutes to replenish the stock. Location is very good with plenty of free parking and a very busy McDonalds right next to it so you could think of going for a milkshake or ice cream next door as Pizzahut dessert menu is rather tired. We had to wait for a few minutes before we got seated but again we went on a busy Bank holiday.

We visited this restaurant as we were in the area. Its been a while since we've been in a pizza hut but I hadn't realised how bad it had got.We were left waiting for quite a while for someone to seat us and we're then left for over 20 mins at our table with no one coming over to take our order. When at the point of walking out, we eventually managed to corner one of the waiters and asked them if they would mind taking our order. Our order was taken and we asked if our daughters pizzas could be brought up with our starters, to which the waiter replied that he "wasn't sure if this was possible but would do his best". Needles to say the girls pizza didn't arrive with the starters.The drinks now seemed to have changed to self service and this also appeared to extend to the cutlery as we weren't given any and had to fetch it from the waiters desk.Clearly pizza hut have tried to modernise their offering however this appears to be limited to the customers having to do everything themselves and to pizza hut deciding to cut the garlic bread into small strips and put it in a metal cup so it looks like chips.The self service even extends to you having to put your own debit card into the machine.Definetely wouldn't head back anytime soon, this is just like taking your kids out to mcdonalds for dinner given the lack of service.

Oh dear what's going on with Pizza Hut lately. Came here in May they didn't have any chicken bites. Came here For lunch with a friend today Tuesday 4th August, looking forward to ordering the chicken wings this time. So, the waiter came over to take our order, I ordered garlic bread and chicken wings, only to be told that they do not make chicken wings anymore, what the heck! Last time they didn't have chicken bites, and now been told that they don't do Chicken wings anymore, the waiter told us that it was to do with the cooking facilities or something to do with the cooking process of the wings. What's going on with this branch, as I cant eat pizza I usually order chicken options, but each time I've been here they can't offer me what I order. So I opted for the Buffett, of which I only had the plain pasta with boring white sauce, the pasta was dry and over cooked, there was no cucumber at the salad bar either. Didn't really enjoy my lunch don't think I will come back to Pizza Hut anymore such a disappointment . Don't like the new American format and changes, bring back the chocolate wedge cake.Our bill Came to £23

Went here last week as a treat for the kids the restaurant was empty and I mean empty but it still took 10 mins to be seated and when we were they put the 4 of us on a table for 2 I asked to be moved but I was told the tables were "broken" any way we order our drinks and as we knew what we wanted I placed the food order "sorry I'm not allowed to you need to read the menu if you can't read I'll read it you " she said I'll pass on that I said after 45mins of waiting I placed my order 1 large pizza and 1 chicken and a garlic bread between 4 of us and the waitress said "save some for the other customers fat man "I weigh 11 stone just to put this into context with this I got up and walked out I phoned up and asked to speak to the manager but i was told was and you will never guess " it was her time of the month" I'm sorry well done pizza hut I'll make it on my calender and avoid those days of each month then

This place gets v busy. They are all very friendly and try to be helpful bit at busy times staff is lacking. We has the wrong pizza twice but management did best to rectify. I'd go back and order something off the menu only.

Last came here in 2014 April. Has had a refurbish since then. We were here at 5pmish, the service was quick, came here especially to have the chicken bites, but they were off the menu as they informed me that they had had a bad batch of chicken bites in one of their other branches and so head office has called them off the menu for a while. Shame because I really fancied them. Anyway ordered chicken wings and garlic bread and chips, and salad. I like the way they cut the garlic bread and place it in a small bucket. The chicken wings were nice enough, the salad bar was limited but clean. Tea now comes in a mug instead of a nice cup and teapot. Abit disappointed in the new dessert menu now as they don't have the lovely chocolate cake anymore. Instead it seems to be waffles galore. So didn't have any dessert. It wasn't to busy, but still had to get the waitress attention to get the bill, however, when she came over she was quite attentive and nice. Overall an ok experience today, but nothing special considering they didn't have the chicken bites. Still prefer the Park Royal branch as it has more atmosphere.

Was there for evening meal with relatives, was informed at the door by "Andrew" there is a 10 minutes wait. Thought the restaurant was half empty. Fortunately only had to wait for 5 minutes. The table we was placed is a little bit tight as it is very close to another table. When our Starter came, we asked "Andrew" for some plates, unfortunately he seem to have forgotten. The plates only arrived when the Mains arrived. He did apologized. The limited choice salad was only thing that was quite good food. The Mains were two large pizza to share at least one of them was not cooked fully and still quite "sticky/Doughy" (see photo). We did point it out to the Waitress and she did asked if we wanted it replaced., sadly by that time we didn't feel like carrying on eating there. As one of the party was not feeling well. The new menu food was not as well received as the previous and seem to be more expensive and less value for money. Overall good service from our Waitress (Lois K), but NOT Andrew. The toilet didn't seem to be checked recently either. Food was not as good as before the "new" menu and our pizza was not cooked. very disappointing overall.

We went here Sunday evening. Restaurant wasn't overly busy. At least 5 staff members floating around. Three times I asked a waiter/tress to place our order. Food came and it was lovely. Can't fault that. Then came time to pay and no one came to us. Had to take our bill to the 'take away' till to pay. Could be so much better! Especially as this restaurant has just been refurbished.

Went to have lunch with my wife and an aunty recently. Ordered bog standard margarita. It took almost over an hour for a pizza to arrive. Seriously, not as if we ordered anything outside of the menu. Had to ask the waiter 4 times before the pizza arrived.

Have stopped going to this branch as in the past when we have been there, we have been kept waiting so long, we had to wait for someone to take our order,then we had to wait ages for the food to come, the food was not that nice, the restaurant was messy, sticky tables, and other customers waiting to pay. Salad table messy.The atmosphere is not very good either, I've gone in happy and often come out depressed, because of the service, and it's just a dump. Sorry! However, I can say that the park royal branch is good we went there and it was the school holidays it was busy but we got seated and served quickly.the waitress was rushed but she was very nice to us and even bought the bill over which I prefer because i don't like waiting around for the bill, she knew that we were finished and I had said that we were not having any dessert. Considering she was rushed off her feet, she still remained attentive and chatty. I was happy to give her a big tip and told her how happy I was.Also, thank goodness that the pizza hut in Ealing Broadway has closed down it was awful awful awful.
