Pizza Hut in Lisburn

Our family visited this afternoon around 4.30pm and had some pizza. Service was quite slow, but staff were very friendly and helpful. We were seated quickly and order taken promptly. We enjoy Pizza Hut, but were disappointed to see so few people in the restaurant, hopefully not another food gain looking at closure in the near future.

I have been living out in spain for 9 years and we went to pizza hut tonight, we were so disappointed with the service and food. when we arrived we were greeted by a young girl and sat down . We ordered and had to wait 20 mins for food which seems normal. As I work in a restaurant myself I know there is a wait. When the starter arrived there was no plates to eat the starters with , and no one seemed to ask if everything was ok with our meal . The pizza arrived it was all oily and hard I left half the pizza, I got up and asked for the Bill as everyone was behind the bar laughing and joking, the Bill was 23£ what a rip off.

I haven't been in Pizza Hut for several years and I certainly wouldn't rush back!! We went in at 12.05 just 5 mins after opening. We had to wait 20 mins on the pizza coming out for the buffet lunch. Not great choices either. There was 1 waiter who stood in the background all this time and when we got our pizza I had to ask him for salt and pepper as no table had any on them. Another couple came in and they also had to ask for salt & pepper! Not very well trained. I was shocked at the price £22 odds that was with 2 soft drinks & 2 ice creams. The only people who would benefit from this deal would be those who can eat and drink lots!! Pizza was nothing exciting regarding flavours. I asked if they had any chilli oil and was told no but they had chilli flakes !!

My better half and I attended on a Saturday night. The restaurant was not busy but there were only 2 staff on the floor. We waited for 24 mins before our order was taken. We then waited another 22 minutes on the food which was average at best. Instead of staying for dessert we went to cafe vanilla. Says it all really.

The staff are great but the food ( except for the cookie dough ) is decidedly average. The pizza is mediocre but the other options on the menu are worse. I also think £15 for a pizza is way over the top so not great value.

Went to pizza hut for a 10 year olds birthday party. (10 children and 2 adults). 4.99 menu (up to age 12) included main course, dessert and unlimited soft drinks. We found portion sizes very poor-pizza was the size of a side plate.The children easily could have eaten a portion of chips or garlic bread also!! Dessert was runny ice cream with an occasional icy lump.However the sweet toppings were clearly welcomed by the kids. The adult meal of lasagne came with a tiny slice of garlic bread and nil else. The lasagne itself was very nice. Adult pizza was good. Considering you can get a proper 3 course kids meal in a top restaurant not far from pizza hut-i don't think i will be back for quite a while.

I phoned pizza hut by mistake i thought they where my local takeaway i asked if it was them he said yes and then he said im saving your number and i was like what very rude i hope he gets fired because he is letting down the whole place

Every time I visit it's s different experience. Sometimes wonderful and sometimes terrible! Today? Terrible! Service was by a late teen on Christmas holidays :( EVERYTHING was a chore. There was no sense of service and it was for all the little things. Chilli flakes, cheese, a soda refill and even sauce for the little ones dippers. On top of that the fries weren't cooked fully. When I told the server he simply said oh, gave me the bill and left. Not great but the kids are happy so u guess that's ok :) Blue Chicago across the street is much better.

We went as a party of 7 after a show in Belfast and expected the standard good value food from this branch. It was also my daughters 3rd birthday and we asked the staff to bring out the cake after the meal. The restaurant wasn't overly busy when we arrived but was certainly transitioning to be one by the time the food arrived. The staff were very pleasant and attentive and there was no delay in taking us to a table. The adults ordered various pizzas and the children had spaghetti bolognese. The food was delivered promptly. There was one pizza that was brought with the wrong base, but it wasn't an issue as far as the group was concerned. The staff were very apologetic and offered to make and box our original to take home gratis. We didn't take their offer as it wasn't a big issue and besides, we had a 2 hour drive after. The food was all well presented and tasty. For the price, it is hard to beat. The cake, with candles lit, came out with 3 members of staff which was a lovely touch. The whole meal including drinks and ice cream, came to £55. With the fantastic service of the staff, I highly rate this restaurant.

Great location beside swimming pool & cinema. Restaurant is clean & inviting & food always good.... free refills keeps the cost down. Staff are mannerly & attentive with the friendly Manageress making customers feel welcome & appreciated while ensuring customer satisfaction. Any time we have had problems with our order not being correct, the manageress has rectified issues at the time & to our satisfaction. Our favourite Pizza Hut!

Pizza Hut. The though of it used to excite me, and in days gone by loved their pizzas and salad bar. But either everything else has gotten so much better over the years, or Pizza Hut has lost it’s touch. I suspect the latter. The restaurant is in a great location beside the cinema, this seems to keep the number of patrons high, especially families. The service was no more than average, possibly understaffed on the day of our visit. The food, whilst the kids really enjoyed theirs, was stodgy – deep pan pizza – and what remained of the salad was limp. I suppose if you choose to go hear you won’t be expecting gourmet food in the first place, it’s just as expensive as some much better local options, and if you’re counting those slimming world points I would avoid it!!

The Pizza Hut was pretty busy on a Sunday evening and we had to wait a while for our take away pizza. That being said, we got what we expected from Pizza Hut in terms of product. No complaints, but nothing to write home about.

Pizza Hut isn't my favourite for pizzas but my son loves it so we go there occasionally. The 50% off voucher that often turns up in the Local Shopper magazine is good when you want a cheap meal out. It's never been busy when we've been, so never had a problem with service - we've always been well looked after. I've been to a few Pizza Hut restaurants and the food here is no better or worse than anywhere else. We haven't tried many of the different dishes there - just the pizza and salad. The salad bar is fine if you go earlier in the day but if you go in the evening the bar isn't always topped up with fresh salad and some of the containers are nearly empty. Overall it's good enough for what it is and we'll eat here again.

If you like eating cheesy cardboard then go here! Otherwise avoid. Service slow salad old and two days well past it's best. Curly fries tasted like old cooking oil, and the pasta well that's what they said it was!

Some people prefer Pizza Express to PizzaHut but for me PizzaHut is far better. A better range of Starters and deserts and have always enjoyed eating there. A Pizza would not be my choice for an evening meal but late lunch or mid afternoon its very enjoyable. Yes, they all look like a fast food restaurant but thats what they are to me.

We were sitting beside the kitchen so we could see that our lunch was sitting on the pass for about 10 minutes while staff gossiped. I could have reached over and lifted the pizza myself! As a result it was a bit cold and soggy.As with every Pizza Hut it was also overpriced

It was a sad day when a lot of the franchise Pizza Hut Restaurants closed down in Northern Ireland, leaving limited choice. It was great that this restaurant remained. It is a great spot for a family meal after a trip to the cinema or the Lisburn Omniplex. It tends to be busy, but the staff all work really hard to move the queue and get you seated as soon as possible.What about the food? - This is just what you would expect from Pizza Hit but better - it is served hot, and you will find that it is really tasty. The other real benefit of Pizza Hut for a family restaurant is that when you get your receipt, their is a survey code that you can provide feedback to the company on your experience - and this usually results in a 2 for 1 voucher being awarded, which can be used on a return visit. You can also win £1000 by doing this.
