For lunch we had two people at the pho, the service was good and the food was pretty tasty too. We once had noodles with shrimp and the classic rice with chicken curry and, as a starter, the crispy spring rolls with pork. It was attractively presented and completely justified its price. As a German, please remember that in most restaurants tips are already included on the bill

Very good branch of Pho. Food was good and portions are very decent but service is chaotic when they start to be busy. I was waiting almost 10 minutes to give them my order. I think that area needs to be improved. In overall positive experience.

2 hours to be served some noodles and sides. Really poor service. Watched people be served their whole meal while we chased 3 times for our meal. Would not go back again.

Excellent food and service, highly recommend

We went to this restaurant for dinner last night and the service was terrible. An Asian waitress treated us differently for no reason at all, smiling at all the customers but only being impatient with us. We were in a happy mood when we visited the restaurant, until the waitress' attitude towards us completely ruined our mood. The waitress then felt our displeasure and started to feel guilty and stopped coming near us and avoiding serving us. Finally we decided to take it up with the manager but were given a very bad excuse. The manager told us that this was the personality of the staff and that she could not change it. I respect everyone's individuality but I couldn't stand the fact that she treated people differently. Finally, their food portions were significantly smaller and I can confirm that it was because I ordered the same thing, I have pictures of the first and second time to prove it. The worst pho noodle shop in London, if you want to be treated differently and enjoy very small dishes, then this is the place to go.

Awful. Just awful. Please go elsewhere. Went here for dinner before my flight due to the glowing reviews here. We figured we couldn’t go wrong with all the 5 star ratings. Unfortunately, the service we received fell well below expectations. Not only were we seated after people who came after us, but I had to get up from my seat several times to ask for service. We eventually had someone come to our table after I had to explain that we had a flight to catch and could not wait another 20 minutes to submit our order (or event get a glass of water) and was rudely dismissed and asked to sit down. We finally got someone to take our order and get us glasses of water after 25 minutes of waiting. The waiter assured that we would get our orders promptly. Well, that again was not the case. Those who submitted their orders after us received their meals first. They also provided 1/2 of our dishes with me again having to hail someone and ask where my meal was until the waiter told me they messed it up and had to remake it… Would they have told me this had I not asked where it was? Also the restroom is horrid. Only 1/2 was functional and still awful… My goodness. After all of that, they had the gall to charge an optional 12.5% service charge on our bill. If you’re looking for quality food, a good atmosphere, and quality service to match, then please go elsewhere.

The decor in this place is really lovely, went at night and it felt cosy and intimate. Pho is delicious, definitely worth a visit.

Pho was amazing and service was fast and friendly. Ricardo , our waiter, accommodated myself and my toddler and made the experience enjoyable. They also have an excellent children’s menu with options like kids pho and wok style egg and chicken fried rice.

Absolutely amazing food. Almost everything is gluten-free. I'm gluten and dairy intolerant and it was easily accommodated. Really nice atmosphere and the staff were great. We arrived early for our reservation but they still managed to seat us quickly, so thank you!

Delicious dinner! Had to go twice to try out different dishes as it’s so tasty. I recommend a reservation for dinner. The spicy lemonade is one of the best drinks I’ve ever tried.

Ordered a beef combo pho. Steak and brisket are both good but meatball is just so so. Meatballs are very soft in texture and a bit salty for me. Soup base is tasty. Overall very nice meal.

Fantastic food. Super flavours. Their famous Vietnamese soup is worth the hype. Portions are very generous and staff super helpful and accommodating. Book before hand as it gets busy and you don't want to miss out
