Pino Pizza in Moray

We are/were regulars at Pino but have no idea what's happening to this establishment. If you go down for food you can be waiting a very long time even if the place is empty. When it is busy there is no social distancing and staff not wearing gloves or masks with what looks like dirty hands. Last time I called down for a delivery i was told it would be about one hour but it was two hours before it arrived which is unbelievable for mid week. Owner is not there very often but I think it's time he was there a bit more often to supervise and advise.

Phoned at 1920 for delivery got told an hour, an hour and ten mins max, over two hours later i decided to phone and chase it up for it then to be delivered at 2130, no apology, food was warm and not worth the wait.

As Scotland is currently at Stage 3 of recovery from Covid 19 I was very concerned that this take away facility does not have any hygiene/safety measures in place. The staff do not wear gloves or masks, no limit to the number of people in store, no social distancing, no hand sanitiser, not asking customers to wear masks, no screen at the till etc. Basically my advice is avoid this place and go elsewhere.

We arrived late to Lossiemouth & needed to get a meal quickly & we had a great vegetable chilli pizza from Pino Pizza. It was made in front of us with love & care & cooked to perfection. The cheesy chips were also good. A large 14" pozza fed two of us comfortably with a portion of chips.There were also pasta dishes being made to order, which looked very good. The staff were friendly & kind. They didn't take card payments so you will need cash to enjoy a Pino Pizza.

Ordered two small pizzas and two chips, our first visit. While waiting saw the most amazing kebabs being made. Pizzas were very tasty, stayed hot while we drove back to Elgin. Pizza base was delicious as were the generous toppings. Went for spicy topping which did not disappoint. Couldn’t finish, so supper also sorted!

On holiday in Lossiemouth recently, we ordered a take away from here. I ordered a large donner kebab. It was an "eyes bigger than belly" scenario as I couldn't eat it all! Not really one for takeaways, I can honestly say it was lovely. Loads of meat, salad and chilli. So if you have a smaller appetite, get the medium sized one. My family got the 10" pizzas, which were nice and hot which they really enjoyed. We also got chips.....nice and crispy....but we ordered far too much. Hence the reason why I'm back home and on a diet.....! Nice, clean place too.

Kids requested pizza tea from pizza shop whilst caravaning in Lossie best pizza for miles and miles. Kids favorite double pepperoni piping hot and tasty very tasty quick friendly service. 10/10 full belly and contented kids.

Pizzas are usually very good, I would honestly say better than dominoes although I'm aware that's a personal opinion and many would disagree. Time waiting for pizza can sometimes be quite long but usually not to bad.Hygiene could be ALOT better as toppings are put on by hands without gloves being used and hands do no not look the cleanest. Only occasionally seen the staff wash hands which is not good as they are handling money and shaking hands regularly. Advice would be to wear gloves for food handling as its only a matter of time before someone gets ill.

Drove 10 miles too collect a pizza from here then drove 10 miles home , wish I hadn't bothered the food went in the bin , how on earth can they make a calzone and forget to put any sauce in it , this place has seriously lgone down hill , will never return

Had to wait a hour and a half for delivery of our meal and after the long wait pizza was very over cooked and chips half cooked. They need to sort out the delivery service if they can’t cope with the amount of orders stop taking them!!!!

Amazing food, best kebab I’ve ever tasted. Friendly service, very busy but quick service. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Staff don't wash hands or wear gloves. Handle change, shake hands with mates then prepare food. At the end of it you get a poor pizza. Don't bother just go to dominoes opposite.

Very fresh and tasty fresh food. Excellent bread for pizza and wraps. Meal was tasty and chips crispy. Friendly and quick service. Highly recommended.

We've only visited here twice, first time was for a pizza some time ago but we went again last night for a kebab. In the end I went for kebab meat with chips but can admit to have been slightly jealous of the doner kebab the other half was chowing down on!

Leckere Pizzen in zahlreichen Ausführungen und Größen, zu ansprechenden Preisen. Alles wird frischzubereitet, man kann dabei zusehen.

We ordered a 12" Hawaiian and a 10" Margherita. We waited 10 minutes before the team delivered into our hands two wonderful pizza pies. I have never seen a team hustle like these guys!

Pino's Pizza is absolutely delicious! Even though I called ahead and placed my order I still had to wait for the pizza to be done - but it was definitely worth the wait.

Kids wanted pizza whilst on holiday best fresh dough pizza l have had. Good service friendly staff and great choice of toppings. I had a kebab on first night and then had pizza on our next visit later in week. All cooked to order 10 out 10.

I have been going to pinos for years. Lovely family run takeaway, pizzas are good, kebabs are good, pastas are good, chips are good. Everything is fresh and very tasty

Food cooked as you wait - even if you order in advance! Good wholesome food, well prepared in front of you at a reasonable, if a little higher, price

Customer service was disgusting forgot part of our order and sent a 12 inch pizza instead of a 14 inch when we rang them back we were called liars even though we measured and took photos, really need to have a word with themselves.

Fantastic quality fresh food, very clean, and the staff are so friendly. We've had pizza and pasta here, it's all so tasty. We only ever go here for pizza.

Regularmente comer en Pizza pino y cada vez la comida ha sido increíble. Siempre amable y servicio rápido. Los calzones en particular son incomparables a cualquier otro kebab shop que he visitado en el país. Cada vez que mi amigo de East Kilbride es ella tiene que tener un pino.

Love this pizza shop enjoy the calzone and rthe kebabs, have a laugh with the employees great value and lots of variety

Been here couple of times ..never see staff wash there hands ...friends came in and shook there hands then staff touched pitta breads...would like to see a sink. Salad bowl sits on worktop not in fridge area. Phone often not working. Sometimes have to stand...

The food is good, the usual calzone and kebabs. Really tasty and freshly prepared but unfortunately the waiting time can be ridiculous. Even when pre ordered for collection you still need to wait. Need better organisation at really busy times and I'd give them top marks

They will do any topping for u and the Pizza,s bases are crispy and light also they do deliveries and very friendly service

The meals are prepared quickly and well worth going every so often for a visit. My favourite is big Donna kebab with all trimmings and extra chilli sauce. The wife loves the chicken bursa and the rest of the family like their pizzas. Going again this Thursday.

Had a carry out from here with friends when visiting Lossiemouth.You have to try the Eastern Pizza, it is a cheese and tomato pizza with a load of kebab meat loaded on top - not the healthiest, but tastes great! :)

Went with a friend and pizza was fantastic. I had the volcano pizza and they got it right, was cooked properly and crust was great too. I will definitely get a takeaway with them again. A must recommend.

Chicken donner bursas should be world wide - not great for your health but amazing! Margarita pizzas and kebabs are also good! Not had a bad takeaway yet, highly recommend

This is the first stop after 2 weeks off shore these are by far the tastiest kebabs and pizzas in town with a great choice of toppings

We had a family take away it's a very busy place you can phone your order in and collect or for a few pound you can get it delivered service is great but as I say sometimes you have a small wait

Pino's is a firm family favourite when we are in lossie. The food is always prepared fresh to order, and the staff are very friendly. The bolognese calzone is my absolute favourite, and the lasagne is big enough for 2 to share!! Roll on August when we can indulge again

food is nice and fresh service is good priced well would recommend the mixed bursa but it is huge and would feed 2

Amazing food like! The pizzas were magic especialy the chips but the best of all was the chicken bursa i loved it!!
