Staff were really excellent and very attentive. The set menu was around £45 for 3 courses. Each course is fairly small, but the fact there is three courses makes sure your full up. All the food was excellent. My Thai fish cake starter, duck breast main course and cheesecake were all lovely. It is however exceptionally expensive. Meal for 4 with a bottle of champagne and Rioja came to £345.... Its a lovely place and more recommend for a special occasion..

Chico's Fish Bar & Restaurant

26/08/2018: Thought we would have a late bank hol trip on train to yarmouth and had been recommened chicos . Phoned up booked a table for 7. All ok but was told table needed at 830 , no prob . Sat down quickly ordered then was moved to a better table. We both ordered mousakka and friends ordered the meze platter. Absoultley brilliant . Food was fab as was service . Too stuffed for a pud . Def return and will recommened it. Thankyou.
27/08/2018: Great Yarmouth has so much choice for food and there are a lot of great places to eat. Having read the reviews for Chico's we thought we should give it a go. It did not disappoint, the food is excellent with attentive service and a varied menu. We shared a starter of Tzadziki, as was hoping to have room for a desert. My kleftiko was good but disappointingly small and not on the bone as most I have had in England and Greece. The salad and skin on chips were lovely as were my husbands mussels. Looking at the other food that came out I had just not chosen well, as all other portions of food were generous. Turned out to be plenty (probably because it was so tasty) and neither of us had room for a pudding. (lovely carafe of wine too)

The Kings Arms

05/11/2018: Lucky to get the last table for two on our way home from Caister for Sunday lunch. We both had the mushroom soup which was delicious. Then we both had the beef dinner and as I said in the title the beef was so tender, it was placed on a bed of savoy and red cabbage and topped with a Yorkshire pudding. There were carrots and squash on the side along with roast potatoes. It was all very nice but I personally would have liked the red cabbage not to have had vinegar in it and my Yorkshire pudding was burnt black on one side. Everything was piping hot and the service was very good and staff very friendly.
04/11/2018: First of all I'm sorry you only got a 4 rating as we couldn't park due to your popularity on a Sunday. After eating at the Kings Arms you will taste why it was so busy, the food is really good well presented at plenty of taste, I had the roast beef dinner and it didn't disappoint.
