Lovely food and excellent staff, Victoria looked after us really well. Best meal and dining experience out at Butlins all holiday 🤩 good value for money.

Great service, our fave place to eat at Butlins. Staff were friendly and attentive. Didn't have to wait long at all even when they were busy.

This was our second time at this Papa John's on our week at Butlins. The service we received went well beyond our expectations. James and Victoria both looked after us very well. They were very accommodating to all our requests, nothing was too much trouble and was met with a smile. They were both very friendly and an absolute credit to the company.

Great staff, in particular Victoria our server. Lots of great food. We had the buffet, and it was a reasonable price. Kids made their monies worth

Loads of options for all the family. Trinity was loads of fun and great with the kids. The kids were given colouring to do to keep them busy whilst they waited which wasn't long at all.

Great selection for breakfast. Ginnie, Adele and Keith were our servers. Really friendly, really helpful. Looking forward to coming again.

Keith was everywhere, like a prime Kante covering the heart of the restaurant, great service from the team here, always here to help. I got my boiled eggs here and my camomile tea, it was cleaner than the other places too.

Victoria gave us great service , as we are a group of carers and family with young people with learning disabilities. She was very patient and efficient.

I came with my 3 year old daughter whilst on a trip to Butlins. Our server was Abby who was great. We were also served by James who was brilliant! My daughter fell off a chair and he couldn’t have done more to help. The whole team were polite and friendly and fantastic on the whole.

We had the buffet snd there was s eide selection of pizzas but the pasta was just okay. The salad was also just okay. Oskar pur server was very friendly amd pleasant.

Serve Keith was great but the pizza was really poor, it was cold and and although we arrived as soon as it opened the pizza seemed like it had sat for a long time under the lamps.

Visited papa John's Saturday lunchtime, food was great both salad and pizza were being replenished fast . Everything was clean , staff were excellent especially Trinity.

Papa Johns have copied the highly successful buffet model of pizza hut - and it works perfectly. At times the salad bar and the pizza bar could do with being a bit more topped up compared to the other food places here you can't fault...
