One of the best Indian meals I’ve had in England We shared the mixed vegetarian starter The poppadoms with home made pickles as an accompaniment Excellent choice Main course was Keralan jumbo king prawn curry Chilli and coriander nan Wonderful A bottle of Pino Grigio Super service Wonderful value for money

Food is good, tasty and lots of it. Just Eat notified me my order was ready for collection. this was jot the case, I waited a further 15 minutes.

Can honestly say it's the best Indian restaurant I've been too. We have just moved to the area and have tried a couple but this one is in a different league. The food is beautifully cooked and atmosphere is lovely very homely and welcoming. We have dined in and had a takeaway and both times were fantastic. Would definitely recommend

I just recently moved to the area and ordered for collection and wow! I couldn’t believe how good the food was!! I ordered the chicken balti curry and garlic naan bread and it was packed with flavour! Sooo delicious. The staff were really friendly too! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you

Don’t order on Just Eat. Never had a problem before but I ordered on Just eat at 11:39 when they said they were still open but they didn’t accept the order and then cancelled it at 11:50. They need to update their Just Eat hours if they’re going to keep disappointing customers like this.

The sides were no longer hot, considering they were fried this should be relatively easy to avoid on a 15 min drive! BUT the food was fabulous as always.

Interesting and diverse menu and reasonably priced. The service, the decor and the ambience was really good . We loved the food - truly excellent! As a nation who has been to many Indian restaurants in London and beyond, I would say this is one of the best I’ve been to in recent times. Absolutely recommend .

Ordered online and choose delivery for 5:45pm. Delivery was on time. The food was just awful. Worse ever indian dishes i ever had. Ordered a Lamb Korai and it was tastless. The meat taste like boiled. I had to add on some spices to make it tasty. Nan bread seems like it was reheated. I do not recommend anyone to order there, waste of money. Very disappointed

Dosa was not authentic. Not made from rice flour and Urab...it was soft and sweet instead of crispy and the filling was tasteless. Fishcakes were also dry, tasteless and artificially coloured. Lamb Coorgi....sweet 'custard' sauce, no spice at all. Seafood platter: puri tough. Crab ok. Very disappointing meal that bore no resemblance to authentic Indian cuisine at all. We left over half our meals as it was not at all enjoyable. The overall flavour was sweetness without any savoury or spicy tones. Worst 'Indian' food we have ever had

Have been using papad for 6 years now. Lovely restaurant with staff that go out of their way to make your experience pleasant. Never had an issue once with any of my food. They even make changes to dishes so my child who has allergies can also eat there. 10/10 would recommend.

Always great food. Arrived late and the food was on the warm/cold side but probably to down to the freezing weather and football today. Food was very tasty, enjoyed the lamb chops, Sheek kabab and samosas especially.

Had the tandoori bizarre, wow! What an explosion of Individual flavours that came together beautifully. Don’t think I’ve ever had tandoori grilled food that led me on such a culinary journey, A must try for anyone - the chef is a true master of his trade!!

This was the first time we have used Papad(6th Aug 2022), we had mixed feelings as had used The Coriander in Amersham for the last 10years(No more it’s gone down hill). Wow what a lovely takeaway from Papad, very very impressed as were all the family. It arrived on time 45mins to Latimer, the driver was very polite and helpful. Now the food was piping hot well packed and very tasty we had quite a selection ( Dhansak, Korma, Tikka, Tarka daal, bread and more) we cannot wait to go back and try something new. Many thanks for restoring our faith in takeaway restaurants. Thankyou we will be using you again.

I got delivered the wrong food, we ordered a Masala and a rogan but instead we got delivered a korma

Food was poor. Un edible Goan curry meat dry and not recognisable the sauce was ok. I ordered Masala chips, they went straight in the bin soggy oven chips with a sprinkle of some spice on top. First and last time ordering here.

Went to the restaurant with a group of friends on a Friday night. We didn't have a starter but all had a main course. Eveyone was impressed with the freshness and quality of the dish. I had the lamb chops which were really good. There was plenty of meat on the chops andthey were tender and not overcooked. My husband always orders king prawn vindaloo. He said the vindaloo was amazing, Very very hot and spicy with huge prawns. One of the best he had eaten. I can highly recomend this restaurant and will be visiting again.

First impression - 5 stars Food was amazing, super tasty and you can tell the ingredients are of fine quality. Very reasonably priced. Service was also 10/10, very attentive, friendly and professional. A must if you’re visiting Chesham!

All the food was cold, the korma does not look like korma or taste like korma, the naans were freezing cold and very rubbery. The whole food did not taste right and the chicken was still a little pink inside. Overall very bad experience. Will not be having this again.

Really good price, lovely employees and the food is so tasty. Will definitely be coming back!! Would recommend the Tandoor Bazaar, you get to try a bit of everything, the prawns are amazing!

Order it with plenty of time, 7:10pm to arrive by 8:25pm and it didn’t come until gone 9. Tasted fantastic, but delivery was shocking.

Great tasty food, couldn’t see Poppadoms on the menu but they gave me some. Best takeaway I’ve had in Chesham since moving here.

I had high hopes considering this restaurant is often recommended. We had a take away. Ingredients were of a good quality but the taste was lacking in every department. I don’t think I’ve ever had Indian food which was so bland, and lacking in spice. My dish was meant to be hot (lamb rozella) and it was definitely mild. However even if 100 chillies were added for heat, the lack of overall flavour and spice would still disappoint. Also the case with our other dishes. Should be 2.5/5 (I can’t give it. 2/5 as it wasn’t “poor”).

I ordered 3 naan breads and one didn’t turn up. I called the shop and they said they put it in the bag. They did not - the garlic and olive oil naan was missing and this person was very disappointed. They effectively stole £2.75 from me by charging me and not supplying it. Worse was when I called to say this they lied and said I only ordered plain and three cheese which is not true.

Can never go wrong with padpad. Everything I’ve tried is always delicious!

Food was nice, although the duck was a bit odd as it had the texture of offal. Don't go here if you want to be socially distanced from your fellow diners, very cramped restaurant. Not comfortable, so we didn't stay long. Wouldn't go back.

Food was a bit late but the restaurant gave me a free drink while I waited so no complaint there!

Ordered a chicken madras which we eat regularly from other restaurants and all have been spicy. We dished our food out and we both thought it had no taste (very bland) and was no spice at all, so much so… I would give it to my baby with how mild it was. Called them to see if they made a mistake and they even said it should be medium/hot and after saying it literally had no taste ordered a vindaloo to come instead thinking it would be medium considering there was no spice to madras but was extra extra spicy. Didn’t have no taste, was just pure spice. After delivery guy was a bit rude we just decided to settle and just put it down to not getting their mediums right. Disappointed as previously ordered about a year ago and was quite nice. Maybe just don’t order madras lol.
