This little place does the most amazing food, wow. I had the breakfast and it was awesome, all local farm produce. What a find.

Ate breakfast here today with friends. All of us had different dishes and all of the food was lovely. The menu was varied and good value for money. Service was excellent. We will be back 😄

Terrible breakfast, nearly no bacon and sausages, no excuse as they sold better stuff in the farm shop. Grumpy intolerant staff even though we were polite. Would not come here again, £40.50 for 3 plates of veg and not even a smile. I had a wonderful day with my family and this just ruined it, absolutely unacceptable for the price. If you value brains over money, avoid this money pit. Absolute joke.

We’ve eaten here three times now: breakfast, lunch and at coffee and cake time. We’ve not been disappointed once. The coffee is good, the cakes are great and the sausage rolls and breakfasts are delicious. Innovative food combinations freshly cooked mean that we’ll keep returning. The cafe offers lots of outdoor shade with views of your food being harvested from the fields. It’s a laidback gem of a place.

We love this place. Have been multiple times now - the food and drinks are great. Really baby friendly too and always feel comfortable and welcome when coming with our toddler. There is a lovely little park just outside too. The lady who runs the cafe and is behind the cooking seems to be so passionate about the food that she makes this definitely shows, because the specials menu consistently has new things on it and everything tastes fresh, homemade and delicious. We came in a couple of days ago and had the celeriac with lunch and it was amazing, I’ve been raving about it since! Would recommend this cafe to anyone and look forward to coming back again!

Went after much hype. Disappointed. Waiting staff that are pretty clueless and inattentive. Glass delivered complete with lipstick and when taken back was changed without apology. Four meals ordered two delivered and nearly finished before the second two arrived. Food was average and certainly not worth the money paid. Very disappointing and certainly won’t be visiting again.

The Crepes are absolutely gorgeous, and staff lovely. My husband and myself shared two crepes from the new Saturday menu, Cheese & Bacon AND Cheese, greens & eggs Crepes. We didn't know that was what we wanted, but in the end, it was exactly what we needed! Our taste buds and bellies strongly approved our choices. We loved both, but particularly the cheese, greens & eggs, and this is saying something considering we love bacon & cheese. It was a hard call.:) We without a shadow of doubt will be back to have our crepes fix, and anything and everything on the menu. :)

First visit to cafe as part of a cycle ride coffee stop. Excellent! Great coffee, brunch (garlic greens with poached eggs was superb) and friendly helpful staff. Plenty of space to park bikes and seating inside or out. Will definitely visit again. Thanks!

After following pitney farm cafe on Instagram for a while we decided to give this place a whirl. Greeted warmly, food arrived very quickly! We had pork and cider apple stew with mixed mash as shown along with a pot of fruit tea - they have a big selection. If happily come back here again for lunch :)

Amazing quality breakfasts and perfectly made coffee. A lovely spot with views over the farm. We had great service from Jake and Ruby who were knowledgeable about the menu and gave us brilliant service even though cafe was a lot busier than usual. Worth a trip for breakfast!

Really lovely spot. Thoughtful menu. Incredibly tasty, feel-good food. Reasonably priced. Kitchen were kind enough to make the kids a banana smoothie that wasn’t on the menu. Loads of outside tables, some inside too, pretty garden, view over the veg patch and a little playpark. Recommended.

The magical food that Lily and her team create at Pitney Farm Cafe is always such a treat. We have been trying the take out menus over the different lockdowns this year and it has been superb. Always making use of the most delicious fresh veg and meat from the farm. Bursting with flavour and clever use of spices. Truly a trip around the world using local produce. 100% recommend.

I went here with my partner on my birthday for breakfast and loved it, there was a menu board with all the specials and we were offered a choice of where to sit so we chose to sit under the lovely bespoke rustic gazebo which is situated at the back of the out building looking onto to the picturesque landscape and farmers working on the land adjacent. The drinks we ordered were brought out to us swiftly and we were asked whether we would like water on our table. My partner had a loose leaf tea, English breakfast, and I had a chai latte both were delicious well made and were served in lovely local made pottery pieces also for sale in the inside part of the coffee shop. The food was also delicious lovingly presented, cutlery was brought to our table and we were asked if we wanted any condiments, sausages were amazing obviously from the farm shop and eggs fresh from the hens wondering around the car park 😀. Tables were clean and had a stone on to tell you if they were clean and safe to sit at or not . Would highly recommend and will be returning soon, service again amazing friendly andwelcoming, you can tell the servers love where they work !

We ate here every day during our stay at the farm. The food here is simple perfection. Lily the young woman who runs it is an absolute sweetheart and so are her helpers Ella and Sheila. We loved the deep conversations we had and will always treasure the kindness and care that were shown to us here. Thanks ladies for making our trip to England so unforgettable 😍

We were just having a flying visit today through Ilminster whilst traveling back home after a weekend break. What a lovely find this little place was. I loved the fact this is run by people with learning difficulties who were so pleased to serve us and were bright and cheerful. we only wanted a hot drink which I must say was the nicest cup of tea, served with a homemade shortbread biscuit on the side. I come away loaded with little homemade gifts and cards that had been made by a team working away at the back. What a great place, these lovely people are learning and being very pro-active with the public. I would defiantly pop in again if passing that way, but this time making sure I had time to have lunch as well. Keep it up, your doing a brilliant job !

I can’t say our experience here was terrible, but it was far from exceptional or outstanding. Which, for the price and following other 5* reviews was really disappointing. The menu was uninspiring, and the dishes were tiny - we went home hungry! I think you need to advise people when booking that it is a chef tasting menu only, at £69 per person we probably wouldn’t have booked. Also awful wine, maybe a bad choice but it was recommended by staff, I couldn’t drink it. Sorry, lovely setting and staff but I would not recommend anyone here. Some of the local pubs offer better quality food than we tasted here. I can’t help question whether other reviews are even real, I have eaten in some exceptional, memorable restaurants - but this falls far from hitting that mark.
