Absolutely shambolic - I think it’s new owners - ordered a Hawaiian and got just ham and cheese . Crust has changed it’s just awful now . That’s it nail In the coffin for me .

Absolutely pathetic service from this branch. I tried ordering a cheesy crust pizza got a totally dry thin crust. I have always ordered a cheesy crust pizza in the past. Tried calling them and asking them on how to remedy the situation since I hadn't touched the pizzas at all. Instead they started arguing about ascertaining whose fault it is and that nothing could be done now. Very poor customer service from the staff.

Rang up to find out what time I could expect my deliver after the track my order had been on checking and cutting for 40 minutes. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful and offered no time line. Pizza still hasn’t arrive after 1.5hours.

Disgusting dry pizza the worst I’ve ever had my 2 kids couldn’t eat it cost me £45 and had to throw away,ring the store they didn’t care such rude staff

Service is poor when they eventually do actually answer the phone, they struggle to understand what you’re ordering and the process is extremely slow! Pizza was ok but not very warm and the portion of potato tots that cost nearly £6 were a joke, they also forgot to Include the dip and the dips we paid an extra £3 for never even arrived so check your order!

Ordered food at 20.02 it is now 21.20 and i have still not recieved it, i have phoned them 17 times, and no answer. The service is extremely poor, and at this point I am wondering if it will even arrive. Will not make the mistake of ordering from this branch again. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Not only were the pizzas delivered late, they also tried to con us: one of the pizzas we ordered was an Nduja pizza. The pizza arrives and there is no Ndjua, there are just spots of tomato sauce around the top as if to fool us into believing there actually was Nduja. Can you believe the cheek! You would have thought they could at least have called us, explained they were out of Nduja, and offered a different topping? Never ordering from here ever again.

Never order from here. Second time we’ve had missing items from our order, garlic sticks first time and a drink the second. Staff are unfriendly and haven’t a clue what they’re doing. Useless place and a waste of our money.

Really disappointed second time with this shop( northwood hills). After sending a wrong order as they put chillies on my kids pizza garden party.. and they apologised they will provide me next time same food for free. When I called today they were so rude on call and force me to order something first then only they can provide me free pizza as mentioned above. So disappointed with service, customer care, food , staff doesn't understand your point of view. Really fed up and not happy !!! 👎😡

Wish I could give zero stars. This rating is after having issues the last 3 or 4 times I've placed an order. Each time I've thought maybe its a one off.... Poor customer service. Poor pizzas. ALL the staff need to either be replaced or given further training. The owner/company really needs to step in and turn things around. They have had one too many chances. Won't be ordering from this branch ever again !

App shows it’s still being prepared, on the time that we managed to get get through on the phone they keep saying it’s 10 mins away. No idea what to say to this. Don’t the pizza will be warm.

Ordered online for asap delivery it was delivered within 40 minutes. Pizza were made fresh and were piping hot when they arrived. Large pizza was enough for 2 adults for dinner. A medium pizza for 2 kids was plenty. Delivery driver was friendly. These pizzas are really good quality and they taste a lot better and different to other pizza brands. Like to order from here when I fancy a change.

Called them up and was told they don't deliver. Called a few minutes later and another person picked up, took my order but then said the card machine would not take my card.. I told them I have a second card and they proceeded to tell me the card machine was now not working... Terrible service.....

I bought 2 pizza from here last week, the neat feast put me out of work for 3 days with diarrhoea and vomiting and I only had 2 slices. Luckily my wife had a vegetarian pizza. I am telling everyone that please do not eat from these people anc I will be suing for this I paid good money

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE AND POOR BEHAVIOR FROM JAMIN THE MANAGER. Dear Sirs, I ordered pizza today and waited 45 minutes. The online tracker said the pizza is in the oven. After 50 minutes I called the branch and I was told by Jamin the manager that my pizza can't be delivered as there is a system error. I have 4 young kids who were starving and nobody from Papa John's emailed me or called me to even tell me my pizza won't be delivered. Jamin then said to me I can possibly refund you if you like! Why should it be 'possibly' when I hadn't received the pizza I ordered. Absolutely disgusting service, Jamin didn't care and I will never be ordering from Papa John's in the future. I will be leaving a 1 star review on Google and social media. I want my full refund. Kind regards Kavi Kotecha

I've not had a problem with delivery times like most people seem to have. I mostly came to say the quality of their pizza and sides are spot on, if you want a good Papa John's experience this should be one of them. Just hope you don't get a really late delivery.

Staff are lovely, pizza is nice although sometimes can arrive cold if driver is doing multiple drop offs.

Had to wait near enough 2 hours for delivery tried calling but no one was answering the phone - got a £5 voucher sent to me for my trouble which I went to use & wouldn’t work so tried calling up to get help they told me it should work & to keep trying but it didn’t work so I tried calling back & got no answer. Nice pizzas but really poor APP/website & customer service so I won’t be ordering from papa johns again!

I put an order through, went to the shop for collection with the staff telling me the order did not go through. I have shown them the order confirmation in the picture below as proof that I have already made the purchase and made the payment. They refused to make the order and I was told they would only make the Pizza if I make the order again and pay again saying that this is not relevant to them and I can go and write an email and the customer service should refund one of the orders. This clearly is an issue with Papa Johns and not the customer, if I have proof of purchase that I made the payment and get refused the product, it is just very poor customer service. It was only few hours later that they called me, apologising and telling me the order just went through and they will make sure I get the points and my money back, but at this point I already bought my pizza and had it from somewhere else, however I will add an extra star for their effort to my original review.

They just argued over a pound had two offers on their website £ 8.99 and £ 9.99 for large pizza the £8.99 offer was in grey so they said It was not available even tho it was still on their website lost my future business over £1 bad management.

I would give them a minus 1 if I could. I am regular customer but every time I call for a pizza I am quoted £15plus when it should be £12.49. This time a rude manager insisted that was right. These are Covid times so for a small pizza they should charge the right price. Avoid Avoid this place. When they go broke and we get a better pizza place they will learn! What 40% deals?! They just want to rip people off?!

Didn't want to give one star. Pre ordered at 1330 for 16.15 delivery and was over 30 mins late. According to the tracking app driver was on way for 25 mins for a 5 min journey from the shop. So obviously it was warm and not hot when we received and its not the first time.

I ordered through the app a few weeks ago and it was ready on time and tasted pretty good. Although I walked by the store today and the interior was stripped out. Is it now closed then?

I have ordered a pizza and have received burnt pizza. Worst pizza ever had. Was asking for a refund and was ignored completely. Avoid ordering at northwood branch.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Order placed well in advance, at around 18:20 for 19:15-19:30 delivery. No sign of food at 19:30. No one answering phone to tell us if the order was being processed. Online order tracking did not work. Google showed the Papa John branch was closed. So we had no idea what was going on. Waited till 19:45, and placed another food order elsewhere. At about 20:00 got an email from Papa John with £5 coupon for delay, and food was delivered at about 20:05. Not a good experience at all. And from my previous similar experiences with Papa John, it never seems to improve. Never ordering from Papa John again.

Wait for delivery 100 minutes call to see what happens they apologise and promise free pizza on next Order. They didn't, and they not recognised but after I asked to check my order and time was delivered they offered a small drink. This place is getting from bad to worse. You order a vegetarian pizza and they must have run out of vegetables? It’s not cheap and it arrived cold. We are in Covid-19 and you would think they would want repeat custom and to survive. Let’s hope they close for good soon so Northwood Hills gets the Papa Johns it deserves! Shape up or ship out, but stop ripping people off and serving bad pizzas?!

Order was completely incorrect - hot buffalo chicken wings turned up as plain wings, bbq chicken pizza arrived as chicken and tomato. Haven’t ordered from here for 6 months and now I remember why. Soggy pizza - even pizzahut is better than this. Sticking to pizzapilgrims from now on. If you enjoy bland, stodgy food and like to have a surprise pizza order from here

Disgusting rude bunch of fools are working in this place, i have been trying to place an order since 11.10 to 12.30 on Thursday and there is no one one pick up the phone. Please do not order any thing from this shop.

Went to collect 2 pizza "they lost the pizzas in store" when i received them they were cold. No apology typical indian set up . All about money ,no customer service.

Awful! Tried Papa John’s in Northwood Hills for a change... bad idea. I just picked up a cold undercooked pizza. Raw dough, so gross.

When calling to address an issue, I was told by a man who shouted at me "it's your fault" before hanging up on me. Never again ordering from this place. Pizza tasted good hence giving it two stars instead of one.

Worst place to order. Normally a village pizza loyal, but ordered from papa johns for a change. Pizza arrived late, cold with missing dips. Called the store, who were ready to replace pizza, but it will take another 30 mins. No refunds just wait... Rubbish Absolutely not worth it...

Ignore you when you walk in Stood there for 5 min and nobody came, went to Domino's which is opposite and served straight away.

Took a good while to arrive, but considering the bad weather they may have been low on drivers. But my pizza got me and it felt as if it had been sitting out for an hour as the pizza, chicken wings and garlic bread were just warm. Crust was really chewy and gummy and overall the food was generally not good. First time I’ve ordered from here in a while but it’ll be the last too, for a very similar price dominoes is just down the road and so far they haven’t let me down.

The pizza order took well over an hour to be delivered paid total £25.99 The side order of Coleslaw was not with the order when delivered we realized straight away told driver He apologized and to our surprise came back 1&1/2 hours later with the coleslaw !! We’d all finished eating by then of course so put it straight in fridge Opened it for lunch next day it was really off tasted disgusting still in date but had obviously been left out in heat I called to ask for a credit of a side order to go on our next order Manager refused The manager says apparently you need to taste it being off and call within half hour ??? Papa John's produces the hottest, tastiest takeaway pizza in the area. HUGE range of toppings and the pizzas are utterly delicious.

Horrible service. We ordered only one pizza and they said twenty mins. We got there just in time and they said only two mins were left. We asked them again after fifteen mins and the staff run around the kitchen to see how much time was left.I repeatedly asked them that why it has taken so long when you said it will be ready in twenty mins. I extremely recommend that you go to other pizza shop near you.

So I would NEVER order from this place EVER again. Hope HQ are happy with their customer service this location provides. Think they may need some more training !!!!!!

Always have recommended Papa Johns vs Pizza Hut etc but after our experience, the tables have turned. Placed and order over the phone for delivery since we had a long day. After ordering, we were given an estimate time of 20 minutes. Taking into account the potential traffic, it should have taken 30 mins (40 at the most if there were serious traffic issues or the food was cooked wrong etc). 40 minutes later, nothing so we called the store and was reported the driver left 10 minutes ago. Gave it another 10 mins, still nothing so we called back and the woman was still adamant he was on his way. 30 mins passed and he finally turned up, food insanely cold. We asked the driver how long ago he left and were told he left no more than 5 minutes ago. Annoyed with the situation, I also got in my car and drove to the store as we had refused a cold pizza that was late for no reason. The one female who must have answered the phone and was talking to use then refused to speak to me and I had to wait for someone to make a fresh order for me. Don't have a problem with things being late, just dont be stupid and lie to your customers.

The pizza was good but I ordered garlic pizza strips and it was more like just a circle of garlic bread. But overall was a good service.
