At the Peppermint Café (part of the Three Wise Monkeys Vintage Emporium) we had an excellent coffee accompanied by some very nice cake and all at sensible prices. Afterwards we wondered around the antiques shop. For an antique shop it is well laid out (not overcrowded with items) and there were many items (at reasonable prices) I was tempted to buy – so often I find antique shop stuffed with items, at inflated prices, that I think are only fit for a skip - Three Wise Monkeys Vintage Emporium seems to be exception.

Visited on a Friday , we hadn’t booked and were asked to come back in an hour which we did and eventually got a table after another 15 minute wait . Lovely friendly staff , food was very tasty and once ordered arrived quickly. Only downside for me were the toilets which were shabby and not very clean .

Excellent - 100% best coffee I have had in a long while. Great service, lovely bagette and coffee - Will certainly come again! Nice to chat to Sean and his colleague :)
