Pinar Kebab in Waltham Forest

Paid 19.50 for a large chicken shish and chip, the portions were good. But chicken shish was 15 alone and was so over cooked, it was extremely dry and just not worth the money. The price would put me off going there again as I would not want to risk paying a premium for that quality in the future.

I like Pinar kebabs food I eat it 24/7 their diner is very good and delicious I really like their food and I recommend their food

One of the best Doner Kebap in Town !

Doesn’t matter what time or day you go, the food is always EXACTLY the same. This is the best Donner Kebab in England and every visit is the same. The donner is cut thin and soft and juicy unlike other shops. Only regret is the chips I prefer chip shop chips but donner is good enough. BEST DONNER IN ENGLAND.

I've been coming to this shop for the past 20 years. The food tastes great, staff are very friendly and the shop is nice and clean. The only downside for me is that they don't take card, cash only, which is why I have given 4 stars for service instead of 5 stars.

Best kebab in Waltham Forest by far. Never been let down since I've started using this place 25 years ago.

Came for the lamb left with the chicken. Starting with the salad and sauces which was your typical kebab takeaway items nothing extraordinary you get what you expect. However the sauces mainly the chilli sauce was noticeably fresh which was evident, as it tends to lose its flavour turning quite acidic by the next day. Moving onto the kebabs. The lamb doner was a disappointment which is putting it nicely. It was thick, dry, and lacked any discernible taste, almost like eating a lump of fat. On the other hand the chicken kebab was a winner. Tender, flavourful, and a definite highlight of the menu even though it was a bit oily. Moving onto the price of the food its definitely a little more expensive than other local takeaways especially considering they only take cash payments so they don't have the burden of transaction fees so you would expect a little more bang for your buck, the fact that they only accept cash seems to be a standard practice in places like this. While it may be a common practice, it raises questions about transparency, particularly in terms of tax compliance. It would be more reassuring if they offered card payments. All in all i would come back again for the chicken but stay clear of the lamb.

I visit here at least three times a week. Really friendly and professional staff and the food is banging! Definetely try the halep kebab and chicken burger.

After covid lock down its only a take away, however still the best doner in London I love the food and the staff is very kind and friendly

The best kebab I’ve ever had in London

Delicious kebab, with homemade sauces and plentiful salad. The chicken doner was like a more homemade tasting GDK and better than most kebab shops and had nice charring. The lamb doner was a bit meatball like, but super tasty. Chilli sauce was great, as was the garlic sauce. The salad was chunky and fresh tasting. I wish I got a bit more salad and more chilli. The service was friendly and fast as well. The kebab/wrap prices are a bit high £10 for a regular £11-13 for large so if they were lower I’d probably go more often but it’s definitely a great kebab in the area.

Food is quite expensive for a kebab shop. Very busy place. I went at approx 1am so the chicken and lamb doner was nearly finished which is a good sign that they were quite popular. Food was ok.

Ordered Donner and quarter pounder burger and it was made fresh and was really tasty. Burger was juicy and Donner was cooked spot on! This is a hidden gem.

Pretty much the best donnar in East London. It's take away and cash only now. I do miss the seating inside. The doner served on a plate with chips and salad was the best way to experience it.

Local legend, two staple meals from her that you must try are the lamb donner meat and chips with garlic Mayo and chilli sauce, and the grilled wings and chips. Absolutely delightful every time! Service is always great, with a warm welcome for everyone as if you’re family.

The food quality is good, but my concern with the people that work in there is that they never seems to understand what you’re ordering and not giving you the right service back. For example, you specifically asked for a sauce on the chips and chips never have sauce in.

Good portion size, salad was fresh, chilly sauce not too bad, but kebab meat was cut really thick, seemed like it was the first layer, tasted like rubber and got cold within 2 mins, won’t be going back

I bought 3 large doner wraps with chips and salad. There is no longer seating at this establishment and they only accept cash which is very awkward for this day and age. Lamb Doner lacked taste, My recommendations is to have a look at other Kebab places in the area.

Right here are the pros and cons. The pro is this is the best kebab you're going to eat, period. The con is once you eat here every other kebab place is awful

The best kebab shop in Walthamstow bar none, Yasar's is not even close and overpriced newbies, like DNR17 and Gokyuzu, pale in comparison. Open late (3am Monday to Saturday, which is as late as you will find in this area) and serving the best doner and Turkish kebabs for 40 odd years. Friendly service, quick collection and the food is always reliably great.

Rude staff shouted at me swore at me. I just asked the guy on the till if you put prices up again and a young short guy with curly hair behind the counter high jacked our conversation and started shouted at me saying that everything gone up next time I will send a letter to notify you for increasing prices. I countered that he swore and wanted a fight showed me a knife from behind the counter Then owner came and said we don’t need your money and called me a c word. Never going back there. Prices gone up. Reduced Portion size. Costumer service down.
