Pizza Express in Elmbridge

Where do I start? Probably the worst experience I’ve ever gone through in my entire life regarding food and general common sense and manners. Me and my family had a stroll along the river, and we thought we’d stop and grab a bite to eat, this was a massive mistake. The service was appalling. Well was there any service I don’t think so, when I asked for anything,they never came back to tell me they didn’t have it all they did have it. I could go on and on regarding everything, let’s just keep it short and sweet, the worst place in Hampton Court by far avoid this place by any cost and if you’re hungry just go to the petrol station Marks & Spencer’s it’s literally 50 m away from the train station and grab a sandwich. It’s more value for money. I had to even say bye to myself when I left. one good thing tho… it was pretty empty so I think a lot of people have got the heads up

I ordered 5 pizzas for collection, and was given a collection time of 19:10. I arrived at the restaurant at 19:15 and the staff were clearly overloaded and hadn’t even started cooking my pizzas. 20 mins later I was presented with 2 pizzas. After I explained that this was not the correct order they eventually gave me the right pizzas at 19:40. The pizzas were OK, but the service chaotic and I don’t intend to go there again when there are better options in the area.

Visited New Years Day with a group of 19 - enjoyed great pizzas with everyone's food served pretty much at the same time and all piping hot. We were sat upstairs and all food and drinks had to be brought up to us by our waitress - a really friendly and polite young lady (disappointed I didn't think to ask her name) who worked really hard and kept us very well fed and watered. Very efficient, nothing was too much trouble and great location close to Hampton Court Palace and the river.

Had dinner here after visiting the Light Trail at Hampton Court Palace. The service was absolutely fantastic from the moment we arrived. We had a super-friendly waitress who was attentive and engaging and checked a number of times to make sure all was ok and that we were happy with everything. Wish I'd got her name as she's an asset to the restaurant and made our evening very enjoyable.

Great Pizza, I have had many American Hot pizzas from Pizza Express for the last 40 years, this was a good one. Super friendly service from a lovely blond lady.

Nice pizzas if not slightly overpriced unless you use a discount code or voucher. My favourite pizza chain however my only complaint with this branch are the staff are so miserable. Perhaps training needs improvement?

Second time I’ve been there with my family in the last six months, second time they’ve totally screwed up the evening. Last time the gluten-free pizza wasn’t gluten free and a family member was ill as a result. This time? Well, it wasn’t quite as bad, but still a less than great experience. Two pizzas were over cooked, one was the wrong order and one didn’t arrive at all. Out of five pizzas ordered, that’s just rubbish. Drinks orders had to be constantly chased, several of the staff members were barely intelligible - not great when you have a partially-deaf family member - and overall it was not an evening to remember, at least not in any sort of positive way. The manager was polite and charming, but his excuse for the poor service - “the staff have barely had any training” - was terrible. If you don’t have staff good enough, don’t open. Or reduce your prices. Or hire more people. Just don’t cheapen the name and further ruin the reputation of PizzaExpress.

Pros and cons to this visit. First of all they were very catering when we changed the time and party size, was no issue doing this. We were seated quickly and served quickly by a very friendly lady. Starters took a while to come and you could tell there weren’t many people working in the kitchen. Both starters and mains were delicious and they were enjoyed by all. When it came to paying we had tesco vouchers (which I have used many a time before and had no issue). The lady tried to scan but it wasn’t working. She then had to write down the code and amount for each voucher (there were quite a few because of how tesco issue them out). The lady was very nice and wrote them all down. There were 2 I didn’t know the amount of as they were older but in date vouchers. She explained needed to know amount so I gave the two amounts but couldn’t confirm which was which( not thinking this would be a problem). The manager then came over and in an angry tone explained he couldn’t do it unless knows amount. You could tell he was stressed but I didn’t think the way he then spoke to customers was appropriate at all! The lady then sorted it all out. From an issue of their scanner not working it felt like we were the problem. Would not recommend going here if you have more than one voucher at all!

Unless you are happy with the equivalent of a chimps tea party then avoid this restaurant. For the prices charged, over £15 for each pizza, I would expect quality surroundings and quality service. This place had neither. Drinks served in bottles and I had to ask twice for glasses and ice. Disappointing pizzas considering they cost over £15 each. You can get a far better pizza in Tesco’s for just £5 - with better service. And to top it all, the waiter started clearing plates before we had finished. I will not be back here and probably not back to pizza express

We went to Pizza Express Hampton Court for my son's 17th birthday with a group of friends and family. We chose this restaurant because we have always had excellent service here, and we love the freshly-cooked pizzas. We were not disappointed. The service was absolutely excellent - friendly, attentive and a lot of fun. When they brought out the birthday cake, the staff all came and sang. It really couldn't have been better. We had a great evening. Thank you so much!

If you want visit aby terrible restaurant in wonderful part of England you can!! I have never been in so terrrible restaurant where persons are watching a standing like Alice in wonderland and they didnt know what they must to do My question is…. Where lost gastronomy respekt of to guest

We have been going to the East Molesey branch for several years and always liked it. The pizzas were consistently good and we knew some of staff, it was always to be greeted by the two waiters we got to know, they were always friendly and helpful. Recently, the branch underwent a total change of staff, and unfortunately, it's definitely not the same. The garlic dough balls arrived lukewarm, a little overcooked, the waiter was impatient and almost rude at times, the pizzas, we always have the Fiorentina, rather bland. Sadly, we won't be going back.

I visited pizza express with my partner for our anniversary and was served by a young lady called louise, and the food was better than i expected after visiting other pizza express’s, Hampton court really changed my view on pizza express, and i will now be visiting a lot more.

First time in this one always love a pizza Express and this one didnt disappoint friendly and helpful staff ,food was lovely as always and always love my puddings ,recommended a visit.

Nice interior and the same menu as all pizza express restaurants but an incredibly rude waiter. He threw down our food and ignored us when we talked. When we asked to use our valid uni days voucher he walked away and said "it doesn't work", so on asking again he gave a weak explanation and didn't seem bothered that we had an active and valid voucher code. Guess this is a money making scheme at Christmas by the company, but an apology would have been nice, the customer comes first? He seemed like an angry man , and he passed this onto his customers. He was only nice to the group of older women who seemed impressed by him, and as we didn't pander to his flirting, we seemingly got less of a service.

The staff were very friendly. Service was extremely quick and the food was delicious. Undoubtedly the best Pizza Express out of the 20-odd ones I have visited.

We arrived for lunch and ordered drinks. I chose a non alcoholic cold citrus drink which was £5.95 and consisted o half a wine glass of a liquid with no discernable taste before the tonic was added. Very overpriced and unpalatable. There was a long wait for our main in spite of us being the only ones in the restaurant and the 2 pizzas were slightly over cooked but the Nicoise salad was further delayed because their delivery of eggs was late! And then the eggs had to be hard boiled for the dish. I was given some free olives while I waited and the other 2 with me ate their pizzas. The salad was a bit lack lustre- didn't have any potatoes or green beans and pepper had been sprinkled on the dough strips which taints their flavour and is completely unnecessary. The waiter was attentive but there was obviously a problem in the kitchen for the chef to take so long when there were no other competing orders to deal with.Overall it was a disappointing experience.

I found the man who greeted us quite abrupt and rude (on both times of coming in here). Pizza was burnt and hardly any topping! very poor show for a £21 pizza with garlic bread

Very relaxed atmosphere, clean and Modern. Our waiter Francesco was very attentive and helpful. The food was perfectly cooked, absolutely delicious and presented very nicely. Unfortunately we forgot to take photo's as it looked so appetising! Highly recommended

OK the view was of Hampton Court station but nonetheless it wasn’t unpleasant as one could see the bridge over the Thames too. Service attentive, food and wine excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

We had an email offering free dough balls so decided to collect with a main meal this Sunday. We also had a 2 for 1 which had to be used before the end of June. We were warmly greeted by Greg who showed us to a table and took our drinks order. I showed him the dough ball voucher code and he also brought these with the drinks. He is so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. He notices everything and immediately picked up on my partners missing superfood on her legara pizza! He also noticed my partner had nearly finished her wine and asked if she would like another! Greg is what all staff should aspire to, to make every customer feel valued and give them a truly memorable experience. We will definitely be back soon not just for the great food but the exceptional attention to detail!

Do not go here unless you want to be greeted by an oaf with no manners whatsoever, he looked us up and down and pointed us to a table in the corner where we curiously sat a bit deflated. After 20 minutes of this so called waiter serving all around we got a bit dry, not even an offer of water. We came to the conclusion that if the service is this bad why risk the food. It’s a shame I had to give them one star! If only there was minus stars. Not only will we never book at this particular location but we’ll not visit this badly trained chain of ponced up staff anywhere.

I went on Friday 17th May in the evening with my niece who had returned from a year abroad. Normally a good pizza express, although on occasions the dough isn't cooked enough. We both ordered Leggerio pizzas with the salad in the middle. The salad was a disgrace, chopped up lettuce, nothing else..We asked for some tomatoes, which is normally in their salad and some dressing which also is normally on it. If they had run out of salad ingredients, they should have informed the customer. They obviously had tomatoes as the waiter brought us some after my request. Very disappointed on this occasion .... East Molesey get some tips from your Richmond branch .. maybe switch the cooks around!!!!!

All our family loves pizza!And Pizza express is just the place to enjoy one!The dough is so thin and tasty that our son finished it all without leaving any side pieces!The flavors are delicious as well!Many choices and nice warm atmosphere inside!We were served by lovely and friendly waitress Bojena and her experienced colleague Darren who gave us good advices on choosing our dinner! We will be definitely back!Such a nice pizzeria in Molesey!

I go to this Pizza Express quite regularly with a group of girlfriends - this is our default venue as we always have a lovely evening - great pizzas, good value and a relaxed atmosphere perfect for a catch up.

This is a great place to eat with family and friends a really good place to eat especially if you have been sightseeing around Hampton Court Palace and fancy a pizza friendly staff and nice food.

From my visit I conclude that the food was good, the waiter was kind and friendly and the service was ok I would go back there but it wouldn’t be in my top 5

Met the kids here as a last minute dinner after visiting Hampton Court. Good smiley service, good pizzas and salads. We often pop in here and have always found it a great pizza express.

It is the best pizza house in all hampton court. Lovely staff, delicious food, price maybe not cheapest one, but with discount wich any one can find online is fine. Thanks, for excellant Italian soul in my plate.

We’ve eaten in several times and had a nice meal, but recently ordered a take away for a treat tea and were sorely disappointed.

Had a lovely mid week meal (with an extra 20% off via the Pizza Express App). The food took a while to come out but when it did it was excellent. Service was good too. Only minor criticism was the table was a bit grim at the back of the restaurant. Prices were a bit high but then again everywhere seems to be putting up prices but with the 20% off voucher it brought it down to what you would expect to pay.

Our meal for four was spontaneous, service was friendly and efficient, we all had something different from the menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Pizzas were freshly cooked as were the other two mains and we're all delicious. We would return in a heartbeat. Thanks.

Booked online early morning. Followed by phone confirmation mid day. Expressly asked for table in window 7.15 same day AND DEFINATELY NOT UPSTAIRS. Arrived at 7.15 sharp to find no table other than upstairs, which was empty. I have eaten here before and upstairs means TOTALLY NEGLECTED. Lack of staff always an issue here as the place is very busy and NO ONE wants to service upstairs as the winding staircase is hard to negotiate with food. Just the loo and us - a family of four.

On our way back from an evening race meet and aftershow we decided to try and find a place to eat/take away. We tried a couple of places but they seemed to be closing early and were not interested. The guys at Pizza Express offered us to be seated or to have a take away. We chose to take out and they offered us a drink while we waited. The staff were very engaging and polite, and the food was very good. We had the American Hot pizza, with garlic bread and side salad and it was a great end to a wonderful evening in this beautiful area.

We visited the restaurant after a long hot day at the RHS Hampton Court Flower Show and despite being a busy Saturday evening were quickly found a table. The waitress was so welcoming and friendly and quickly brought menus and drinks while we studied the menu. The starters, pizzas and pasta dishes chosen were all quickly served and delicious. The desserts and coffees for those with room were also great. The restaurant is just opposite Hampton Court train station and ideal after a day visiting Hampton Court Palace. We look forward to returning at next year's flower show.

We have visited this restaurant twice now. The first time was years ago and I cn't really remember the experience, but last week we visited before the Hampton Court Flower Show Preview Evening around 4:30pm.

We booked a table for 8.00pm and we arrived and immediately the staff was very attentive and welcoming. They allowed us to sit where we were comfortable. When we ordered they advised what was the best food and catered very well to our needs.

We made a family booking for approximately 20 of us for dinner after having been for some ice skating at Hampton Court across the road. Despite our booking, we had a wait of approximately 10mins for our table upon our arrival but fortunately the good quality food, vibey atmosphere & pleasant staff made up for it. Our food arrived very promptly despite being a larger group & nobody was left waiting for a meal. Overall a pleasant dining experience.

My family of five eat here on 19th December early evening. Great Pizza and fast service with no complaints. Each member of staff said thank you to us as we left. Wish every place was like this.

A favourite of ours, you can't go wrong with a pizza express. We've been coming to pizza express for years and this one in Hampton court is a firm favourite. Great service and great food as always, even if it did seem like the end of the world outside. The Monday with the yellow skies, winds and sand from Sahara very eerie.

Went here tonight for dinner arrived at 18:00 restaurant was pretty empty. Ordered food and drinks and then the wait started. Ordered two dough balls and two calamari. then waited and waited. one calamari and one dough balls turned up and then 5 minutes late the other dough balls and calamari??? plates were cleared and then another painfull wait for the mains. Plates were cleared after mains but not offered a dessert menu, waiter just disappeared. Waited for so long to try and get a desert menu that we decided not to bother and got up to find somebody to pay. Dont go here if you are in a hurry.

We visited after a day walking around Hampton Court Palace and after walking around we couldn't decide where to eat so actually ended up tossing a coin. So pleased we actually visited this pizza express. Service was outstanding! Greg our server was attentive and friendly and a credit to the restaurant. Every pizza express should have a Greg. The food was also delicious. Pizzas are amazing as was the chicken pesto pasta. Highly recommend both dishes. Dessert was lovely to.

We go here often with the kids and we used to go quite often before kids. The food is Pizza Express what can you say! But the place merits 5 stars just for the fantastic staff, some of which have been here for longer than we have been going!

Llegamos un grupo de 9 que era reservado. Nuestro grupo incluía 4 niños. En primer lugar, cuando llegamos, nos paramos en la puerta por lo que debe haber sido de 10 - 15 minutos antes de que finalmente se acercó a ser conducido a nuestra mesa. No es fácil allí esperando mientras sosteniendo un niño cansado y hambriento! El restaurante no estaba lleno, pero no había ningún camarero/director a la vista.

Just would not bother visiting. Go to another Italian pizza. Would choose square olive or pizza over here. They just don't seem to care

Habíamos reservado para la noche del viernes, pero no es realmente una necesidad, ya que no estaban demasiado ocupados, sorprendentemente, aunque nos llena más tarde. Nos dieron una cálida y amistosa bienvenida del director. Crochette tuvimos el cod y calamares para empezar, ambos excelentes. Ambos tuvimos el marisco rigatoni, que era simplemente delicioso. No hay postre (demasiado lleno! ), pero con bebidas, café y consejo, que vino a 46 libras antes de cupones. La única crítica es que el restaurante necesita una reforma, de ahí la pérdida de 1 estrellas!

We finished our day off at Hampton Court by coming to Pizza Express. Although service was a bit slow, the staff were friendly and paid attention to my little one. The wifi connection wasn't great, but it was definitely a nice end to our day.

Very nice food and good service. It was nice to come in for food after a day at the Hamptons Court. Perfect end before taking the train back to London. Enjoy

Lovely place if you just wanted a lightish meal, spotless everywhere, waiting time quite a while, but to be expected at what seems to be a popular place.

I like pizza express but for some reason the service here has been really slow every time we've tried it. The food is good when it comes but we just find waiting for a table, then waiting for a menu, then waiting for food, then waiting for the bill, then waiting to pay a bit frustrating. Shame because pizza express does tasty food.

This Pizza Express has a nice atmosphere and also the customer service is great, you can really unwind after a long day with the kids. I love the way they have the candles out on some tables and can request one on your table if your table doesn't have one, adds romance between you and your partner! I'd definitely come back here to dine again...

Tables are closer together. Food portions have shrunk enormously - especially salads. Wine and beer are very over-priced. I suspect now if you dine with an offer code your meal may well be reduced. I haven't proven that though.

Visited last minute decision eary evening new years eve. Restaurant was booked but the staff couldn't be more helpful. They found us a table as we had our grandson who was 3 with us.Lovely food..brilliant friendly staff will definitely go back!

I had a few hours to kill around Hampton Court and didnt really fancy trawling round the palace in heavy rain so took shelter in Pizza Express.Service was very fast (there were only about 4 other diners there at the time), not particularly friendly but not rude by any standards.I had dough balls to start which were very nice- as youd get at any pizza express!Followed by a Romana La Reine which was very tasty, usual excellent quality fresh ingredients. Only let down was that the base was a bit undercooked making the dough quite stodgy. Im sure ill be back at some point, and wouldnt be put off by one average experience!

Great good but unfortunately for the second time we have had missing items from our collection. Both times with the picolino meal the desserts have been missing. Not enough to bother to go back for but have dissapointed children missing out on their brownies. Also the restaurant never answers the phone so you can't actually speak to someone to get it rectified. I left a message but no one has returned the call. Not great.

This chain always delivers great pizzas and salads. You know what to expect and it never fails. The desserts are also delicious.

Took my daughter here to celebrate her sixth birthday. We have been several times before and on this occasion the service was poor. Despite making the waiter aware it was my daughter's birthday they didn't even manage a balloon or a candle in her pudding. Sulky service from one waiter and my husbands pizza was very bland. The calamari was soggy and needed seasoning. Better service at the Walton on Thames branch though recently our 2 year old daughter cut her finger on broken glass left on the floor in the restaurant. When I expressed my dissatisfaction the manager said "we cannot guarantee there will be no glass on the floor"! Shocking. Time to take our custom elsewhere.

My companion needs some gluten free menu options which Pizza Express offer so this was an easy choice as we left Hampton Court Palace for a very late lunch before returning to London. The menu offered lots of choice, the food and wine were good and the service was excellent - we had a very pleasant and a helpful waiter to serve us. My companion rated the gluten free pizza as good. The restaurant was quiet and pleasant to be in.

It's our local and we come here a lot, but it's always nice to be welcomed by the team - which we always are. The service is always good even though at times it can get very busy. We've rarely had problems with the food and when mentioned it's immediately addressed. Normally though it's consistently great food and wine at low prices - especially with those vouchers!

After leaving Pizza Express in Walton on Thames we all went to Pizza Express in East Molesey. First class service wonderful food,terrific helpful friendly staff.They are very professional and my party from America were very happy. Taking them at first to Pizza Express in Walton on Thames was embarrassing and a huge mistake. Needless to say we shall be going there again.

Went here today after leaving the one in Walton due to very rude staff. Hampton court one is a family favourite. The staff are always so happy and the food is great. We hadn't booked but sorting a table (for 9)wasnt a problem. The atmosphere here was great, as always! Will never return to the Walton one again. Thanks guys, you are the best!

Visited here after our journey to Hampton Court Palace. It was extremely busy and the waiters struggled to keep on top of the pace. However, they were very polite and the food was good. We only had a main course as it was sooooo busy and there was a queue of people waiting to come in as we left!

Went here for a evening meal after a day at Hampton court palace and grounds. A nice, warm very friendly welcome and shown to a table. Placed a drinks and food order. Drinks arrived promptly, followed by a lovely shared starter platter. However, the mains food order took over half an hour, for four standard pizzas! The restaurant wasn't particularly busy as it was a Monday. The food when it arrived was tasty and hot but nothing to write home about. Pretty standard fare.

I have being dining in this restaurant, and me and my girlfriend were just amazed from the quality of food and the speed of service. in particular there was a manager, an italian man, which made us feel really comfortable and was engaging with all the customer, treatin everyone equally, always making sure that everyone was happy...such a great personality...thank you so much for the wonderful experience, we will definetly comning back.

I think Pizza Express could get sued for libel as there was nothing express about the service we received.Granted the restaurant was busy but it does not justify sub standard service.Our drinks arrived 20 minutes after we ordered them but only after chasing the waiter for them.Our main took ages but again after chasing it several times.The waiters didn't seem to care and many customers were complaining to the manager.The same excuse was given - we've been very busy tonight, sorry for the slow service.Food was ok apart from not having all deserts on offer (had run out) and ice cream that came was half melted.I do not think it is unacceptable to have to keep asking your servers where your food is as you've had to wait too long.I even witnessed a disgruntled couple walk out to be chased by the manager who was grovelling to them. Also many customers were getting annoyed as meal deal wasn't being processed correctly. One couple were told they had to take their starter as a takeaway as they had already had their main and desert. Comical is all I have to say.This restaurant needs to buck up its ideas quickly or will quickly lose custom. Employ more staff, offer better service, tell customers beforehand if there is going to be a delay, offer compensation if bad service - surely basic stuff?Would I recommend this restaurant - not on your nelly. Unless you like waiting.....

We decided to have dinner here and met my son's mum there too for a treat. Manager very friendly and prepared a table for us! Ordered the leggera pizza as I was dieting and a fruit juice! The Pizza was piping hot and delicious and whilst it was busy due to the holidays we did not feel rushed and all was very enjoyable. Had a delicious raspberry sorbet for afters! We will be back thank you for a lovely evening.

if you go to the upstairs of this restaurant you can sit by the window and have a good view of hampton court and the station, the food is excellant and have never had a problem. the staff are very helpful and you dont feel rushed. we also have had birthday get togethers here and it has been most enjoyable. again upstairs is best for an event.

Nice menu, with a good selection, also lots of gluten free and vegan choices for people with restricted diets. Was particularly impressed by the pizza bases which are perfect (to my taste). Only slight complaint that food arrived lukewarm rather than fresh-out-of-the-oven hot.

I am not a very adventurous eater and my family wanted to really enjoy all the variety of foods that London has to offer, so after 9 days in London, I was looking for some "basic" food. This place did not disappoint. The salad my daughter ordered looked great and the pizza was fantastic.

After a tired day touring the palace, I requested a table for a glass of wine only. Staff were happy to seat me and were extremely pleasant and friendly while I enjoyed my wine & relaxed. I did not try the food, but it smelled delicious & I enjoyed watching the staff prepare the pizzas!

We came with our daughter and little grandson aged 18 months for a Fathers' day meal at 5pm. It was extremely busy and the waiting staff were all kept working extremely hard. Nonetheless our waiter was very pleasant, wished my husband happy fathers' day and gave us a menu each with a special deal for the day which involved having a virtually free starter. He also brought up paper and pencils for our grandson. Service was reasonably prompt but our grandson got fidgety waiting and went for a little wander around, which nobody minded. There were lots of very young children there and I felt the waiting staff coped extremely well. We were very happy with the food as well. Would definitely recommend for a family with young children and we were very happy with our choice of restaurant for that day.

We hadn't eaten at this branch for a few years, despite picking up excellent takeaway pizzas from them regularly! We visited as a family for an early afternoon Father's Day lunch, and from start to finish received the most wonderful, friendly and attentive service from all staff.The food was the usual high quality - I had a sumptuous Fiorentina pizza, my husband and son polished off their choice of pizzas, and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the children's menu as ever. One excellent new addition to the sides selection is a coleslaw, which was the best I've ever had, and had an extra kick due to the chipotle dressing.Don't be deceived by the fact that this restaurant looks quite small from the outside - there is a front part, but then it goes past the serving area to a bright extension at the back, and there is also a spacious upstairs section too.Highly recommended!

We come here regularly and love the situation, atmosphere and the staff, who are all very friendly and helpful. We wanted a quick meal this week and our waitress, Bozena, could not do enough to help - she was wonderful and made sure our meal came quickly even though the restaurant was very busy due to the Hampton Court Festival. We both had American Hot's with extra chilli oil and they were very tasty. We look forward to going back very soon.

Extremely good pizzas, and great friendly service. Better than normal for a pizza express. Hard to go wrong.

If you've been to Pizza Express before you know what to expect with regards to the food. No different to what is offered across the chain - which is a good thing.This establishment is let down by it's very slow service. From ordering, it took over 30 minutes for our starters to come out - we were all having dough balls... It wasn't a very buys lunchtime, so this was slightly irritating.Other than that, clean premises and well located.

This is a lovely little Pizza Express. Always a nice atmosphere and always lovely service. Tonight particularly so. A new face, possibly a Manager who was delightful. Treated everyone the same and was friendly and upbeat and engaging the whole time. Always looking to see if everyone had all they needed.My son and I go there once a month. You can never really have a bad meal here. Even if you want to be economic of cost and use vouchers or just have a main, they serve you with a smile. A lovely location too. Children friendly and more for families I guess. We feel really at home there. And the staff are fab.

Good food very plesent staff reasonable wine Italian coffee and not expensive. Opposite Hampton Court rail station and only five minutes walk from Palace.

The revamped Pizza Express is a joy to eat in. The decor is now clean and up to date which creates a great atmosphere. The two chefs create a really tasty menu and service is outstanding. Meals were delivered quickly in a very busy restaurant and with attention to detail.There were only two waiters and they worked extremely hard to keep customers of every age happy.
