Took an hour for delivery. I didn't like it, wife did. I thought pizza and garlic bread were over cooked, she didn't. Chicken burger was a steak burger.

Initially when I placed an order my order was cancelled. Then I placed order again after couple of hours and one of my pizzas where burned and tasted burned too. Not pleasant at all and delivery time was above too late

The crust of pizza was burnt and the broccoli flower on the top was burnt; I was very disappointed ; side order which was chips there were under cooked:(

Food was really tasty and warm and fresh

lovely value for money, driver was polite and even offered to wait while i took things one at a time as i am on crutches

Really good food, one of those that you feel you are taking a risk with lol, but everything was hot, fresh and delicious. The pizza was so tasty, better than some big brands. All sides were great, and everything was carefully packed. This is my 2nd order from here, would recommend.

Pizza is inedible full of grease and the garlic bread pizza is burnt chips and wedgies dry the cake is frozen absolutely appalling

Waited 30 minutes for restaurant to confirm order and only when I called they had received it.

Lovee ordering from this place!! I asked to remove the onion from vegeterian hot pizza and add chillies and tomatoes and they did just that! Me and my family loved it!

Love the thin crust pizzas from here, my family love the American hot and the tandoori chicken and green chilli pizza it’s their favourite, restaurant always delivers on time or earlier than expected, I personally just wish the pizzas were a bit bigger and a bit more saucier and cheesier but my family love them as they are, overall very satisfying and will keep ordering from them again and again especially because they have the 25% discount on, please always keep this discount offer on

Usually amazing pizza but one tonight tasted like old oil/don't know why, hope it a one off as really like the pizza usually/ have ordered many times with no complaints.

I was apprehensive because of the hygiene rating. But the 3 Cheese 20" pizza was the absolute one. The cheesy chips were awesome. Will order from here again and again. Go for it you won't regret it.

It came late and did not received all my order and plus I didn't get a refund for the missing items. I wouldn't recommend this place for that order.

Gave me wrong pizza second time and the last time I order from here. Disappointed again.

Eaten here before and the pizza was fine. This time however pizza very sloppy! Not naive at all but this was nowhere near a fresh pizza dough base, and the cheese on the pizza tasted powdery. The garlic bread with cheese appeared to be fried on a hot plate(oily), and the pepper poppers filled with cream cheese! Don't make me laugh, there was no jalapeño pepper to be seen and didn't get any cream cheese either, so no idea what it was wrapped in breadcrumbs. Can't submit review without entering a star for the restaurant service which I didn't use, but if I got this food if I could eat there, would not be more than 1 star.

They called me because they didn't have nuggets and asked what I wanted which was nice. But they didn't give me a cheesy edge pizza just a thin base which I wasn't happy about. But they are usually on point and give quick delivery and give the correct stuff.

The food was Horrible and so was the waiting time and they didn't come back with my drink

The pizza was ok luke warm tasted decent and they were nice enough to phone me and say they didn't have the cakes I wanted and I could change them but on the other hand I don't like the fact that when I specifically told them I wanted the pizza hot and not to forget my dips which they did really annoyed me so I suggest anyone that orders from them to check your items on delivery

Food was awful, everything was over cooked and dry. The corn on the cob was shrivelled up and chewy in texture which indicates to me that it was not fresh. Will not be using again.

The first Pizza came squished, with cheese falling out of the pizza. I asked for another pizza and was told it would be ready within 20 minutes but came an hour later.

I only realised the day after that they forgot to deliver the garlic bread included in the special offer :(

Brilliant food- bbq wings were on the small side. Previous orders of the bbq wings were large. This time round they were tiny. Other than that it was a good pizza, friendly staff and polite delivery driver. Will order here again.

Part of my order was missing and was promised that it would be sent out to me but received nothing after waiting for 2hours. However the food was amazing

i paid 1.20 for olives and they havent put it on and the pizza was like paper and was horrible

I ordered a meal deal for one person from Pizza 2 Hot. I must say, I was a little disappointed. The pizza was a little over-cooked, the jalapeño creams were undercooked, and the garlic breads were too small. The only item in the meal that was flawless was the can of Coke which I had. I don't think I'll be ordering from Pizza 2 Hot again. The driver was friendly and that is of great value. The food however... well... it wasn't that great. Anyway... you decide. I'm only stating my experience. Your experience may be different.

It took over an hour and a half to arrive and when it did it was cold! Very disappointing.

Did not deliver some of the items I ordered and had paid for. I called them up and they said they would send them but never did. Awful!!! Totally unacceptable.

We have ordered 2 cheesy edge pizzas deals. 2 portion of chicken nuggets missing....good cold ! After 1.5h wait for the food I gave up with calling them about it .... Never ordering from them again.

Waited over an hour (Ordered Monday 1:30am) for food and when called to find out status was given various excuses such as "booking received late", "really busy" etc and to expect food in 30. When pizza finally arrived it wasn't what we ordered and no one answered the phone when tried to flag. We will be calling the manager tomorrow, although reading feedback from others it does look likely to be fruitless. Avoid

Overall food was ok, took longer then expected. Bit tight with the chips when ordering chicken burger meal. Burger could of done with bit more mayo and lettuce

It was nice job done...delivery was right on time and pizzas were still hot...the only problem was that one of the pizza was all messed up like calzone...other than like everything was ok...

Love this place. Even though it's quite far away from me. It arrived within the deliver time. Still hot and was throughly enjoyed by all. I'm not sure I would choose this place during the day as it is quite pricey for what it is,but at 2am this is perfect and exactly what I need. So worth paying a little extra for quality. Highly recommend.

Wrong delivery time was given (8 hours difference) and there was no answer when I called to attempt to cancel order. No refund has yet been issued.

Ordered a pizza, fish burger and chicken nuggets. I got a call straight away to say they don't sell fish burgers (but was on there menu) I asked for a cheese burger instead which was disgusting! I also asked for an extra dip for my pizza including the 1 I get for free anyway and I didn't receive any dips at all. I called back for 2 hours constantly asking for my dips as I could not eat my pizza without them, waited over 2 hours and now they won't answer my phone calls pizza gone cold what a waste of money! Pathetic service

Food was soggy, toppings were under the cheese... How bizzare! Pizza isn't supposed to be soggy and surely they're called toppings for a reason. Cheap... I guess you get what you pay for!!

I usually enjoy the pizza from this place but this one time the pizzas came with a different crust than usual, really rubbery and not enjoyable. I think it was just a one off, the next time I tried if was back to normal!

Pizza2Hot is the perfect place if you've had a bad day and need a lot of food to help you through it! I normally order a 20" American Hot. It arrives quickly, and still piping hot. The delivery staff have always been friendly and polite. Excellent value for money!

I've ordered from Pizza2Hot plenty of times. They are a nice, local pizzeria. If you live local to the area you are looking at a great delivery service. I'm not sure what their delivery service is like if you live more than 1 or 2 miles. You would just have to find out yourselves. I recommend them. Their food is nice!

The food arrived on time and the driver was pleasant. However, the food used cheap ingredients and the thin and crispy base was just soggy.

Pizza2Hot are brilliant... they really are! They are situated just down the road from where I live. The quality of the pizza which I ordered was delicious! The delivery driver who brought the pizza to me was polite and courteous, regardless of the extreme cold weather. I enjoy ordering Pizza from Pizza2Hot, because they are local, tasty and low in price. I recommend anyone who lives within the N19 area to order from them.

The pizza was warm. Not hot, not cold. It also took some time to arrive. Although, overall the pizza was nice, all I had to do was to put it in the oven for a couple of minutes.

Very Disappoint in their service!!!!! I placed my order and got a confirmation email stating my order was placed and I should receive my takeout in 45mins. I then called the restaurant to ask about a topping I choose for my pizza and was told that my order was received and would be with me shortly. After 1hr20mins waiting I called the restaurant and no one picked up the phone. I then checked their opening times and found out they we’re close! So I paid for food that I didn’t receive. The next day I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager and explained what had happened, he then told me he will call me back in 20mins after he speaks to his staff. I didn’t get a call back and ended up calling back later in the evening. I was then told that the driver did come (which he didn’t) and that no one answered the door (which is a lie) I then asked if that was the case why didn’t I receive a phone call.. he then replied that when it reaches a certain time a night they don’t make phones calls because they don’t want to disturb people from their sleep (how does that make sense? Why would someone waiting for a delivery be asleep?) I then asked for a refund, in which he replied, “No I’m sorry I cant give you a refund because the food went to waste”. Throughout our conversation the manager/owner was rude and acted like he didn’t care. I will never ever order from them again and urge people to not pay by direct debit, they are crooks! Don’t waste your money on this place!
