Sujan was really good in traditional dress and friendly. He gave us a table without booking as I wore a saree. Food was really good and tasty. Must visit if you are visiting greenwich park for traditional Nepal food.

We had a lovely meal at Panas tonight! Great atmosphere and service. To start we had the chicken momos and baby lamb chops, main the paneer lababder and mums chicken curry with a side of sag aloo. Everything was absolutely delicious and well presented. Highly recommend!

After noting that a new Gurkha restaurant was opening, I could not wait to try their cuisine. It did not disappoint, a really delicious flavoursome meal, with the friendly helpful staff. I could not have picked a better venue for my husband's birthday.

Had a delicious meal on the long Easter weekend in Panas - shredded goat and bhaji for starter, with a salmon and chicken dish for main with some garlic naan. I couldn't finish it all and they happily provided a box to take it home. Staff were super helpful and friendly. It's our new favourite curry house, can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.

Impulse dinner on my own while waiting for a friend to get out of Blackheath Hosp. Delicious veggie momo, tangy spicy Thimi veg main with roti & a glass of good Aussie chardonnay. A real treat.

We have been fans of the Lewisham branch for takeaway for many years, and were delighted to visit the new Blackheath location. The food was delicious, elegantly presented, and reasonably priced. The service was also excellent, and we appreciate the business’s commitment to community service via their meal donations. Highly recommended!

We had been wanting to eat here for a while having heard good things about their sister branch, and we loved it! The food was very tasty (try the mum's secret chicken recipe) and the service was great. We had a nice waiter called Rosan, who was very polite and cheerful.

First time visit. Just had momo, naan and chat. All were very good. Good staff and good service. Ani sathi haru you'll only get 4 pieces of momo since it's a starter. Jahilay 10 ota khanay bani bhayeko lay ma ta 4 ota momo dekhera jhandain dhaleko...😂

Meal was absolutely delicious, took my mother here for Mothers Day. She really enjoyed. Restaurant had only been open for 2/3 days (not there 1st branch) and you couldn’t tell. Food, service. Immaculate.

Very disappointing food. Starters were okay. Naan breads not good. Even though they tried again with the naan bread. It came back slightly better. Vegetarian tikka massala not nice. Why they would put panner cheese in a vegetable curry I don’t know. And my dad’s chicken madras he couldn’t eat. He said it tasted like korma. Had them take service charge of. Because quality of food wasn’t good.

Always great tasting food at Panas. Delicately spiced and cooked to perfection. Even the simplest sounding dish has depth of flavour. The front of house team are friendly to the point of almost treating you like a long lost family member.

We have ordered loyally from the Panas for many years now but tonight was the last time. We ordered via their website at 7:10pm and food arrived at 8:50pm by which time we had thoroughly gone past it… it’s too expensive for that sort of delayed service. This was second time this has happened recently and last delivery also had very meagre quantities of chicken in the main dishes so price proposition no longer works. I assume the business has changed owners given the inconsistency since Covid period. Wish the business the best of luck for the future but we won’t be back.

I've been meaning to come here for a while so decided to treat the other half for his birthday, and oh my goodness.. I'm so glad I did! The food here is impeccable! The food was flavourful and cooked to perfection, each mouthful was just as good as the last. You can tell the food was authentic and prepared with love and passion. Also, the chef came and spoke to us about the dishes and you can feel his passion for what he does which was a nice touch! Everything we ate was phenomenal, the naan bread was incredible, especially when we tried it with everything we ordered. Also the condiments which came with each dish was spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be returning or even ordering a delivery. Definitely my favourite for Nepalese and Indian cuisine!

There was a mint sauce explosion in the bag on the way over , but this didn’t detract from the sheer enjoy experienced with the food…the Jimbo chicken is insanely good. Take a bow Panas Gurkha take a bow

Panas is an amazing restaurant the food the service is I'd say best in Chislehurstl! Me and my friends eat regularly, here every month and we just love the food and friendly service. The food is cooked to perfection the taste is fagrant you can taste every spice and herb that's in the dish, the lamb just melts in your mouth. We have also ordered a takeaway which was just as amazing to, and also very generous portions please try you will not be disappointed.

Yesterday we ordered dinner for 3 people..Chicken tikka masala was like a kheer(indian dessert)..They should not make fool of customers by serving such a pathetic food..Sorry to say and we are really surprised how can they have such a high rating. Be cautious next time before eating food here..

Ordered from Panas Gurkha a few times now and I can say that they never disappoint! The vegan options are amazing, and the curries taste so good and the portions are super generous. What an amazing place!

I'm only scoring 3🌟 based on customer service experience. We are loyal returning customers. The food is great, always has been. But every single time there is an issue with delivery. We order through their own website and delivery, as advised by the owner. Last night placed an order in advance to be delivered at specific time. The food ended being half an hour late and variety of reasons were given, the story from the restaurant and the delivery doesn't add up - traffic, delivery driver had to come from east London and they were late, yet the delivery guy said the food was just cooked and he just picked it up hot, so it wasn't ready when it was meant to be - which one is it!? He even said to next time order via Deliveroo 🙄 It's such a shame and it really spoils our treat. Why does it have to be so consistently bad? We want to support a local business but it seems like we are indirectly punished for trying. Near £50 spent surely vouches for at least some effort to apologise or some honesty?

If you are looking for an authentic Nepalese food, look no further. Panas Gurkha is a family-run restaurant in Lewisham that is also heavily involved in a charity work. We especially liked their traditional dishes like Thimi vegetables and masu farci (house special lamb) and the Ghurka beer of course!

I regularly get a take away from Panas, and it’s always SO GOOD, the best even! We decided to actually go into the restaurant and sit in. I didn’t think it could get any better, I was wrong! The people working there were all so lovely and the food was as expected, outstanding! I’m now on a mission to work my way through all the dishes they offer! I Highly recommend!! It really is the best!

A clean, friendly restaurant serving tasty curries using quality ingredients. The momos/dumplings were a bit cold and not well made. However, the curries were awesome. One of the very few places that have organic chicken in the menu. Definitely worth a visit.

Good food but its shame you get charged Alot extra to order on deilveroo EDIT: Yes that I was a repeat coustomer so the fact that I ordered more then once And i would of keep ordering from you Show I don't real care about the price to much What change this time is you put your menu in the deilveroo bag and clearly there was big difference on what you charge on deilveroo and the price you charge if I was to order from you directly so you over charge your deilveroo customers ..... Passively aggressively replying to your customer is not way forward FYI

A lovely restaurant with really good Indian food. A must try place if you are craving for some good authentic Indian dishes. They have everything from samosa's to chats , to naan and biryani to Lassi and chicken tandoori.I went out with a couple of friends for a nice Soulful Sunday Lunch which can give a great Sunday nap after that. 😅

Take no notice of rude recent review, staff are wonderful these guys just tried to come in to use the loo and were kindly allowed to, we were in the restaurant at the time! Worst service.... Made us wait for more than an hour to serve on a Thursday evening when the capacity was not even half full... Dishes came in haphazard manner ..some sides even after we finished the mains... The food was alright but the service was incrediblly slow that it spoiled the whole experience

The food can take a little long to come out but normally fine. The restaurant owners are amazing people and do lots of charity work and provide food for NHS workers.

Affordable and delicious. I had the lamb chops to start which were really tender and well seasoned. The tandoori chicken was also great. It was very busy which is always a good sign, and the food came very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Went to Panas Gurkha Restaurant with my wife and two friends. Ambiance and service were both very good. The Waiter was friendly and helpful. We had drinks and Papadoms before ordering Starters and Mains. My wife had Onion Bhaji and I had the Kid Goat Tawa Kebab , which was delicious. Indeed , it prevented me from later finishing the main courses. Not sure what our friends had , but their Plates were cleared. For Mains , I had a Nepalese Chicken dish. My Wife had Tandoori Salmon. We had Rice and shared a Tarka Dhal. Friends had Chicken dishes. My Nepalese Chicken was quite spicy , but nevertheless it was extremely tasty. Quality of Food was good and the portions were generous. Enjoyed another round of drinks and all in all we had a very pleasant evening. I will certainly return to Panas Gurkha Restaurant when nest in the area.

This is the best Indian/Nepalese I’ve had in South London. I got delivery and everything is packed with care, you can tell the type of service you’d get in the restaurant. The food was amazing, super fresh and authentic flavours. None of the processed taste you sometimes get with takeaways. Will be my go to from now on.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. The food was nice, not the best Indian I'd been to but think I lost my appetite as we had to wait over 40 minutes to receive our mains. We were the only customers in the restaurant so it wasn't busy, but I think they're were priotising delivery orders. They did give us a drink on the house due to the long wait.

We ordered delivery from here today and it was the BEST food that we’ve had in a long time. We ordered the paneer lababdar, pumpkin curry, and a handful of sides - onion bhajiv, vegetable samosa and garlic onion naan. It was all so delicious! We’ve found our new favourite spot. I also love that they serve the community and spend Tuesday cooking up meals for those in need. A fantastic restaurant. Thank you!

I can’t even tell you how good this food is, you just must try it. The vegetarian dishes are famous in our eyes. Especially: the daal makhani, the paneer tikka, chana masala and the tarka daal. I dream about this food. Delivery drivers always so friendly and smiley. Food is always packaged with care. Panas also helps people in need. What is not to love? Absolutely brilliant Nepalese (quite similar to North Indian) food. Stumbled across by accident on Deliveroo, but my gosh how tasty the food was - the depth and variety of taste was unbelievable. I also think the quality of ingredients is high, at least it felt like it. Highly recommend, and I’ll be back for more myself.

Oh my god!! I used to have another Nepalese food restaurant as my local and favourite in SE / Greenwich area, but this chef's cooking is another league. Its been my second order on delivery apps and they just make it better and better. The mum's chicken curry and the Zimbu Chicken are must haves. Spice is always on point, flavours are bold and the temperature is perfect. Poppadums are crispy and light like feathers, and the mushroom rice was delicious. Portions are VERY generous, ordering two dishes means you can share and try both, which made our dinner an even better experience. Last, but not least, for customers like me, with dietary restrictions and food intolerances, they made both dishes gluten and dairy free, which is very reassuring, to put it mildly. The staff over the phone was very patient to answer all my questions and to make all necessary adaptations. Upon delivery, the careful packaging and the kind notes left in every single order is a class touch. Honestly, an all-round 5 start experience. I love it, highly recommend it. Cant wait to pop and dine in, and meet this very talented Chef - and generous, good hearted citizen! Well done guys, happy customer here! Thank you!

Panas Gurkha is one of the best food we ever had, this is the 3rd time I am visiting..Service was amazing kind and helpful, we all tried one of the Lamb dishes and all 3 were exceptional!!! Nadia was our waitress and she was really kind ! She made us a great tea !! And helped us with the food selections !! we are definitely going back soon I cannot leave another review but came yesterday and PINU was the best waiter can't express enough how good the food and the staff is !!

Panas is a gem of a restaurant. The quality of the food and the depth of taste is first class. Best of all it’s wonderful with vegetarian options. Making up almost half the menu. But if you love meat there’s some incredible treats on the menu. The mint and Coriander chicken is a family must have. And the black daal is a Smokey delight. Highly recommended. And the service and staff are super friendly and attentive too.

I visited with two friends a couple of weeks ago. The food was amazing and we treated really. The customer service was great. We were given a complimentary starter. I can't remember the name [chickpeas encased in pastry I think with tamarind sauce] but it was really lovely. We all loved it and would definitely have it again if it was on the menu.

Amazing food and the staff are amazing. Had a big party of 18 people and they catered the whole thing with no problem. Best curry in London hands down and that includes the high end curry chains and brick lane curry houses. The owner was a top man as well, really helpful and friendly. Thanks.
