Absolutely awful customer service. We arrived and were not greeted by server. Just ignored, after 15 mins i went to check if someone could take a drinks order. The server was irritated and said when she is done with two other tables she will come over. Drinks arrived 45 mins later. Our meal ticket was lost, didnt receive dinner till nearly 1.45 hours later. TOTAL JOKE

Walked in got sat down and ignored for 30 minutes while waiters looked at us waiting to be served, but they all just ignored and paid no attention so got up and left. Horrendous service and awful atmosphere, would never go again

I was umming and ahhing outside the front entrance deciding whether to come in for an impromptu lunch, but Guido, who was immediately smiling, friendly and welcoming, sealed the decision! I enjoyed a good lunch, you know what you're getting at a restaurant chain like Pizza Express, that's been established for so many years! But what's particularly striking here is that the staff are really switched on and everyone I interacted with made the extra effort, injecting their own personalities into the experience, and not in a forced way. It's rare to experience that these days and it was much appreciated! Good work! And thank you especially to Guido, whose Italian confidence, enthusiasm and positivity was much valued!

We have been coming here for many years as a family and get great service. We always know that if we get Lewis, we will feel at home. He's so friendly and accommodating and always remembers us and our previous conversation. To be fair, his service is what brings us back again and again.

In off-peak dining hours, empty tables everywhere and very few customers in this restaurant, but no staff at the front door. After waiting for a while I had to seat myself, and even staffs were walking around but just pretended not to see me until I call them after minutes, yet the first thing the staff I called did was blame me for not waiting them at the door. And later I saw still no staff at the door even though there were other customers waiting there, of course it was still in off-peak. This is the most “posh” Pizza Express I’ve ever been.

I visited Pizza Express Stratford Westfield with my two daughters. Lewis was great from the first minute and did not stop with his impeccable service. He made sure my food was correctly spiced and also spoke to my youngest daughter with care and friendliness. He is a star.

Great location within the shopping centre, nice atmosphere and overall a good service. A bit slow, but it was very busy at the time. Our server, Guido, was great and very personable.

We went out for a meal here, 10 of us and they sat us with no prior booking and no issuies, a few of our party was running late and they made sure that we were well taken care of while waiting. Our server Guido was incredibly lovely, energetic with us and is an amazing singer! Honestly made my day! Over all incredible food and service! Thank you for being a star Guido!

My name is Julie I was here with 2 lads to go to the West Ham game last night. I was stressed out as it had taken us hours to get there and we only had half an hour spare before we needed to walk to the ground. Lewis greeting us like an old friend with so much warmth he sat us down quick within minutes our pizzas were there and we paid the bill promptly too and we made the match. He recognised I was from oooop North and joked we had driven to the wrong stadium it was funny. Also when we were leaving to get to the car park after the game we saw him again he remembered us all and asked how it was how lovely is that. It’s like we have a new friend we will return but hopefully not as stressed and may not drive next time🤣by the way the food was wonderful too but the greeting surpassed it

Well I have eaten out many many times before as everyone does, in 45 years off dining I have never ever experienced such a hard working helpful waiter before, hearing how he treated the customers around us, to the point there was an elderly gentleman behind us, Lewis offered to help cut his pizza up. I recently enjoyed dinner at Pizza Express Stratford, and I have to admit that our server Debora’s outstanding service was the high point of the evening. Debora gave us a warm smile as soon as we were seated and made us feel very comfortable. Throughout the entire meal, her expertise and concern were clear as she skillfully anticipated our wants and made sure that every detail of our dining experience was perfect.
