Perfect Kebab House in Suffolk Coastal

My wife and I had a takeaway kebab which I collected . The food was very tasty and the meat was very tender . One of the best kebabs I've had .

Quick service, beautifully cool kofte and shish, chilli sauce that actually has some punch rather that some others that can be weak and bland and greeted with a smile highly recommend

Not sure if this business has changed hands the last month - all new staff who I don't recognise and the donner kebab meat is now inferior to what I have been used to in the past from here. Although opening time is stated as 3.15p.m I travelled 12 miles to call in - arrived at 3.30 p.m and waited in vain till 4.10p.m and still there were no lights on. Not very impressed.

I've ordered a delivery about 6-7 times now and every time it has been very good, the food has always been hot and the delivery on time.

Best kebab I’ve ever had! And the people who run it are absolutely lovely. I wouldn’t even think of getting one from anywhere else now.

Best kebab I've had in years! I had a Special Chicken kebab from here last night and it was simply delicious - so fresh and full of flavour - and the staff were really friendly too. A great place and will definitely return!

Very friendly staff and the food is incredible, I’ve ordered twice from here in the space of a week and the lamb doner wrap is the best I’ve had compared to all the other kebab shops.

Hit and miss. Used to be always good but now can be a bit disappointing

Just ordered 2 chicken kebabs plus chips chips were ok but chicken was dry very overdone or left over from lunchtime pitta was crispy Would not go again

We have only recently found this place and we really love it. The chicken shish is lovely; well marinaded and the chilli sauce is hot but tasty and fresh. My partner has the kofte and loves that too. Really lovely people. Thank you!

Food nice, but you should put more attention to orders , as ordered with salad and didn't get any. Late to complain as was delivered around 23 pm , and checked after.

As usual, food good, service good, delivery spot on and very polite.

Went in for a late lunch/early dinner as I fancied a nice, big kebab and this was lovely. Ordered an extra large doner and the meat was very high quality! Will definitely be coming back if I'm ever in the area again and fancy another one.

Dry, old chicken doner, no sauce in the price at all, pita bread was also old. Disappointed. Quick delivery though.

Requested delivery. Took 65 minutes which wasn’t the issue. Arrived stone cold. Smallest portion of chips I have ever seen. Lamb meat was cheap & not a lot of it for a medium. Will never order from here again. Avoid..........

Unfortunately most of the chicken we found to be very very pink and undercooked and ended up chucking away most of the food! I am pregnant and wasn't happy to take the risk of food poisining. The food was pretty cold when it arrived also.

Wasn't keen on the pizza overpriced an greasy, apparently kebab an chips were nice tho

My order was still hot and you could tell it was freshly cooked. Delivered about 30 minutes earlier than quoted. Very pleased about that. Excellent quality and service. Would definitely recommend them.

Use this restaurant a lot and have always had excellent food, fantastic service, always hot on arrival and great delivery guy always jolly and friendly! We love perfect kebabs , because they are perfect!

The only thing perfect about this place is there inability to read online orders correctly after a large £118 order was placed for everyone at my work place it took these half wits 3 seperate deliverys and an hour and a half after the initial delivery to eventually remember everything on the order...food was luke warm......NEVER AGAIN......

Never usually have an issue but for the last couple of times the taste of the kebabs have been a little weird. Well tonight topped it off the meat was like the consistency if mince meat, im pretty sure they lost the knife and used a hammer to smash the meat off the spit. In saying that putting a layer of chips cheese then chips again was a great idea and who ever came up with that needs a raise

Just moved into the area and Just Eat options are limited so we went with this place as it had good scores. Won’t be going back. Donna meat was grim, cold can of drink cleverly tied outside of the kebab bag to keep it cool I assume, good idea I thought, shame they didn’t do the same with the chocolate fudge cake dessert, that way I wouldn’t have had a warm bag of runny brown stuff. Obviously won’t be going back anytime soon.

Food was excellent and delivery was prompt. One small complaint, two small chips and one large were ordered but three small turned up, no big deal and didn’t ruin the experience I’d still happily use them again.

Ordered 4 kebabs only received 3. Called restaurant like 20 times which of 10 times they hang up on me. Tried called later on busy again or hanged up again

Food tasted disgusting and reheated. Cheese was off and chips were cold. Nuggets were double fried and burger wasn’t great either. Salad looked like it had been left out over night - disappointing

I cant remember when when I had a worst food last time. I dont know were others drunk when theyve posted good rewievs? I had pizza chips and a donner kebab and only chips were eatable. No seasoning whatsoever. Garlic and chilli sauces in kebab tasteless.

The quality of the food was really good but the major let down was the portion size! When u pay 9.50 for a large special shish u expect a half decent portion... sorry but my toddler could of eaten what was there. This was well below what I was expecting from these guys.... never had a problem before but that was a joke. I will say the quality was good though

The food was delicious and the salad was fresh and crisp.. only downside was the portion size. We both ordered a medium kebab.. and what arrived can only be described as small. Small pitta and what seemed to be one skewer or meat. Bit of a shame as we were very hungry!!

Always a good kebab. Well worth venturing out of your comfort zone with dishes. Lamb special is amazing and well worth the slight extra cost. Always prompt with delivery but it's better to go direct to shop than an app they do take card over the phone

Omg this place is amazing! Friendly staff, amazing food cooked to perfection. And preparation is really good. Not soggy food or a plate of slop I like the other places in Felixstowe. At first I was worried to order from here as always ordered from bbq house or Boston but now when I want a nice takeaway I’ll come here no doubt. Absolutely yummy!!

This used to be half decent but its pretty dreadful now. Dirty, run down and the chicken they served me was mostly skin and gristle. AVOID!

Wouldn't stay to eat very uncomfortable an some broken fixed chairs space is limited, but ok for something fast as not that busy does delivery of a evening

The food is not bad but services need big improvement they charge for card transaction no matter wath value you spend and last time I went he got the order wrong, so he took the lamb out and put chicken in wen I told him I won't have the chips tasting lamb he gave me a long face although he's colleague was very nice. If you have allergies be aware not a respectfully guy here.
