Wrong burger delivered asked for lamb got chicken Chocolate brownie was actually chocolate cake All cold on arrival as if been stood for a while. Will never use takeaway or just eats service again. Would of been easier & cheaper at macdonalds drive through

the poor driver got a little lost but was so lovely and called us and when the food was delivered it was still pretty hot considering! my partner absolutely loves the peri peri chicken and the popcorn chicken is honestly the best I've ever had. the food is a fair price as is the delivery cost, which makes it quality food for a quality price! this has become one of our new favourites it we fancy a treat :)

I think the food needs to come abit earlier. An hour to wait for food is quite a long wait I believe. Food was good but my chicken in my wrap was chewy and dry. I was given sticks instead of bites.

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m surprised this shop is still in service. Was told 45 mins for delivery it’s now been an hour and 40 minutes. I’ve called up twice to check where my order is and told different things both times then hung the phone up on. Also when you go into the shop it’s just full of men who stare at you (they work there). Save yourself the distress and order from somewhere else.

It was later than 10 minutes really, I ordered at 6:27 and received the food at 8:15ish, it was supposed to be 7:30 and then the times changed to 8:05, the orders were all jumbled up, other peoples food in with another part of the order. I received a message about 20 minutes prior to receiving the food saying the food is on its way, which it clearly wasn’t. The driver arrived and sat outside my house for a few minutes texting on his phone, not really acceptable when you’re already late pal!

This is the best peri eatery in Aylesbury, they also own a dessert bar and a grocery store so its very conveniant. Well done guys, will visit again.

Last time we ordered was some of the best kebab we had eaten in Aylesbury! Kebab was delicious with the Peru sauce! This kebab we received today was bland no sauce on it and hard and dry. the wrap had just mayo inside no flavour. And the kofta was the same… really disappointed considering we only can afford one takeaway a month and it’s been ruined.

One of the (if not THE) best grilled chicken in Aylesbury. Hands down, spices and marination is always to the point, chicken is never dry, its always juicy and very competitively priced. All in all, highly recommended.

Order arrived with missing items, when called and asked where it was I got rudely spoken to by an illiterate member of staff. Never ordering here again. AVOID

They forgot my popcorn chicken, the coke can with the meal i ordered and the worst thing of all my husband found a 5p in his burger box under all the salad and sauce. Big let down this time 👎🏼

With an hour to hour and 25 minutes window to prepare and deliver the food, you’d think that’s plenty of time, even if we live 15-20 minutes away. Sadly they still managed to deliver nearly 2 hours after ordering. The food was lukewarm to cold by the time it arrived. It tasted alright, but not the best. It’s a shame as this is one of very few restaurants that deliver to our area.

Ordered additional rice and Pepsi Max, rice didn’t arrive and full sugar drink was delivered. If you need to substitute an item don’t give full sugar drinks, diet drink was ordered for a medical reason, and if replacing with cans ensure that you’re giving the same amount ordered or more not less!

Food was soggy and small in portion size

Normally lovely food but todays was not good at all no salad in the burger apart from some soggy lettuce. Lots of spice on burger off the grill so unable to eat and wrong chicken sent.

Food delivered early, was piping hot and super tasty as always. 😋 Silly me forgot to order their chilli sauce which is the best and I always order but they’d actually given me a pot for free which was super kind and I’m grateful for.

Twice I have asked for ketchup in my burger but got mayonnaise, I really don't like it and I've had to throw my burger away both times. It's a shame really as everything else is on point

I paid £8 for delivery and selected a time for when my order should be delivered. the order came 15 minutes late.

The restaurant provided kebab without any salad on it , when I called him back to feedback, he says why did you order via Just est, no one provides a kebab without salad!! , If you don't want us to order through just eat, Why did you list your food through it. I wouldn't order back from them again. Just a rude staff.

I rarely leave reviews good or bad unless it’s exceptional either way, unfortunately this place was BAD - ordered some food they messed up the order and they couldn’t care less, even though I gave him the opportunity to rectify it. I figured it’s fine I’ll just go elsewhere in the future. My advice just don’t go it’s slow and average so zero reason to go back Avoid like the plague.

Nice food but the workers know what they are doing with how much they give to customers. Ordered burger and chips meal for around £4.50 and the amount of chips I received was horrendous. For a meal nearly up to £5 they decided to put the burger in the chip box to make it seem like the box is full until you take the burger out of the box only to see the small amount of chips you get ( I could probably take 10 seconds to count the amount of chips we get that’s how little you receive). Guy at the till is stingy with how much sauces he wants to give no matter how much the meal you bought costs whether you paid £3 or £20 you will still receive the same amount of sauces. All the while, the one who decides to put the burger in the box of chips to trick customers into thinking the box is full is a fraud. If only I could post a photo of it

I’m still waiting for the order I have rang the takeaway they have said they are busy which is the reason it’s taking them time really not happy my children have been waiting for nearly 2 hours knw.

43 orders from here and only ever had an issue twice. Both occasions the restaurant rectified the problem immediately. Cannot say a bad word about the food or staff. Perfect service as always. Cheers guys 👍🏻

Hour a d a half delivery time. When the food turned up it was cold and soggy and items missing.

We love the food here! Any time I as the other half what he fancies for dinner, he says lamb chops and can't beat these ones! We have had delivery and collected and both are speedy. I can't handle much heat so their non spicy options are perfect for me and delicious. Highly recommend.

The best takeout place in Aylesbury. I bought lamb fajita wrap with chips. They upgraded ny chips with seasonings. The staff are polite and helpful. Someone that loves her food, the portion sizes are good. Overall, great food and great service 👍🏿
