Best ice-cream in the world . If you was nearby to home I would come every weekend . I once took 8 tubs home all the way to Grimsby

Spotted this place while looking for lunch options. Basic lunch options but that wasn't the important bit. This place is all about the icecream and we were sold by the variety of flavours that were possibly unique to them including mississppi mud pie, and cherry and armetto. All of them delicious and now cherry and armetto is my husband's favourite flavour. If you are an icecream connisuer check this place out!

I don't generally like ice cream but OH MY GOD! My family had pistachio with a waffle, Eton mess with a waffle, blue banana and a vanilla ice creams today at the quay side. Absolutely delicious! Highly recommended!

We were really looking forward to visiting after reading the reviews but disappointed in the customer service. My daughter ordered the smarties waffles and it arrived looking amazing but the fresh cream was off. We told the chap that served us and he offered another scoop of ice cream which wouldnt have been eaten so we declined. But he didn't take the waffle away to remove the cream or offer a replacement. We had to ask for a take away box so we could remove as much cream as possible. I understand cream will turn and this happens but to not make it right is awful service.

I recently visited the ice cream parlor in Conwy and had a mixed experience. The staff were quite friendly, which was a definite plus. However, I was disappointed by the pistachio ice cream. While the ice cream appeared green, it had no nuts and tasted artificial, which was quite disappointing. Overall, due to the friendly staff but unsatisfactory pistachio ice cream, I would rate my experience with a 2-star review.

We tried the new kiosk at Colwyn Bay/Rhos opened by Parisellas. Staff did try hard and were friendly. Ice cream was nice but compared to Looking Glass at Llandudno it didn’t compare with quality and price. We had hot food for lunch too, the burgers were awful, cheap quality and the chips were poor. Fish finger sandwich was just ok. Very disappointed.

Such a shame the product is good but the staff probably the worst I have experienced in a long time, appreciate the staffing issues in the sector but having come back from a trip to Europe the contrast was unbelievable. I bought a large tub to go home and its not cheap, the freezer was not orderly so I was ridiculed as I chose the wrong flavour and the attitude of the young girl was just terrible I paid and she turned her back and didn’t even say thanks. Its a great company but staff are everything and this girl was poor!

Came here for ice cream with my 4 children, and my partner on her birthday. Orders taken for all of us, ice creams appeared one by one, except my partner’s sundae, which never materialised. Reason for this being the boss of the place showed up while we were there, and all the staff buzzed around her and her table like flies round the proverbial, all other orders quickly forgotten. No apology given and they tried to charge me for the sundae which never arrived.

We’ve been dying to go to Parisella’s for a while now and I’m so glad we went today! We had a knockabocker and Peach Melba sundae and oh my! They were so good. The ice cream was amazing and added with the fruit and sauce they were just delicious. Definitely the best sundaes we’ve ever eaten. We can’t wait to return with our little one in a few months so he can try the delicious treats. Thank you x

Just wanted light lunch. Opted for cheese and ham crepes. Very tasty. Lovely to have cheese which is strong enough to taste.

This place is a so amazing. The sheer number of flavours, some familiar, but it also had some unique flavours. The ice cream was delicious and some of the best I have ever had. I love Turkish Delight, so was very excited to try it. It didn't disappoint. We were fortunate to have Alisha helping us decide which flavours to choose. She was helpful, and charming. This was our favorite ice cream shop on our trip, with the best service. We will be back.

I tried the sorbet’s from Parisella’s and was impressed with the rhubarb, strawberry and lemon flavours. All very good but they had to be eaten quicker than ideal due to the hot sun outside. It would have been good to savour the flavours for a longer period of time. Mango and raspberry flavours were also available at different times.

Whenever we visit the coast we have an ice cream and what a find this was . They had a large selection of ice cream flavours , your traditional flavours but also some of the more unusual ones. I went for the peach ripple and my partner the honeycomb , both were fabulous and one scoop was a generous portion. Would definitely recommend .

We happened to stumble upon Parisella's whilst walking around Conwy and what a find it was. Both ordered the bacon and brie panini, and it was the best bacon and brie panini we've ever had. The drinks were beautiful as well. I had a milkshake, and I would happily drink unlimited supply if I could! 10/10 recommend.

Speedy professional service and excellent choice of flavours. You have to try the raspberry ripple! Really tasted of raspberries and not too sweet! The blueberry too tasted as it should. The ice cream was creamy and the cone crispy. Could not be faulted.

I always treat myself to Parisellas when visitting friends in North Wales, it never fails to put a smile on my face. The choice of flavours is good and the quality is excellent, I hope to be back soon.

First place I go to when I get to Conwy. The Ferro Rocher is my fav and absolutely delicious. So many more flavours that look amazing, so I’ll keep travelling the 100 miles from Halifax to Conwy for a long time to come.

Who doesn't love an ice-cream especialy when you can almost any flavour you want. Love the fact that even in the shop front there is a small seat that you can use with out going into the main cafe/seaating area. Great to see a local business doing so well.

Good range of ice creams but sadly, they are over-priced which I suspect is because they are situated in a tourist area. So, compared with North Wales Garden Centre and Chilly Cow in Ruthin, I would say that they need to rethink their prices. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. However, with the prices as they are I won’t be hurrying back.

Ordered crepes x2 with ice cream and fresh cream didn’t get any cream had lime cheesecake ice cream it was ok ice cream. Nice crepe, then ordered and paid for drinks the woman tried to charge me twice for crepes but I had already paid. Was closing so had go out of the top door as they had locked the door. Thought they did cream tea scone etc but no they didn’t. The seats were dirty and needs cleaning. Would have a crepe again £5.25 each. Staff were ok.

Visited today- we just bought 2 cornets= £5.40- one mint choc chip, one apricot crumble. Neither were anything special. Go down the coast a bit to North Wales Garden Centre- 2 scoops each for a fiver- and nicer ice cream too
