Made an order tonight for collection for me and my partner. Fantasic service as always and always a friendly welcome over the phone and when my partner collects. We dont order here weekly its every so often we have a takeaway but we have never had a bad meal but tonight it was fantastic got the food home and it was boiling hot everything was freshly cooked spot on with everything.

I had a lamb madras which was the best I’ve tasted in Swansea, mushroom rice that was so good a peshwari nan really nice and a portion of onion bahjis these were good but a bit doughy on the inside but still good. All round - Highly recommended 5 star and tasty

The food was absoultely delicious and piping hot. And the owner I assume it is, was so kind. I ordered through just eat tuesday evening and he phoned to say he didn't have a delivery driver turn up so couldn't deliver. And we couldn't collect. So he offered a refund and told me to phone back if just eat wouldn't provide it. They were closed Wednesday, then open today. So I phoned to say just eat couldn't refund me as it was outside a certain time of cancellation and order 'prep'. He told me to come to the shop by 6.30pm and my order which I wanted tuesday will be ready for me. It was. He threw in free pompedums which he didn't need too. But I was so happy to get a tasty Indian. And he was so accommodating and polite. Great service, great place, great tasty food. Will be coming here again. Thank you xx

Ordered a delivery on just eat, supposed to take 30mins but no sign after an hour so I rang them only to be told it wouldn't be delivered, very apologetic but asked me to go collect it! Only reason I chose this place was the delivery as there were plenty of better options locally. To make matters worse when I collect he tries to withhold the delivery charge then add to that after all this hassle turns out to be the worse curry I've had in some time. If you read the reviews this isnt the 1st time this lot have failed to deliver and expected the customer to collect!

We have been ordering from this Indian for a few years now and always love the food. Thought I would give the pizza naan a try this time as I hadn't seen it on the menu before, and it was a nice change from my usual kulcha naan

Shocking service. Called after delivery was 20 mins late. Told it would be 10mins. Phoned 30mins later to be told his car had broken down and I’d have to collect. No communication unless I called. Avoid!

Absolutely Awful. Rang them up to amend an order then they tried insisting i went to collect the food! they then hung up on me! got called back 17 minutes later telling me i will also get what i rang up to add , then tried making me collect the food again!!!!! ordered at 8:50 and it’s just come at 10:30! AND DIDN’T GIVE ME WHAT I ASKED TO BE ADDED!!!!! absolutely disgusting service. We are done ordering from there again! would rate it 0 stars if i could

The onion baji was undercooked, garlic nan totally burnt, tikka masala watered down and chips rock hard. My vegetable dansak was full of hard potatoes. Totally disgusting and not worth the time of day 😒

Finally a legit warm curry, the naga jalfrezi is banging. Food is fresh and delicious. Solid curry game.

FOOD was bland..Chilli Too far superior my gripe is your customer service ..you call to say your car is broke we can't deliver please can you collect..then you say when I ask if we can have some free pickle after paying 2 quid for delivery online that you very busy and all I spent was £16.75 ha ha ..dont worry I spend around 30quid a week with Chilli Too I came to you because I could walk tonight as I was drinking and they only take cash... you then said I gave you free popendom which didn't come to the £2 delivery I paid ..seriously you grudge over 30p for pickle but you make me walk after I paid delivery because my order is only £16...dont stress won't be back

Food is delicious here. The curries are cooked well and naan bread is nice and soft. I will definitely order again. Highly recommended!

First time trying this place last night. It is hands down one of the best Indians I've ordered from. We placed quite a large order and it was delivered within 1 hour which is great considering how much food we ordered. The Currys were so tasty. I ordered a medium curry and they got the spices perfect. Onion bahgis delicious and so were the rice and starters. I'll be ordering again.

Avoid at all costs....ordered a takeaway this evening, told half an hour for delivery, had to ring twice as almost an hour and a half had passed. Was told the third time it was on it's way. Food arrived eventually! Food was cold and the order was wrong. Phoned them straight away to be told they hadn't messed the order up and would not refund my money as its "not their policy to offer a refund" My partner took the food back to them and showed them the errors in the orders for them to still stand there and deny their mistakes. Still refusing to refund just kept offering free poppadoms??? My partner left the shop and left the food behind to then receive a call half an hour later at home again offering free poppadoms and when my partner said no thankyou, he was told "I know your name and I know where you live". Absolutely shocking behaviour. Avoid at all costs, needless to say, police have been informed due to the threat of "I know your name and I know where you live"

One of the best Indian restaurants around, especially locally, always very fast delivery and consistently delicious and high quality food. Phool Koli has very reasonable pricing and serves large portions. Great service. Would highly recommend for anyone in the catchment for delivery or anyone willing to drive to Clydach to pick up the order.

What a stunning indian. The tikka masala is to die for and it’s all made fresh. They do a meal deal with free delivery of 2 tikka kebabs, salad, chips, mint sauce, onion bahjis and 2 cans of coke for £15. Bargain. I won’t go anywhere else it has 5 star food hygenie rating as a qualified chef this is important to me. The manager will make you feel so welcome when you pick your food up with free dips etc. The delivery driver is charming and so polite and funny. Back to the food, I’ve tried lots of dishes and they have all been perfect, if you want to change something or add something then just ask! Highly recommend this place no faults at all. Well done Phool Koli you have nailed it. 👌

This has been my favourite takeaway for 10 years , its changed hands and its Russian roulette now. Sometimes food is good and other times its poor at best. Last 2 meals have been poor , watery no substance to them the Dananshak that is described as thick with lentils was like soup. I did tell owner and had reassurances that this meal would be spot on but 3 out of 5 of us had poor meals . Waste of £54.00

This is the second time Iv ordered from here Iv told the owner my last curry was very spicy Just spen £40.00 with them I can’t eat mine to spicy and in a dansak should be lentils but awfully watery and my daughter couldn’t eat her tikka masala Shocking service

I've come all the way from NY just to taste the food at this awesome takeaway. And it was worth every penny I've spent getting there. I felt baptised, as if I was born again after trying the Chicken Tikka Marsala. It felt as if the chicken was singing in my mouth, while satisfying my hunger at the same time. I love Phool Koli and I know you will too.

We ordered chicken Korma and chicken tikka and the meals were lovely. The meat was very tender and the size of the chunks of chicken large.

I have always enjoyed this take away but of late it has been pathetic I'm yet to revive one of my last 3 orders on time most 20 minutes late and this evening again 20 minutes late and only brought half my order then has the cheek to ask can I owe u it next time very nice people but absolute shambles

Not great takeaway me and my wife went for takeaway on Saturday early evening and ordered a Madras of which was like water ordered a Jalfrize of which in other places is full of chillies and peppers and thick souce, this was like the same watered down souce as the Madras papadams tasted stale soft with a stale taste which couldn't eat would not recommend if you know your indian curry won't be going back waste of money

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had food delivered from Phoil Coli and it was stone cold and the curry was like soup and completely flavourless. Do not recommend unless you like cold tasteless soup.

Had a takeaway the other night, found my curry was very greasy and my wife’s spelt like it was burned. I had hoped the food had improved since my last visit but unfortunately not, the chief hasn’t changed. Much better Indian restaurants in the area.

one of our main items didn’t arrive and got something completely different that we didn’t want and the staff we called were unapologetic and lied about what we had (chicken pakora was ordered but got onion Bhajis instead)

First time ordering, delivery was 30 mins late. Took 1 hour & 30 mins from the time of ordering. Chips were dry and not nice. Kebabs were ok. Probably won’t order again

Not my usual takeaway but thought I'd give it a go as my favourite one was closed on that particular evening. There was a half an hour wait on a pick up which I found rather long. I asked over the phone if the meal came with pompadoms and mint sauce as you usually have them free over a certain price... The man said no... Just the mint sauce. So ordered 2 pompadoms. When I got home I had 4 pompadoms... So basically I'd payed for 2 for sod all. The curry was very bland and considering it said it was a hot spicy dish it didn't taste at all like it said. The lamb was wrapped in thick elastic like fat and I ends up wasting most of it. I will stick to my usual Indian take away from now on

Only 10 mins late - but food was awful!! Curry was like water that slid off the plate never order again!

The meal was fresh, hot, flavoursome and absolutely delicious. There was just the right amount of sauce in the balti and the prawns were cooked to perfection. The Bombay potatoes were a delight to the tastebuds and the right consistency (not too crunchy not too soggy) It has to be one of the best curries I have had in a long time. Excellent service with the preparation time being spot on. Thank you.

Food was 20mins late,cold and the spicy meat in the spicy meat and chips kebab was minimalistic. Driver had no answer to why it was so late. Poor poor service

40 mins late for deliver food was okay! Forgot my bottle of coke said they were going to bring it back to my address but didn't even bother spend £30 for two people wasn't happy!!

we regularly order from here and our last meal unfortunately wasn’t great at all! very greasy and oily and went in the bin, for a large order aswell was very disappointing.

Very disappointed with our meal, bajees were hardly cooked and the starter and main were both swimming in Guildford. Also it got delivered over an hour early luckily we arrived home in time to receive the order. Poor show.

Food arrived late with delivery man knocking the wrong house. Had to microwave our meals as they were not hot enough. Tasty food but curries were far too runny with not enough chicken. We have used this curry house alot in the past and always been happy but this time was a big disappointment

ordered meal to be delivered 6.45 . arrived 7.15 .meal was barely warm .wife had k/prawn biryani .prawns were just bits and not many at all .I had special biryani hardly any meat at all and tasted fishy .contacted JUSTEAT they said if I take it back to t/away would replace .said it was down the toilet as it smelt disgusting .so JUSTEAT gave me £5 credit .we genuinely felt sick with the smell .must be a new chef because food was great last time .they seem to have gone to a lower quality ingredients .

Very very poor quality meal tonight which is unfortunate as we have used this take away for many months and orders having previously been very happy. Tonight we had Inferior meat cooked very badly, very greasy curry and missing mint sauces. Pretty much inedible so we will be seeking a new go-to Indian take away, which is a shame.

So food I can not criticise, delivered in time. However the delivery man overcharged me by over £3.50 on top of the tip I had already gave... I appreciate that mistakes are made but this is just irritating.

This has been a lovely takeaway for a number of years, however they have now decided to used pre-formed chicken strips in their curries instead of what I would call real pieces of fresh chicken. The curry sauces are still first class and cleanliness is A1 , however they need to use fresh chicken!
