Pho Stratford in Kensington and Chelsea

Great Vietnamese soup. Almost as remember it from the Vietnam trip from Hanoi to Saigon. Maybe oily the rice noodles were on thicker side. Great taste and generous portion.

Be careful!!! We went to stratford pho to have birthday dinner. Order curry with prawns as well as pho with prawns. Unfortunately prawns was out of date, the smell was awful and tasted terrible… I kindly informed staff and hope no one will get food poisoning like me and my husband did as we both feel terrible after the dinner. Very sad as it was one of our favourite places to eat but with this experience was last time I will go there.

Met some friends for a post work catch up and ended up grabbing my dinner at Pho. Never been to any of their locations before, so wanted to give it a go. Wonderfully hot, spicy and belly warming soup 🥵 I had a side of pork spring rolls and I can't wait to visit another branch for another hot bowl of Pho this winter.

Westfield Stratford shopping centre. I have been going there since opening an eating every time we go, my daughter has introduced us to this Vietnamice restaurant for the pass month, yesterday 27/12/22 we when to do some shopping so we when to hop order fry rice pay for it and wait. When we went to collect the food I saw the order it was some noodles an I say to a man passing the orders that it wasn’t what we order so he went to talk to the man on the till, he came back an said to me that is what you order to what I said no we ask for rice to what he go on my face an said should I call him I said yes, he came an said yes that’s what you order I when CRAZY to see their nerve to said that to us, I argue as it was wrong to try to force us to eat their food mistake specially the man passing the orders, we saw lots of orders return so isn’t the customer’s. Staff need training rules an manner to be at front or talking to customers. MAKE CHANGES OR LOSE CUSTOMERS.

A friendly restaurant with an interesting menu. The food is excellent with generous portions. There is an excellent selection of drinks including beers from Vietnam. Well worth a visit!

Westfield shopping centre. I have eaten here twice in the last two weeks I had a gluten free chicken bun really nice but on both occasions the world fell out of my bum within a few hours. This wasn’t just me this also happened to my work colleague who had a different meal. They add something to their food not all the ingredients are listed on their menu. Be warned if you have a sensitive stomach don’t eat here your ring will pay for it.

Delicious food. I had never tried Vietnamese before. I saw a lot of appealing meals so I decided to give it a try. My wok fried noodles with prawns were very flavoursome. I really enjoyed my meal a lot and can't wait to go back. The only thing I found disappointing is that a coke costs 2.95£, whereas in the other places costs between 1.50 and 1.85.

It was incredible! Would definitely recommend! We had pho, and crab soup. We both absolutely enjoyed them. It put a tear to my eyes as it reminded me of eating pho on the side of the street in Saigon. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be going back!

I love their big noodles soup bowls, especially the beef brisket pho. It is healthy and the same time delicious. I just wish they could find the way to make the crispy spring roll gluten free.

Good chicken noodles and ok service but this was a learning for me - eating out is not an experience for having in a shopping centre …

Had the mixed beef pho. Good quality steak, meatballs and brisket. All very tender. Lots of great fresh herbs to add to the soup, but perhaps a few more chilies would have been nice.

Ok so my first experience with Pho after reading and watching it on food review shows. I asked at the counter and was directed to mixed beef pho. Arrived in time and was warm - The broth tasted like beef stock. Nothing else. Mine had brisket which was chewy and I needed to dip into to satay sauce from Rosa s thai place to make it appetising. The meatballs were good next time I ll stick to these if I order. The steak was totally unseasoned and a let down. The noodles were ok but again lacked seasoning so to speak I added soya and squeezed the lime - no use didn’t improve it. Maybe pho isn’t my thing. Or I need to try somewhere better? At 12£ if I compare it to Wagamama ramen - the ramen would win hands down for the quality and quantity.

Staff so RUDE.the one at the till was fine but them one who giving the foods so so Rude.just asking for a bow for baby to share my noodles they looking at you like u just drop from the sky n then they gave u a little for dipping sauce n saying only this or big bow when I can see clearly medium size on the other side but they can't be border go get it.everything u ask with them is big deal.n they faces they put out I just want give a slap if I allowed.foods was ok nothing special. Soup was plain not a real taste Vietnamese noodles. Meat ball nothing the same.redicous big spoon which can hard get the soup.never choose them again.

This whole experience was perfect in every way. Firstly, the food was absolutely faultless, the flavours blew us away. But our visit was particularly made memorable by Laura, who served us; she was so helpful, polite and extremely accommodating. 10/10, we have already planned our next visit!

The food is not authentic and doesn't taste good. But even worse, I saw one day the chef emptying a huge container of white powder in the PHO in the kitchen! For those of you who don't know, this is MSG!!! By ordering a pho, you are basically eating a ton of MSG without realising it. I found a hair in my vermicelli one day...go figure! I complained to one of the staff and they seemed reluctant to give me a refund. While waiting for my food, I saw the Indian guy touched the bin and then touched other customers' food. The African lady who adds bean sprouts at the counter was checking her personal phone at the same....AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This is NOT authentic Asian and it's not cheap...

This used to be a quite acceptable place for pho.The Pho Chin was reasonably good for the price, but now, not so much.You have to order extra brisket to get anywhere near an acceptable portion and of course, that costs extra. The usual array of bean sprouts, mint, etc looks tired and an afterthought, and the the morning glory has disappeared all together.The summer rolls have shrunk in size, about 3/4 of what they used to be and have increased in price. All in all, avoid unless you have no other choice.

Always visited just for the pho, last few times I have been the stock is tasteless which makes for a tasteless dish! So disappointing as it used to be so good.

It was delicious!!! We took 2 pho, one with chicken and another one with prawns/ beef/ chicken. The noodles was very good we’ll definitely go again.

My friend and I make a trip especially to have a bowl of noodle soup. We love it and are regulars. Each time is a real delight.

Tried pho for the first time here and really enjoyed it. I had a spicy base with pak choy and mushrooms and added prawns as a extra.

This food is great. The quality and freshness are amazing. Don't be put off of you are not a fan of noodle bowls ... The beef rice bowl is to die for. Just right for a light lunch or something before the cinema

Visitamos el centro comercial Westfield, subimos al patio de comidas y obtuvimos un hermoso aroma a especias provenientes de Pho y pensamos que lo probaríamos. No nos decepcionó. Mi esposa tenía fideos Bun Lemongrass Chicken que tenía fideos de arroz con fideos con hierba de limón y chile, brotes de soja, rollitos de primavera y maní. Parecía y sabía encantador. Comí pollo al curry vietnamita fragante Rice Broken con verduras y champiñones y cubierto con nueces. Esto también estaba buenísimo. No podemos esperar para volver y probar otros platos.

Había una cola moderada cuando llegamos temprano por la noche y la comida llegó bastante rápido después de ordenar. El personal es proactivo en la investigación de alergias alimentarias, un enfoque que podrían adoptar más restaurantes. El chipirón frito era bastante bueno y el bollo y el wok fideos fritos frescos pero un poco soso para nuestro gusto. Los precios son razonables, pero tenga en cuenta que esencialmente está pagando los precios de los restaurantes de la cadena Pho por una experiencia tipo patio de comidas.

My friend and I tried the bum noodles and they were very good - I ended up asking for a bag to take half of it home with me. Only thing I did not was too much cilantro. It was about 8pm, and the wait was not long, I ordered and the food arrived about 2-3 minutes later, although you are given a little buzzer to use. Lots of tables and chairs to use in the common food court area.

Even with 2 servers there can be a long queue to order Being in a food court feels more production line than the Pho restaurants elsewhere. The food is good - classic pho dishes, excellent greens - very tasty.

Tres estrellas es un toque difícil para un puntaje aquí, estaba increíblemente ocupado antes de mi juego en West Ham el sábado y había una gran clientela asiática, lo que es una buena señal. Mi amigo viene aquí antes de cada juego porque le encanta pho (el plato) y considera que su versión es excelente. No soy un gran fan de pho, así que pedí nems y fideos con pollo.

I start by saying that I am a Pho lover. Not just the food, but the chain itself.

Pleasantly surprised when I visited this restaurant with a friend as it was our first time of trying Vietnamese food. Suffice to say that we were not disappointed. The various dishes were reasonably priced, were of good portions and therefore value for money. The Service was quick and the food very tasty! I will definitely visit again and highly recommend visiting for lunch or dinner.

Menus available to look at before ordering, staff very fast and efficient , they give a number in a box which lights up when your order is ready. The food was very tasty, will return.

A pesar de que el centro comercial estaba ocupado, esta fue mi segunda visita en menos de un mes, ya que me quedé en el negocio en el primer ministro. Como siempre que se hizo el pedido, hay que esperar un poco toda la comida preparada. Mi pedido habitual son los rollos de verano y el pho picante, que es confiable y fresco, lo cual es excelente después de los excesos estacionales. Sin duda alguna volveré cuando me quede en Stratford.

I used to eat at Pho every time I visited Westfiel Stratford. I was always satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food and the service was quick. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill in the last few months. Their noodle soups are watery and tasteless. For instance, their Pho Tom or king prawn soup priced at £10.25 contains only 5 prawns. When I complained to the manager, he said that he was following the guidelines. A total rip off. Please avoid. There are better restaurants in the shopping mall.

Meal from Pho Westfield shopping Centre in London on 7/11/18 - with some kind of dead bug in it. Took it back was given a refund but no mention of someone contacting me or investigating how it happened. Emailed using web form on website plus twitter message but not even had a courtesy email reply. Have now contacted Food Standards Agency.

Vine con mi esposa y un amigo a Westfield y elegí comer aquí. Hay un menú largo muy bien explicado con opciones para todos los gustos. En esta ocasión, fui por el Super Green Pho. Estaba muy caliente y delicioso. Definitivamente lo recomendaría a todos los que quieran comer algo saludable.

La primera vez probé esta salida en el patio de comidas. La sopa verde fue destacada y una fuerte recomendación para el sabor. Aunque casi no hay pollo en él. Rollitos de primavera crujientes y frescos. Buen valor

Fresh and healthy fast food option at a very Fair price. The summer rolls are not to be missed! Loved this food and safe for gluten intolerants.

The Pho chain does very reliable renditions of Vietnamese street food and the one at Westfield Stratford, which is always busy, is no different on the number of times I've been here.

Vietnamies pho is my favorite food, so here pho are amazing, very tasty and delicious. I would like to come again.

Allí, intentó una carne Phở tradicional y mundialmente popular comida de Vietnam. La sopa estaba deliciosa y muy auténtico, el phở (fideos) era genial y vietnamita. La carne estaba bien, vietnamita, pero satisfactorio en términos de calidad. También probé salteado campanillas fritos. Fue agradable, pero demasiado grasiento.

Perdió la cuenta de cuántas muchas veces he ben aquí. Me encanta la sencillez de la comida. Es barato, muy buena y rápida. Es perfecto si estás de paso o son salir de compras en el centro y te gusta un hoyo parada. Hay un montón de lugares para comer en WF y puedes hacer mucho peor que aquí. Los platos de ternera una de las preferidas.

Un montón de opciones en el patio de comidas del centro comercial Westfield, pero en esta ocasión nos decidimos por algunos pho. El personal era amable y el servicio fue muy rápido, pero desafortunadamente el sabor era normalita. Para ser justos, mi nivel es muy alta cuando se trata de pho ya que ha pasado algún tiempo en Vietnam y casi teníamos casi todos los días.

Never tried Vietnamese food before but I was in love with the noodles after I have tried here.

Located on the food court of Westfield. Staff are friendly and there is a range of seating. Ordered one of their noodle soups. They range from between £8 and £11. Ordered pak choi on top of that which for 3 small pieces of pak choi was £1 - seems a bit steep.

Restaurant conçu un peu en mode fast-food pour le service. Chacun ramène son plat à table. Les pho sont énormes. Très bons. J’ai trouvé très sympa le fait que les plantés aromatiques sont servies à part, et chacun peut choisir de rajouter ce qu’il aime dans son plat. Très bon petit resto!

Visited yesterday as I was craving for pho. I decided to order pho bo combo which was steak, brisket and meatballs. The steak was tough, brisket was not tender and meatballs were very plain. The broth was nice though. I ordered extra brisket for £1.75 which was not worth it as they only gave me a little bit.

El pho aquí es absolutamente deliciosa! He tenido en otro lugar que se pone blander pho más bebida. Sin embargo, este pho es muy fresca y sabrosa. Me gusta especialmente la Bún riêu con el tomate y el caldo de carne de cangrejo, y tofu. Muy, muy bonita. Mi para almorzar en el centro comercial Westfield.

Buscando comida simple? Situado en la principal zona de comida en Westfield Stratford es un sitio genial si estás manteniendo a un 15 libras de presupuesto como a mí. Pedí pollo rollos de verano y una de las sopas de fideos picantes cargados. En conjunto, sólo menos de £14. Como siempre muy sabroso y volveré si me voy a quedar en Stratford de nuevo.

Fed up with the rubbish I'd been eating all week in the 'Stratfield' centre I headed to Pho tonight and had the pork meatballs and brisket soup noodles. Top dollar really. Not saying it's as good as real Vietnamese food ' cos I ain't never been innit? But it was good. Ok some reviews say it's a bit tasteless and I think that to get the best you do need to mix it up a bit with some of the condiments on the counter. Get some fish sauce in there and some chilli. Mmmmmm, nice. I'd come again and that's it.

Food was fresh, but lacks any taste. Doesn't come anywhere close to comparable places such as Wagamama, yet is similarly priced and doesn't include waiter service. Our meal cost £17 per head without drinks. We had big bowl of watery soup that contained couple of bits of meat in it - very insulting - have tasted better soup from a tin. Also ordered squid which was easily the worst I've seen and tasted - I think they just gave us crispy bits so we could appreciate the taste as we didn't seem to have any actual fish. Overpriced, tasteless, poorly prepared.

For a quick bite while in the busy shopping centre, this fast food place is popular. It does not claim to be fine dining, it is street food so comparisons to restaurants is perhaps a bit unfair. I've been twice and both time I had the mint and ginger fruit juice - I recommend it. I also had the beef with starfruit salad and my husband had the beef Pho. This time we both found the dishes too sweet. Otherwise the herbs were good and the salad had a good crunch. Perhaps the kitchen might look at reducing the sugar a bit?

I have seen many branches of this chain pop up around London and thought to give it a go. Firstly the menu is not cheap, expensive for a bowl of noodle soup i would say. Nor do i care the server says to me it covers the overhead of rental space in Westfield because that is not my concern.Now onto the terrible dish i had, firstly i ordered a beef ball and slice rare meat Pho and asked for no onions but upon waiting for more than 15mins from the buzzer i receive one with onions!Oops is what the server told me. Well there goes me picking out the onions on my own. Had a sip of the soup it was most likely made from beef bones due to the heavy flavour, the beef balls were flaky and not held properly together, just a bite and I can feel the flakes falling off in my mouth with ease and felt horrible. The rare beef slices were cut thick. Not impressive and certainly did not like how chewy it was. Oh yes it was only 2 beef balls and 4 slices of beef. As a person who consumes Vietnamese food frequently, this is not it at all more like a fake poor mans attempt. There are other Vietnamese family run restaurants which will give you a proper tasty Pho than this place.

Every time we come to Westfield this is the only place my kids want to eat the best noodle soup and fresh juices great chicken wings spring rolls and hot noodles you can always get a table and really efficient service why are there not more of these we would live one in Brent Cross please ??

So I'm a steak and chips kinda guy and although I like noodles etc it's not what I would normally eat. I tire of all the stodge that a lot of the restaurants sell at Westfield so decided to try Pho. My wife had a noodle stir fry and I opted for the noodles in soup and the food was amazing. We both really enjoyed our meals and the food was a breath of fresh air with no grease anywhere. The noodles were filling but in a good way and all the food was delicious. We both had the homemade lemonade which was very good.

We ordered the pho combo. The soup base was good, the additional herbs and veggie is very good. Haven't had such good additional veggies for a long time, most if the places I went before doesn't have it. But unfortunately the beef balls and the sliced beef is not good.The beef balls are very soft, us not as good as the one I had in Paris. Beef balls must be beef and chewy at the time.ghus one wax only soft, had to finished with with a lot of chilly sauce. The summer rolls was also a little weird with the pickled carrots strips . It makes the rolls not authentic enough.The worst was the norm young ( in the pictures the one with the fried balls on a skewer. That is really a no no !It is not good at all!For £6,50 way too much paid for something what us not good at all !!!Just the pho noodles soup is good. Hopefully they will improve the beef sliced and the beef balls.

Probably the most I've ever paid for Pho and not worth it. The broth was luke warm and barely had any chicken in the dish. Unless you're desperate for vietnamese, probably not worth the visit

i didnt order here but my partner did and was delighted with her choice, it was delicious and healthy.the restaurant is a q and collect restaurant, where you are given a pager and when this goes off it is time to collect your food.

Ate here twice during my stay in Stratford as the food was excellent. Vietnamese food is all about the flavours coming through and in every dish that I had on both visits the flavours came through in abundance. The salads were superb. So too the rice paper spring rolls and the noodle soups. This may be a food court but the flavours and the quality of the food was first class. Service was also extremely quick.

This place is amazing, food is served really quick and the pho that I had (hot and spicy brisket beef) really hit the spot, the broth is really aromatic and tasty, with plenty of lemongrass and they provide a good handful of herbs (mint and Thai basil) and plenty of chilli and lime. This place is a little pricey, but well worth the aromatic pho you get.

Pranzo veloce in questo locale all'interno del centro commerciale di Stratford.Ho preso una zuppa con tagliolini, funghi ed erba cipollina. Buona, nessuna critica.Magari avere un menù con foto non sarebbe una cattiva idea per avere subito chiaro quello bensì sta ordinando!

I was looking to try something different while shopping and Pho hit the spot. Good food and amazing service. Staff was very friendly and chatty, even when they were obviously busy. I had my hands full of shopping bags and they offered to bring the food to my table for me. That's that extra something that makes your day.

Visited with my mother and the customer treating way was really bad. Food wasn't that good either , one thing I knew with food is if doesn't comes with a smile doesn't taste the same you know!!

My father was asking simple questions and the lady serving us was really rude. She even asked after if "We understand". Great.

I have seen Pho's around EVERYWHERE and for yearsWe were in Westfield and I OBVIOUSLY wanted pizza but my 2 friends wanted something lighter and so we opted for thisI saw some food for other customers so I had to order what they had but with prawns instead of chickenMy food came quick and was very fresh but they came with chocksticks was fine for me but 1 of my friends could not use them. When the counter was then asked for a fork, we were told they DO NOT stock them and to ask at another food counter. This I thought was quite poor and if you cannot use chopsticks, we can always use the SPOON providedThat aside, the food was light and refreshing. And they asked what chilli you want (on the side - not IN the food which was nice. I had mild which was like flavoured water. My friends got hot which was certainly that and was a lot thicker which was a nice flavourI didn't have that many prawns and should have probably got the vegetarian option. Overall tho, not bad

We have eaten here before and enjoyed it. The staff are friendly and the Vietnamese food enjoyable and very good value. We had Bun Cha Gio Ga: lemongrass chicken & Bun Cha Gio Bo Xao Sa: lemongrass beef with Cote de Gascogne wine, which was very pleasant and well-priced too! In the food court area - we would eat here again.

Very nice spicy noodle soup with chicken, as I had an appointment in Apple Store at 5:30 was bit early so decided to go to KFC and on our way down we see to this small PHO whoa!! Tried most Chinese dishes but this was something else , very nice excellent food and service and no wait at all five minutes and you would be surprised!! Thanks a lot to pho team Stratford the food was lovely.

The pho is very good (particularly the beef one), although the recipe has changed a couple of times over the past months (and the hoi sin sauce has recently been taken off the counter)... the chicken noodle salad is also excellent!

Eating the pho here was like being back in Vietnam - really delicious, fresh, healthy, authentic food. Fast service. I also loved the tofu fried noodles.

Quick mall food court service but very well made Pho and almost anything .. very easy to order, quick format .. lot of options .. and good for vegetarians also.

Can't fault the food always a pleasure to eat here food is prepared to a consistently high standard, tasty, fresh, well presented, efficient staff and clean surroundings.

I eat here reguarly and I love their noodle soups. Very fragrant and with the side of spices you can further flavour the soup the way you want. For under 10 pounds it's a great meal. It's ready quickly as the broths are obviously ready to servce.It's probably not as good as a good Vietnamese restaurant but it's decent food at a great price.

I ate in the Pho restaurant in the Westfield shopping centre. It was nice a very different food very aromatic and a little bit spicy. I tried with a soup with noodles and prawns( one prawn) and it was fantastic.

Just ate here with my wife. V quick and professional service. I had a cold chicken salad which was light, refreshing and v tasty. My wife had a chicken and prawn vermicelli dish, She really enjoyed it. We had prawn spring rolls for starters with peanut butter sauce, very nice. We also had a freshly squeezed lemonade and apple/pineapple/coconut drinks. Both were v nice. The seating is the general food area. We would definitely revisit and try the noodle soup next time. I paid approx £26 in total ( drinks were £6). Well worth it as we really enjoyed our first taste of Vietnamese food.

We were expecting it to be quiet good but sadly it wasn't as good. The soup had very little meat for that amount of liquid. The flavor was bland contrary to what we were hoping. And they gave us a lot of plants and leaves which I had no idea what to do with it. Felt like a cow. It looked brilliant, fresh and vibrant thought. I am healthy eater but even for me it din't work. Sorry maybe I will give it a try in a different branch sometime but not soon. Also just to point out service can be improved...

I have been many times to Pho but lately in the week evenings the quality of the food is awful. It taste like the scraps at the bottom of the pan and the soup is a dark burnt brown. For £9 I expect a fresh meal and not warmed up leftovers. Please sort out your quality.

Nice food, a pleasant little find. I can't comment on how authentic the cuisine is, having never been to Vietnam, however the flavours certainly are from the East. Interestingly Some reviews mention the staff, we found them very pleasant and helpful. The beer was very good as well.

Enjoyed my meal here, I think the food quality is good and the service was good.We also had the spring rolls for starter which were also good. Would definitely come back as it is convenient for a quick bite to eat.

The bun noodles were completely bland and tasteless as was my friends pho which was the chefs special. The staff were incredibly rude and slightly offensive. Would never bother going here again

This is a lovely little cafe in Westfield shopping centre and whenever we're shopping there, we always eat at Pho. The food is delicious and very healthy. I especially recommend the shredded chicken salad - it is full of goodness, fresh chicken, veg and herbs and comes with a very spicy dressing, which you can pour on generously if you like it hot. My husband always goes with the soups which are also spot on. There's a good selection of fresh juices, too. Overall, this place definitely stands out juxtaposed with all unhealthy eateries, burgers, pizzas, etc.
