Chicken was cold and hard also lots of burnt bits, very disappointed

have been waiting for over an hour and a half for my food

Food taste good however arrived late therefore was cold and the extras I ordered for the platter was missing.

The food never come. Absolutely s##t service. Do not order food from here. Rang me after 2 hrs to tell me my food was going to be delivered in another 1hr because they had lost my order.

I always order from pepes even tho the prices is ridiculously high and portions have become smaller and smaller. The meals come with a free sauce but we are charged 30p for a drizzle peri peri red salt on the chips, the salt that is never on the chips , to charge for salt for such a successful business is such a petty stunt am sorry.

The bag was open, damaged, and covered in sauce from another order so some food was cold

Driver wasn’t outside but claimed he was took him at least 15 20 mins for him to find the right address despite me explaining. Couldn’t even make sense of what he was saying on the phone. Think it’s time to find a new driver

I had to go and get my order because apparently I was called when they were outside but had no contact from the restaurant or just eat. I had them call the restaurant to complain and re-order and collect

The chicken was very hard it tasted like left overs wouldn’t recomy

No cutlery, no tissues, sauces leaked even after i rang up to say make sure all these things are in the bag and make sure the sauces dont drop. Food was cold and an hour and a half late. Disappointed

Food quality was good and nice what I actually received but food got delayed once which I accepted as it will be busy on New Year’s Day then after it got delayed once it was another 20 mins late ontop which I was not happy with and then once I received my order it was missing items so I contacted the driver who contacted the restaurant who apparently just said well complain to just eat and you will get your money back shocking customer service surely you want your customers to come back again.

i have ordered 3pcs chicken wing and chincken and rice but the quality of food is not good the rice was not cooked well

I waited over 1 hour and I didn’t even receive the food but they marked it as delivered. Now I have to contact just eat. Horrible service and this is not the first but I always assume next time will be a hit but never ordering again.

Chicken has weird smell , don’t know if it’s sauce or grilled smell , sorry it’s a second time I felt that your chicken has weird smell . Taste is all right . And food was delivered cold .

The food was not good. The burger were tiny and seemed like the chicken patties were frozen. The chips didn’t seem fresh too. The quality of food was very poor. I wouldn’t recommend anyone wasting their money on this.

Food was disappointing this time. Extremely dry even after leaving note asking for the rice to be saucy. Chicken was extremely dry as well. Usually the food is excellent but this was a let down.

First time ordering on just eat, tried ringing the takeway constantly engaged. On the app it was showing as delivered and was asking me to rate the food! The food was nice, just a shame about the delivery.

Wrong dip and chips were cold too

We made an order for delivery at 16.30. It arrived at 19.15 (almost 3 hours after the order was placed). The food on arrival was luke warm/cold, part of the order was missing but at this point we were so past the poor customer service that we couldn’t be bothered to call. The food was average at best, I’ve had the same products at the Bradford store and the quality was the polar opposite. Wouldn’t recommend.

Do not order, will be asking for refund, waited 2 and a half hours for my food even though I live round the corner, if the business cannot cope with the orders they shouldn’t be accepting them. Care more about money than quality of food clearly as chips aren’t even cooked and whole food came cold, video taken and will be sent to just eat for refund. Honestly disappointing, said to delivery driver we don’t want it anymore who said we can take it and get a refund from just eat.

Delivery time absolutely shocking man said 2 hours and 30 mins late and the food was cold I was practically debating whether to catch a flight somewhere there and back while waiting for my food to arrive

I ordered 2 hours ago and I am still waiting for it to be delivered, I have had to call up and they said it’s not left yet. However, they’ve notified just eat that it was delivered an hour ago.

Food said it was delivered when it wasn’t. Took over 40 minutes to arrive and was incredibly frustrating. Chips were soggy aswell. Wouldn’t recommend. Was not delivery drivers fault though, he was nice

There wasn't any cheese when I paid for it as an extra. I asked for a Pepsi and got a tango. On top of this the food was cold, the chips were soggy and it arrived 30 minutes late. Will not be ordering from here again.

Very poor staff. Good food but will miss atleast one item every single time. Then they will send out again which will take another hour. Make sure u check the food before the delivery guy leaves. They will not accept their mistake either.

Don't order from this shop, very rude staff really bad customer service telling me to be patient after being very late with my order and lying few times . They need to send their staff for customer service training they don't know you apologise to the customer first especially when you have inconvenienced them. Order at your own risk

Food came cold and late. I was on a lunch break and it said it would’ve been delivered on time for my break but came 40 mins late and I didn’t have time to eat when I received the food.

Order from here all the time and the food is great but the delivery is just shocking, you’ll be waiting an hour minimum for your food. I ordered mine over two hours ago and it still hasn’t arrived

The delivery driver left the food outside the door. Didn’t even bother to call me or wait for someone to open the door and collect from him. There was notification in the app as well that the food is on the way. By the time I get to know that the food is delivered food got cold. I had to reheat in my microwave, which is not acceptable. I didn’t aspect such kind of service from just eat. Its was really poor service.

We placed the order at 5:40pm, delivery was estimated to arrive the latest 6:55pm and was marked as “enjoy food” at that point but nothing had been delivered. It did not turn up until after 7:15pm. I saw the driver drive past us, according to him he went to do someone else’s delivery because there’s was late also. This resulted in the food being even colder in the end and not enjoyable. The flavour of the chicken was powdery. The sweet chilli a garlic sauce and chips was missing from the burger meal. So generally really disappointing
