Penmaenmawr Bakery & Tea Rooms in Conwy

We called in after a very blustery walk from Conwy. The staff were very friendly and the cappuccino and mocha were lovely. I had delicious homemade leek and potato soup and the others had sausage and egg sandwiches or jacket potato. Everyone enjoyed their food and agreed that the prices were very reasonable. The homemade pies, pasties and cakes at the counter looked delicious as well

Greeted as soon as we walked in, ordered and had cup tea while waiting for food. Didn't have to wait long, the food looked and tasted amazing. Everything tasted fresh and was really hot. The peppers and spinach on the veggie breakfast was lush. Took a couple of slices of cheesecake away with us for later, mmm mmm!! Heaven. Dog friendly too. Highly recommend a visit,we will be back.

So glad we found this little gem! Apparently it’s recently changed hands. Lovely staff, delicious food, suitable for those of us who have intolerances - they can tailor some dishes to suit. Plus, they’re dog friendly!

Just been opened under new ownership June 2023 , now called "Pen eats and treats," Real high quality food and service , good menu breakfast , lunch and main meals , Good value, definately return again .

An Afternoon tea was booked as a Birthday party for a man with disabilities. Although a small group our table had a Happy Birthday balloon with Happy Birthday foils over the whole table cloth. The window table was arranged for easy access for the Birthday man. Due to his diet and drinking arrangements the cafe spared nothing to accommodate his needs. The food was well presented and was delicious. Later the staff brought out a birthday cake and sang happy Birthday as they brought it to the table. I can really recommend this Cafe and bakery as they can obviously cater for people with and without personal needs.
