Panda Oriental in Barnet

Ordered dinner from here tonight. We ordered pork dim sums, they were burnt and had that burnt taste and also were very dry. The shredded chicken was passable. For mains, we ordered beef fried rice, which so completely tasteless. We also ordered Nasi Goreng, which was like prawn fried rice. No fried egg on too (which is the most typical thing of this dish), no chicken, nothing. Absolutely bland. I was so upset I even called them up, they said this is how they make nasi goreng! We also ordered pork hongkong style, which was so sweet it felt like we are eating a dessert. And beef stir fry was above average and the tastiest dish in this otherwise lacklustre takeaway.This place needs to be avoided at all costs, complete waste of money. And for the quality of food they gave, this place is super expensive.

Very happy with the Chinese food from here. Very wholesome food, filling and delicious. I ordered sweet and spicy chicken balls as well as some Thai soup pork with vegetables and Thai prawn spicy rice.

Waited over a hour and a half for food for it then to be cancelled behind my back until I called back to find out, staff are rude don’t deserve anyone’s custom with how they treat customers full stop

I called half an hour before I came by with my order and it was ready when I got there and they gave us a free beer each as it was my birthday. Food was DELICIOUS - bit pricy but worth the money

3 hours now, shop is open and active on delivery services, no food, no contact,unable to cancel, an absolute discrace from a place I used to love

Los llamo a las 19:20 y hago un pedido, pido un sabor suave, ya que no me gusta calentar, la mujer accedió a hacer un suave, ¿qué obtengo? extremadamente caliente con chiles llenos. Por orden, la señora me dijo que esperara entre 40 y 45 minutos. Esperé 1:15 h (en consecuencia, comida fría), la comida no está completa. Pedí salteado de Kung po de Malasia, no venga arroz ni fideos, solo salsa para 8. 95, filete de ternera salsa satay de Malasia para 9. 45 sin fideos o arroz solo salsa también. Cuando llamé, ella no mencionó que viene sin lados. No tengo ningún problema para pedir ese extra si lo sabré. El sabor esta bien.

Ganó un concurso de Facebook por un descuento de 10. Hice mi pedido en línea hoy a las 20:25, que fue aceptado pero rechazado 30 minutos más tarde. Llamé a la tienda para pedir una explicación y me dijeron que no se habían unido a esta promoción. En primer lugar, el descuento era específicamente para su tienda y, en segundo lugar, ¿por qué ni siquiera se molestaron en llamarme y preguntarme si deseaba pagar la totalidad?Cuando les dije que debido a la falta de comunicación entre la oficina central y la tienda habían perdido un cliente, me dijeron que no les importaba porque de todos modos tenían demasiados clientes. ¿Qué tipo de servicio al cliente es este? !Quizás todos deberíamos hacerles un favor y dejar de comprar sus alimentos.

He comido aquí una vez antes, pensé que la comida era normal en el mejor de los casos. Esta noche intenté hacer un pedido y el personal fue extremadamente grosero y me colgó el teléfono. Es la primera y la última vez que visito Panda Oriental. ¡Evita este lugar!

He pedido que me chili con carne desmenuzada en bases regulares de orden Restaurante panda. Esta vez también he pedido albóndigas. Chili con carne desmenuzada probado, tenía muy inusual sabor de plástico. No podía comer, aunque yo estaba muy hambriento. El vinagre que era una parte de comida no sabía durante como se describe en el menú. La salsa que venían con bolas de salsa totalmente diferente que era era la más apropiada para ir con plato de pato. Fue decepcionante la comida no es comestible. Soy persona que no quejarse, pero la comida era muy mala. He pedido la restitución por desgracia representante se negó a darme el restaurante. No lo recomiendo comida de Panda, por favor pida de roble, ya que nunca me ha decepcionado. Yo quería probar el restaurante diferente. Gran error ((

La calificación 1/5, "terrible" no hace justicia a la falsa situación dolosa, o mejor, la pura incompetencia que tienes que tratar con cuando ordene aquí. En cualquier caso, el resultado es el mismo:Nos realiza un pedido a las 16:56. A las 17:39 recibimos una llamada diciendo que uno de los cuatro elementos no erroneamente enviado para entrega y llega media hora tarde. A las 17:59, cuando pregunté, resulta que hay un problema de suministro. El representante de servicio al cliente era muy servicial y lo suficientemente astuto para señalar que él tenía ya notificó un error con el pedido. Por desgracia, parecía más allá de su capacidad para darse cuenta de que 'hemos hecho un error de entrega' y 'no tenemos los ingredientes pero 'son temas sustancialmente. Es sorprendente para mí que este restaurante vimos en forma de pasar 40 minutos intentando vender un artículo que tenían más que aconsejan pedir un elemento diferente en el menú.En estas circunstancias, decidí que no quería a estas personas en cualquier lugar cerca de mi comida y anulado el pedido. A juzgar por los otros comentarios, esto parece haber sido una buena decisión.

A las 8:30 pm yo pedir mi comida usando Super come dice "llegar a las 9:30 "llegó la hora de la 10 y el tiempo de cuidado a aumentando gradualmente" 10:30 "etc. Así que decidimos llamar el lugar a las 10:15 y me respondió con sólo están preparando la comida ahora - es un jueves, así que no entendía lo que era la bodega. Finalmente llegó a las 11:17 y la comida llegó. Absoluta pérdida de tiempo y dinero. . Las costillas terminó siendo seco. No malgastes tu tiempo con panda chino probar otra tienda de enfield

Horrible servicio al cliente. Sonó para preguntar dónde estaba nuestra comida 3 veces y cada vez que le mintieron con "está a 2 minutos de distancia". Esperamos 3 horas para que llegue la comida y nunca llegó. Honestamente, no puedo entender cómo alguien puede mentirles así a sus clientes. Hubiéramos sido nuevos clientes leales si la comida y el servicio fueran excelentes, lo que daría como resultado un negocio repetitivo durante muchos años. Pero aparentemente asegurarse de que su negocio sea un éxito no es gran cosa para Panda Oriental. . . Puede imaginarse que la comida no es buena ya sea al ver la falta de cuidado del cliente o al mentir sobre los tiempos. NO ORDENE DE ESTE RESTAURANTE. ¡CONFÍE EN TODOS LOS CRITERIOS MALOS A CONTINUACIÓN!

Love Asian but was very dissapointed with this place, overpriced dishes and not that great. Had got pad thai and was very average, one time had got prawns- not really fresh.

Disgusting food. Really quite gross! I would say to everyone thinking of ordering from here .. DONT!

Really awful food. Greasy with lots of food colouring, veg weren’t fresh. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t give it even one star. Won’t be going back.

I ordered four meals. None of them tasty, it was simply waste of money. Low quality fast food, we could not finish the meal.. It was just horrible. In regards to service I asked for four chopsticks, they delivered only one..

This is my favourite takeaway restaurant not only because of the quality and service. But the size of the portions. Amazing service! Great! Well done panda , well done

So I've complained yesterday about lateness and too much onions in the dishes. The restaurant answer is being 45mn late, delivering cold food with literally no chicken: just onions in black bean sauce!! I've counted 5 ridiculously small pieces of chicken which amount to £1.40 per tiny piece of meat. Ridiculous!

Food is always tasty although I wish there was more chicken and a lot less onions. Chinese and Thai are as good. Pretty much always late though but it's the best Chinese delivering in NW2

Over an hour late, food was not great and was not told a part of the order would be missing.

Food was late and handed over without so much as an apology. My meal itself was lukewarm and bland. I'm very disappointed, especially as it cost me the best part of £18 for this "treat".

Incredibly late. Called several times to check on delivery time and each time was lied to. No one on the phone seemed to have a care in the world that it was so late and no apology for it. Driver was clueless and cared even less about lateness, didn't even say a word just looked at me funny. On the other hand, the food was pretty tasty

Really poor overall. Expensive for the size of meal I got. Dry and tasteless. Worst of all they were 45 mins late with it!!! The delivery man acted like he knew nothing about it. Wouldn't buy from here again.

Despite the super long wait period for the food, it tasted delicious. I think a quick call to apologise for the additional wait time past the hour stated on JustEat and I wouldn't have been waiting in anticipation for the meal to turn up. Eventually I had to call the venue to confirm I was getting a delivery and when the driver arrived he was confused about the order, the location and if it had been paid for. Travelling on a banged up moped in heavy rain, I would have happily tipped him £5 for his effort had I not had to wait a total of 1h45min for the whole fiasco without a call. But delicious, worth the wait, but communication needs to be addressed.

for the first time , these guys were late 40 mins with my food. but they did say it was due to one of the drivers having a crash. however the quality and taste of the food was still as good therefore I'll let them off.

Order was 40minites later than estimated and some of the dishes were cold. I have aroder from this restaurant many times but was very disappointed with the service I received today.

Very tasty curry. The batter was a bit thick round the peppercorn squid. Could be lighter but still tasty. This was a take away order so restaurant service not used.

Prawn massaman arrived as chicken massaman and no sweet and sour sauce for sweet and sour king prawn..... poor and too late to reorder. Takeaway food needs to be right first time otherwise experience is ruined....

I've ordered with panda many times but the last few occasions. they had added time to the delivery which isn't a problem, they have then gone past this delivery time and not said anything like no phone call saying sorry food is on its way, no contact whatsoever. just frustrating when they used to be so good. let down a little seeing as since moving to the area I get panda regularly. it's the only Chinese takeaway I'll use. maybe not anymore

Food was delivered 35 minutes late after an hour wait for delivery, no apology from the delivery driver either. When food arrived the rice was cold and chicken was uncooked - spent the night throwing up. Most definitely will not be ordering again.

Chicken wings absolutely superb. As good as some I had in Hong Kong last year. The rest was well cooked, not to greasy and very, very well seasoned. Definitely the best take away Chinese in this area of North London. I'm on the outer limits of the delivery zone and it's worth the wait.

Food was awful. A ridiculous amount of onions in our beef and black bean sauce. Chips were rank and exceptionally soggy. The rice tasted old and reheated. The wrong drinks were delivered. The only item I liked was my curry sauce. Will not be re-ordering from here again.

The delivery was late, but the driver was very apologetic and extremely polite. Second time ordering from here and again, the food was good, however, we have been charged £11.95 for a bottle of 'Sainsbury house' that sells for £4.60!. I understand a little mark up but way over double is outrageous!
