Great pizza, with options to go halves on a varied menu. Nice atmosphere/ambience. Helpful staff. Would definitely come again.

We regularly visit Pi with our kids - they love it and so do we. The staff and the owner/manager is always so accommodating and friendly. The pizzas are incredible! Fresh, tasty and perfect for after school tea or a special weekend treat. It’s become our regular spot for family occasions 🥰

Cozy and homely, Pi is a small pizza restaurant in Winchester offering a range of your standard pizza types as well as unique toppings and sharing pizzas. They also offer a Nutella pizza as a dessert. I have always enjoy my experience here and would come back again.

After a long time we decided to come back here and have lunch. The pizza was good, however could have been better by having fresh basil on top. The service was not great though as we had to remind them several times of what we ordered. I was not happy to have been charged 10% for this.

Poor service (every aspect). This place used to be great but has gone downhill. Pizzas still good but the overall experience was poor.

You know that thing where you go somewhere for the first time and have to go back the next day? Yeah - that! In fairness, I was coming back to Winchester for a show at the Theatre, but I had to share the Pi Pizza experience with my other half after a night out with the lads. We both fancied a pizza when out in Winchester and Pi was the obvious choice as we had always had good pizza there before. We went for the 20” large pizza with 3 flavours, nduja, Napoli salami and San Daniele prosciutto. The pizza was very good, nice base with tasty toppings. The pizza is plenty for 2, only downside is tends to get a bit cold towards the end of the meal.

Pizza was amazing and service was better. Was served by a lovely shalyia (apologies for the possible incorrect spelling) and she was everything you want form a server an more. Would defo recommend and can’t wait to take the family here again. 10/10

Came for Christmas Eve pizza. I’m a pizza fanatic and love pinsa or sough dough pizzas in particular, this is a place I have not heard about before and it is slightly outside the town centre. The service was fantastic and the food was excellent, including the deserts! I’m looking forward to our next visit to PI

Booked last minute and was delighted we did as Winchester was so busy. We couldn’t get in anywhere so tried this place as it was a little out of the way. What a great find! Reasonable prices, nice atmosphere and fabulous pizzas. Great choice of pizza toppings and were even accommodating for our non pizza eating daughter. Well worth a visit when you go to Winch. Staff were lovely and offer an NHS discount. I couldn’t fault it…. Even if our lovely waiter was a little forgetful 😀

Sooo disappointing. Should have been lovely but was just a disappointment from start to finish. This is a lovely little place with a really great atmosphere but they sat us in the back room that was cold and had zero atmosphere. Would have got over it but they had run out of the wine I wanted then the wine I didn’t really want arrived and was really poor. Then the worst thing of all - my much anticipated gluten free pizza arrived (not eaten pizza in years) and there was NO TOMATO. Why would you make a pizza with no tomato? On top of that there was barely any cheese. When I order a pizza I expect tomato and mozzarella as a given otherwise it’s tasteless at best. So so disappointed as this place has all the ingredients to be fantastic - everyone else’s pizzas looked amazing. In fact I am so convinced it should be good and that i just had the worst of everything I will go back and give them a second chance. I really want it to be my favourite pizza restaurant and I know it could be with a little more attention to the detail. Service was average. Too many teenagers and as we know they are not really able to think for others at that age. Charming but no empathy or common sense.

I visited Pi with my team at work this afternoon and we all had an amazing experience. The service was very prompt and the staff were extremely friendly. Moreover, the restaurant has a really friendly and warm atmosphere, and everyone in the party felt really welcome. We ordered a few large pizzas to share between the team, and not only were they delicious, they were enormous! We all enjoyed our experience so much that we have now booked our work Christmas do at Pi! I absolutely recommend Pi to anyone who is going for pizza in Winchester, you will definitely not regret it! I already can’t wait for my next visit!

We stumbled across Pi whilst looking for something for lunch. It was delicious, even the vegan cheese was much nicer than the usual fare. The staff were friendly, helpful and looked after the kids too which is always a bonus!

We had a family party in the garden of this restaurant recently. The food and service were outstanding - great thin crust pizzas with fab toppings, superb fresh salads, burrata and snacks to accompany sensibly priced Prosecco! Manager Ivo looked after our large group with grace and efficiency - all the while honouring relevant COVID restrictions. Our compliments to the team at Pi; we will be back.

I go here quite a bit as I am local and i am always given exceptional service and Pizza. Today my waitress Alice was one of the best. She was courteous, interested and helpful when talking about pizza options. She is an asset to the team and the pizza was amazing as usual. Amazing meal

Located on the Stockbridge road a few minutes walk from the British Rail mainline station is Pi. It has a nice inside space, a modern conservatory type extension and a garden, there are tables and chairs throughout. we were not that hungry and opted for coffee and cake. Service was not that good considering the place was less than half full.

Really good quality ingrediendts on a good base at a decent price, what's not to like. Will try the garden next time.

Great place to visit for pizza lovers and I'll most definitely be going back. We ordered one of the pizzas with 3 variations on the toppings. We'd turned up on the off chance to get a table which we just about managed but I'd say book of you can. Pizza oven and kitchen are open so you can see what's going on. Staff very accommodating and nothing appears too much trouble. Even offer for you to take left overs with you. Although we didn't have any!

I came here with my partner and 2 children 15 week old and 4 year old. I would definitely say this is not a place to bring children as they do not have kids meals and let’s face it how hard is it to make small pizzas for kids so for that would say it’s just not for children. In regards to our visit would say decor was nice but need to work on pizzas as me and my partner both thought they where bland just tasted like you where eating pizza base. And then then when we got to the bill there was a Servis charge sorry where not in London I will tip for amazing service but if all you do is bring the food and take a order then we’ll that’s your job you get paid for that. All in all over priced and poor pizza will not return

We booked a table of two at Pi on Saturday 1st February at 8pm and had an amazing experience! We were greeted quickly and shown to our table. The restaurant was busy with a great atmosphere. Our waiter, Marco, gave us menus and explained the specials. We ordered tequila berry cocktail (which was recommended by the manager Aaron- it was exquisite!) We ordered Nocellara olives to start and then pizza for two with thirds of: Balsamic, chilli, garlic roasted aubergines, aged parmesanSerrano ham, fennel sausage, stracciatella, parsley and lemon gremolata The special of cauliflower cheese, spinach and chorizo And with burrata added to the centre To accompany the pizza we ordered two salads: Red and yellow I.O.W tomatoes with basil and oil Avocado, cucumber, green chilli and corianderWe also ordered another cocktail; Pi star which was delicious. The entire meal was served quickly and presented beautifully. The restaurant and toilets were clean and tidy. All the staff were professional, attentive and knowledge. Service was impeccable, friendly and efficient.Overall a fantastic restaurant, nothing to fault and we are looking forward to returning again!

We were 3 friends going to celebrate a birthday. The atmosphere was great, music not too loud. We shared a large pizza with three different toppings and it tasted fine but they certainly skimped on the toppings. Also, the crust at the edge was so thick it was inedible and the centre was far too thin. I don't think I will go again.

Came here as a recommendation from a friend. It is the opposite way to the town center from the train station (5 min walk) so would not have come across it otherwise. It is very unique in that there are not many restaurants around that make large pizzas with varied toppings on pie slices. Good selection of choices! Ivo, the assistant manager was very friendly and helpful. They have space to accommodate larger gatherings in the back as well. Great for adults and kids!

We had lunch in here one Sunday. We had a table in the window but also had a view of the pizza preparation area.We shared a 20” pizza between 2, with 3 topping and a burrata (£5 extra) on top which was a nice addition. The pizza was very tasty with good fresh ingredients.The restaurant is a short walk (5/10 mins) from the centre of town but worth it. Restaurant has a nice feel to it.

Had a double date here and the atmosphere was Zen. Really good vibes, nice to not be in town actually and good interior. Was smaller than we thought and I remember being cold then hold then cold then hot but didn’t ruin the evening, the place was full of happy people and families. The pizzas were fab but were a little wet and flimsy but this is the ONLY place in Winchester that is a good Independent place with MASSIVE pizzas to share. Only place I know that does large pizzas to share in Winchester. As usual for Italian didn’t haven dessert nothing knew. I will defo come back here the place is great - have recommend to several friends.

Am in Winchester for a few days for business came across this place for lunch, quite a quirky odd menu. Ordered the Gorgonzola white base pizza that also had pear on it , was bit concerned but was actually really nice. Good service and nice coffee

Ordered on deliveroo. The pizza came stone cold, and was mediocre. Actually quite greasy. I could only eat half unfortunately. The aranicini I ordered was mediocre, again being stone coldit was a struggle to eat. The ultimate insult was the dessert which having paid six quid for, was chucked into a takeaway coffee cup. The caramelised bananas were just inedibile. All of this came to 22 quid including delivering and it was a total waste of money

Best pizza in Winchester, if not in the whole UK! The vibe at Pi is fantastic. The neighbourhood feel, delicious food and chilled staff make this place!

We brought our son and family to PI to celebrate his 6th birthday. It was our first visit recommended by a friend. The staff really did go the extra mile to accommodate our booking. From specially making a batch of delicious soup for our elderly grandmother who struggles to eat solid food to letting the birthday boy and his cousin make their own pizzas in the pizza kitchen. We had a beautifully set table in the conservatory and where made to feel very welcome from start to end. The staff where all very polite, friendly and attentive especially the manager Ivo. I would recommend pi to anybody who loves authentic Italian pizza as this was some of the best my family and I had ever had the pleasure of eating. See you all again soon.

Lovely, lively ambience on a Thursday night. Enjoyable half and half pizza with a good crispy thin base. Good Merlot. Had a side of tomato salad which I thought was a bit expensive at £6.00 for a bowl of tomatoes. We enjoyed the atmosphere out of town.

Ever since Pi has been in Winchester it has been my go to choice of eateries (and Winchester has a lot of choices) . The pizzas range from your standard margarita to more interesting toppings. They have fantastic vegan options and the staff are always happy to accommodate if you'd rather something a bit more bespoke.

The best pizza I have had in a long time. We ordered two large pizzas which was great fun. One had two toppings. The margarita was a huge hit with the teenagers who can be very fussy. The service was cheerful and very attentive. Unfortunately they were out of the bomb dessert due to it's popularity but gave us half a bomb on the house which was not necessary but greatly appreciated. Can't wait to return when we are next in Winchester.

The pizza is definitely one of my favorites. The toppings are very special- but great! Although there is no tomato sauce on some of them they taste really good. And the staff is very friendly. I went there three times. I highly recommend it.🍕

I recognise some of the more negative reviews on here are mainly down to slow service but it was busy and we certainly didn’t experience this. With one pizza oven, it’s clear it’s not going to take 10 minutes for food to come, so it’s important to come with this expectation. Service was friendly and meal was good value. The other pizzas say they’re for 2 but depending on how hungry you are it’s probably 2-4 (we got through it though!) Loved having the option to divide pizzas into thirds as well as halves: this enabled us to try some of the more unusual toppings, which were great. Will return.

Pi are trying too hard to be different, but the end result is just a bit weird for most people's taste

Popped in for an early evening dinner as we were suffering from jet lag and needed to stay awake. We had pizza for all 4 plus the burrata on top of the pizza was fantastic. We also had a side salad with cucumber and chilli which had a good kick. Service was good as ever . For me still the best pizza restaurant in Hampshire. Parking can be a challenge sometimes.

Having seen Lion King and been to the Exchange for a beveragio, it was lovely to round it all off with a pizza. Very niche idea having two pizzas in one, I had the 6 and the 4, can’t remember what they were called but they were banging

Been meaning to try this place out for a while, glad we finally got round to it. Pizzas are huge, we had a large one between two of us but it could easily have fed 3. You can split your toppings into thirds, Lardo was good highly recommend the porcini cream and mushroom. The pizza was definitely worth 5 stars, gave it 4 as the salads were a little lacklustre, tomato salad was just (admittedly tasty) tomatoes with a few basil leaves and a little oil, could’ve done with a proper dressing.

Yesterday we came for the meal with our friend in this cozy and lovely place, Ivo -the supervisor met us with a lovely smile at the doorstep and recommended what we could have for the evening meal.Very tasty , stone baked enormous size pizza arrived, according we couldn't ask for something better. We can chose half of the pizza to be baked according our taste.Really, we would highly recommend to others, especially you likes home baked pizzas and good service. Some candles in the evening made the place even more romantic and cozy, where we had spend couple of hours.We really enjoyed our time and thinking to come back again soon:-)all the best for the staff

Pi is an amazingly unique pizza restaurant, the menu is so versatile and accommodating for those with allergies etc. I absolutely love the Pizza’s and the new menu is even better! Travelled 100 miles to return to Pi for their absolutely amazing pizza. First time we tried this restaurant, we were passing through and decided to stop for dinner. Fortunately the place had space for 2 because they were quite full. The waiter was super helpful as we couldn't decide on one choice, we then ended up with a 3 in 1 pizza, which was DELICIOUS and completely unique to anywhere else we have tried before. Both my girlfriend and I both agreed for a independent chain (both being students) the restaurant was more than reasonable for the quality and service provided. On our recent return, the service was no different, very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend when in the area and we will be returning!!

Pi is my absolute favourite place to take friends; I'm slowly making sure everyone I know has visited... And it never disappoints. The pizza is amazing (and the olives are incredible!) and the staff are always attentive and welcoming. I need to plan a trip back ASAP and, next time, to test out more of their yum cocktails!

The pizza was ok, nothing to write home about. They don’t have a kids menu which is fine as could share a pizza for one but there were no drinks on apart from very very over priced fizzy drinks. Not very attentive waiters and the table was dirty when we sat down even though it had be re laid. It’s also over priced in general.

We arrived without a booking and were advised that a table would be available within half an hour. We asked for an update after that time, none was provided. Later we again asked for an update and were told that there were no tables. No apology was offered. The place looked popular and the food looked good.

Love Pi. The pizzas are outstanding, so much flavour and so fresh. They are really flexible on doing a quarter of this and that so you can get to try all the different varieties. Service is always good and friendly and the beer is always ice cold. Can get really busy at times and i have resorted to takeaway once or twice which is good but not as good as eating in. Quite pricey for a pizza restaurant, especially the drinks, but i happily pay it because its fab.

I cannot rave about this place enough. Pizza is simple but it’s not always done right. Pi pizza definitely do it right. As soon as I finished my pizza I couldn’t wait to be hungry again to come back as soon as I can.
