Pepe's in Aylesbury Vale

The quality of the food was very poor. It just wasn’t what we thought we would get very tasteless and burnt.

Always been a fan of PEPE’s since over 15 years from Luton. Quite happy with Aylesbury branch. Same quality food. Good friendly staff.

Pepe’s has the reputation it deserves, it is the undisputed king of peri peri in uk, rightfully so the chicken is always grilled to perfection, the franchised sauces and flavours are unmatched. On my most recent visit I tried the pasta chicken box. I have to say the chicken and rice will probably remain my go to. I feel like the pasta was slightly stodgy and could have been cooked a bit better. Nonetheless it makes a welcome change from the regular options. If the pasta was cooked slightly better it would have taken my experience from certified to elite.

Was use to be my favourite place but since they are getting busy with more order they have lost it. 0 customer service no matter how early and how precise you order ypu will end up coming to receive and finding its not even on grill yet. You literally have to stand there and wait for it to get cooked. No point of using app or online service then.

Really disappointed i am a regular customer a d this order was the worst by far i had the rice box all the chicken was over done and burnt my partners pitta she asked for lemon and herb but was really spicey like they had used same brush as for the hot sauce the wings looked like thet had been cooked at different stages during the evening as were chewy and over cooked eally disappointed as this meal.cost me nearly £40

Yeah they've gone downhill hella. They'll accept an order say its out for delivery then just piss off.

I had an amazing experience at Pepe’s Piri Piri in Aylesbury. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and cooked to perfection. The flavors were spot on, and the menu offered a great variety to choose from. What stood out the most was the excellent service provided by the staff. The crew members were polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They made sure everything was just right, and their positive attitude added to the overall experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and fantastic customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon! I loved the food worth every penny

Always delivers food late. When I call them they say it's late sorry for that and ask us to wait for 10 minutes. When I ask what are you planning to do in future they say we will try but we can't guarantee. It's upto you whether you want to order or not. The food comes late and it's cold. Unfortunately you can't heat wrap in microwave. Totally arrogant response. They said the driver got stuck in traffic and it was left well ahead of delivery time. When I asked the driver whose name is jay he said he got the parcel in just 10 minutes back and he works in the same place. So full of lies and irresponsible behaviour from the manager of Aylesbury PEPE. This delay happened 4 th time in last 30 days. Placed an order at 8.30 PM and they have delivery time 9.30 PM but it was delivered at 9.45 PM

Everytime I’ve ordered from Pepes Aylesbury, the food and service has ALWAYS been spot on 10/10! The food portions are great, prices are brilliant & the food quality is amazing- the reasons why I eat from Pepes Aylesbury often. The food is made in front of you, so you know you’re always getting fresh food, nothing that’s been out sitting for ages. The staff are welcoming and hold professional standards as soon as you enter, taking the order, to packing your order and you leaving the store.

Gave me undercooked food, I called and was asked to basically prove it so they could "show the chef". As per other reviews this place seems fairly slow service wise. The place is clean and tidy inside but it's let down by the food and service.

Pepe's has really fallen off. They're food, especially the vegetarian options were very good. Ordered Paneer Burrito meal deal. The food was so dry and hard, as if it was left outside for 3h then given to me. Not the same anymore

Always 10/10 and the customer service is impeccable, one of if not the best Pepe's I've been to and I'll continue to go here for the foreseeable, even instead of the adjacent KFC, 9 Times out of 10.

I just collect my order chicken was not even cooked, call the restaurant no one understand English and very rude manager Wants me to come back in -1 temp while i was sitting and with my childrens and they will check the no apologies they just put phone down, £32 wasted in trash

So I decided to order a full grilled chicken for my kids from pepes Aylesbury and I must say I was very disappointed it was burnt, honestly I wish had seen before they ate I would have definitely returned the chicken it wasn't even fit for a dog or any animal to eat

Dined in the establishment. Spent over £40 they said they don’t do table service. What a load of rubbish. Just for that reason I won’t be going back. I don’t mind paying a service fee on top. It’s all about customer service in the uk this place has failed on this.

I've been to a few Pepe's but this is by far the best one. The restaurant itself is really tidy and kept clean. I ordered a chicken wrap and it tasted super delicious. You will be more than impressed if you order that. They also have really good sauces that they make themselves. An all round amazing experience!
