Came in this evening and couldn't believe a chip butty and a splash of curry sauce and a splash exstroshnate price £5 charging £1:60 for the sauce.disgusted

Fabulous chippy! Portion sizes were spot on and food was delicious as always! Always greeted with a friendly face and can tell how hard they work. Would definitely recommend over others in the area! :)

The chips with my fish were shocking. Fish was fine but not one chip longer than 3/4 inch. Drove back down with them on my plate. I was offered a refund on the chips but not the point. Sounds petty I know. In my opinion Park Road fisheries massively overrated. Buyer beware.

Ryanair of chip shops. Asked for chips separate from fish and there is an extra charge. Should have ordered separately, but buyer beware, Salt and Vinegar maybe next to be charged. Poor customer service for Bingley, Kurt’s fish and chips much more friendly and values your custom more .

Went in at lunchtime today and two young members of staff wanting to charge a customer extra £ to wrap the chips separately from a boxed fish. Staff should have just served chips in a bag to avoid the extra charge argument. Seems odd they put fish bites in a box anyway just wrap everything in paper totally agreed with him tbh! Charging for packaging is crazy.

Best fish and chips I've had for a long time

Come for the fish & chips, come again and again and again for the fish & chips. They're top class and definitely the best I've had in West Yorkshire in recent years. Only thing I would knock them down a star for would be that they don't sell Scallops ☹️ but that didn't seem fair to lose a whole star for.

We went to grab a quick something to eat and accidently dropped my sandwich outside the takeaway. I went in to buy another sandwich, but when I realised I was being laughed at and made a joke of, I didn't bother. Thank you for your kindness.

Delicious food. It always tastes fresh and perfectly cooked. This is my favourite chippy in Bradford! The portion size of the chips can be a little small but they are just so delicious not to go here!

Have been using this place since lockdown as not many places were open and we’ve never looked back. We travel from Denholme because they really are that good. Keep up the good work!

Living My Best Life 🙂 Fish, chips, and mushy peas. The fish tasted sea fresh with extra crispy batter. The chips were huge, in both size and portion. And the mushy peas were a welcomed addition on a cold Spring day.

Asked for a large chips just now and paid 3 40 for them and got what looked like an extra small absolutely shocked wondering what your small is if you think thats a large it was mostly wrapping Edit : so you've over charged me for a small chips appalling this will not be coming back wè asked for a large chips to wich your worker said that's fine and charged us for your an absolute scam

Ordering through Facebook is very easy and you can order in advance for picking up later in the evening which is very useful. The new set up for the pandemic is very COVID safe and the staff are always friendly and happy to help.

We regularly get fish and chips from Park Road fisheries and are always impressed by the quality of the food and the service given.Highly recommended.

Extremely poor quality. The fish was old. It stank of old fish all the way home even with the car windows open. The chips were dry. The oil used is old. The fish is overcooked and dry. The batter is very thin and very overcooked. I've thrown it on the garden for the crows. Consistency is the name of the game. Voting with my feet.

Even after 20 years going here as a family favourite, you can still find new reasons to respect a business. Namely, during the earliest stages of the pandemic, this family run business was possibly the most conscientious I experienced for protecting staff and customers while still offering the same family-owned quality we know and love.

Best fish shop I have ever been to and I have been to a lot. I'm a regular here and have never found fish and chips as good anywhere else. And their specials are just the best! My Mrs likes their meat and potato pie and my lad loves their kids meals. I would recommend it very highly. The way they adapted to covid was simply fantastic. Keep up the good work park road!

Had a socially distanced Diamond Wedding ‘party’ outside for my mum and dad and we all had fish and chips! Ordered and picked up at 6oclock. We all commented how lovely they were and we all enjoyed them very much. Thank you Park Road Fisheries.

Very disappointed with this place. The chips had been left out for way too long and had gone dry to the point they were inedible. As for the fish - really slimy and almost broke my tooth on the rank batter. Revolting.

Highly recommended. Me and my family have used park road fisheries for a long time now as their food is always amazing. The fish & chips were perfectly cooked and all the staff were very friendly! We visited during lockdown and the collection system is a great way for them to stay open in these uncertain times where they can remain to serve customers safely and effectively. The food stayed fresh and was still hot when we had got home. If you are in the area you should definitely support this local business!

visited PRF as a "walk In" and ordered food for my family which came to a larger amount than I had expected.When I queried the cost i noticed the price list had been completely covered up and I was told that due to it being a busy period they would not be able to provide a price list,however,that an itemised receipt would be provided with the take away bag.When i received our food and looked at the receipt ,I noticed that the cost had gone up by around 15% as a rough guess.Furthermore,I was unable to query the increase immediately due to the sales area being isolated for social distancing.My query is the increase itself as no other similar outlet we have visited has done this and that i find it disappointing(if this is indeed the case)that an increase on this scale is necessary when so many people are struggling.I totally understand that it is my prerogative to shop elsewhere and that the shop is trading in exceptional times,however,I would say that people have long memories and remember .

I recently followed their instructions for placing an order, collected it and took it home to find part was missing. It was too late to return so I emailed, no reply, I emailed again no reply, so I would advise anyone to check their order before leaving. Food was ok, I had specified lightly battered but it wasn't, not as good as Jacks.

Very professional in distribution considering current social distancing rules. Ordering online was a breeze and rhe food was spot on.

Park road fisheries have been around for a long time. Although ownership has changed through the years the standards are still high. Very tasty fish and chips or any of the various other items on the menu.

Staff friendly and helpful. The food is very good. The prices are in line with other fish shops. If your having a treat this is a good place to pick up just that.

Love this fish and chip shop. Good food well cooked. Never disappoints....and they take debit card so you dont have to be thinking about cash like most chip shops.

Usually great, friendly and genuine service but on this occasion not so much. No eye contact from server, no friendly chat, in fact no words at all and overall a very frosty atmosphere in the whole place. Fish and chips were okay but the customer service left a horrible taste in my mouth. Having gone here regularly over the past few years and not been disappointed, this was a shock. Everyone is allowed a bad day but you have to maintain some semblance of friendly interaction, or if your staff are genuinely struggling then spot it and look after them, the knock on to customers is horrific. This experience was so bad we were thinking about not coming back, but we will, on the back of previous experiences being so much more positive. Another experience like this though and we would have no other choice but to take our custom elsewhere and I doubt we’d be the only ones.
