Good food that picky grandkids loved, excellent service. Good value.

The Inverness restaurant was second to none for everything. The waitress was fantastic, very helpful and attentive 🥰 The food was amazing.

Came with friends for my birthday for dinner using the 50% off pizza vouchers on the back of the supermarket pizza boxes - we all had a lovely time, brilliant food and lovely ambience 🍕 Then came a few days later for National Pizza Day wearing stripes, bagged a free Classic Margherita!?! 🤩 lovely staff as always and quality food!

This restaurant is really good, great food and venue. The waiters (especially our waiters, Reece and Flory? , the girl with the red painted hair) are very nice😀 And the cook did a very great job! We realy recommend this place!!! Greetings from the Netherlands.

Awesome pizzas! Always busy, prebooking recommended. A bit more expensive, but worth it. Atmosphere is better when its less busy due to less noise and staff needing to run less.

Visited this place a year ago and the food and service were excellent. This time around, I did not like the food nor the service. Needs improvement.

Food at Pizza Express is always pretty good. But service is always slow. It may just be the times we visit and it's something to do with shift changes. After the refurbishment of the Inverness branch, it's lost some charm.

My youngest son & girlfriend took me out for my 60th Birthday. Delicious food. Really must go back to eat again soon

This was actually the first time I had been to Pizza express since 2018! The food was ok but it was much pricier than I remember. The calzone was good but a withering rocket salad on the side look poor. The kids 3 courses for £7.95 was fine and looked good. I won't be rushing back.

We had a really lovely meal tonight for my daughters birthday. The waitress was amazing!!! Very cheerful and helpful. She did everything she could to make it go well including getting my Pizza Express app to work properly so I benefited from rewards.

Served by an amazing server called jessica, service was incredible and food was amazing and so tasty and the place had an amazing atmosphere. the manager was extremely kind to give us a discount as we didn’t have money to pay for the food. Would 100000% recommend.

We aten een Beetroot Bhudda met een Rainbow slaw die zeer smakelijk en gevarieerd was en vegan. De gezellige serveerster Flory had best even tijd om een leuk praatje te hebben met ons.

Some lovely items on the menu that make this a bit more special than your typical fast food pizza place. Although I noticed a few other dishes ordered by others looked less appetising, we were pleased by our meal and service. My wife really enjoyed the Buddha bowl and the coffee and masala figs were very decadent. I found the calabrese a little too thin and would have been better with a bit more cheese, tasty enough but for the money felt over priced.

Usually in this place need book table but i out was rain and i have got one without booking. Menu opposite entrance to restaurant not full, full one just inside for visitors. I ordered dough balls "Pizza Express", dough balls Al Forno, polenta chips, Cannelloni and coffee latte. Dough balls "Pizza Express" serv with some butter. Were a little black from bottom. I cut it and enjoyed taste with butter. Dough balls Al Forno wasn't tasty for me. The situation was saved only by a large amount of cheese. Polenta chips serv with sweet, not spicy, mustard sauce. I never ate it before. Polenta like porridge yes, but like chips, no. It is were interesting experience. I received them very hot. I had to wait for them to cool down a bit. In mustard sauce too much sugar, but oddly enough, it is did not spoil the taste much. Cannelloni the same i ate here first time in my life. Interesting experience. Not tasty for me. Coffee latte look good but taste just regular, nothing special. I back here and ordered leggera vegan giardiniera, beetroot bugha bowl and coffee latte. My mistake with coffee latte. It is not good idea mix with beetroot, so i drank just a little. Beetroot budha bowl interesting taste. Cooked beetroot are tasty. Too much spiced toasted seeds. Leggera vegan giardiniera it is kind od pizza with fresh salad in a circle inside. I have got too much burn on the bottom, so waiter change on new one. Taste just like good pizza, nothing special. If you like you can get Vegan Menu. Just say it waiter.

Nice pizza but incredibly busy at lunch time and we were put near the door which kept opening and some people held it open as they queued for a spot so it was freezing and people standing over you as you eat.

Es ist zwar ein Fastfood Restaurant, aber wir waren mit der Qualität echt zufrieden, auch mit dem Service. Eine Empfehlung von mir: bestellt die Pizza im "Romana Style" die ist zwar etwas teurer aber wirklich dünner Boden usw. Beschreibung des Betreibers, welche auch zutrifft: A bigger, thinner, crispier pizza, inspired by pizzas from Rome, Ach, die Pizza wird mit Pizzaschneidrad an den Tisch gebracht, habe ich auch noch nie gesehen und ist wirklich praktisch.

Sehr freundliche Kellnerinnen, die Pizza war eines der besten Mahlzeiten, die wir hier und in der Umgebung innerhalb von fast 3 Wochen hatten. Wir sind sogar nochmal ein zweites Mal hier essen gegangen, wobei wir sonst vieles Probieren und einigen Restaurants eine Chance geben wollte. Preis ist verhältnismäßig nicht teurer als woanders. Danke.

Pizza más rica de lo que me esperaba. La camarera era escocesa, pero hablaba español perfectamente, puesto que había estado viviendo en Sudamérica por 7 años. Fue muy simpática y amable conmigo, y fue un placer poder platicar con ella en mi idioma. No alcancé a conocer su nombre, pero quiero agradecer desde aquí su linda atención :)

I wouldn't normally review a restaurant three times but under the current difficult circumstances for hospitality I feel giving staff or businesses a boost is very important.This year has been very testing for all and I personally have worked every single day trying to protect my own businesses.Pizza Express is a usual bolt hole for me most Friday nights. My wife and I drive around an hour from home to come here and then go to the cinema.We use the time to catch up in the car and then enjoy the time away.As both Buckie and Inverness are in Tier 1 till Boxing Day this visit was allowed and it was great to have a little bit of normality after such a strange year.Since we last visited they have of course distanced the seating and changed the look internally of the building. That said we had our usual warm and friendly welcome even though we didn't know any of the staff on that night. The manager over many visits is always excellent but is usually off on a Sunday.No matter the under manager and Lauren looked after us very well and we ordered a mix of new pizzas /starters and the classics.Really like the different soft drink options with raspberry sparkle and strawberry lemonade being refreshing options.Haloumi fries and bruschetta were quickly finished and then the pizzas arrive. Everything was really tasty and I am not sure if the near year long absence made it even better.You may think it is just a pizza but for us it is a little more than that. This is a restaurant where we feel relaxed and in this case safe. All Covid 19 measures were adhered to and yet they like many others will have to close in a few days time.It is always good value and I enjoy every visit and I can't pay it a higher compliment than that.On this visit we were also lucky enough to learn about their seasonal slice offer as well.We will definitely be back when we can and If I was local we would support the take home options as well.

What a lovely evening. Arrived slightly early but that wasn't a problem for the staff, they made us feel so welcome. Great atmosphere and very tasty food. The pizzas were delicious.Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic, we felt so comfortable and safe as the restaurant is so well organised.

Had a lovely lunch here with my daughter. Friendly efficient service from charming waiters (Italian - or great attempt at accent!). Nothing too much trouble. Food excellent (Margarita pizza, dough balls, salad). We sat outside in the sunshine. All good.

Myself and my 2 teenage boys enjoyed our meals here Food was great as was the portion sizes and the staff were very attentive We used our Tesco club card vouchers to pay for our meal which was fab We will return

Siempre podemos contar con la calidad de la comida en Pizza Express, pero nuestro disfrute se vio obstaculizado por el enfoque mediocre del personal de espera. No queríamos examinar el menú a través de nuestro teléfono móvil, por lo que nos entregaron a regañadientes una copia en papel cuando la pedimos. Tampoco había ambiente en el restaurante. Un poco de música de fondo no estaría mal.

Primero, ¡las pizzas estaban deliciosas! Recomiendo encarecidamente el Padana.Vinimos sin reserva, y el restaurante en sí estaba al máximo de su capacidad. Como habíamos estado caminando y llevábamos ropa abrigada, preguntamos si nos podían servir afuera. El restaurante nos permitió tener un banco exterior, y el personal fue muy servicial y bueno para controlarnos. Tuvimos una experiencia tan agradable con todo.Sé por visitas anteriores que el interior también es muy bonito y está bien cuidado.

Gratamente sorprendido de ver que a pesar de COVID, el menú vegano no se redujo en tamaño.Camarera y personal muy amables y comida increíble. El servicio fue rápido, en lugar de esperar la factura por un tiempo, lo cual es algo común en otros lugares.Hubo un problema con nuestro pedido hoy, y aunque entendí que era simplemente un error, nos reembolsaron las dos pizzas, lo cual fue muy amable.Fue agradable poder comprar un café con leche de soja en este restaurante, ya que muchos lugares ofrecen comida vegana o simplemente café.

I am totally outraged, I booked to go out for dinner tonight, paid for a taxi from Foyers and when I arrived the place was in darkness with no signs as to why they have closed. I am shocked that I didn’t even get a phone call to tell me it was cancelled! Taxi money WASTED!!! I get why places would have to close but a bit of notice would be nice. Will not be going back.

This visit restored my faith in Pizza Express. Had visited before Christmas and was so disappointed with the service/attitude of one particular staff member. Totally different reception this evening, greeted on arrival and served by a lovely lady whom I think maybe called Mimi. Ordered garlic mushroom, flat bread and houmous along with olives as a shared starter - delicious. My husband and daughter thoroughly enjoyed their pizzas. I ordered the rissotto which was quite dry and I thought, fairly tasteless. My daughter however enjoyed seemed to enjoy it!Fantastic atmosphere, a great way to start the weekend.

Visited here as a family when staying in Inverness for the weekend. The food was what you’d expect from Pizza Express, nice and consistent. Definitely need a voucher or some sort of offer otherwise very expensive. The staff seemed quite rude, the restaurant was busy but even taking our order seemed too much trouble.

La comida era buena y servida rápidamente por un personal amable y eficiente. El menú era completo y nuestro camarero era excelente.

Huge variety to choose from, love their thin base. Servers were attentive and gave great suggestions when we were not able to decide which to choose. Little ones get a paper pizza express hat and was chuffed to bits. Will return for more

As I had some time to kill before my train, I headed here for a nice spot to enjoy a coffee. The atmosphere was very inviting, I was taken care of very quickly by happy, lovely staff. The liqueur coffee with amaretto was truly a delight. It was the perfect, indulgent moment to wind down after a busy day. Thanks Pizza Express!

Decidí en este restaurante ya que he visitado muchas veces antes y siempre me he sentido tan bienvenido. La mesa reservada para el cumpleaños número 50 hace aproximadamente 6 semanas y solicité la mesa lejos de la entrada. Al entrar al restaurante, la camarera con la blusa burdeos nos pasó dos veces y ni siquiera nos reconoció, muy diferente a la hospitalidad a la que estamos acostumbrados en Pizza Express. Esta misma señora finalmente nos mostró nuestra mesa justo al lado de la entrada y el teléfono del restaurante que sonaba con frecuencia. Preguntamos si de todos modos podríamos tener otra mesa lejos del calado de la entrada principal como se solicitó en la reserva, incluso nos ofrecimos irnos y volver más tarde. La respuesta fue simplemente, "no, las tablas no se pueden garantizar". Encontré que esta camarera en particular era totalmente desagradable, hostil e indiferente. Afortunadamente, el subdirector restauró nuestra fe en este restaurante y nos ofreció una mesa alternativa. Gracias a este caballero y a nuestra encantadora camarera Mimi, ambos entienden el concepto de hospitalidad. Como siempre, la comida estaba deliciosa.

Food was good; nice waitress helpful; cheery and attentive. Clean surroundings and toilets excellent BUT shocked at being charged £8.95 for a glass of wine - daylight robbery. Have NEVER been charged that much before. Out of principle I will not return.

This restaurant has a good ambience. Very busy with very friendly staff and quick service. On a Sunday night it was packed. Food, as always, was well prepared and presented. Staff were efficient and seemed willing to go that little bit further to make sure you were happy. The lady who took care of our table was just great.

One of my favourite restaurants in Inverness, I’ve been every birthday for the past 3 years. the food is always so tasty and the service is amazing, will be very sad if it goes.

ate here with my husband early Friday afternoon but unfortunately have been violently ill ever since tried to call the restraint this afternoon just to inform them but who ever I spoke to put me on hold then came back to tell me it was an important complaint but I would have to call back after two pm very disappointed

Pasamos a cenar antes de nuestro tren de regreso a Londres y al instante me sentí como en casa gracias a Mandy. Ella era muy hospitalaria, cálida y amable. El servicio fue fantástico, la comida era genial! Pedimos los calamares, ensalada Nicoise, alitas de pollo, bolas de masa que estaban todos deliciosos. El único inconveniente fue que las alitas de pollo estaban realmente secas. . ¡Gracias Mandy por tu servicio genuino! :)

We intended going somewhere else but roadworks in Inverness meant finding our way got complicated. Saw the sign for Pizza Express, so went there. Food was predictably good, with a nice few vegan options, but more than that, the service was excellent, despite being quite busy. The waiter was Italian and it gave my wife and me a chance to practice our Italian (tolerant).

Nothing short of the usual high standards from Pizza direct, staff on the whole very courteous. Waitress was exceptionally polite and friendly without being intrusive which is a difficult thing with me so that’s a big plus. Perfect for a casual night out before our train trip.

The staff were great and friendly. Very accomodative to our needs since we were in a hurry. The pizza was great and had a good flavour to it! Clean and cosy place at a great location next to the railwaystation.

Well where do I start. My sister and I were headed out to Eden court and decided on pizza express for dinner. It was so yummy. I couldn’t stop thinking about it all night. We had a small pizza each and a pasta to share. Was so good. Staff were so busy but they made every minute with us feel effortless. Didn’t feel like I was hassling them (for more pepper and Parmesan) and didn’t feel pressured to leave once we finished.

I came here with a couple friends for dinner. This was my first time at a pizza express restaurant. I ordered the mushroom pizza. The portion was large and it was delicious. The dough balls were also a real treat. Our server was so kind and helpful. I would absolutely go back.

Last time I visited a Pizza Express was in London some years ago and nearly broke a tooth on the stale over crisp pizza base. Friends visiting from Perth suggested we try out the Pizza Express Falcon Square Inverness. Big mistake!! 4 in our party ordered, bolognese penne, lasagne, pollo penne for main course. Overpriced small portions and very mediocre. We had starters but not even worth commenting on. A lot of visitors passing through, I cannot see this place being used by locals on a regular basis.

The restaurant was very busy but there was no attempt to hurry you up. The lady who served us was Kasla. She was very good, unhurried and very switched on regarding Gluten free foods. She was also very gentle and patient with our grand daughter. The food was very good. The portions were a good size and all the food was as good as advertised. We would recommend this restaurant both for the service and the food.

Yes it’s a chain and how can it differ from the others....but it does..!! It’s our favourite Pizza Express....! We booked a table and asked for an outside one, and they cared enough and took the time to make sure that was the case (we had the dog with us). Absolutely lovely, staff are amazing, super fresh food and you can bring the dog. Perfect lunch all round

We love coming here, convenient location and fantastic food. Always consistently good. 4.7.19 was our visit and the restaurant was packed out. I highly recommend booking. We usually have Mandy as our server and she’s fabulous, polite, friendly, and always remembers us. Today, however we had a server who was brusque, who seemed like she couldn’t be bothered. No customer service skills at all, why my mum left a tip I don’t know. The toilets consistently let this place down, toilet paper all over the floor and the cubicles and sink area were very unclean.

As lovely as ever. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive particularly our waitress tonight, Mimi. I tried one of their new pizzas (barbacoa) and decided to go for gluten free - delicious. The only one critism would be the level of noise this evening, maybe I am getting old but the music was far too loud! Everything else was as amazing as ever.

Probably the worst pizza I have ever had. Soggy base with sparse topping and no taste. Chose to have lunch here as close to the Station and had limited time. Won't do that again, no matter how hungry I am. Staff were very good.

My wife and I dined here recently, thanks to a " 2 course meal" voucher we had. ( saved approx 50%) Staff were excellent, and the food nicely presented. With our "savings" we decided to have 2 desserts, see pictures, both beautiful, esp the Tiramisu. Their alcoholic drinks are probably over priced, but a nice glass of wine and a beer were appreciated.

Stopped here for dinner on our last night in Inverness. The food was GREAT, it arrived in front of us hot and fast, our waitress was very helpful and attentive of our need to be out of the restaurant quickly.

We stop here for lunch and we decided to stay on the terrace, as soon as we sat down the manager Claudio offered us a drink seconds after they arrived, Mary took our food order, arrived very fast and hot , the service from Claudio & Mary was Amazing,we will definitely visit again when in Inverness

They call it Pizza Leggera (light) but it cannot be defined as pizza at all.

La deliciosa comida, los camareros (en gaélico) fue muy alegre, conocedor y contribuyó positivamente a la experiencia. Lo ÚNICO que mató el estado de ánimo fue cuando el "gerente" se acercó cuando tuvimos una consulta sobre el uso de vales Tesco. No puedo aceptar que esta fue la primera vez que el personal tuvo que lidiar con esto. . . pero me dijeron que los vales podían llevarse ". . . hasta una semana "y todo el intercambio fue manejado muy negativamente por el" administrador ". Me resistí a lo que percibí como la presión para liquidar la factura con efectivo. . . en menos de 5 minutos tuve la confirmación de mi pedido y 3 minutos después tuve los vales para escanear. El "gerente" había desaparecido hacía mucho tiempo. . .

El servicio y la comida han mejorado mucho desde nuestra última visita hace 5 años. Nos sirvió un entusiasta hombre de mediana edad que era tan encantador y tan divertido. Pedimos la pizza más nueva, papas fritas y ensalada verde, pan de ajo y se sirvió rápido, fresco y delicioso. No habíamos comido mucho desayuno ni almuerzo, así que esta fue una cena temprana y nos llenó hasta el desayuno del día siguiente. La comida era tan buena que ni una sola vez me sentí hinchada. (Tengo la enfermedad de Crohn) ¡realmente fue un servicio con una sonrisa!

Great menu with excellent service. I thoroughly enjoyed the food at this vibrant restaurant. I am not usually a fan of chain restaurants but this surprised me. Fresh ingredients and a super thin crust. Can't wait to go back.

Vi bestilte Pizza en aften på vores ferie. Den var mindre end frost pizza fra DR. Oetker. Og den kostede 12.40 pund. Jeg ringede og spurgte om det var en fejl at den var så lille, og uden fyld. Fik et beskidt svar tilbage, de var ligeglad for vi var bare turister. Hvor er vi skuffet over den behandling. Det er ikke sådan vi plejer at blive behandlet i Skotland.
