Petrus is a wonderful restaurant for special occasions. Food and service is excellent. Standout dishes from the a la carte menu were the Lobster and Fallow Deer. It should be a higher rating but £7 for one mediocre cup of coffee with no refill is way overpriced.

Kyllä, budjettiruokaa ei Gordonin ravintolasta etsitä, vaan elämyksiä ja niitähän sieltä sai.

Indigo

27/10/2019: Wonderful bar with great service and great drinks, great place to have a Pre dinner drink. Great bathrooms and great service all served with a smile Would definitely return
14/10/2019: Visited for afternoon tea on Sun 29 Sep. With a reservation for 3pm (and given that tea service starts much earlier) I was surprised on arriving at 2:40pm that we were directed to the bar rather than the option of going straight to the table. It gave a rather "no can do" feel to the arrival. Having enjoyed a cocktail we were taken to the table but then left quite a while without explanation or service. Our tea selection then taken, the savoury food arrived before the tea and the tea order was incorrect (two the same rather than the two different ones we'd ordered), leading to a further wait before we had our tea to drink with the food. The small plate of savouries (no tiered stand) looked uninspiring but tasted good. We were then asked if we wanted more, our "yes" resulting in a whole plate each again (we expected to select one of two items we wanted more of, again, nothing is explained). Sweet dishes were then presented, nicely arranged (see photos) but making the sconces & other dishes look like after thoughts on separate plates. Everything perfectly tasty but all a bit odd / disjointed and very little that made sense to the Charlie & Choc Factory theme. There are much better afternoon teas in London for similar money.

Clos Maggiore

29/06/2019: We had the most wonderful evening here. We’d wanted to dine in the conservatory so had booked 9 months earlier for a Friday night table but it was worth the wait. It’s such a pretty space very well set out. Service throughout was faultless from the welcome to our departure, and the food was truly wonderful (5 course tasting menu). Definitely highly recommended restaurant particularly for a special occasion.
16/11/2019: Clos Maggiore is a most beautiful restaurant- impossibly romantic. Elegant and stylish. 5 course tasting menu at £65 with £40 wine pairings is exceptional value for the quality of food and service. Lunch menu £25 for 2 courses and £29 for three also includes a glass of fizz and does not compromise on quality. Food is extremely well presented. Service is excellent - attentive. Not at all rushed. A beautiful dining experience
