Perran Dairy Ice Cream Parlour in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

Sundaes are amazing, not cheap but soo worth it. We normally get take out but decided to eat in for a change which was nice.

Huge choice of freshly made ice creams. Excellent flavours. Long established business. Parking available at car park nearby. This ice cream parlour should not be missed!

Lovely ice-creams & milkshakes. Lots of choice, staff are lovely & the place is really clean, considering it's really busy.

AMAZING HOMEMADE ICE CREAM! A conveniently located ice-cream parlour, situated by a popular beach. Serving traditional Cornish Ice Cream, and a large selection of flavours, this place is definitely worth a visit. You can even watch them making the ice-cream at the back of the store.

Really nice, dog friendly, really good ice cream parlor of old, waffles, crepes, ice creams sundaes, cones, smoothies, milkshakes, pizza everything looked and smelled great.

We came here to buy an ice cream and use the loo and after looking at the menu and the clean kitchen ordered pancakes and ended up coming 3 days in a row. They do amazing pancakes, pizza and ice cream. They open a bit longer than some of the other cafes so are perfect for a tea time stop after the beach. The staff are polite, the loo is clean and the food is so good. Dogs are welcome.

Fab crêpes daughter really enjoyed them, lots of choice of traditional and different flavours of ice cream. Really enjoyed the Ferrero Rocher flavour ice cream.

As a regular holiday maker to Perranport we always make at least 1 visit to Perran Dairy Ice Cream Parlour. Staff are polite and prices reasonable

Googled for good icecream places nearby and this one came up first...totally deserved. Went here twice, because it was so good. Besides the classic flavours, I fell in love with the vegan dark chocolate...it was mesmerizing. Haven't had such a good, shiny, smooth dark chocolate with vegan ingredients ever before...and I eat a lot of icecream in different places :)

Never fails me this place, fantastic selection of ice cream. Like a big kid in a candy shop. Also nice to have a ice-cream on a hot day from this place. 100% always

Popped in on a rainy day and ordered the waffle with ice-cream (flavour of your choice), whipped (or clotted) cream and choice of syrup. I had the classic crepe with Nutella and banana. It was delicious

Fantastic ice cream and clotted cream waffles. Plenty of seating, we were a group of 12 and had enough space to sit together. Clotted cream and ice cream was delicious. A little down side was that the waffles are pre bought and were not freshly made to order and rather small in size compared to what I'm used to London, I would have otherwise given this 5 stars. Would definitely visit again.

We had a Knickerbocker Glory and it was amazing. The hardest part was choosing which flavour ice cream to have. This was a large dessert but gorgeous. Will be going back again.

Amazing. Seriously tasty creamy ice cream & over 20 different flavours to choose from. Waffles, crepes or just in a cone. Have been here many times over the years, consistently great. Will return again & again. Indoor seating too.

Lovely ice cream, cream teas and dog ice cream! Dogs very welcome. They did forget our food order, but where very apologetic and offer free drinks to make up for it. Lovely place with lovely treats to eat!

Unfortunately, my friend and I were shocked at the terrible customer service received during our visit yesterday- 8 th June 2022. We queued for 10 minutes with just a couple of people waiting ahead of us. Despite being at the start of the queue we were bypassed and staff served others. Finally, we were able to order desserts and immediately paid for them. After another 10 minutes where staff were serving other customers and my friends dessert hadn’t arrived, we made enquiries to which the staff member said: ‘ Oh we will make it now’. As we had already been ignored, my friend asked for a £9.00 refund (total cost of the takeaway dessert), when the machine didn’t seem to work, my friend just asked for her money back. The manager initially refused to give her £9 cash. It was only after much persuasion that the manager refunded my friend. When we left, I turned around to see staff laughing with other customers- I’ve never seen such bullying and disrespectful behaviour for a long time. Staff need to be aware of customers, to be polite and gladly serve them. If they are unhappy with their job they should do something else! They never know whom they maybe serving, my friend happens to own a local restaurant, having many years experience in the hospitality business and we are both reeling about the experience.

The food was delicious! The stuff was amazing they said hello the second we walked in which is nice. Everything is made to order it was quiet when we went in so we didn't have to wait long. It was cold in store as they kept the door open all the customers was keeping thier coats on apart from that everything was awsome we'll definitely be going back in warmer weather when it's not to cold with the door open.

Amazing selection of ice creams and desserts, not too expensive and big indoor seating area. Ice cream very tasty with different flavours, they also do a variety of hot and cold drinks as well. The place was very tidy too and will allow well behaved dogs inside as well

Fantastic choice of flavours, apple pie and custard was my favourite. Not that expensive either. We went three times and always got 4 scoops because we couldn't choose between the flavours. 100% any one visiting to go there and taste the ice creams

Oh the ice cream was just delicious 😋! And best of all our son, who is allergic to peanuts, most tree nuts and raw egg, was not excluded like in so many other places! We were informed that they can never give a complete guarantee but they knew which flavours were free of my son’s allergens, we were assured that they take proper precautions when they make their ice cream and equipment gets cleaned before another flavour is produced, and they’ve used a separate spoon, cleaning it under hot water beforehand. Also, the flavours which had not yet been touched were recommended to us. As an allergy sufferer, you could not ask for more understanding and precautions! Thank you so much - you’ve made us and most of all our son very happy 😃

Can't beat Perran Dairies for their range of flavours and great tasting ice cream. A visit to this ice cream parlour is a must on any trip to Perranporth ! Polite and friendly staff too.
