Antonio was a very good waiter the best.

an ordinary evening turns into a wonderful one with very tasty food, I ate the tastiest grilled meat, I enjoyed every minute spent in this restaurant. As for feeling good, I want to thank Antonio, with him you can never be sad, he's good at his job, he knows how to spoil his guests. I had a wonderful experience 🥰🥰

Dropped in as an afrerthought on the recommendation of a friend. A very serendipitous situation indeed. Food cooked in a way that reminded me of spending time and meals with Turkish friends at their home. Cooked properly and served with polite good humour. A thoroughly pleasant couple of hours with lovely food and drink. We will likely be back when next in the area.

Great restaurant, very impressive decor

Came here for a meal on a Tuesday lunchtime, the food and service was amazing. We had falafel, lamb sish and chicken sish. The food was cooked to perfection. We will definitely return.

Tasty food, big portions. We ordered 2 main foods and 1 side, and we went back home with one of the foods packed as we had absolutely no more capacity to eat those big portions. The wait time for the food was relatively long, but the hummus side handled it as we got busy eating that while the main dish was getting prepared. Thanks Antonio!

Pre-Theatre meal with my wife and our first visit. Wow the food was excellent, well marinated excellent quality meat and cooked to perfection. The staff could not be more helpful, a strong recommendation from me, we will certainly be returning!

One of the best Turkish restaurant in Brighton with good location, best staff and lovely food

This is a favourite restaurant of ours. The extensive food choice and service was very good. However, we all found it rather noisy, people were having to shout above the music that was playing, which spoiled our evening somewhat. We were all relieved to leave the restaurant and to be able to talk to each other without shouting. Such a shame as the food is always so good.

Delicious food 😋 Attentive waiting staff, with a relaxed service. My tip would be to sit away from the door, as it's cold. It's also very loud when busy, so a bit hard to hear the people you're sitting with.

I was let down by the falafel since it was undercooked on the inside and served without olive oil. Additionally, the mixed platter and chicken shish platter lacked lemon, which would have made the dish more delicious. Overall, the meal was ok

Really good food & very friendly staff.

We've been to Pamukkale on many occasions, which should tell you that the food is excellent. The meat is always delicious and well cooked, and there are plenty of excellent options to please vegetarians. Not much at all for vegans, however - not even the bread. As long as you aren't a vegan, though, you are guaranteed a very good meal. All the staff are lovely - helpful, polite and friendly - and the food arrives without delay. My only problem is that the restaurant is very loud - something about the acoustics in there builds a wall of sound that becomes tiring and makes conversation difficult.

Small portions, expensive for what you get and flavour is ok. If you're looking for Tuck Inn's mediocre cousin this is it. It wasn't all bad, they take cards and the place is clean so that's good but I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

Fantastic, my husband says it's the best mixed grill in town. The vegetarian food was great too

We booked this place for a work Christmas party. It was very busy and did not hold out much hope that we would get the service or food expected but I was pleasantly surprised. Despite more of us turning up than expected the staff were very accommodating and managed to add an extra table. The food was hot, fresh, on time and tasted great. All the staff we encountered were friendly and attentive despite how busy it was.

Excellent food, drinks and service.

Was really looking forward to our meal as have had food there before and it was gorgeous. We were there to celebrate a family members 40th birthday. However our large table left at 2130 having been there since 7pm without having had our main meal. We had to ask to have a drinks order taken, we had to fetch a waiter to take our food order, we had to call them over again and again to take further drinks orders, or just gave up and went to the bar ourselves. We felt completely ignored on what was a very busy night however we were a table of 17 so it was going to be a large bill! They waived our final bill when we left which was really the only positive point of the night. The food we did have was lovely, shame about the service!

Antonio was amazing as our waiter and so knowledgeable. We were about to order a few sides, and he was kind enough to inform us how much food we were about to order! Not many restaurants would advise that it's too much! The food was incredible, and all the little extras you get for FREE makes the evening even better. All the staff were very happy and smiley. Thank you, and we'll definitely be back again.

The food (mixed grill) was average, once I received it! There are only so many times the waiters can say "2 more minutes" .... and 5 times is really too many. My dish arrived more than 20 minutes after the last one at our table. Ridiculous - everyone else had finished eating. The dj wasn't great either, just bloody noisy.

Food was just OK, service very poor! One dish came after we'd finished eating, nobody cleared plates and glasses from when we had starters, yet they were bringing mains with no space on the table, no spoons with food served (food for sharing) so how were we suppose to get food off the main food plates..... very amateur!

Me and my family recently dined at a delightful Pamukkale Turkish restaurant, and the experience was truly exceptional. The menu offered a wide variety of authentic Turkish dishes, and the flavors were nothing short of spectacular. Also, big thank you for the waiter Antonio his professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly attitude enhanced our evening, and we would gladly return to the restaurant and hope to be served by him again. We highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for an authentic Turkish dining experience.

We have been here a few times and have always enjoyed it. We went tonight and was disappointed, however, the manager did attempt to rectify. We originally ordered a bottle of Chablis which is our favourite wine, the be told they were out of stock. Although dissappointing, we ordered a bottle of Chardonnay, which if a good bottle is just as good.... The menu stating £25.95 The server arrived with our bottle and as this was being poured, I recognised the label, its the wine we usually drink at home, a good wine, but only £8 in most supermarkets and not what was listed as the chardonnay on offer by the restaurant. My partner raised it with our server, and then spoke to the manager who explained it was a problem with thier supplier, which I fully understand, however, we did not receive the bottle we ordered, and at no point was this pointed out. After speaking to the manager, she apologised, and offered to take the wine off the bill, which we agreed and asked for another bottle provided free of charge due to the misleading and false information on the menu. We ended up with another bottle of the Chardonnay, plus another bottle of Turkish wine on the house. Although we appreciate this gesture of goodwill and the restaurants attempt to rectify this, the situation could have been avoided if at the time of ordering, we were told about the wine situation. Had we not noticed and raised the issue, we believe the restaurant would have charged us full price for the incorrect wine which was not listed on the menu, and a wine of lower quality.

Food was fantastic, as was the service. For wine I would personally recommend the Yakut, a Turkish red wine that is full of red berry aroma, with a nice level of tannins pairing it perfectly with some of the red meat options. Unfortunately, we were all much too full after a starter and main (and several bottles of wine!) to try the desserts, however I am reliably told that the Baklava is a highlight here. The tables are bunched slightly too close together, so it can be a bit tight if busy (and if you are unfortunate enough to be sat near somebody who literally must bathe in cologne, as we were, be prepared to taste that!). However, I cannot fault a restaurant as good as this for wanting to fit more people in (nor for a customer's bathing habits), particularly in these "interesting times" for the restaurant service industry. The unique decor of the Pammukale White Cliffs makes a great talking point and provides a charming atmosphere in which to dine. The staff were very accomodating, attentive, and cordial, providing suggestions when asked. The manager (perhaps owner) also personally bid us a friendly goodbye at the door when we left, which is always a nice touch, making us feel valued. All in all, you certainly cannot go wrong choosing this place for northeastern Mediterranean/Turkish dining in all of Northamptonshire, and we will most certainly be returning.
