The was delicious and super yummy food and I enjoyed kindly visit and check out the test for you kids

Was very disappointed with Pizza Hut tonight. Couldn’t tell you the last time I was here but tonight really let my family down. The service wasn’t great. One member of staff had the personality of a brick. The flies were surrounding us whilst eating. 2 of the pizzas came about 10 minutes after the other 3 due to them being burnt. Kids pizza was hard. Also it looked like the pizza you can buy from the fridge section at most supermarkets. One of the sides didn’t come either and to top it off we only received one desert which was burnt. by which point I was heading out the door. We asked for the missing desert in a takeaway box. All the staff could keep saying was sorry that it had happened. Won’t be back again

Prompt service, table was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Pizza arrived quickly and was tasty. Not too expensive. Would recommend.

Restaurant is dirty, salad bar is heavily infested with fruit flies the salads rotten. Fruit flies all over it really disgusting it’s like eating in a third world country. Even fruit flies at our table when we had our pizzas. Staff not interested won’t be back.

Nice portion sizes. Friendly staff and OK priced considering what you get. The only disappointment was they had run out of mushrooms, I'm surprised they can run out of a simple ingredient that probably most ask for on a pizza.

Cheapest pizzas on the menu for the buffet. Pasta was soft, soggy and tasted like a tin of tomatoes had been thrown in with some herbs. Disgusting 🤢

It has been a year since my last visit. We visited for lunch with with 5 children and 4 adults. Children had the buffet option and the adults had pizza. The food tasted average and perfectly edible. The pizza toppings were quite minimal and just met the description. The male staff member was polite and courteous and the female staff member could do with a lesson in customer service and seemed quite grumpy at having to "take my order" as we couldn't get the website to work properly. It will probably be another year before I visit again.

I haven't visited a Pizza Hut for a number of years but my memory was of a decent meal and good service. Things seem to have changed though, the service was poor and the meal was mediocre at best. Won't be back.

Told after we ordered no chicken or jalapeños or corn on the cob so 4/5 of our party had to change order, wish we were told at start as would of left but had had salad bar. Food was ok nothing special

If your a visitor or a local avoid this place at all costs. Nothing more than over priced frozen rubbish. Place does not have alot on offer in terms of drinks either. I was here with my wife and 2 year old and all had ro sit with jackets on it was so cold. 1 positive i have about the place is the staff were good with us. Please try other great establishments within the town that are much more value for money.

Foods good, never had a bad experience until today. English man that was serving us could do with some lessons in customer service, as he’s super rude & we certainly won’t be back to be spoken to the way he speaks to people. Real shame too, as every other one nearby is closing down.

Went in on the 29th of December for the Buffett lunch, to be told it was closed due to the new restrictions. This I can’t get as we were then told, order your food from the menu then help yourself to the Buffett salad bar. Absolutely shocking from Pizza Hut Falkirk, the manager was also very rude and didn’t want to help anyone.

Got a delivery from wing Street, pizza hut and they got the delivery wrong but was very happy with how they dealt with the problem as they gave us everything that was missing and super quick. Wings and food was very good as well thank you

OK, so this is ‘just’ a Pizza Hut review, right? And they’re all the same, aren’t they? Well in my experience they’re pretty much of a muchness. BUT - this is the first visit we’ve had to this particular restaurant. From the moment we opened the door and were second in the queue and the Manager checked on us and said he’d be right back to the moment we left and he made a point of thanking us and saying goodbye, we had the best experience. So good that I made a point of reviewing which for ‘just’ a Pizza Hut I wouldn’t normally do. This Manager, and his team, were non stop. The polite and efficient service, the explanations of the process of ordering and paying, the check backs, the food quality. Service with a smile and a chat. Not too intrusive - just right. The whole lot was just top drawer. Had a few word with the Manager to pass my thoughts on to him. Wanted him to know first hand that his own very obvious work ethic was so positive to see and obviously rubbed off on his team. He said most had been with him for years. He also said that he was leaving the firm after 35 years - early retirement. He was an example to his staff. Leading from the front. Down in the trenches with them. Everyone deserves to retire, but if you take our advice Pizza Hut senior management, you’ll convince this man to stay and have him train your Managers on how to not only manage, but how to lead. Not on how to deal with the public but how to meaningfully engage with the public. My wife and I are both senior managers in different public facing organisations. This guy was just exceptional. I think his name was Stuart/Stewart. Sometimes the simplest things mean the most. So, as I said this wasn’t ‘just’ a Pizza Hut review because this wasn’t ‘just’ a normal Pizza Hut.

Booked our table via website.. Very easy to do. Arrived and all protocols were explained to us including how to order. Order made via the app. Drinks arrived very promptly and food didn't take long at all. All was great with our food and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Would definitely come back.

Ordered online for delivery. It took nearly an hour to arrive and when it did it was pretty much inedible. Chicken strips were soggy and limp, cheese triangles were soggy on the outside but plasticy/rubbery on the inside. Cookie was burnt and the ice cream...

We decided to pop into Pizza Hut before going to the cinema , our server made our visit ! She was bubbly, helpful and friendly without being overbearing .

Had buffet in here yesterday while shopping in Falkirk . Food was very tasty and every single piece of the salad bar looked extremely fresh. Far far better than our nearest Pizza Hut (Stirling). Will make a point of returning next time we are in the area.

Over 5 quid for 8 tiny cheese dough bites from the starter menu when you can get about 20 around your pizza for 3 quid. Overpriced.

First trip to pizza hut for a few years and was so pleasantly surprised to come across a sincere warm welcome. Fast friendly service. Good food and immaculately clean. Other resteraunt in the chain could do worse than using here as a template.

The Pizza Hut in Falkirk is brilliant. I am gluten free (coeliacs disease) and they were great. I had the Gluten Free veggie pizza and everyone else at the table had the ‘buffet’. The waitress I had put my pizza through as a ‘buffet’ too as that was cheaper than the just ordering the pizza and when I was finished, she even offered to make me a second - so I was like everyone else. I declined because I was full but I thought it was very decent for her to offer. The toilet facilities are not the best. I would say clean but old. Other than that the restaurant is spot on.

Great staff, really friendly. Pizzas are amazing! Unlimited salad and juice refills always keep the kids and the parents happy.

Me and my partner visited on a Friday. We have ordered a couple of starters, when we were still eating the starters, the waitress came up to us and started to clear the plates and said to us our mains are ready so she will bring them out now. Not really appreciate the rushed service. The bbq rib rack mains came with chips and onion rings. The ribs were quite dry but the most shocking part were the onion rings which were filled with mushed onions instead of real onions. You’d think that for £14 a meal you would get at least real onion rings, very disappointing. Wont be back.

I haven’t been to a Pizza Hut in years and was pleasantly surprised at how tasty our meal was. Our pizza was very nice and I quite enjoyed the salad bar too. Not bad at all.

Had many visits in the restaurant with small and large groups as well as many deliveries. Only good things to say! There’s now a vegan pizza so there’s probably gluten free etc too. I had the pizza last time and it’s not as great as the normal pizzas but it’s still good!

Took our granddaughter for a lunch having just visited the cinema. The restaurant was starting to get busy but we were promptly seated and menus given. The buffet lunch was on offer so we went for that but ordered a child's meal also. Her pizza was lovely and she did enjoy it but she did prefer going to the salad bar better. We did note however, a few children who were unsupervised by an adult, picking up items at the salad bar area and then putting them back down, this included bread sticks and also chopped items.Perhaps staff need to be more vigilant about this.We also had to remind our waitress about the soft drink ordered for our granddaughter which we only got when she had finished her meal. On the whole not bad pizza and ice cream. Drinks area and salad bar got crowded at times.

Fancied some pizza after our spa day, popped in. We were seated right away, order taken and headed for the buffet. Fully stocked salad and pizza. Friendly staff and good experience.

Been here many times but this was our first time back in while. Looking through the menu I decided to go with the Philly steak pizza with a side of cheese and paprika fries. Filled myself up with the salad bar and decided for unlimited refill drink. The pizza was awesome and the fries as well.

The food tastes like it does at every other Pizza Hut which is fine. The service was good and unlike other cities, the buffet was always well stocked up which is handy when your in hurry and have two 8 month old babies in two.

For this return visit to Pizza Hut I took one of our daughters-in-law out for lunch with her three children – it’s the grandchildren’s favourite place to eat at the moment.

Staff are really friendly here and there is plenty if parking. We found the food tasty, salad bar ok, free refill juice a bonus but the food is very expensive

Primera vez en un tiempo desde que he visitado de Pizza Hut. Qué decepción, una pizza vegetal, quemada cebollas, pasas y champiñones arrugados, y han cambiado la salsa de tomate, no para mejor. La ensalada tenía ingredientes frescos.

Went here around 2 weeks ago. Was very pleased with service and enjoyed myself. Staff were okay ,however looked like they would have rather been somewhere else

Flew Ryanair to Lanzarote from Orestwick. Flight there was ok but flight back awful. I was travelling with my 6year old granddaughter and tried to purchase a drink for her. I was told they only had alcohol, and when I explained I didn't think that would be suitable for a 6 year old they said that was all they had but would try and get her a drink of water. They returned half an hour later with half a cup of luke warm water! Airlines complain when passengers drink too much but if they're only serving alcohol what do they expect? Since then I've learned that in this particular flight this is a very common occurance due to short turn around times and it being the last flight of the day. If airlines are aware of this surely it would be wise to advise passengers who do not drink or are travelling with children to purchase drinks at the airport. This was one of the worst flights I have been on!!

It is a really good restaurant however they should have a vegan option .During my trip to pizza hut I was annoyed to see that there was gluten free options and vegetarian options but the was not a vegan option .The staff are nice and the service is good .I would recommend it to anyone that is not vegan !!

It's Pizza Hut. You don't expect miracles. But for an average of around £10 per head for a pizza that would feed one adult you'd expect a decent pizza. I have the chilli gene, enjoy hot food and ordered the hot pepperoni pizza. Perhaps I shouldn't have been disappointed when what made it hot was an inedible - even for me - amount of jalapeno peppers dumped on top. No no no, lazy, inedible, bad and boring. Both pizzas we ordered were dry and scant on toppings, frisbee like and I reckon I could have decapitated someone with them. I like a thin crust pizza as big soggy bread dough I find horrible and a cop out, but the scant amount of tomato base and cheese I had to hunt for (especially as it was baked on solid) really made me wonder why we paid £30 for this substandard cardboard meal for two. I've just eaten an out of date pizza from the co-op that was a world better and cost me £1. £30 for two miserable pizzas, doughy, undercooked garlic bread and two soft drinks.There is unlimited 'salad', it is so utterly and needlessly bland, one helping of it is enough to put you off getting more before your pizza arrives.The pizzas do arrive quickly. The staff couldn't be nicer. But the bottom line is they make really shít pizzas and charge way over the odds for them. The only reason we ate here was because we were going to the cinema next door. I don't know the Falkirk area at all, but I do know I won't get fleeced by eating here again. I don't believe this restaurant is good for anything other than stuffing tasteless, empty calories in, which is reflected in my assessment (e.g. can a vegetarian get a good meal here? No, no-one can.) Should be cheap eats but is defo a rip off for quality.

pizzas are great also good choice of pastas,great for children,drink refills always helps with the kids,plent parking access very easy.

Have always had a soft spot for pizza huts as their pizzas are undeniably lovely! However... go to Asda for example and you can get a great big very similar pizza for £4 or less. Our bill for one pizza and a small portion of chips was £30! £30 for a pizza and chips.. let's start to get real guys. It's a pizza!! Additionally these areas of eating (as much as they're set up in a somewhat formal / restaurant style) tend to be overcome with shouting kids and loud groups. The quality of the food and the staff are absolutely lovely. But everything else is way off par! Don't see the point in paying 8 times the amount for a pizza these days with so many local supermarkets offering a various choice of pizzas. For £30 I advice you go to a 'proper' restaurant that's value for money.

Went here with the kids as a treat and the food and service was great.The manager Gregor was very helpful and made sure we had all we needed , the kids loved the food and the ice cream factory will be back soon .

Really nice experience - hadn't been for a while. Had the £13.95 deal which is excellent value - food great , people/staff really lovely. Buffet well stocked and clean and great variety. Great end to a loooong shopping trip. Thanks to all - will certainly be back.

Can't accommodate and won't accommodate kids with allergies On Sunday I phoned my local Pizza Hut (Falkirk) to see if there was anything on the menu to suit my two year old son who is dairy intolerant as we were planning on popping in for dinner. The reply I got after the waiter spoke to his manager was you can have pizza but you would need to take the cheese off the top and you would need to make sure the base was ok too. Erm I don't think so as that would make my son sick and give him a sore tummy. I asked if they could make him pasta with a tomato/bolognese sauce which we have had in other Pizza Huts (Birmingham, Manchester) but I was told no we only do cheese pasta. I personally think that's terrible, the amount of kids/adult nowadays that have a food intolerance and they can't even offer one single thing on the menu. So I know I defo won't be visiting my local Pizza Hut any time soon. The manager obviously doesn't have a clue as the first offer was a pizza but to take the cheese off. I'm very disappointed with their response. It's so hard to go out for dinner when your child has a food intolerance but most places can accommodate Pizza Hut obviously can't and won't.

Definitely the best Pizza Hut in the Forth Vslley. Prompt friendly service in a modern, clean, spacious restaurant. Fresh salad bar with plenty of crispy tortilla chips instead of minimal amounts of non-crunchy ones found in somd other Pizza Huts. Handy for Cineworld (right next door) plus the biggest and by far the best retail park in the Forth Valley.

staff were great. Explained cheaper to go for kids lunch (rather than the buffet) and if they wanted a bit of pizza/pasta then could have some off my plate if I took the buffet. Kids liked selecting their plate of 'salad' though didnt like the sweetcorn (which did taste weird). Not sure that kids pizza as good as that from the buffet and the chicken nuggets were a bit dry. The pasta sauce from buffet not v nice but other kids seems to enjoy it so guess depends what you are used to. My kids both loved the ice cream and being able to choose their toppings. I got a scoop and was offered some caramel sauce (v tasty). Overall not the greatest of food but for the price etc all ok

Run out of cheese and offered me to make one without, only 2min from a giant tesco with mountains of the stuff.

Never booked but got a table straight away . Service was great food was amazing and my grandson loved the ice cream factory

We come here regularly. The staff are lovely they can't do enough for you. The food is amazing and great value for money! The service is very quick so if you've booked for the cinema next door then you won't run late!

First time visiting here yesterday. Wasn't very busy, was shown to a table where we were left waiting on someone taking our order for over 5 minutes. Ended up having to shout someone over after several attempts to make eye contact with a few waitresses. Was nothing very special. Won't be back.

Upon arrival it was busy inside but the gentleman took us to a table straight away and put us in one of the circular booths which was very cool (never sat in one before). Order was taken quickly and employee showed us to drinks and salad and also pointed out there was cheese sauce I could use on my nachos (never in pizza hut have I been aware of this, made my nachos very tasty).Order was brought but with two slices missing (someone had mistaken our pizza as part of the buffet lunch) and we were told a new fresh one had been put in the oven, we didn't mind at all and it ended up with us getting a free pizza which was lovely.Employee was friendly and polite through the whole visit and made our experience better than any before.

Their milkshakes are literally the best I've ever tried! They are very filling and definitely worth the money! And I can't fault the pizza either.

Will be back ! Great salad selection also and easy parking right beside cinema. Lunch is particularly great value.

Pizza hut has recently had a fresh makeover and is a pleasurable establishment that serves delicious food and copious amounts of all you can eat salad, not forgetting the delicious afters.

Went on a busy Saturday night. Only waited about 20 mins for a table for 6. Waiting staff were excellent. Forgot to order my daughter a pepperoni pizza bit when asked for some pepperoni it wasn't a problem it was brought out withing about 5 mins. All staff were excellent and very helpful at all times

Had a good lunch at Pizza Hut today. We went for the combo sharer with a side of the potato chips. Has to be said the potato chips are awesome and much better than the usual nachos every restaurant has on the menu. The pizza was good but overpriced as pizza always is. The salad bar at Pizza Hut always frustrates me.....surely not everything needs to come out of a tub or a packet.

Visited at the request of my girl as it was a birthday treat and even though we had not asked in advance staff were happy to bring out her cake and sing for her. Lovely waitress who looked after us too.

Ideal location for pre or post cinema trip, or a break from shopping.Friendly staff, don't have to wait long to eat and good is for all ages. Good to see the menu has been updated so not just pizza and pasta now.

I like pizza, actually I love pizza but the big nationals no longer do it for me. They taught me well but I have outgrown what they can offer. I think I am going to stick with the small independents. There really isnt anything wrong with this place and the staff are lovely but they cannot come up with anything new or original any more.

Gluten free Pizza advertised but server had no idea if any starter was available to me, brought a sheaf of notes for me to read through. Requested the manager who came over and was very helpful finally determined the ribs were safe for me and brought out fresh salad as the cous cous had exploded across the buffet.All in all a pleasant and tasty experience will be back when visiting again.

The service here is very very good, the staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly every time!We visited with two kids, who were given the kids menu packs, our 5 year old was delighted with the pack and plated with this the entire time. The kids also love the new juice machine and experimenting with flavours.The pizzas on offer for the buffet were all the same - Margarita (good and fresh), BBQ, pepperoni (dry) and vegetarian. I don't like BBQ sauce, the pepperoni was very dry therefore I had a choice of margarita or veggie. Usually the pizzas are swapped around (unless this has changed over the years?).The kids loved it.We were given a voucher with our receipt to return in January to receive 40% off the bill - good offer.

Pizza Hut offer a Gluten free pizza which actually tastes like pizza. The waitress we had was able to explain the allergen menu to me and seemed knowledgeable. The waitress happily heated the babies meal we had brought with us, no issues there... Broad menu for my wife who doesn't suffer from allergies also... Great price, great service ... Will defiantly visit again.

I know, its Pizza Hut and i wouldn't normally write a review for a big major chain but i felt i had to.Fast friendly service, great salad bar and unlimited drinks fountain, good value for money and good pizzas. What more can you ask for.So here's a vote for a chain which deserves a good rating from my family

Went for the buffet. Staff mostly not interested once you were sat. Had to ask at bar for water requested at table. Food decent and buffet kept clean and filled up.

Visited here as my daughter fancied pizza for her birthday! The restaurant has a new look so is quite fresh and clean looking. Salad bar was well stocked and the self service drinks machine was clean and being looked after regularly by staff. Serving staff are chatty and helpful. Our pizzas arrived quickly and were all fine. My daughter couldn't finish hers and was offered a takeaway box. I guess it could be quite expensive meal if your a big family but there's always special offers being advertised by Pizza Hut which reduce the cost. Quite happy and would return.

Although it has been revamped, Pizza Hut is still pretty average in terms of good food. The pizzas are a bit dry, the salad bar uninspiring and boring. However, if all you want is a quick meal before or after the cinema, then it is ok, not the kind of place you want to linger of an evening as it's usually full of noisy children!

Visit here around once every two months (for meeting up with friends) and the food is always good and employees are always friendly and polite.

my kids love going here they can always get good deals for them and their friends good place to hold a party .for kids not to expensive. food always fresh and salad bar is good to pick what you like and not have it on your plate.

Really £2.55 for a soft drink you have to get yourself? Average pizza and clearly not hand made. Service was ok but calling 4 and 7 year old kids "mate" felt a bit odd... £40 for two adults and 2 kids for one course.

We don't often sit in at pizza hut but when we do we always really enjoy it and never disappointed with our meal. Staff always friendly and attentive.we mostly use the take away service, its quick and easy to use and still with there great tasty pizzas. All round yummy dinner for all.

The restaurant was very busy so we had a short wait. When we were shown to our table we were then told we could not put a highchair at the entrance to the booth. I had asked for a highchair when I arrived. We were eventually shown to another table which was in a very convenient position for the salad bar. The staff were mainly friendly and helpful and the food was what you would expect from Pizza Hut. Convenient location for the cinema and the shops. Good value.

My sister had her birthday party here (even though she doesn't like pizza!) with our reading group from school. There were seven of us in total and we all enjoyed our pizzas. We also had a lot of fun with the ice cream factory. One of the boys managed to have 5 ice creams! We all had a great time and I think we'll be going back there again soon!
