Patty & Bun in City of London, Westminster

We just dropped in for lunch and got served in a great way. The restaurant is small and it’s narrow. Anyway, this place is all about the food. It’s just to forget that you are eating on paper, that the beer is served in water glasses and that is close between the tables. The burgers are superb and the rosemary fries is probably the best ever. Just visit it.

the worst employees! Rude, bad it their work, they are annoyed by customers and they don’t deserve to be there beacuse the food is so good. They make dirty the name of the restaurant and Mr Joe is very good in his job. You should change the employees. Really bad guys- girls, I don’t know 🤷‍♀️🫣

This is a great spot for a casual lunch. The burgers are excellent and the beer is cold. They have a small outdoor patio for people watching. Service was friendly and efficient. Would eat here again for sure.

I thought I was going crazy, this used to be the best burger in London and now it's mediocre. Turns out they are in financial trouble and I hate to say but you deserve that, you compromised quality over expanding the business, now you will be the next Byron.

Had the Ari Gold burger (11.50) and Coke Zero (2.75). Ensure you ask for a well done burger if that is what you are used to in North America. Place was small and the washroom was small but clean. The WIFI didn't work so we couldn't order using the QR code on the table.

Awful! The guy in the kitchen was not wearing gloves and wiping his nose. Clearly didn’t know what he was doing. My wings were burnt and no sauce. Extortionate prices, small portions. I would avoid al all cost! He didn’t even hardly give me any sauce on my burnt dry wings as clearly show went on 28/06/23 around 9pm

Been wanting to go to Patty and Bun for a long time, and honestly I was disappointed. I had heard good things about it, while the burgers were very good, the fries were not, they were so salty! And I usually like a lot of salt, but this was too much for me. The rum punch also did not taste much like a rum punch.

Revisited Pattie&Bun after a couple of years break due to Covid and pleased to say all as good as it ever was. Food, drinks and service good, toilets very clean (always a good sign), and I love the background music. ONE THING, THEY ONLY TAKE CARD PAYMENT, NO CASH.

visited Patty & Bun last Bank Holiday Monday opposite Borough Market around 9pm - order food and as it was cold decided to wait just in the side the door way from where we were stood we could see the open kitchen with 2 girls cooking the food and one front of house taking the order and payments at the door.Anyway i happened to look over and saw one of the girls who was cooking our food blow her nose with a tissue, then use her hand to wipe her nose, then ( without washing her hands or wearing a mask) flip our patties on the grill, handle our fries into a box and also handle lettuce. outraged is not the word i would use to describe how i felt.my boyfriend also stood there mouth opened whilst the girl continued to start to pack our food. we called over the front off house and asked for our money back. we told her what we had just seen and she said she would speak to her !! speak to her she should have been sacked on the spot were in a pandemic if she ill she should not be working let alone serving and preparing food - who knows how many people have ordered that day with her in that condition and those unhygienic ways - it would have been my first time eating from there but you can be sure it is the last time.

If I hadn't seen this advertised on This Morning I would not have known about it, so as I have never ordered a food kit in my life I decided to bite the bullet. I ordered the meat kit for 2 with all trimmings and we were amassed went it arrived. Very well packed in a cool bag with a ice pack in a strong box delivered by DPD. It was everything you needed. Comes with menu card and how to cook with combo choices. Well here I went, cooked and stacked, very very impressed, succulent beef burgers, gorgeous bacon & cheese topped with smocked mayonnaise and pickled and smocked onions. Best burger we have ever tasted, highly recommended. Very well done Patty and Bun. Very impressed with the quality and delivery. Loved it.

I ate at the Kingly Street branch today and although I thought the burger (Ronald) was very tasty I do think that your staff were totally lacking in any customer service skills.The hospitality sector is on its knees and to have any restaurant staff be so indifferent to a guest is unbelievable.I had to ask to be served, the staff were drinking coke and chatting amongst themselves and eventually took my order with hardly a smile.I was with my 21 year old, a burger fan and we were both surprised/ disappointed by the foil wrapped burger, oozing relish but a complete mess to eat. The buns were soggy and squelchy, the burger however, was very tasty. I asked if this was a Covid driven style of presentation and was advised not.I want to post this feed back in the hope that a bit more charm and care shown by the staff could be addressed to benefit other clients.I may not be the target customer but as a parent I paid the bill.

Ordered Patty & Bun's DIY kits as alternative Christmas dinner for our staff and have to say so glad we did. They arranged delivery to 33 separate addresses, all of which arrived on our preferred date with the exception of one which was the fault of the courier. However, Bella at Patty & Bun investigated the issue immediately and arranged a fresh box to be delivered. The vegan choice was one of the tastiest bites I have tried for a long time and certainly the best burger I have ever eaten. Thanks to all at Patty & Bun.

Ive been trying to find a place which can compare to patty & bun - and I can’t. The only burger I’ve had better was in Dubai and thats saying something. Recientemente hice un pedido de un kit de bricolaje de Patty & Bun. Hizo el pedido y debía llegar el sábado. Llegó la caja y estaba muy emocionada, lista para mis hamburguesas para la cena. Sin embargo, al abrir la caja, descubrí que faltaban los bollos de brioche. Siendo un sábado encerrado, no estaba seguro de recibir una respuesta a mi correo electrónico, pero la obtuve. El servicio al cliente que siguió a esto fue increíble. Me pusieron los bollos de brioche en un Uber, junto con un par de extras como disculpa. Alex no podría ser más útil. Muchas gracias! Durante COVID - 19, P & be ofrece un servicio de entrega, pero no lo entrega. No hay un número de contacto en el seguimiento del pedido y cuando finalmente se pone en contacto, no se ofrece ninguna disculpa ni solución. Se queda sin dinero y con una experiencia muy mala. Aconsejo precaución a cualquiera que esté pensando en utilizar este servicio.

Tres de nosotros entramos con música a través del sistema de sonido más increíble, que puso el listón muy alto para la comida que se iba a servir, pero lo hicieron con hamburguesas bellamente preparadas con suculentas empanadas y rollos de la textura justa.
