The food was fresh and amazing! 😍 the staff were very helpful and lovely, as I can't eat spicy food, the helped by letting me know which ones to pick.

Easy to order, tasted fresh and balanced. Really good food! Price of £8.50 for a medium, all ingredients come in the set price. 👍🏼 Smaller, not much seating, but turnover is quick, and even on a Saturday it’s quiet.

Tasty food served quickly and with a smile. Mexicos answer to Subway, but nicer. Perhaps a bit pricey, but then it is Cheltenham. Eat in experience is basic but clean. Would go again but more likely for a takeaway or a post beer kebab alternative 😊

Had a medium chicken burrito with everything on it. It was superb. All the staff were really nice and friendly. Would recommend.

I have had really mixed results with these guys, always delivery. Sometimes it is excellent (I do the chicken bowl). But sometimes it has been really poor. Out of a dozen or so orders maybe 4 of them have been absolutely delicious, another 5 have been satisfactory but not as good (just didn't seem as fresh or tasty), and 3 have been poor. The poor ones: 2 times it just tasted like the ingredients had been kept around too long. The other poor experience I found a small piece of metal wire in my food (maybe from some cooking or cleaning utensil?). I emailed them about this one and never heard back. I think 3 stars is fair given that sometimes it is excellent, but also takes into account some very poor experiences as well. Update: got another order with another small piece of metal wire! Removed another star. Called them and told them, all they said was thanks and sorry 🤦‍♂️

This was my first visit and won't be my last. I loved it, the welcoming atmosphere, the joyful way my burrito was built, the attentiveness of the team, seeing I had everything I wanted, it wasn't just a quick bite to eat [though it was super speedy], it was a tremendous experience. I can't wait to take my family who love Mexican food.

Always go here and as a vegetarian they have good options. Unfortunately one of the guys making the burritos this time around decided to rub the hot sauce spoon on the person in front of me chicken filler. Thus making the hot sauce completely contaminated. Not going to lie I'm very very unhappy to see the disregard to cross-contamination. Shame, been a customer here for many many years.

¡Ay caramba! If you haven't been to Paparitos, you're missing out on a fiesta for your taste buds. This place is so authentic; even the salsa has its own mariachi band. From the moment you step in, it's like a Mexican vacation minus the jet lag. The guacamole? Fresher than a morning breeze in Cancún. The tacos? They're so good; you'll want to hug the chef. And the margaritas? Let's just say they have more personality than my ex. The only downside is that now my other favorite foods are jealous. My go to in Cheltenham. Never had even a slightly not good experience. Always 100% top tier. Sam and Diane served me today and even got me used to the hottest salsa as usually I can’t handle it. Fresh food, generous food and hot food. Will come back every week without fail!! 10/10

A good casual Mexican place. Not too expensive. Adequate amount of seating. The staff is also very friendly. Since it's in the city, you'll have to find your own parking.

Every time me and my wife come to Cheltenham we stop off at Paparittos. She introduced me to them and I am so glad because everything they do is so delicious. They’ve got a bunch of options in the menu and so many toppings - all of them are so tasty. And it’s such a bargain!! The staff are so friendly and super patient when you’re struggling to decide what combo of toppings you want :)

I went there when I had an hour to kill and was feeling a bit peckish! It's a nice little place. The food is good. I like how you are able to personalize your burrito, and can decide what to opt in or out of it. However, if it's your first time there, it can be a bit confusing because there are so many options to choose from and if you don't know what you like or don't (like me, I was soo confused!!!), it can be tiny complicated. However, the staff is very nice and friendly and they help you out! Overall a very nice place! Also it's very reasonable! You can get a large burrito with a drink at around £10, which is not a bad deal at all! Also it actually fills you up, so money worth spent!! I really loved the ambiance!!

Delicious food. Quite large portions. You can choose the additions and the level of spiciness you like. A version for vegetarians and meat lovers. Very nice service. A nice and atmospheric place where you can eat well.

Awesome burrito!! Passing through Cheltenham for the night, and this was just what the doctor ordered. Perfect tender and juicy chicken, great guacamole, and a great price. All topped off with really nice friendly staff service. Definitely recommend.

Very small portions inside the burito wrap, asked for more barely a teaspoon was added and made me pay “extra” A lady called yuena very un welcoming, took food and throw it away when food was not finished. Throwing with chairs and “cleaning” the most angry and unwelcoming face. Not happy with the service at all. As i spent 50£ there aswell. Worst service i ever saw

Mmmmmmmmm burritos Great food and service

Today (31/03/23), I had come there with my pre teen daughter. She loves mexican food. I ordered a medium sized salad bowl while my daughter ordered a medium wrap. An elderly man filled my bowl with the rice. As I never had rice in salad bowl before so I just asked then he got so annoyed and he threw the rice back in the rice bowl and slid it to his colleague in anger. Felt so insulted but I did not say anything back to him. I paid my order, had it and left quitely. There are couple of staff members who do not have a little patience and are very rude. Next time, I would have to think twice before coming in as I don’t want my daughter to see all this rude behaviour as she was very awkward there while eating the food.

The food was excellent and we had the most fabulous service from a senior gentleman. His customer service was perfect. He was polite and swift and very professional in his approach. The only thing preventing a 5* service was the blatant frustration and snide remarks made to this senior gentleman by his fellow colleague (woman with brown hair tied into a loose bun). Her comments were belittling in nature and completely unjustified. An example of this being: We were greeted with a smile and hello from the gentleman and the woman stated "he's clearly not paying attention because I'm not ready to serve you". He placed a lid onto a bowl to help this woman and she napped at him, stating "don't touch it, we don't want it sent back again do we?". My heart went out to this man that took every jibe and dig with a smile and overlooked her blatant rudeness. I hope he isn't subjected to his kind of communication on a regular basis. Kindness costs nothing.

Even though the food its ok, I want to highlight a situation that happened while I was ordering. On Saturday March 11th 2023, I was getting a kids chicken bowl for my 2 year old and a nice hispanic lady (which we had met in another occasion in the restaurant) was making the bowl and appeared to be under training. I was appalled to see her colleague ( white lady with reddish/blond hair) treating her in an aggressive and dismissive manner, as if the lady was inferior or was not able to receive positive feedback. The way the hispanic lady was being trained was unprofessional and showed a toxic environment. If Paparritos stands for such environment then I refuse to bring my business to them. Especially since I am off hispanic heritage and know how hard is to fit in Cheltenham…. Hope something can be done about the situation. Thank you!

I love to visit Paparrito's for a bite when I'm in town. Individually made burritos with your choice of filling.

On a shopping day in Cheltenham we decided to eat lunch at Paparritos. Great burritos. Delicious toppings. Rice, beans, peppers, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese.. The downside.. They charged me for a large burrito when I had a medium. The chairs were either filthy or broken. Please clean your chairs : ) The staff didn't say anything when a man came in WITH his bicycle! People are eating and there is a dirty bike tyre within a couple inches. Not good!

Always very nice and tastes very fresh. Staff are always friendly too. Would definitely recommend the beef as the meat choice in the burrito. So nice and full of flavour

Papritos is one of those places that gives me excitement knowing that my belly will be fully of their amazing food. My partner and I visit very regularly and the food never disappoints. Always fresh. Always tasty as hell. Always completely satisfied. I can't say I've visited every Mexican eatery in the UK, however I can't imagine how a burrito could possibly be any better. Keep up the good work guys!

Awesome big papa wrap, very tasty though a bit confused as the menu states all food prepared fresh on ordering but these were premade, wrapped in foil and just reheated when we ordered them, also the price of drinks was extremely high, nearly £3 for a small bottle of pop and just a few pence less for a can seems way overpriced to me

Quick service and a very clean area. The only small criticism is that there is not enough seating as the place is quite small.

If you're in Cheltenham then you need to try Paparito's. The burritos are made fresh to order and with your choice of filings. I regularly enjoy the mushroom or sweet potato filings as they are both excellent vegan options. If you go for veggie options, then guacamole is added for free rather than a small additional charge. The staff are friendly and the food is simply amazing. I recommended eating in and topping up your burrito with their chilli sauce. You won't be disappointed!

We arrived an hour before they closed but the staff had already clocked off in their attitude. We had to almost persuade them to serve us and they were clearing our things away long before 9pm. Disappointing.

We are ALWAYS ordering from Paparritos as they're one of very few places to have vegetarian options that are actually enjoyable. We'd recently heard from someone that mega burritos were now available and obviously wanted to test each other. My partner, who has learning difficulties, decided to try going in on his own today. I had texted him the order and spoke it to him but he still found himself a little stuck. These lovely ladies in the store took the time to HELP him. Not shame him. Not embarrass him. Not do it for him. Not baby him. But genuinely HELP him. This is something that never in the 20 odd years of me knowing him let alone in the 7 years of us being in a relationship have we seen. No store has ever helped him like that before. They usually just point to me and say "isn't that what you're for" or other times they'll fully discriminate/shame him infront of us and to his face. He called me as soon as he left and said how lovely you both were to him and asked me to write a review for you! So thank-you. Thank-you. Thank-you!

I came here with my girlfriend and we both tried their outstanding burritos... The girl behind the counter helped me through the whole process (they had so much to choose from!!) The price was really fair, the food was served very quickly (truly fast food) I have added this place to my shortlist of favourite go-to's in Cheltenham!

Have tried ordering a pork burrito a couple of times and unfortunately the burrito is 80% rice. It’s nice but I have on my last two online orders had to scrape out a lot of rice. It still tastes nice but I would like to see more meat content.

An excellent establishment for those who need an inexpensive but hearty snack. I have been here twice and I can assure you that this cafe is worth your attention. Delicious food, quick cooking and the choice of filling is dependent on you. Recommendable! I would come back here again.

We order regularly on deliveroo and have always called up to customise our burritos. Recently we have been told a couple of times they are too nice to customise them so we have cancelled our orders. Please update your deliveroo to allow for customisations as other restaurants do. We would order from you a lot more often.

Had my first burrito here today, the lady at the counter was very kind and let me wait inside with our dog out of the rain whilst my husband ordered our food. I had a chicken burrito which was delicious, very tasty and ingredients were very fresh. Excellent value for money too. Will definitely be back soon!

I found this place sort of by accident, having a stroll around the area where we were staying. I do love tacos! So thought this was a better option to try than the taco Bell i found just a bit further down the street as well! I got tacos, of course! But I foolishly got hard tacos and took them back to where we were staying. Tasty tacos but soggy! That is my fault for not eating them there! My other half got a burrito and he enjoyed his. We look forward to returning when we come back to the area in a few months. Staff were very friendly as well. Nice to chat them up!

This place has everything you want for a little town like Cheltenham. It's inside is so authentic and is the cutest little spot for a first date. It's almost like a Japanese street food vibe, expect the fact it is Mexican food... Of course. The food is great for all cultures and people of certain allergies or have a preference in certain type of food from: Chicken, beef, beans, vegetables, basically anything you would associate with a burrito. The drink choices also fill all shoes with a special Mexican choice of drink with variety if different flavours and also your basic drinks in case you aren't feeling the jazz. Service is also key with places and can also be the case of that one missing star. Whereas, here it is not. I most recently went with my girlfriend who can be very shy in some social aspects and usually I will say to the person serving what she would like to order. However, the person who's name I didn't get unfortunately get made her feel comfortable enough to say what she would like and it ultimately the reason I believe this place gets five stars based on the fact it's a cute little Mexican burrito food place.

Super tasty burritos with plenty of choice in terms of fillings, definitely recommend the pork and chicken! They were also super accommodating in terms of swapping the childrens burrito into a burrito bowl and seperating it for my son. Nott badly priced for a lunch time treat either. For two large burritos, drinks and a children's burrito it was about £20.

Absolutely amazing place to go get a burrito. It's a choose your own filling place and it all tastes so good.
