Panda Valley in Aberdeen City

Ordered online here for the first time today after moving up to Aberdeen recently. One of the best Chinese takeaways I've had in ages. Arrived hot. Prompt delivery from a friendly delivery person. Fresh, crispy spring rolls and chips. Flavoursome sweet and sour chicken with plenty of meat. Will have to eat in 2 sittings - Good portion sizes!

Singapore noodles were lovely. Curry sauce on the thin side.otherwise tasty

Great food but always get some rice or noodles

Lovely place with super quick service but we ordered salt and pepper chips which were just regular chops and a beef curry that was chewy and super spicy but really lacked in flavour which is a shame because we used to love the place

Had the best Chinese meal we've had for such a long time from Panda Valley Oriental on Sunday evening. The staff were lovely and so helpful and were able to supply us with a delicious takeaway selection all Vegan which isn't always easy to get. The food was so tasty and everything so fresh tasted like veg just picked from the garden. Highly recommended, wish we were in Aberdeen longer. Thanks to you all.

Shredded chilli beef had human hair inside it, I certainly won't be back here ever again

Bought veg spring rolls , awful no filling shop bought certainly not freshly made. Prawns were done in ruskoline we’re tough and again not fresh, chips were Luke warm, don’t like to leave bad reviews but this was shocking!

Freshly cooked food rather than food that's been pre cooked that's differences between takeaways and the reason why panda valley's been on the for many years ,quality food at affordable prices

The meat and fish eaters thought the food was absolutely delicious but despite ordering from the House Special vegetarian dishes which were quite clearly marked on menu online as containing bean curd, when the meal arrived it was the usual boring mix of peppers and carrots in a sauce and absolutely no tofu in dish. It tasted okay but I would not order from this takeaway again as I did not get the dish I expected and can stir fry a few peppers in a sauce myself. And most takeaways cater better for vegetarians and vegans.

Sat 9th Oct. Ordered 2 chicken chop suey with fried rice. Great food I've had before, this was very poor. Some chicken, plenty red peppers and bean sprouts, 1 mushroom in one, 6 in the other. I wrote a review 4 months ago praising the food and flavour. Id give you 1 star 🌟 and that's for the chicken. Very poor standard

Not sure what's going on in the kitchen the quality of the food has taken a nose dive. The house special platter had raw white onion which was thick cut and still attached to the stalk. The black bean sauce was watery and tasted of salt. That's it. The bbq sauce again tasted like salt. The prawn crackers had no crunch, and we're unusually chewy. The noodles were burned (literal scorch marks) had no oil or flavouring through it and the peppers were a shade above raw. This is not the way to prepare food if your swamped, never sacrafice quality for speed.

Disappointed, have used Panda twice before and was good but not exceptional, but this time curry was watery and the chips where cut just a bit thicker than French fries. Very Dissappointed.

Picked the Panda by chance as it was near our Airbnb. Chicken fried rice for me. Very good. So much better than the Chicken fried rice dishes I’ve tried throughout my native Fife. Husband had Chicken curry and fried rice which he also enjoyed very much. Only one tiny criticism…a little more curry sauce please as it soaked into the plentiful fried rice which then became a bit dry towards the end. We would definitely use this Chinese again when we visit. We picked up from shop which was quicker than waiting on delivery. Quick efficient service too.

Had a takeaway from here had fried chicken with pineapple and beansprouts with fried rice it was the worst meal I've had the chicken was bland it was done in gravy wasn't even fried won't ever be going back here again

I have been here a couple of times and can confirm it is really good. The Honey Chilli special in particular was delicious, if a bit spicy. Would definitely recommend.

Hands down our favourite Chinese take away in Aberdeen. Delicious, fresh food that's always consistently good quality and the staff are so nice and lovely! Delivery can understandably be a bit of a wait during peak times since they're so popular but collection is always quick if you live close.

Best takeaway in Aberdeen by far!

Food was nice I cant complain there BUT I bought a chicken noodle soup and a chicken chow main that came to £11:10 that's the prices on the menu they charged me £15:10 and delivery was £18:10 all in defo wont be using this place again daylight robbery I will be taking it further

My first take away from Panda ( home delivery from there ) from a friends recommendation and was not disappointed. Lovely freshly cooked ingredients delivered within 40 minutes and piping hot. My new go to albeit occasionally 👍🏻

Panda Valley has never let me down! Service is always fast and friendly and the food is beautiful. Everything looks clean and there is no greasy feel. The one problem I've had was dealt with without fuss. It's just a good Allround feed!

Best food great staff make you want to come back

Ordered over the phone this evening and when I collected my food there was dishes missing. Went back and then they gave me the wrong dishes. 3 times I had to go there and they refused to give me the correct order. Do not go here. Ridiculously bad service.

Best Hong Kong chicken or honey chilli chicken I've ever had. I always order with less sauce so it stays a little more crispy. The pan fried shredded chilli chicken and Singapore noodles are fantastic as well.

Pretty good take out. Some occasional slip-ups, but on most days its pretty tasty. Probably best Chinese take away in Aberdeen, alongside with Ruby.

local, friendly, delicious and consistent!! My family have been ordering from here for years and it is always the request of the whole family when they are home for Christmas and has now become a Christmas Eve tradition. Never had to wait more than 30 minutes (collection) for our order even for one of our huge orders. Couldn't recommend it more

My local Chinese of over 10 years. Even when away from home and getting a Chinese somewhere else in the city I insist on paying a delivery charge to get a Panda Valley. The food is delicious with plenty of fresh vegetables and leaves me full enough without the grease to keep me satisfied. I always have enough food for 2 portions so it keeps me going for 2 days which is a bonus!

This place is awesome. It's our local Chinese and we are always delighted with the quality. Well worth the visit.

Really disappointed with Panda Valley takeaway. I walked past a week ago and it smelled amazing so tried it tonight for the first time. We ordered chicken curry, fried rice, chips, veg spring rolls and prawn crackers. I stay close by and the food was warm at best by the time I got home. The rice was congealed together like it had been sitting for ages and the prawn crackers were going soft, they certainly were not fresh. The chips seemed like the last of a basket, all the hard ones and the curry didn't have much taste to it. Really disappointed with this takeaway, I will revert back to the usual one from now on

We've gone to Panda Valley for years now, and even when we didn't live in the area, it was still our go-to. The food is always excellent and delivery is speedy, with collection even speedier. Love the shredded chilli chicken!

Aberdeen's Best Curry Awards 2017 saw Panda Valley win Best Chinese in Aberdeen City and Shire. I can certainly confirm that this much a much deserved win. Being a frequent customer, I can explain that food is always piping hot, cooked swiftly and served by kind, caring and helpful staff. Panda Valley also provide delivery, their prices are very reasonable and take cash and card.

As good as Chinese takeaway gets. A great range of dishes made really well.

A couple of friends and I visited panda valley in hope of a decent Chinese take away however what we were presented with was far from our expectations. For a starters the price of the food was extortionate. How can 3 meals come to nearly £40 and we only had one main meal each nothing else. When we got home our food was warm, not hot even though it only took us 3 minutes to walk home. The beef satay was bland and only had about 5 bits of beef and filled up with vegetables. After paying the price that we did we expected it to be at least a decent meal but this sign what we received. I would not recommend ordering from here and I certainly won't be returning in the future. Very disappointing.

Being our local for years this was a regular take away - it is still good but it used to be better. Some dishes are better than others and my choice was usually the sweet and sour - however my patner felt it was overly vinegary.

Local Chinese takeaway that's usually fresh and quick to deliver. Good reasonably priced menu. Can get busy during weekend evenings which lends itself to a slight delay but on the whole is print and staff are good at estimating how long it will take.

i was working late on saturday 12/12/2015,,and was struggling to get home in time for supper,called my wife and asked want a carryout,,yes chinese please,,was passing panda valley so decided this will do,,so glad i did, hadnt been here for a good while and had forgotten how good it was,my wife said it was the best prawns she had eaten for ages and overall her meal was brilliant,,i had a beef curry and it was superb,,all for under £20 great stuff,,wont be leaving it so long next time...(plus nice and pleasant assistant taking orders).

This is a Chinese Carry out that has lasted the test of time,on a wet Tuesday night we had a delicious late supper delivered to our home, consisting of Hot and Sour Soup, Chicken Sweetcorn soup, Sweet and Sour Pork, Chicken Foo Young with special fried rice all delivered piping hot .

Amazing takeaway, its always busy but usually not too long to wait for food. They also deliver as well. The Peking Sauce is a delight and highly recommended. Not too expensive for Aberdeen either. Place is very clean and staff are friendly.
