Pizza Costa in Rossendale

Ordered my food at 9.45, didn’t receive whatsoever and ordered elsewhere, now in the process of getting money back. Sickening how they can take money from people and not deliver their food. Not a business worth bothering with whatsoever. They don’t answer their phone so no way to contact them.

Gross! Tasteless and soggy disgusting. Avoid, couple of years ago was quite good, but last time I used the take away I had the owner banging on my door asking for his money back after HIS staff refunded me for prepping and selling food not fit for a dog.

Good value. bit too much tomato sauce on pepperoni pizza.

Massive price hike, they were quick at delivering a very low standard of food, if you like paying through the nose for rubbish food then call them.

This place makes the best kebabs, we came across on our visit to Bacup now we travel by car for 30 mins to visit and i have a kebab shop at the end of my road! Very polite gentleman and great service. Very tasty and cooked beautifully.

The food turned up 30 mins late and when it finally arrived the order was wrong so I ended up paying extra for things that never showed up.

Absolutely disgusting, ordered food at 7pm been waiting well over an hour and a half, and still not here. I rang them to enquire where my food was but they hung up. I then tried twice me and finally got Through, and there answer was come and collect it myself when I explained I couldn’t collect they didn’t offer any delivery fee return or anything to apologise for the inconvenience. But I’m also still waiting

Always loved this place on Rawtenstall Market. Michaela and Tim are fantastic at creating and making pizzas, as well as being fantastic hosts. Have a pizza and a drink, stay in the heated area and... enjoy

Donner meat has changed!! Thick and full of grit was absolutely disgusting! Lost my custom and I’m sure they’ll loose many more, used to be best kebabs in rossendale! Always cold, we order from another takeaway in ramsbottom which always arrive piping hot! Ramsbottom is 20 mins away from our home! Pizza costa 4 mins and stone cold!!!

Recently ordered a takeaway, waited 50mins, only to receive 6 chicken strips instead of 4pcs of chicken and no onions on the American burger... Wtaf..

DO NOT ORDER. Arrived 1 hr and 20 mins LATE, had 4 kids waiting for their tea, staff were rude, and lied to me when I asked where the food was, said it was with the driver but hadn't even been cooked. When it finally arrived, it was COLD and had no sauce on despite me writing in the comments. Used to be good service, not anymore. When I complained to the manager, he didn't sound bothered.

Absolutely mortified tonight.. I live about a minute away from the shop and my food came freezing… I get maybe they have to do 1, maybe two deliveries before mine but it’s absolutely freezing I will never order again… phoned the shop and told them they have lost 1 of the best customers!!!! Goodbye

Food is always amazing from here! Always our take away of choice. We do try other take aways but Venice Stars remains our favourite. My favourite is the cheese garlic calzone 😋

If you want food that takes 2 hours to come and food that is cold when it comes to your door this is the perfect t place for you! The price is so steep for the quality of food.

I have for the past few years been a loyal customer. However, im sick and tired of my pizzas being delivered with the topping having slipped off , due to the box being tipped. Pizza base undercooked, and ordering a deep pan and getting a thin crust instead d. I think it's time to find another pizza place. Venture Street, Bacup

Just ordered 4 meals, they arrived quickly, but only 3 were in their box, the 4th one had been tipped into the bag! Will not be using again.

Food was cold. Pizza stale and cheese hard. Kids meals were cold burger buns were also stale and burgers were bone dry. Absolutely gutted as this is the 2nd time I've had an issue I thought first was a blip as usually food has been spot on. Awful!

Ordered a mixed shish and chicken kebab...the portion size was tiny wouldn't even fill a child really disappointed compared to what you used to get. I will not be going there again

Pizza costa are great. I use them regularly. Had a slight mishap with my order this time but rectified promptly. Great takeaway and great food. Would recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work and a big thank you to all at Pizza Costa.

Food was fantastic, I will order again again. I got the special mix turkey effort. Not usually late, most times they are early but ordered way in advanced and order was late and food was cold.

Ordered half and half, and only half of it had all the things on!!! Online is very complicated to order a half and half pizza.

The food itself is mostly above average and why I continue to order from here. The delivery drivers are all polite and pleasant. The man who answers the phone is totally rude and ignorant every time. I mostly prefer to order takeaway over the phone but this guy is the biggest advertisement for ordering on Just Eat that Just Eat could wish for. Overall, good food but rude phone guy lets it down.

Absolutely delicious food and good quality food.

The food was a mess when it arrived. The butter had leaked out the bag leaving a dribble of butter on Jacket potato. The delivery guy didn't hand me any drinks as i ordered 2 Fantas but didn't get them.

I have used this take away many times before however on the last occasion i ordered the burger which was burnt and dry.. when I rang to explain this the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude his response was "no it ain't burnt it's impossible I cooked it". I repeated it's burnt you can come and collect it if you want.. his response was "well what do you want me to do about it" avoid like the plague this take away has seriously gone down hill when normally such great staff and great food.. this was an order made on Wednesday just gone! never again lost a customer due to rude staff

Food was 35 mins late, they didn't even inform us until we chased them. Meat was dreadful, burnt, hard, and döner was so dry that pisces were curled up. Not ordering again.

Food was nice when it finally turned up... ordered at 7:30, 8:30 ETA, turned up at five to ten!

Food here is always great quality and delicious. Always pays attention to the notes section. I just wish the sauce pots were a little bigger.

I loved the food. l would definitely order again and recommend it to others. The only disappointment was that it was it was 10 minutes late, but it was worth the wait.

We were told they were extremely busy due to it being Eid, they gave us a voucher and a bottle of 7up as an apology. Just wish we would have been informed better about the delay. We will order there again though, the pizzas were good ☺️

Food is always above standard. Love the food and the people who bring the food are always friendly. Overall a fantastic place to order from. I do it at least twice a month

Chicken was horrible, very chewy

Food was cold when it got here. Took 1 hour and 30 minutes to deliver. Waiting that long I expected it to be at least hot! Looked very rushed and I also found a piece of chicken in my margarita pizza?

Very quick delivery and the food was lovely

Normal food is good from here twice now I’ve had poor food, chips taste like they been cooked in old fat and soggy with a horrible taste, kebab taste like it been mixed with burgers, the kids wouldn’t eat there pizza said it taste funny, also they charged me £1.00 for delivery on a order for £21.30 thought delivery was free.

Accidentally ordered a deep pan donner meat and deep pan vegetarian special ,when they came was expecting the usual thick bread no topping affair you usually get from pizza shops , how wrong was I, it came in 20 mins , piping hot and like an fashioned deep pan with thin crust deep sides and full of toppings with loads of toasty cheese simply the best pizza in the valley

I did make a mistake on my order but still it was over half an hour late. Never again

Pizza was all over the place ordered bacon got a bacon substitute not very nice.

Myself and my son's regular Friday night treat. The food is awesome and very tasty. I can recommend the chicken+donner kebab in a naan and my son highly recommends the garlic bread+cheese. Delivery drivers are always polite and represent the business very well. Highly recommended food establishment.

Amazing food quality, go into the shop a lot but delivery was amazing. Polite people and earlier than expected.

Waited way to long for food to arrive an hour and 20 minutes to be exact then in that time the restaurant had closed however my food did arrive but the pizzas where stale and the chips soggy like they had been stood for an hour I will not be ordering from here again! You pay for a service you atleast want it to be edible absolutely awful daylight robbery!!

Used to love costa but it’s gone really off!! So tight with the kofte kebab meat you may as well be eating a salad naan. Naan hard as well and chips way to greasy. You don’t get half as much meat on your kebabs like used to.

Like the idiot I am, I ordered our meal and accidentally left the address as my friend's house where I had ordered previously and like pizza bringing superheroes they saved the day upon me calling them and apologising and sent it over to me. The food was delicious too. Happy all around. Thank you so much. Would order again!

Disappointed with the Greek pizza. I paid for extra mushrooms, I ended up getting only feta and mushrooms! No other veg. This is usually my favourite pizza too.

Inedible kebabs, disgusting meat, no salad and food cold. No apology. Restaurant advised would refund but didn't. Complained to Just Eat who resolved the matter. Won't use again.

Food was tasty and not greasy, only problem was can of coke was delivered instead of bottle as ordered. However this was quickly remedied with the offer of adding it to our next order with potential free extras, but as we needed that evening they brought it to us very quickly, really good service

Our first time of ordering from pizza Costa after hearing good things about it. The delivery time was good and arrived as stated. The mixed kebabs had plenty of meat and looked appealing. My only minus is that kebab meat was cold and had to be reheated which was strange as the rest of the order was piping hot.

This is not the only time we have had to wait. Service is getting worse not better. No updates to say what is happening. Thinking of going else where for food.

Ordered deep pan. Didnt get it! You've changed how (or who) makes the pizza because this wasnt as good as normal. Sorry guys

shocking!! so called kebab wouldn’t have fed a mouse , chips were chewy and cold and the hot wings were anything but hot no spice and slimey chicken and they were also cold. worst takeaway i’ve had for a very long time do not order from here.

What is the point in asking for notes if your not going to take note of this, I ordered a tikka masala pizza without onions and peppers as I’m allergic to peppers they sent it with onions and peppers so didn’t get eat! my partner tried a piece and said it was dry and not much flavour to it. Will not be ordering from here again and delivery driver didn’t even have the correct change so left me short changed.

I won’t be ordering again. Fed up of Costa messing up orders. You shouldn’t have to ring and correct an order every time. Who wants to wait while they re-deliver the correct food whilst everyone else eats. Shame because the food is good.

I’m stopping ordering from Costa, last time my pizza was mushed into a corner of the box and not even recognisable as a pizza, this time there’s no salad on my kebab. You shouldn’t have to call and correct an order every time.

Didn't send one of the sauces we paid for (asked for 2 yoghurt and only got 1). Didn't get a drink we paid for (bought 3 and only got 2). Food was tasty but cold :(

The sweetcorn on pizza was sour and the calzone was very dry. The issue with the sweetcorn was a regular occurrence but hasn't happened for a while until now.
