Pizza Hut in Wrexham

Ordered takeaway. 2nd time we've used this restaurant and decided to give them one more chance. Veggie pan has lots of veg and lashings (too much) tomato puree and bare patches where the cheese should have been. Didn't feel I could complain as collected by my husband who didn't point this out when collecting. I'll travel to Deeside next time even though it is more than double the distance from our home.

We went last Saturday . I asked over the phone pasta dishes and salad . Yes yes available for a Saturday night .brill . No coupons full price . Lush .nope . Covid covid . Even although we wore face masks well aware . 7pm on a Saturday salad bar down for next day . Need to clean . Dregs. Ouch . No we don’t have pepper . Mayonnaise . Sweetcorn .everything getting emptied during our visit . Wrong order taken .ouch .I just couldn’t be bothered with another App to order on arrival. Reminds me of work. I want our order taken . Unfortunate . They rectified it by giving our son his pizza that we ordered.well done . Difficult times still . Really disappointing no full menu .closing early . Sad times

Met by a smiley girl in black and white checked shirt well mannered. Our server was called Hannah who regularly checked all was well. Buffet lunch well worth it. Would definitely recommend ⭐️ ⭐️

Absolutely amazing manager who sets a great example for his team, deals with everything perfectly and seemed fantastic with kids on other tables. Louis/Louie also very friendly and gave fantastic service. The food arrived quickly and was tasty, the salad bar and ice cream factory was also kept very tidy - which can’t be said for all pizza huts!

Went with my daughter for lunch greeted by lovely friendly man who explained the way everything worked now with covid. Taken to our table which was well distanced from others. We chose to have the buffet it’s was bought quickly and very well cooked, we were asked continually if we wanted anything else. Staff were lovely and friendly all social distancing was in place will go again.

My partner and I have left feeling very underwhelmed, nauseous and will definitely not be coming back. Although the Manager "Alan" was very friendly and explained the changes due to Covid19, it did not prevent an overall poor experience. Poor/ limited menu choices. Pizza seemed small for amount of money spent and tasted pretty average. (Nicer tasting frozen pizzas in supermarkets). Think the chicken nuggets were vegan even though I ordered Southern fried chicken nuggets (they tasted like mush). 7up tasted like chlorine. Potato salad with bacon bits tasted very sickly.I was very ill when I arrived back home... and I'll leave it there.

We visited as a family and were left very underwhelmed. We were slow to be seated, slow to have our order taken, the food actually arrived in good time, but very slow to be able to actually pay the bill. The food was pretty average, and while all the staff individually were fine the overall speed of service left us waiting and wondering what was going on. We're not planning to visit again.

Greeted by the host who managed a small smile. The waitress arrived to take our order, she was very helpful with my granddaughters meal as she has allergies.My daughter asked the checked shirt gentleman if there was any pizza to come out other than the vegetable and Margarita pizza which was out for an hour or so with no other choices he replied with a sharp yes and turned on his heels and walked away. Its a shame that staff look tired and unhappy, I understand the pressures in the restaurant business,however, the shift manager needs re training and staff need to at least look motivated with a smile! 1.15pm Sunday 29 December 2019Buffet not worth the money, poor choice

Food was nice although it took time for the pizzas and pasta to be put out and only a few varieties it wasn't till we we're leaving others were put out. Service wasn't great we weren't asked if the food was ok and we had to find a server to order desert.

Food very poor.. food was cold and not value for money. I will never visit again. staff seemed untrained. floor was dirty

Evening meal for daughter's birthday. Service was good, staff polite. Garlic bread was good as were pizzas. As one daughter is vegan, good that they have a separate menu now. She enjoyed the jack and roll pizza.

Over half an hour late. Phoned up they say the driver is on the way. Where to we only live 10 minutes away.

Phoned up before arriving at the restaurant to have received someone with a bad attitude on the other side of the phone. Then arriving at the restaurant, me and my friends were greeted with a not so pleasant waitress, whom seemed to be in a rush to finish her shift. This was approx 9pm and they stopped serving at 10pm. Once we had been rudely seated, we then placed our orders which seemed to be a task to her and during the wait of our food we went over the salad bar (which is unlimited) which was in the process of being packed away, where we bowled up some fo the remainders before sitting back down to eat. Whilst eating, she had realised we had got our salad, then went over the clean the salad bar using a disinfectant spray without REMOVING THE SALAD. - This therefore meant that chemicals was in our salad which meant we could not go and have more? As it was unlimited. Once reviving our food, she placed the food down without asking what was who’s and also walked off without saying anything or clearing our starter plates. We then asked if she could remove them - politely, and she then grabbed them and threw them onto the opposing table whilst walking off in a huff. She came over at the end of our meal and asked if we would like any desserts, without clearing our mains - and then put the desert down - whilst the main dishes were still on the table. She also, only gave us two spoons, and one was chucked onto the seating area as she walked off saying “oops”. I then asked for another spoon and she directed me to the ice cream and pointed at a teaspoon ...for a huge cookie dough????Once having our DELICIOUS food, we went for the bill. Whilst doing this, and boxing up our own pizza as she was to busy turning the lights off and changing the bins, we then paid... with a very sour face and rude service. The waitress name was HOLLY, and her manager did not seem caused by the fact we asked for her name and himself, did not ask how our service was, how are food was, was more interested in us leaving and that they could go home.Love review, but yeah.. sick food, rubbish staff.

This is probably the best pizza hut I've been to. It took a little while to be seated but this was because they were understaffed. However, the waiter kept telling me he'd be with me shortly and apologised for the wait. Staff were great. The pizza was really good and the unlimited salad and unlimited soft drinks were good too. Not too busy so was able to get my drinks and salad without waiting for others to move out the way! The staff are a credit to this branch.

Came in for a cup of tea to kill time, ended up having a 14" Pan Pizza Texas BBQ thingy, my dad had a Meat feast. No room for salad though, oh well.Was actually the best Pizza I've had in any pizza hut and I've had a few, cooked perfect, not too much sauce or toppingServer was Lucy she was helpful and polite despite it being completely rammed busy, nice one guys

Not to pleased with general service. Been waiting over 30 minutes to be asked if we would like a pudding. The waitress’ have clearly seen that we are waiting with 2 babies and a toddler to proceed our visit we are having to wait with naggy children. Will be expecting discount on bill for time wasted and hungry children.

We walked in and didn’t get seated for 10 minutes. Then it took a further 10 minutes for us to be seen too. After our meal we waited for someone to come over again to take our desert orders and no one did.

Restaurant in need of refurbishment. Food acceptable but not memorable. Item omitted from the order. Staff seemed inexperienced. An expensive mistake, won't repeat the experience.

After school treat for our grandchildren. The staff were lovely and friendly very helpful with the girls.We all had pizza and side salads and a desert.The meals were beautiful .We had a 33% off voucher which brought the bill down but even without that it would be been well worth the money.We will definitely be going back again.

4 of us had food here, vegan, vegetarian and meat eaters, food really good, staff excellent,I had pizza buffet with salad bar,wife had beef lasagne,all enjoyed our meals, nice clean place, would recommend.

Only person working out front and he was sooo attentive and lovely. Give that man a raise. Love it love it love it

Got to say the gluten free pizzas are getting better, loved having the Philly cheese n steak pizza makes a change not to have a piece of cardboard to eat. Salad bar did look a little messy but after going up for second bowl it was clean n tidy. Kids really going and talking to all staff members thanks guys

The staff here were outstanding never been anywhere with such fantastic helpful and happy staff the manager went up and beyond

I enjoy going here the Pizza is lovely and so is the salad bar yum you can wait a while to be given your food but when it arrives its nice its clean and friendly.

Came here with my Wife,Son and Daughter in law,my wife and I had the buffet for £7.50, good choice of pizza,pasta and salad,Son and Daughter in law had the new vegan pizza,all satisfied with the food and service, clean place, couldn't fault it,will be returning at some point.

My wife and I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides for delivery. The estimated time for delivery was 7pm. So we waited and waited with no delivery. I rang up to check how long we could expect to wait. I was told it was in the car on the way to the house. We live 5 minutes away.

Arrived and ordered to pizzas and two starters. My order was perfevt tasted great and was overall impressed, but my girlfriends order was completely messed up.

It is your usual Pizza Hutt. It waa spotlessly clean and the staff were professional and very friendly and polite. I would recommend eating here.

Arrived and there was ample space. Met by a really nice chap after waiting 2-3 minutes at the door. Told us the waitress wouldn’t be long. 10mins later we were still waiting. Poor girl was being held up by a large, noisy group who wanted to split the bill numerous ways. And took their time in chatting snd holding her up. She was very apologetic and there were only 2 on the floor serving.

Well it was a great visit and the staff are always really friendly and approachable. There gluten free range could change a little especially for pudding, ice cream or mango sorbet is a little boaring and everywhere else sort of does it but a change would be nice. The lady serving us was brilliant could not do enough for us, spent time talking to my kids and didn't even moan when a drink was knocked over so brilliant thanks for a great night.

Had a goos selection of pizzas here on the weekend and all very tasty fair play. The garlic bread with cheese was a good choice. Hot and spice was hot like they said and the kids had some good choices as well

Visited here the beginning of the month with my mum. She had a voucher for 2 for 1 as last time she visted she did the survey online. We both ordered pizzas hers was a deep pan meat feast and mine was thin ham & garlic mushroom and we both had the unlimited salad. Can't fault the food it was lovely and the meal came to less than £10. Well worth doing the survey

We went to celebrate a family birthday and though the none G/F members enjoyed their 'normal' pizzas I'm afraid my effort was horrendous! The gluten free pizza arrived and was paper thin but tasted like I was eating a very tough piece of cardboard. I think the main problem is that they don't add enough puree or topping extras to moisten the drab pizza base. I have G/F pizza bases at home and my wife makes them and they are by far more tastier and I am now far more appreciative to my wife for her handy work.

Pizza hut is pretty standard isn't it. Hardly even worth the review.

Went here with one of my mates for something to eat after a long day and the pizza was just ok. The staff were very friendly though.

We had a 'diet' pizza apparently... totally bland and very poor value for money... poor choice of wine so doubly disappointing... noisy too, with the partitions offering little to isolate from tables where children are inadequately controlled.

Love Pizza Hut, visit quite frequently but today was not one of the best sadly. We rang a day before to book a large table for my grandson's 11th birthday. The pizza was probably the worst I have ever had. No taste, quite dry and even the garlic bread was very greasy! The bill well that was another downer. 3 adults and 2 kids £106.00!!!! My daughter nearly fell off her seat!! The ice cream has gone down hill too. All the nice toppings have been changed and now there are these disgusting sprinkle things full of E numbers I would imagine and taste like chemicals. Come on I ask you 106 quid for pizza???? Less is more sadly Pizza Hut and continuing down that extortionate road you will having no customers at all.

We placed an order tonight. System took card payment for delivery. We were then informed by telephone that the take away would not deliver due to adverse weather conditions )despite there being no snow in our area). We were them given a number to ring to obtain a refund which did not work!’ We were then forced to drive to collect our order only to find that when we returned, my vegetarian pizza contained meat!! Restaurant refused to deliver another one despite it being their mistake!! Totally rude & completely unprofessional. Certainly won’t be ordering from here again. Place is an absolute joke & not fit to call themselves a restaurant!!!!’

I was there whenever I visited Wrexham in September 2014. The options weren't ideal for me - Red Onion makes me nauseous - so it wasn't great. But it was the nearest place to eat from the Train Station.

I have been coming to this establishment since I was young and today was the worst day rude staff bad in my opinion buffet wasn’t nice either

It's Pizza Hut so you know what to expect and they delivery it well. Friendly service, food was served fresh and hot. Easy parking.

Called in after being to cinema. Plenty of salad to start and the tuna flatbread was delicious we didnt really need the fries but they were tasty anyway.

Friendly and helpfull staff and food was excellent best pizza in wrexham compliments to the chef and is clean and enviteing place for adults and children.

Service food and ambience all very good just a little disappointed they ran out of San Miguel !

Visited recently with both adults and children. Food was good, unlimited drinks, service was ok, it was pretty empty of people but still it was extremely noisy in ther. Will visit again.

You can refill you beverage as many times as you want and the salad. I got a veggie pizza which was nice. Recommend it.

We visited around 2pm when the kids had returned to school, so Resturant was nice and quiet. We waited to be seated but only because the waiter was attending to another couple but he did acknowledge us so it wasn't a problem. Food was lovely and hot. I have to mention from reading someone else's review that they had stated 'wasn't much choice of pizza in the lunch buffet' I have to disagree, as 6/7 pizza choice was enough. The waiter had also said if anything is running low let him know and it would be replaced. Toilets and restaurant very clean, but again I think this is because the time of day we visited. Would definitely return as the overall experience was excellent.

Had a great visit here before a cinema trip mid week, the food was great and the staff were friendly!

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en este restaurante, nunca nos defraudó pero hoy uno de los miembros del personal era un poco desagradable, no usar lenguaje inaceptable en un ambiente familiar. Aparte de eso, el servicio era rápido y sabía muy delicioso! Ensalada nunca permite el sitio! Siempre lleno y fresco. Lástima que no era citado tango en la máquina 'volver pronto", que fue un poco decepcionante.

El búfer de la hora del almuerzo fue excelente relación calidad-precio, aunque las bebidas pueden ser un poco caro. El personal es amable y animado. La comida es buena, aunque no es una increíble selección de pizza. El bar de ensaladas es genial y tiene una gama de variedad. Gran lugar para una comida familiar. Además, una fabulosa selección de comida vegetariana.

La comida fue atendida rápidamente, el personal atento y las mesas limpias. No es tan grande, un restaurante que hace un poco de ruido y la música un poco ruidoso. Parece ser muy popular con los niños y sus padres. La comida es buena y bien presentada, pero posiblemente un poco grasiento. El personal es muy servicial y amable. El nuevo menú tiene algunas opciones buenas, pero el diseño actual es un poco confuso. En general, no es una mala pizza hut.

Had the buffet here on Tuesday 3/4, pizza was very good quality, salad good as always, pasta was disappointing though - sauces were a bit congealed and thick, and pasta itself over cooked. Love the unlimited drinks re-fill, especially the different flavours. Great customer service, especially from a very friendly, attentive male team member wearing glasses - would like to single him out for praise as he was fantastic!

Called with the children we selected the buffet which is normally quite good , pizza's were slow to be replaced at first considering there were plenty of customers. Soon got a few pizzas cooked which were all quite tasty esp the BBQ chicken one plenty of salad as always aswell as pasta and unlimited soft drinks the twisted pepsi's are quite tasty I particularly liked the Pepsi with lime would definitely return as the girls really enjoyed it both too full to finish their ice creams.

Waited over an hour for a drink Server asked 3 times what we ordered.on the plus side the pizza was very nice Not be back here again

Great value family deals for affordable treat.Booked a table during half term - 4 adults and 5 children. Total cost £84 to include plentiful starter platter, unlimited salad bar, pizza & sides, unlimited soft drinks and help-yourself ice cream (just for kiddies!!) lots of choice, generous servings and very good pizza!!Staff go out of their way to help everyone feel welcome, nothing too much trouble - even box-up left over pizza to take home and make a joke of clearing up spilt drink. All helps with excitable little ones.Highly recommended for family treat.

We visited Pizza Hut my daughters choice for her 13th birthday and it was surprisingly good nice friendly waiter pizza was good salad bar was great really liked that and my children and husband enjoyed the ice cream station all in all a good value for money meal

Customer services was fantastic (on 3/02/17) are server (Allen) in particular was great!! we have had a rough few days and he made the kids smile and really made an effort. That level of customer service can make all the difference. The food was great too :)

We've been here a couple of times when it's been busy and quiet and received great service and food each time. Thanks to our servers John and particularly Allen today for helping clear up our little ones spillage, not all places that are 'child friendly' have understanding staff.

Das Essen bei Pizza Hut ist halt typisches Fast- Food- Italienisch. Man kann diverse Pizzen in diversen Ausführungen (verschiedene Böden und Ränder) bestellen. Das ist soweit auch alles in Ordnung, wenn man sich vorher drauf einstellt, dass es nicht wie beim "richtigen" Italiener schmeckt.

Daughters birthday party.All the kids we're put on their own round table and Allen, the waiter, served them brilliantly. They all loved the food, the drinks, and of course the ice cream.The adults had their own table, and a lovely, surprisingly relaxed meal!

When we were finally greeted by a waitress (after a 5 minute wait in the entrance despite it being quiet) we were taken to our table, a table so close to the gentlemen dining next to us we may as well have asked him to join us. I asked if we could be seated in 1 of the 4 free booths but I was told that they were shutting this section of the restaurant shortly and we couldn’t move… However this section remained open for the duration of our visit and people were still being seated in this area as we were leaving which was disappointing to say the least, the waitress clearly lied to us. The salad bar was half empty, the ‘flavoured’ Pepsi machine had no flavours despite them showing as available they all tasted as the original. Our Pizza had a piece of onion and mushroom on it despite us ordering CHICKEN AND PEPPERONI. The place is also cold to make it even worse. Unfortunately this isn’t the only unpleasant visit to this particular Pizza Hut so it’s not a 1 off. We won’t be returning it’s probably the worst Pizza Hut in Wales.

Me and my husband visit Pizza Hut regularly and the wrexham restaurant is the best by far the staff are always super friendly and the food is always spot on. recommended

Second visit to this restaurant and enjoyed it. We had the lunch buffet which is good value. Good variety of freshly cooked pizzas and a well stocked salad bar. Will certainly be going on a third visit.

Visited with friends for a quick pizza before a night on the town. Weather was unusually hot for Wrexham, booked a table in advance, staff were lovely and helpful, only problem was the restaurant was freezing! Aircon must have been in full. Ordered food, didn't take long to arrive, but my pizza got cold very quickly. Overall was ok for what we paid

Pizza was alright s bit greasy. The waitress was nice but managed to drop all the plates over my Father. We then ordered unlimited ice cream which WAS NOT UNLIMITED after one serving each they decided to shut down the machine because 'they didn't think anyone would want anymore.' The ice cream was melted, the toppings were solid and there was no chocolate sauce.The waitress went on to tell us that she didn't like the pizza which was the icing on the cake.Finally the toilets were filthy and I'd rather go and take a dump in the local buffet Curry house. In conclusion, I would not eat here as the staff are awful as well as the facilities and the food was mediocre at best.

Stopped at this particular Pizza Hut this evening on the way home from a day out- 1 adult, 2 teenagers and 2 children. Although there was nothing actually wrong with the service, I felt something was missing in comparison to various other Pizza Hut restaurants that I have visited. Waitress was a bit on the slow side when taking our order and brought out the wrong meals although it wasn't very busy there and it is only a small restaurant. The pizzas were all slightly burnt, but we didn't complain as we just wanted to eat and get back on the road to head home. On the whole this experience was disappointing in comparison to other Pizza Hut restaurants in the area.

We ordered take away for collection took at least ten mins to even be acknowledged by staff and a further 20 mins to bring the order probobly won't bother next time

My husband and I often call in here after a trip to the pictures. The whole place has been given a make-over, including the outside signage which now looks quite American.The staff are really pleasant and friendly and go out of their way to make your visit a good one. We liked the new look which included the toilets which as usual were clean and tidy. The food is good and the salad bar remains the same but we are sure the salad bowls are definitely smaller. This isn't a problem as, like the drinks, you can go back and refill as often as you like. WE both had the BBQ ribs which were meaty and delicious. We then shared a Cookie Dough which came with our choice of ice cream sauces - white choc & raspberry and salt caramel. Dread to think how many calories!

Visited here on Sunday 10th April, service was really good food was excellent every thing was fresh hot and tasty. The only bad point to our visit was that the pepsi glasses need a good scrub, I went through a whole shelf to try and find a clean one but there were none. I asked a staff member if there were any clean ones he brought some through I managed to find two, but the rest again were stained. The staff left them on the shelf instead of taken them through to the kitchen to be thoroughly cleaned.

Went there with my family first time in any pizza hut defo not the last the service was top draw got served by a john h (skinny lad black glasses) that lad is a credit to pizza hut knowing it was my first pizza.hut experience he explained everything they do on the menu nothing was to much trouble for him or any staff member come to that all john my sever had excellent customer service. food was amazing we had the big share deal well worth the money I had that much I needed a lie down after ha ha kids meal deal for my daughter well worth the money thank you pizza hut awesome night with my family five star service five star food

Took my son and his friends here for his birthday party,and I wish to god I never bothered,a restaurant with only 4 tables sat and 7 staff who take 5 mins to seat you then 20 mins to take your order and the order of just pizza takes 45mins,it was quiet we were surrounded by dirty table left by other customers,a salad bar half empty and in dire need of a wipe and a soda fountain that had more syrup over the machine than in it,this place is horrendous shocking staff shocking hygiene and when I complained to head office they sent out an automated response saying they were sending me a voucher,they are so used to the complaints they don't even care anymore.DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This was shocking by any standards ,we came for my sons birthday it took 20mins before anyone took our order and then 35 mins for the food to arrive,surrounded by dirty tables and staff walking round looking for things not to do,this has to be the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to for standards.Thankfully kids don't realise how poorly they have been treated and it didn't spoil his day.

Ate here on Saturday night. Short wait to be seated. Salad bar needed restocking but was ok for us. Staff were young but all very pleasant. Garlic bread and pizza standard but tasty.

We had dreadful service from a young waiter, Joe. Everything was an issue from where we wanted to sit to the whole ordering system. He was condescending, rude and intimidating...... The worst service that I've experienced for a very long time. He definitely needs some urgent customer service training and product knowledge awareness. I asked for a lime and soda and he told me to help myself to the self service. Soft drinks where I could have a 7 up!!!!!! He kept banging on about soft drinks when I had already told him that we don't drink them. This is as far as we got before his chip on the shoulder started to crack... We walked out and will never return to this particular outlet. Other locations have been fine. This employee let this branch down considerably.

Great food, great staff. Couldn't ask for any more! Portions are awesome Couldn't believe what I was seeing when my pizza was brought to me! I couldn't finish it all so they boxed it up for me.

Visited on a wet Saturday, relatively quite inside as a result. Surprised it took a while to be seated considering how quite it was. Sat down at a table where the floor was surrounded by launched food, could easily have slipped on it, disappointing. Tables weren't served in order, people come in afterwards being served first. Sat down with my salad to find there was no cutlery on our table or any vacant tables near by. Asked for some to be brought over and watched the staff member walk past without them before I went looking for some, then he arrived with them. Couldn't understand this poor quality experience until a bunch of new staff arrived all clearly with a task to do and the previous staff had vanished. I don't know the hours the staff work so I apologise if at 4 pm they had been on the go for many hours but the quality of customer experience definitely petered off at the end of the shift only to be replaced by over enthusiastic staff asking people to remove themselves from the salad bar whilst they officially replaced the mostly full tubs. Food was still nice tho so at least the kitchen staff had it right at least

Called here for tea today. It was extremely busy with a party going on so was not the best time to visit anyway.Staff were friendly although it took a while to be seat us as staff were just walking past us. Eventually a young lad was told to seat us.Owen had some colouring things which was nice touch.Food was fine although the Hawaiian pizza was not as tasty as on previous visits and they nearly forgot to bring our dips well they did forget) I had to remind them twice and also brought our sons meal twice.I really think attention to detail/communication needs to be looked at especially in busy periods as we had about 3 different members of staff serving our table.Also one major gripe - Bring back the chicken wings as a starter!!!! I had the potato wedges as they were the only thing I fancied but not a patch on the chicken wings!!

Called here whilst visiting the area (daughter at Uni). Although it was 18:00 on a Friday we soon got a table.Service was probably one of the best (for a Pizza Hut, Allen =) though just a tad ott).The pizza arrived quickly and was tasty and well presented. The starter (chicken bites) was uninspiring, damp and not even up to McDonald's standard.Carparking is limited, but there is a retail carpark just over the road (<30 seconds).

We've been to Pizza Hut in many locations, but not in Wrexham. We stood waiting to get seated, it took a while because the staff appeared to be busy elsewhere. The food was promptly served and of the usual standard. Where this Hut stands head and shoulders above others we have visited was in how they didn't turn a hair when we asked to use a discount voucher.

Visit here regularly and food is always lovely and great value but i have always received really great service the staff are so friendly and attentive which makes a change to other restaurants I've visited

Just been to pizza hut in wrexham and wanted to comment on how good the service was tonight. I didn't get the servers name but he was a man with dark hair, maybe in his 20's/30's. Throughout the whole time I was there he was so friendly and in my opinion did his job perfectly. When we got there we sat at a table for two and then before we ordered he asked us if we wanted to move to a bigger and comfier table that was newly empty which was really nice. He wasn't overpowering but always there to make sure everything was ok. I really wanted to leave a tip but had no change which i felt really bad about considering how good the service was

This is my all time favourite restaurant, Pizza Huts pizza have a delicious base and have a variety of great selection on pizzas to suit everybody. you can also customise your pizza with what types of base you want my all time favourite is the cheese stuffed doughballs pizza base, you can also create your own pizza from scratch. They also have a fabulous buffet on at lunch times where you can eat all you want pasta and pizza. They have recently added a new drinks machine were you can make your own drink choosing from fanta, pepsi, diet pepsi or sprite and then you choose a flavour which can be cherry, orange, lime, strawberry or normal. This is a great idea and adds an interactive to the service experience.

Visiting Pizza Hut was my first time and I went with family so it was more of a special occasion. We were greeted by friendly staff and after 5 minutes our waitress was taking our order. We had a mixture of things from chicken N herby pasta, half and half large pizza and a few starters. It was nice that the drinks were refillable. Our food came and it was hot which was good and then we wanted BBQ sauce and that is when the problem started. We found small hairs in the first sauce we asked for we alerted the waitress about this and asked for another, she did not bring another we had to get it ourselves. Unfortunately the second sauce had small hairs as well which was really disappointing as its the last thing you want to find with your food. As I'm in the hospitality business myself food hygiene is a huge part of any chefs role. They did give us the drinks for free which is a little something. I doubt I will be returning anytime in the near future.

Fab value for money, on the buffet and refillable drinks. great choice available of pizza pasta and salad. My favourite is chicken. Nice clean establishment. Staff alway happy and helpful.

I went with friends for lunch. We were welcomed by a very friendly member of staff. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. The member of staff explained the menu options and we opted for the pizza, pasta and salad buffet. There were 5 different pizzas, 2 pastas and lots of salad and dressings. It was very good.

Enjoyed this visit a lot more than the last time. Quick and professional and friendly service. Was a lot quieter this time so was great to not be forgotten about. Defiantly a lot better to go when it's quiet

We had the pizza hut buffet on Friday mid day. All waitresses were lovely, Jade served us and was very friendly.Yummy pizza, all you can eat pizza, pasta, salad and drink as much coke and water as you like!£6.99 we will definitely be backThank you to the team

The place is nice and clean and the staff are okay. The one thing that pissed me off more than anything is. When I was there with my friend. We asked for a pizza off their website and they didn't have it and also didn't suggest making it for us as apparently pizza hut takeaway is a different company than pizza hut restaurant. This pissed me off as they obviously had the ingredients to make the pizza. This lack of customer service ruined my birthday meal. So we left and ordered the pizza from the takeaway pizza hut around the corner. Since this incident I have not returned to any pizza hut restaurants. I will in future eat dominos instead.

I've been here several times now & I couldn't fault it : )The salad bars are stocked well, our pizzas are always served in good time & the staff are polite.I absolutely love the choices of pizza & the new drinks selection with added lime/cherry etc etc...5 stars well deserved : )

Lovely food, great service. £27 for two of us: main course, drinks and one pudding. Great value for money. Also great now that you are able to help yourself to drinks

As the appalling Shack restaurant nearby left 7 of us stranded in a strange place at 10 pm desperate for food, we were so grateful to lovely Manager Alan who agreed to make us take away Pizzas 5 minutes before closing time. Although at the end of a long shift, he discovered we were fellow refugees from Essex, and couldn't have been more helpful. Hooray for Alan and Pizza Hut!

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The thumping music however, makes it near impossible to hold a conversation. The staff missed one of our orders, the pizzas were bland and soggy, and the tables were ubsteady. Levels of cleanliness were okay, but overall, it is a lot of money for what they offer

Like many branded operations a Pizza Hut is a Pizza Hut the length and breadth of the country.Or are they?So many things depend upon the Duty Manager and his/her ability to deliver the cooperate product or in a worst case situation placate a dissatisfied customer.Step up for an appropriate accolade Paul.A Monday evening birthday treat for our grandson and his parents and at 8pm we were one of the last customers to be seated in an already quiet restaurant. Drinks delivered without a problem and the first big test, what was the state of the salad bar? It was great to see that it looked inviting and adequately stocked two virtues that are not always the case as closing time approaches.Our orders were taken and after the normal ten minutes preparation / cooking time were served, but shock horror, one of the orders had suffered administrative gremlins and was not available! In fact the fifth pizza was just being placed into the oven. However sincere the apologies may have been it became our responsibility to resolve the situation. My wife and I started by sharing my pizza and then switched to eating hers when it was eventually served. Not an ideal situation but at least one that prevented a total disaster. Fortunately on this rare occasion I’d ordered seafood topping, which my wife will eat rather than my usual spicy meat version which she won’t, otherwise the sharing option would not have worked. I will also admit that her vegetarian pizza was surprisingly tasty!Settling the account time arrived I asked to speak to the Manager and Paul duly arrived and listened to my complaint. He explained how he intended to adjust my bill and asked if I thought the offer he was making was reasonable. Coupled with his genuine apology and caring attitude I thought the adjustment was appropriate and accepted. How differently this review would be if a Duty Manager with less personality and skill had dealt with the complaint.

I been in this restaurant a couple of times now and is always nice and pleasant.the staff nice food is nice restaurant is clean service is fast prize is reasonable 100% recommend

I always like Pizza Hut, amazing good, there garlic bread is gorgeous and the salad bar, well if you haven't tried tomato pasta, coleslaw and bacon bits go here to try it. Only thing that disappointed me this time was that the salad bowls have shrunk so have to get up double the amount but didn't ruin my trip here at all. Staff were helpful, food was nice and it is always fast, we tend to come here before going cinema so it's a good way to eat nice food and then straight to cinema. Thank you

Situated close to the Premier Inn I took the family there for dinner. Salad was plentiful and fresh which is not always the case at these sort of places. They messed up our main pizza meal but were very apologetic and gave us another for free, which we couldn't eat as we were full so they boxed it up no problem and we ate it on the way home the next day.

Went there yesterday and my boyfriend and I both loved it. Staff were very nice. I'd go there just for the cheesy garlic bread :D Be there again for sure!!
