We go every Easter but this year we find the service very slow and poor by the restaurant standards to be honest

Outstanding food and service, views were amazing, cocktails were delicious , opted for the 3 course lunch menu and it did not disappoint , every course was a delight. Compliments to the chef . Staff were very professional and accommodating .

Fantastic view and friendly service. There were 4 of us celebrating a 60th birthday, the selection of cocktails were good and very enjoyable. The starters were very mixed between the size of the meat starters to very small fish. Main courses very nice and the sides very good. The assiette of desserts were very good. However, later in the evening the members of the group who both had fish were very ill which spoiled the birthday celebrations for a few days.

Had a welcoming experience and the views were amazing and exactly what we imagined. Great cocktails and sampled the bar menu which although a tad pricey the food was nice enough. Had a relaxing atmosphere until they moved a large party of 5 next to us who were loud and inconsiderate of their surroundings. Changed the vibe completely from a relaxing bar to a rowdy pub atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this place just for the views to see Liverpool from above.

Didn’t want to write a review till I had communicated direct with restaurant and I did try by filling in contact form with details, however as no response I decided I need to do it this way. We went Easter Sunday a party of 4, the place & view are stunning, staff lovely, food was nice at the time. However 2 of us ended up really ill at 2:30am, the common denominator was fish, 1 of the party had fish starter (mackerel) & I had fish main (Sea Trout). I have never been so ill in my life and I am 64. I have been to the restaurant numerous times and never had a problem always loved it, but this time well it’s put me off fish when away from home, a very long time. The knock on effect was the rest of the Easter celebrations and trip away had to be cancelled.

What an amazing experience. From the second we walked in we were treated like royalty. Our host was lovely. She was so attentive and could not do enough for us. The food was gorgeous and the drinks were lovely too. The view was breathtaking. I have never felt so proud to be a scouser. We will definitely be visiting here again.

Seated promptly. The view I have to say was amazing. Along with a starter I had the Sunday roast. The portion size was ok. I had asked for extra roasties instead of a Yorkshire pudding but didn’t not receive extra. However, the roasties I did have were not the best. Friend ordered a bottle of wine but by the time a waiter came again she decided to have it by the glass has we have moved onto mains. Pudding was not what I expected it was ok though.

I will share my personal experience and views : I booked a table for us with a Sunday Menu. It was for a 5 years wedding anniversary. I made a comment in the booking saying we have a 5 years anniversary exactly on the date of the booking and it would be great if they could arrange for us any little surprise and I am happy to pay extra for this. After the booking, I even called them and double checked with them and they assured me that they will take care of it and I don't have to worry about it. And also that it will be complimentary. Okay, happy days, so I thought. Sunday came, we got a poorly positioned corner awkward table, we're like, okay, we're not lucky, what can we expect for a fine dining, right. But then there was no surprise, NOTHING. Absolute joke this place is. They missed the most important thing for me. For me this was an epic fail. I'm not even mentioning staff climbing under the tables to turn on some LED lights. The led lights under our table were not working so they gave us a led table lamp, it was filthy full of dust. Honestly, such a mixed place this is. There are some good sides, presentation of food is great, ingredients are very decent as well, but some meals are extremely blend, no taste, or on the other hand, super salty as hell. Desserts too sweet. We will certainly not come here ever again. The view is certainly the best part of this restaurant, otherwise it's totally not worth the money. I did not pay the 10% service fee as I was not happy at all. Cheers.

Food was good however the mushy peas are severely lacking you cannot mash normal peas and expect the right result they were solid in places , apart from that food was amazing, the staff need a raise they do an excellent job. The one thing that let it down was the mens toilets there was water on the floor and there was pebble dashing on the toilet itself.

Sunday evening sitting 1630-1845 absolutely phenomenal wonderful views, outstanding food impeccable service am absolutely wonderful experience! I would highly recommend! A truly fabulous 60th for my darling man!

Really enjoyed our visit, the view is stunning and the Afternoon Tea was a good size and very tasty. A bit pricey but was a special occasion. Pleasant atmosphere and great service, thanks to Lauri who made us feel welcome, very helpful, efficient and chatty. Would recommend and hope to visit again.

My Girlfriend and I came here this afternoon for. the luxury Afternoon Tea and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent and the staff were very polite. The food was excellent and very well presented and was delicious and certainly worth it. I do not mind paying a bit more as long as you get what you pay for which we certainly did whilst enjoying the breathtaking views of our fantastic city. This was our first visit here and we will definitely be returning. Well done folks.

We had a fabulous time at Panoramic 34. We had afternoon tea, our first time, in the lounge. Laurie/Lori our host was fantastic. The food was wonderful, really very tasting and so much of it; we left with extras in a box. The view is spectacular which turned out amazing in our photos. The service was flawless and attentive and they surprised us with a beautiful Welcome to Liverpool slate with candies. We would highly recommend it to anyone...food, setting, service all on par! Thank you again.

Restaurangen ligger högt upp i ett hus med resten lägenheter, därför får man checka in i en reception vid entrén. Utsikten är fantastisk, säkert bättre börser är ljusare ute än när jag var där. Till fördrinken hade dom sugrör av papper, som tyvärr blir mjuka och smakar papper efter tag. Ett tips köp in sugrör av vass istället. Menyn består av få rätter och tyvärr kunde jag inte äta varken stek eller anklår pga vitlök i dem. Men forellen var god och de dykarfångade pilgrimsmusslorna var delikata, liksom desserten av mörk choklad - mums. Vinlistan var ambitiös, tyvärr fanns bara få viner glas. En elegant restaurang men kanske väl dyr.

View great. However, afternoon tea was overpriced. Surroundings left a lot to be desired. Seats very uncomfortable stained and worn out. Coffee delivered lukewarm and had to be sent back for heating up. Staff utterly disinterested and inattentive. Honestly, I wouldn't rush back. The whole place is tired and needs a thorough shake up and refurb. Hugely disappointing.

I decided to treat myself and went solo to the restaurant. Before I went I viewed the menu online and went for the Prix Fixe menu. They called me the day before to check I was going. I told them I was worried about being alone but they reassured me and were lovely. They offer to take your coat when you're walking in, just let them take it, it's nice and warm in there. I was worried about being alone but the staff were very attentive and the atmosphere was relaxed. Lana the waitress was always ready when I needed anything, was very knowledgeable and was able to somehow prempt things. We had some lovely quick conversations. The view was fantastic (you can see on top of the Liver building)! The flavours from the food were perfectly combined. I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and tried things I wouldn't normally try I'm glad I did. I had a pornstar martini and it was lovely. I love a good brew and the teapot they brought the tea in actually kept my tea hot. That doesn't happen often. I've posted some photos, excuse me already cutting onto some of the foods but I was excited to try the food. It's not just about the food there. It's definitely a fantastic experience. I want to take everyone there. I didn't feel guilty either as I went shopping straight after. Everyone needs to go this place at least once in their life. Once you go once, you'll want to go again.

The views across Liverpool and the Wirral are unrivalled and amazing. The venue is superb. The food was lovely and the service was good but neither the food nor the service was as special as I would expect at this price. It should be an experience, unique maybe. It was my first visit and wasn't as special as I expected. Some of the food was amazing like the bread and the veloute.

Wanted to eat here for a long time and it didn't disappoint, the atmosphere is relaxed and calming and the service from Daria was attentive and friendly. The pigs cheek was superb and so was the chicken, we felt very full and satisfied and the cocktails were beautiful. We where greeted at the door by a really lovely lady. But after this the staff never seemed to pay attention. They checked on us a lot, which felt very rushed, but they never actually listened to us. We where brought the wrong drink and had to ask twice to order dessert. The food was average. Nothing to return for. The view is amazing but the food and staff should be at the same level. Staff need to slow down and listen to clients. Some staff looked like they didn't want to be there. Very disappointing leaving. It feels the place is trying too hard to be high end, but staff and food do not meet that standard.

I always enjoy visiting restaurants with a view. We were lucky to sit right by the window. However, there are a few tables further away from the view. Still, the atmosphere is very elegant with fitting music and overall very charming. The service was swift and professional. We ordered the afternoon tea which was a delight, the best one I've had so far. We dined watching the sunset and had such a great time that I'll be looking to return.

Went there for my birthday with my boyfriend and had such an amazing time. Hearing about all the different wines was so interesting so thank you to Ollie for that!

During our short visit to Liverpool, we decided to celebrate my birthday at a nice restaurant. We were pleased with our choice!! The food, especially the Duck for the main course and the chocolate puddings, was impressively presented and delicious. The wine complemented the dishes, and the service was excellent. The restaurant's atmosphere was also very relaxed, with dimmed lighting and elegant decoration, creating a delightful Saturday night with breathtaking views from the 34th floor overlooking the Albert Docks and the City of Liverpool.

This was an amazing place for food. The whole meal was incredible and the Customer Service was extremely good. I'd definitely go back here. The atmosphere was great and everyone was friendly and polite. It helps when you're sat at the window to see the incredible views.

Fuimos a tomar un cóctel para disfrutar de las vistas, son espectaculares. Reservamos por teléfono y el recepcionista no encontraba nuestra reserva, pero rápidamente nos gestionó una nueva reserva. Fue muy amable. Nos sorprendió que había "happy hour" y en cócteles seleccionados había 2x1, tomamos dos mojitos por unas 13£ aprox. El trato por parte del personal ha sido extraordinario. En nuestro caso, íbamos con zapatillas y vaqueros y no tuvimos ningún problema. Queremos destacar sobre todo la amabilidad de la camarera, una pena no saber su nombre para dirigirnos directamente a ella, una chica Argentina con raíces españolas, su amabilidad y simpatía es uno de los mejores recuerdos que nos llevamos de esta maravillosa ciudad. Además nos sorprendió muy gratamente con unas gominolas riquísimas y un mensajito para darnos la bienvenida a Liverpool. Si lees esto: muchísimas gracias por hacernos sentir cómo en casa, ¡eres un amor!

Booked a meal for my husbands birthday! The overall experience , dining with a view was magnificent! You get transported to a different world - the staff was professional, friendly and attentive. We enjoyed their 8 course tasting menu , each dish was perfectly presented with staff explaining the dish while serving! Scallops were hand picked from Scotland and definitely seemed like they have used high quality ingredients! Enjoyed the different flavours in each dish, Loved the artichokes, scallops, monkfish and the dessert was a great finale! Would definitely recommend if you fancy a fine dining experience with a view, great for special occasions! A little feedback on the cleanliness of the toilets - considering it’s a fine dining high dining restaurant toilets can be kept cleaner.

This was a fantastic experience. We came here for a 30th birthday celebration and we were extremely impressed. Firstly the restaurant is decorated beautifully. The staff were very knowledgeable and kind and their service was excellent. The afternoon tea was of excellent quality and the coffee was amazing. They also presented us with a birthday plate, which was brilliant. The views across Liverpool are also absolutely amazing and made for a great afternoon. Great location with stunning views of the city. Restaurant also has a good ambiance. However, menu completely overpriced for level of service, which I might add they automatically add 10% on at the end giving the option to take it off. I came here with my husband, mum and best friend to celebrate my husband's birthday and it's genuinely my new favourite place in Liverpool. The views were spectacular, the cocktails were delicious, the staff were very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing and cosy. I can't wait to come back. We were asked if we were celebrating a special occasion and when we mentioned we were celebrating a birthday, the staff surprised us with a little sweet treat which we were very impressed by. If you have the chance to visit I strongly urge you to come here. I can guarantee I'll be back. I recommend the spiced margarita - it's honestly the nicest margarita I've ever had.
