under cooked pizza again last time 4 me the food used to be good but latetley its boon poor very poor this will be the last time

Garden Party Pizza with Stuffed Crust one of my favourite from Papa John's had the XXL one today 🤩

I visited this place tonight on the 10.01.24,I ordered a Garlic Bread with Cheese it was terrible there wasn’t any cheese on the Garlic bread and it was dry,I also ordered a Hawaiian Pizza which is Ham and Pineapple there wasn’t any cheese on the Pizza and there was 9 pieces of Pineapple on it this meal came to £17.50 and I have to say it was terrible I will not visit this place for food ever again.👎

Just had my November 2023 Bank Statement and have found that Papa Johns (Great Norther Road, Aberdeen), have continued with a Debit for £26.68 ~ The Order was made on the 18th November 2023 via the Papa John Website (Order #70267230), I phoned the shop twice and was told they had Issues with their Ordering System. I was told that once the Orders had been received I would recieve my Pizza, I waiting another 2 hours and no order arrived ~ If you check your Order System that no order #70267230 was either made or delivered. How can it be right that Papa Johns continue with collecting a Debit Card Transaction when they have had issues and been unable to honour orders?

We just ordered pizza from here last night. Food was great, no problems whatsoever and still warm on delivery. The only one thing they need to improve on is the app for tracking your food. It told us we had her food already which made us call the store to ask what was happening as we never did but was told the driver would be 10 minutes so maybe that is normal routine For them to Mark the order has delivered for their rating system. I’m not too sure.

Phones are being answered(after multiple attempts) by non-english speakers who can't even take a postcode let alone understand a question regarding where a late online order was despite the tracker app having said its been delivered (on its set time funnily enough) and 45 minutes later and still no food. Will not be using this one again.

Had to wait 2 hours after phoning twice. Said on app that it was in quality control for an hour! Turned up and wish that hadn't ordered in the end. Will NEVER order from them again!

The staff was very friendly and they have a very good promotion, however the pizza was not very good for the price and cinnamon rolls were very dry and doughy with absolutely no flavour.

We ordered a pizza online, they sent the wrong one. When we opened it and realised, we phoned the branch immediately and explained we couldn't accept it due to dietary requirements. The person we spoke to apologised and said they would sent the correct one immediately. We called 45 minutes later and spoke to the "Radu" who said he was the manager. He insisted it had been sent out but acknowledged it hadn't been delivered. He refused to refund us. This guy is unbelievable. I will never order from here again

No pizza AND no refund - doesn't seem possible does it? I waited 90 mins and then called to cancel, only for the pizza guy to show up 2 hours late anyway acting like nothing was out of the ordinary. When I told him the order was cancelled, he sneakily tried to dump the pizza in my front garden LOL, but grudgingly took it away after I explained why he shouldn't do that. So no pizza. Refund? Not on your life! The coward manager never called me back despite promises to do so, the refund never came, no apology, nothing. Weird. Tried to speak to Papa John's HQ but they just said: not our problem, mate. Crazy right? Please believe me: this is LITERALLY the Worst Pizza Place in the World. Avoid.

Great customer service. Ordered a combo deal and one of the pizzas that arrived was incorrect. I rang to inform the branch, they were apologetic and in 30 minutes they sent the correct pizza. Not only the correct pizza, but the entire combo deal again!!

Waited over an hour and a half for my order and it still hasn’t arrived, asked to speak to the manager and he says he will phone the driver and phone me back 15 minutes later still haven’t received a phone call I recommend nobody orders food from here as the customer service is ridiculous and the food will probably be cold before it arrives

This take-out is an absolute shambles. It took 1.5 hour for them to deliver an order that arrived luke-warm at best. Their staff, including "manager" Karan, were less than helpful; they could not give us any update on when the food might be with us prior to arrival, and wouldn't offer a refund. If I could give it fewer than 1 stars, I would.

Used to be great, but staff appear useless now. Last time I tried to order, I phoned, the chap who answered, could hardly speak English, I told him I was calling to place an order for delivery, he told me my delivery was on its way, I tried again, I'm calling to place an order for delivery, your order is on its way. After trying a third time to explain I hadn't placed an order yet, he was still trying to tell me my order was on its way, so I hung up and went to domino's instead.

Order took 75 minutes to arrive. When Store called to chase up the order they couldn't give a time for delivery. When it did arrive the food was cold. When store was called to complain they were rude, arguementative and then hung up

Took 1.5 hours to receive my order and when I called to check up on it, the man on the phone was completely un-sympathetic and rude. Very dissapointed. Order was also unfortunately wrong, but didn't want to have to wait another hour and a half for a corrected version.

Not happy. We've waited about an hour now, phoned them and promptly got told that it would be another 20-30 mins, no apology or anything. We just seem to get a lot of problems with staff manners, wrong orders, super late orders.. In typing this, they have phoned me..so during the phone call they now have none of what we ordered as sides. And nearing the end of the conversation I just got hung up on. Now we've had problems with staff manners a lot and been spoken to with open disgust over the phone and in-store, I thought things were picking up but seems I was wrong. I was going to leave 1* however when they do get it right the pizza/food is very good. Also my children dont really like any other pizza so this is the selected one when we do order if anyone was wondering why we keep going back. Edit: it has been over an hour and a half and STILL no food.

Have to wait another hour & a half says the manager on the phone because there's only 2 drivers . Yes, only 2 . Be quicker collecting if I'm honest . They never give reminders on how long they'll actually be, it's always 30-40 mins says their website but it always takes longer 🤷🏻‍♀️

My brother ordered food from here and paid via card for food, £31 later - NO FOOD DELIVERED - papa johns kept the money and refused to refund!! They are robbing people!

Driver spoke less English than ET the extra terrestrial. I think he was more of an illegal alien than him also. He didn’t know where he was. Never got pizza and never got refund. Store supervisor spoke slightly more English, he must have been here for at least two weeks. He didn’t know his own name though which was concerning. First time ever I have never received an order, also never got refund. Please, please avoid.

I thought standards were slipping but I realised they’re not today. Friendly staff and delivery driver, warm food, well cooked food. So happy about the new festive pizza and hot dog scrolls I ordered. Word of advice, do not expect service on quieter days to be the same at busy hours! We forget that we’re only human. The managers don't know what they are doing, absolutely unprofessional, rude and probably not trained properly because they have no manners towards the customers, it is extremely disappointing. Came here couple of times, there was always something with the order, i had remakes, and noone informed me about my extra waiting time, but i was sitting in the shop for more than 30minutes, and it was not busy. Not coming back again, would also not recommend. (On the side note, they leave receipts lying around, with the customers data on.. WOW)

Took hour and a half to arrive. Was cold. Won't do delivery again. Better collecting. Shame because nice pizza just stone cold.

tried to order online but it wouldn't let me, so i drove there. This one was closed due to them not being able to get hold of a set of keys!! so i drove to the nearest one and they agreed to deliver it to me, so i left. i rang them after the delivery time and the ordered had be past to this place and so i called them. they had just got the order so it would be late. turned up late and not the best, so will use dominoes next time. i complained online as we spend £160 and didn't get any good answer's as to what happened just offer of two large pizzas for free.

Ordered for 12.20pm and it arrived at 11.40am. The delivery man was banging on the door and appeared unhappy as well despite the fact that he was there too early. Not a pleasant experience.

The delivery driver couldn’t find Hilton drive he drove past the house and didn’t return for 15 minutes then the lady that answered the phone told me a lie and said he was just on the way his car broke down the pizza is freezing. Lady that answered the phone was rude and was rushing me off the phone extremely rude!

I will never ever order from this branch again. Our first order was delivered & the delivery driver could not get away fast enough. One pizza box was crushed & the cheese & toppings stuck to underside of lid! Other pizza, toppings had slid off, toppings incorrect! Tandoori chicken poppers over cooked & disgusting! Called branch...replacements arrived eventually but Luke warm plus one pizza still not totally correct but still we went with it! Chicken topping had texture of being undercooked & I could not eat it...was disgusting. We both felt sick after it! Such a waste of money and it’s not cheap! Will never order from there again!

Unhelpful staff after an order that was over 2 hours late. I was then promised a refund that I never received even after calling the restaurant on 3 occasions. Eventually told to call back when they were less busy. Appaling customer service and mediocre pizza at a high price.

Food came 1 hour and 40 minutes after ordering it (45 minutes after it was supposed to). By the time the food arrived it was cold/soggy and we were given the wrong thing in the variety combo.

My wedges were half cooked and I waited an hour and 15 mins for it aswel not happy at all.

The driver did not ring the doorbell or call before saying we were not home (this we know because he needed directions when he eventually got there), and he didn’t have change on him so i had to give him an extra £3. Not Satisfied.

Food was suppose to be delivered at 22:25, phoned at 22:40 to see why it hadn’t been delivered. Was told apparently they only had one driver and he forgot sides to another delivery and had to go back to return items to customer and that my pizza is ready at 22:25 however the driver never took my order and left it there. Was told if my food was cold to phone back even though they shut at 11 so by time it was delivered I wasn’t able to phone and wasn’t able to get refund or anything of the sort. This is an absolute joke considering I paid 23.00 by card. Highly wouldn’t recommend as when asked if they could remake my pizza for the driver to collect it when they were going back to collect it that it would still be mildly warm for myself they refused. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RIDICULOUS FROM JUST-EAT AND PAPA JOHNS FOR DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT.

Love the quality and quantity of the food delivered in both the orders I have had from this franchise BUT both orders were marred by the fact that the delivery guy did not bring a complete order. The first order was missing the pizza and we had to wait while he went back and got it. Apparantley he never checked for a pizza and forgot to pick it up. The second order was minus a portion of BBQ chicken wings and a bottle of Pepsi max. A phone call confirmed I had payed for two each of these items but were put through as one of each instead. The crew of this establishment need to get their act together and pay more attention to what the customer is ordering as customer satisfaction is the key to success in this type of operation and these mistakes have already planted the seed of doubt as to whether I re-order again or not.

Omg.. Have had a Papa John's before from Aberdeen Great Northern Road branch but I have never tasted so disgusting garlic bread!! Someone elses pizza was delivered, which we identified to the driver, he returned circa 25 minutes later with our order, which had obviously been sitting the whole time it wasnt being delivered so was only slighty warm and the pizza base was very tough - as what happens when pizza sits in a box under a heat lamp for an extended time. Called the store and was told would get a refund but they wanted to pick up the pizza to prove it hadnt been eaten, which is fine but nobody picked it up or contacted us so called the next day and was told to bin the pizza as nobody would come to pick it up and they would process refund which would take 3-5 days, now almost a month on with no refund and over a week since their head office said it was being investigated, paypal are reviewing the dispute i raised, real terrible service to an issue that they created, will honestly never order from papa johns again

Ordered at 7.15pm, expected delivery time 7.45pm. Email confirmation updated time to 8pm. Called at 8.15pm, order hadnt yet left restaurant for delivery. Came just after 8.30pm, which for 2 starters to be delivered from 3miles away is ridiculous!

my food was late and the pizza was burnt black underneath and round the side and I have three kids who were so Hungary they started eating it when I was on the phone to papa johns when they said they could only do me another pizza if I give them the burnt one back

So I took out a large loan from the bank and wanted to see what papa was like..... It was alright Unfortuantly it wasn't worth the 35 k I paid for it Pizza hut did a better job.
