Pizza Bozz in Antrim

there was candle wax all over my pizza, this is terrible they have to many crazy lights on in there so my epileptic child had a massive fit and passed out and i was scared for my life, the mayo tasted like grandmas sweaty bullox, this place is awful goodbye

We were on the way from visiting giant’s causeway and wanteda bite to eat to break our journey Well what a mistake it was! Myself and hubby ordered burgers and chips and my sis ordered chips and chicken nuggets for the wee ones… We waited 50 minutes for the burgers and every time we asked about it they said it’s going to be 5 more minutes. While we waited inside we heard staff shouting at each other…. We were not the only ones waiting as the queue just got bigger. Not one customer was informed of the waiting when placing order! Very poor service! Avoid unless you want to wait for your food!

This was unfortunately the worse pizza takeaway I have had. When I opened the box the pizza looked like it had been thrown in. It was all folded over itself, a complete mess. The bottom was soggy, actually wet, and the toppings had all slid off and were lying about the box. It was quite shocking.

I tried this place over lockdown and got a very average takeaway. Tonight I just popped in for a tub of ice cream. No hot food, just ice cream. Lots of staff walking about with only one seemingly doing any work. I waited around 25 minutes. Offered a feeble explanation. Waited another 10/15 minutes. Was offered a small tub whilst I waited on one of the flavours I ordered "defrosting from the big freezer" Where the hell is it being frozen? Imagine needing ice cream ready to serve. Told them just to give me another flavour. Given a bottle of coke by way of apology. Shocking customer experience. Won't be back. 40/45 minutes for a tub of ice cream that wasn't even what I ordered.

Lockdown and working ridiculous hours has me ordering a lot of takeaway food. All their food is grrreat. I've had their burgers, which come with a box of chips and onion rings, we have had chinese from them, and street fries and boss fries...so far. And everything comes warm, and tasty, and well presented. Yum yum. There is a wait, but it's worth it. The food is awesome.
