Palomo Cafe and Bistro in Craigavon

the atmosphere is amazing and the staff are welcoming. the breakfasts are great and there is lots of the different meals and drink or your can sit out side and have a dessert . it has an amazing view in spring as the blossom trees are right in front of the resturant it is very family friendy and i used to go with my dad. evry year.

Went for lunch to Palomo today only I was with a friend would have walked out as the Owner / male waiter was extremely rude and horrible on 2 occasions to me , utterly unacceptable and I will not be back and will tell friends likewise, the female waitress ‘s however were nice and attentive but his behaviour was unacceptable

Went for the steak deal, was OK, steak wasn't brilliant. Ambience and staff good. Nice little Bistro

Was given a voucher for here & truthfully that’s the only reason why I was there. Well that was at the beginning, the staff were so friendly & helpful, the place was comfortable but the most important thing was that the food was really great. Will definitely be back again.

The aroma of the delicious coffee hits you as soon as walk in the door. The service is friendly and efficient, lovely food and professionally presented. The coffee is exactly how coffee should be, definitely the best in Lurgan. On the negative side tables & seats bit too close together for private conversation. Overall a great place to eat during the day and at night.

Stopped in Palomo for a quick lunch with my wife, we both had sandwiches and soup. Inside was cosy and warm, service was efficient and friendly. Will definitely return.

Very good service staff very helpful and the food was lovely. There was live music which was very good indeed.

Came here for a Christmas party with work (9 of us attended) had to pre order via email. We were rang the morning of the event to be told they hadn’t received our order, yet they had responded to email?! They forgot 3 of the starters, and when we brought this to their attention, the menu had been changed. We then had to re-order our dessert on the night. At the end of the night, the bill presented to us was the original order from our email (which they had told us they hadn’t received) when brought to the waitresses attention, she went to both managers to discuss. It took at least 20 minutes for the issue to be resolved, was disgusted that both times the waitress came to our table to discuss the issue the managers did not come over. Horrible customer service, management did not seem to care whatsoever, received no apology for the shambles of our order, definitely would not be back and would not recommend to anyone.

The Palomo Cafe is a must if you are in the Lurgan area. It is welcoming and has a special atmosphere about it. The staff are most helpful and friendly and the food listed on the menu most appetising. Service is excellent and the food produced very acceptable. The experiences of my wife and myself have ranged from coffee and scones to the lunch menu and we have never been disappointed.

Had lunch here just over a month ago with my Mum-quick service and excellent food-can recommend fully to all-friendly staff as well-all in all a very pleasant place to eat

I think the chef here must have an artistic streak about him because my burger was exquisitely designed. It was almost a shame to demolish and eat it. The chips likewise were delightful and above all hot. There is a traditional feel about this cafe/restaurant/bar but the food and drink were all of a good high standard. They stock a range of craft beers from Co. Fermanagh with which I was well impressed. They are definitely worth trying. We had good service from the waiting staff and everything was completed just as we ordered it. The only minor criticism I would have is that the tables were probably a little too close together so it was rather too easy to overhear conversations at the next table, but fortunately on the night visited we were able to move tables but it could be a challenge on a busy night. This is a great place to visit for something as basic as a coffee during the day, a proper meal or a quiet undisturbed beer at any other time. Good value as well.

Looked up the bistro on Tripadvisor and found that we could have breakfast early and as we arrived in Belfast at 6.30am it fitted the bill. Waitress greeted us and after a short time tae arrvised followed by a full Irish breakfast - all great and just what we wanted.

Good food, friendly service in the centre of Lurgan. Steak deal is yummy, as is the banoffe! Atmosphere always nice and pleasant. Bread, scones and tray bakes available to buy.

This is a basic cafe with typical Northern Irish sandwiches, coffees, traybakes, etc., so nothing out of the ordinary. Staff are friendly and nice, place is clean and well decorated. 4 instead of 5 points as there is always a draft in it which makes it chilly and also there are no proper gluten free options. Other than that, all good!

Whilst shopping we needed a quick coffee stop so we popped in here and we were not disappointed. We were greeted by freindy staff and our order came quickly the coffee is outstanding served how it should be. the atmosphere is perfect. So folks go ahead and try it yourselves.

Came here with work for a meeting over lunch and was some what disappointed in the food. For the price we where paying for the wrap I felt I should have gotten more. The service was ok. I got the feeling the waitress was new because she didn’t no very much when we asked her on different foods. The atmosphere in the place was positive

Loved the food in this place on a night out with friends. I had chilli chicken starter then haddock & chips for main it was all delicious. Service was very good too. Music from Andy Whittaker added to a brilliant night out.

After all the rave reviews my husband and decided it was time to visit Paloma. Staff very pleasant but found the menu restrictive. I decided on the fish cakes as my starter only to be told they were unavailable. Decided on Chowder - not enough...

Nosotros encontrar en Lurgan en nuestro aniversario, decidí tratar la Sra. OllyG a una comida. (después de todo, ella ha permanecido en mí por 24 años! ). Nos topamos con esta pequeña joya. El interior es acogedor y amable. El personal era atento y relajado. Tuve un sándwich de ternera con salsa de pimienta, y mi novia y tarta de riñón. Tengo que decir que las patatas fritas eran probablemente uno de los mejores que he comido. El pequeño lado ensalada era fresco y bien presentado.

No hay muchos lugares abiertos un domingo por la mañana, este es uno de ellos y no un desayuno estupendo. Tortitas no están en el menú, y quería a mi hijo. Fueron lo suficientemente amables para hacer de ellos para él. Pedí la tostada francesa que no decepcionará saliendo con fresas y el jarabe de tocino en el lado. Mi marido pidió los huevos benedict, que la salsa puede ser excelente a veces y otros días un poco hortera. El café es bueno y tienen una buena gama de bandeja de pastas.

Excellent as usual. Took my partner, mother and mother-in-law for their lunch. The ladies were given complimentary glass of Prosecco. Had excellent value two coarse meal. Service was excellent, friendly staff and good ambience. Highly recommended.

We went there on Thursday afternoon, the soup was cold and rotting to taste . Ask the fat girl to change it. She came back and said there were no soup left. I said that do with out . Drank up my drink and payed and left, food bad poor service , and expensive for baby portions, need to get a new chief here plus staff, also staff who can talk proper to the people

Been here few times for coffee/ lunch, lovely home baked bread and pastries etc. Some good lunchtime specials but if you stray away from specials it can be expensive. Nice pleasant staff, and very central in town.

On my regular walking route, so call often for coffee, a bowl of porridge and fruit or lunch. Service is excellent, staff very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed.

went in for lunch last week the service was great the waitress couldnt have been more helpful as i had my daughter with me helped us to our seats food was quick and delicious i had the turkey and ham ciabatta sandwich (highly recommended) great vibe and will definitely be back in future great work keep it up :D

The staff here are so nice and kind helping u to your seat, the place was v warm and breathtaking to eat in, we had the beautiful coffee and chicken ham sandwiches so fresh and well made, also had a pint of beer , very cheap for beer and wine, the food is so good and really cheap place to eat . We come to Ireland quite a lot to see family & friends so whenever we pop to Lurgan we always make a visit to Palomo. I usually have stew or homemade soup as it is so so tasty. I'm from England & we do not cook stews like this. The service is really good, the staff are efficient & friendly. Maybe the owner will give me the vegetable soup or Irish stew recipe...! Can't wait to come back, hopefully before the end of the year. Thank you!

Rude, judgemental, arrogant and pretentious. Been a few times now and never had an enjoyable experience so won't be back. Get over yourselves. Whatever you do don't dare have the audacity to ask for something which isn't on the menu.

Palomo's is a lovely place, great seating with speedy service! Lovely food and lovely selection of drinks, could do with adding more of a variety to their menu but other than that a lovely place to go!

Came here with my friends on a Friday night for dinner. I was greeted at the door by a middle aged waitress holding a squeezy bottle and a dirty cleaning cloth . Very unfriendly . What a way to greet customers. I ordered the pork loin which came with mash potato . It tasted like it had been microwaved . Very dissapointing and might I add overly priced . My friends agreed that their food was not good . One had the mussels and said that majority of her mussels had no fish in them just empty shells . The meringue in the Eton mess was chewy and uneatable . The waitress (middle aged with dark hair ) seemed like she was rushing to get home . Cleaning around us and making us feel uncomfortable . Other people have told me about this particular woman and how rude she is . It felt like when we walked in we were unwanted guests . I left Palomo feeling like I had been robbed . I will never be back . Thanks .

Highly recommended! Stopped to read the early bird menu while out for a dander with my cousin. The menu was so good that we decided to go in and try it. (Even though we were v casually dressed). We recieved a lovely warm welcome. I had the mussels starter and my cousin had the Thai fishcakes We tried each others and loved both. We both went for a pasta dish as our main. They were also lovely, freshly made with wonderful flavours.The service was great! Really friendly.

Been here a few times for lunch and service is always great, I'm a big fan of their hot chocolate and delicious selection of panini's.

Had a very enjoyable evening meal at Palomo, with the family. Good range of drinks available. All well served especially the Daffy's Gin. The monkfish special was incredible and the steak deal was excellent value for money. Staff and the ambiance are excellent and it's great to have a restaurant of this quality in a local town.

We had a meal in Paloma and found it over priced and disappointing the 10 oz sirloin steak looked like it was cut by a bacon slicer I have had 10oz steaks in other restaurants in Lurgan which were twice the size. Overall it was disappointing and they must serve the dearest beer in the country at £4 a pint! Far better value for money inplaces to eat in Lurgan than Palomo

Bit of a draft were we sat at. Food was good, just a bit the draft absorbed most of my attention. Haven't been back since, but would consider it if prices were reduced slightly and draft was fixed.

I have been to Palomo for lunch on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed by the quality of the food. It can be a little pricier than other Lurgan lunch spots but the setting is more like a good quality pub. However, the staff can sometimes let it down. Sometimes they appear aloof and rude and on one occasion my order was not exactly what I had asked for (mushrooms instead of avocado in my sandwich), but that said, it tasted good. You can also pick up a couple of freshly made buns to take home on the way out and that is always worth doing. Get the service right and it is a great place to eat.

Called in here with two friends for a wee spot of lunch all I had was soup and sandwiches which were well over priced for what I got. I couldn't reccomend as there are plenty of coffee shops about lurgan all serving same fare just not as pretencious

Visited here several times over the past couple of years. In for dinner twice, both very good meals, but in general we go for breakfast (usually a Sunday morning). Staff efficient, coffee good and the food itself is brilliant. Usually get the poached eggs, bacon and toast, and have always loved it. Bacon is extremely tasty! Slightly salty, but that enhanced the flavour and replenishes those vital sodium levels after a Saturday night. My wife goes for the French toast and sausages. Think cut bread makes for excellent French toast and the sausages are local ad very tasty. All in all, for breakfast, it's definitely one of our favourite places in the area. Highly recommended.

My husband and I found ourselves in Lurgan unexpectedly on a Thursday morning and needed to find a place to have breakfast. This cafe is very conveniently located in the centre of town and looks inviting from the outside. Inside is nicely designed with a bistro style bar and comfortable seating arrangements. The breakfast menu is good and varied. We enjoyed our fried breakfasts, but they weren't the best we've ever had as the bacon was too salty. My husband said that the mushrooms were the best bit. I decided on the small fry and we were both surprised to see that there's not much difference from that and the full Irish option. Both were served on the same size plate. The only real difference was that there were mushrooms, a half of a tomato and an extra slice of bacon on the full size option, not really worth the extra couple of pounds. The service from the lady working could best be described as indifferent, not rude or friendly, just indifferent! This, coupled with the average quality of the food and the strange portion sizes, is why I can only rate this as a 3 star experience for us. Lastly, it was a bit expensive too. Our breakfasts, which included two orange juices and coffees, came to just over £18.

Orders steak bruschetta, buttermilk onion rings, peppered sauce and chips £9.95I have eaten here 6-8 time in the last 6 months, ordered the same thing as above, it has always been really good apart from the frozen bread that the steak is served on.Unfortunately, this time it was a disappointment, it arrived with wedges even though it says chips on the menu, steak was overlooked and tasteless, I believe it was frozen also, the onion rings were way over cooked, the bread was soggy and the peppered sauce tasted like something reheated in a microwave.I called the waitress and said that it was chips that was to come with this meal and not wedges, she responded 'no that's the chips we are doing now we changed suppliers', I said no, those are wedges, they are not chips, response was 'sorry that's all we have'.It's not the end of the world but it says chips on the menu, if I'd of wanted wedges I'd of ordered wedges, so please don't tell me they are chips. Overall very poor and disappointing

Went today for Sunday lunch. The menu was in the form of Brunch which was no big issue. The starters were few and far between. Order was taken and we waited for the food which came in two batches two first then two followed a few minutes later. The food was ok nothing special. Would I rush back i am not sure the whole time the front door was open which was fine for the temperature, however the smoke kept blowing in from those at the front. Overall the food and service were average.

After a slow start we are now palomo fans..tonight 3 of us enjoyed friendly service and good food .. couple all this with a nice atmosphere. ..well worth a try ..

Went in for lunch while in Lurgan and ordered two soup and sandwiches and two Americanos. We were asked if we wanted butter on our sandwiches and we both said no. But when the sandwiches came out they both had huge dolops of butter on them. My prawn and avacado sandwich with salad and lemon mayo was bland and tasteless, with one slice of avocado and no lemon mayo. But loads of butter. My partners bacon, brie and relish sandwich came with no Brie. The soup, while nice, came in heavily cracked and chipped bowls. When we went to pay it came to over £17. Far more than what you'd pay in far better cafes with tastier and more carefully put together meals, and far more than that standard of food and service deserved. Definitely won't be going back there again.

1st visit to Palomo this evening after being recommended by friends & it certainly lived up to expectations. Dined from the early bird menu which is available on Friday & Saturday evenings. Everything was delicious. Will definitely be back.

The best sandwiches in town. The bread is amazing, thick and fresh. Big choice of fillings. Tray bakes also very good and staff friendly. Recognise recurring customers.

Great night in the palomo last night! Food was fantastic and music was just brilliant we will def be back! Thanks to Gerard, Jo and all their staff for a brilliant nights craic and gorgeous food!!

We have been to this place twice & both times has been a pleasure. The menu is limited but makes up for it by 1st class food & drinks. It also doubles as a Wine Bar at night with great cocktails

Went for breakfast here on St Patrick's day, was great and coffee fantastic wish there where more days like this!!

Had heard and read mixed reviews about this restaurant. First off it's local, and right in the centre of town. Food was, I'd have to say fantastic. French onion soup followed by cod absolutely delicious. A good selection of home made desserts which was refreshing to see. Loses a bit on service which I have to say could have been better, we waited about 20 mins between main course and dessert and the staff were not as attentive as they should have been. Restaurant was also cold although it was a frosty night to be fair.Excellent coffee and overall a very good experience, I would recommend it as a place to eat.

Spent last night here with Gypsy wish playing everything about the night was fantastic atmosphere food music and most of all the great service making you feel very welcomed. Have been to many restaurants but this one just takes the crown. Love it

Visited recently for lunch, wasn't overly impressed with the food.It's ok but very plain and bland.I had the lasagne and chips, the lasagne was very dull, couldn't taste any herbs or garlic, just cheese, quite a small portion too. The chips were not good either, very pale as if they'd just been blanched to cook them through but then not finished in hot oil to brown them.The seafood chowder was very thin and watery. Overall, not a great meal. Don't think I'd go again

I decided to try here on a saturday afternoon with three friends. We were out for lunch and drinks and were impressed when we seen they served cocktails so decided to eat and stay there after our food to sample some. We ordered after quite some time and hand waving to get the attention of the waitress ... We had wanted to ask several questions before ordering for example what was the soup of the day, but the staff didn't make themselves available. After we ordered Several people walked in off the street for take away And were gave their good before us, so it took ages for our food to arrive. When the mains were finished (the food was grand) my friends decided they wanted tray bakes we had to wait ages and again trying to get the waitress attention wasn't easy. After another hour trying to get the waitress attention to order cocktails we decided to just leave and go somewhere else. We wanted to spend the afternoon here dining and having a few drinks unfortunately down to poor staff we spent more time waiting about. We won't be rushing back its just a pity the staff let this place down so much

I visited several times during my last visit to Lurgan. The coffee is good, you can smoke at the tables on the street and its bang in the centre of town. That said, the staff do little to make you feel welcome. I got the feeling that they'd all rather talk to each other behind the counter than engage with customers. They are definitely not rude - they just don't engage with customers. The place had no atmosphere and the only reason for my return visits was to have a coffee and smoke a cigarette in between appointments. Having subsequently discovered a Bakery further up the street with outside tables I would probably go there should I return. Friendly staff, a warm welcome and a relaxed exchange of small talk while the counter staff take your order. If I'd made a note of the name I would do a much more positive review of that place.

Ordered prime beef burger with onions my wife ordered the special char grilled chicken an chips.I received chicken burger with cheese and baconShe received chicken burger with peppers onions and cheese.When I asked waitress had I got wrong order she said THATS THE ONLY BURGER ON TODAYAnd walked awayI was speechless Have found this girl and another very ignorant and thick many times before HAVE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY IN PALOMOS OVER THE YEARS WONT BE BACKVERY OVER RATED

Good selection of food, healthy or greasy. Some excellent special offers too. Reasonably priced also.

We have gone here 5 or 6 times and have never been disappointed. The food is always top quality, great value early bird menu (go for the steak!) and a substantial full menu. The owners are friendly and helpful, as are the staff. I highly recommend Palomo if you are looking for excellent gourmet food.

I`m not often in Lurgan long enough to try cafes etc, but was delighted with the food and service we received in Palomo !It was a Saturday afternoon and it was quite busy - both inside and out. We were quickly given a table and drinks order taken. The menu was substantial.We all really enjoyed our food and we would happily recommend this place.They seem to have a good music scene for adults and I would quite like to go back (child free) some evening for one of their cocktails - they looked fab !

Lurgan is the world headquarters for poor service - they just don't get it. Called in for a tea and scone on mid-week morning. Very busy with everyone eating great looking fries. Service was actually very good and food was also good.

this was a favourite of mine but I have found that what is advertised is regularly not available on request. they produce uncovered on the counter and not a good sign in warm weather. the staff are still very nice but extent of menu doesnt justify the prices

Really nice little place, we visited for brunch and enjoyed everything we ordered, homemade soup, great homemade bread, lasagna and sandwiches. Good selection of coffee, soft drinks and wine. We planned to revisit for dinner, be warned, its closed on Sunday evenings - we were disappointed, but the fault was ours, check opening times. Looks like they do an efficient take out service also.

I am a regular visitor and always impressed. The food is very tasty, homemade and always accomodating to customers needs with a large range of food varieties and always cater for specific diet ranges and intolerances. The staff are always friendly, warm and helpful and I love the interior and atmosphere. Service can be sometimes a little slow but the quality of food and service are always of a high standard.

Ordered the hot food buffet with sandwiches and tray bakes at £6.95 per head catering for 10-15 people. The hot food was delicious, a great variety (mini pizza, sausages in chilli, sausage rolls and mini wraps and more) and far far better than average hot buffet providers (supermarkets, frozen etc). The sandwiches were so fresh and a great mix too. I didn't request any preferences with ingredients but don't think it would have been any hassle if I had. Would maybe request a few more plain sandwiches for the non adventurous sandwich people. Then there was the tray bakes and plenty of them. Delicious assortment of treats!All hot food was cleared off the tray. A few sandwiches and tray bakes left over for this morning and still fresh as was provided with sturdy plastic tray and cover so good for transport in car.Would maybe order for less people next time as there is so much of it but that could just be my interpretation of the amount.All in all very satisfied with the taste, presentation and service. (food was put into the car by owner). Total bill was £69.95. But in this case I think I did get what I paid for.Would highly recommend for outside catering services.

For a night out locally, its the place to be, even though we go out as a couple we have ended up meeting folk we dont know and having a good nights craic, with good food and some music what more could have,,

Living in London, I go to this little gem of a restaurant every time I am in Lurgan and always with different family and friends both for lunch and dinner and have enjoyed it every time. Great food, really well cooked and a very nice wine list. The live music on Saturday nights is a bonus and only adds to the great atmosphere of this wonderful little bistro.

A gorgeous choice of menu day or night , the food is gorgeous and well presented - the live music is great - an overall great experience ... We always dined out in Belfast but due to change in family circumstances we decided to check this local place out - and how glad are we !! We get the same experience a few minutes up the road - save on petrol and enjoy or lunch or dinner - a welcoming place and I have been both with prams during the day and without at night - a place worth trying out - we have never been disappointed !!

Avoid avoid avoid... and REALLY avoid if you have children!The staff (which I think were infact the owners) we rude and uninterested.. so much so, they actually make you feel like they didn't want you there. Never in any town or city anywhere in the WORLD have we ever felt like this, totally shocking.I could go on about the extremely bad service all day but you get the gist. I needed to change my small baby and was told there were no baby changing facilities so I would have to change her in the toilet or on the sink unit! I was gobsmacked.. but my baby needed changing so I put her changing mat (thank goodness I had one with me!) beside the sink and lucky there was just enough room, god knows how I would have changed an older baby. After all that, the food and drink were very very average.Even when we walk pass it, my 5 year old says "thankfully we're not going there again Mummy!".. says it all really.

when entering Palomo with a pram i was briefly told by the owner "you'll not get in with that" and he then walked away. We were given no welcome at all and left without being seated or served despite a number of tables being available. when posting an explanation to my complaint on the Palomo Facebook page, it was then deleted!!!! In some years past a sign was displayed in the window which to say that prams were not permitted entry! This sign may have been removed but it is clear that their intentions remain the same! Also to note, No baby change facilities are provided in this establishment! Will never be back!

Went for dinner on a Friday night. Unfortunately the lovely decor was let down by poor food and an unwelcoming atmosphere.

Such a shame to post a poor review here as it could be so much better but...-unwelcoming and at times rude owners-Not baby friendly with signs outside asking for prams to be left outside-Several times I've had extra items added to the bill 'by mistake' according to the owners after a palava and a half to question-Decent food on most occasions and I've been several times in the past 12mthsSo in summary there's better in the town more deserving of paying customers than owners who just shouldn't be in customer service industry.

I have been here on a few occasions, but my friends and I were here on Saturday night and our experience was completely different! The waitress which looked after us was excellent. She made us feel welcome, looked after our every need all night even though it was a busy night and it was only her and the owner on. And at the end made us the best coffee we ever had in this place. In our previous visits the service was poor and sometimes nasty! The food was fabulous also. We will definitely be back.

Well apart from giving us forks to eat our soup (well my partner in dine was having chowder!), the waitress seemed to be unable to understand the statement "I would like a pot of tea please"! Saying that the seafood chowder was delicious and the thai green noodle soup had just enough heat in it to cure my cold.It is almost worth a repeat visit to see if the farce tragique can be repeated!

Been once for dinner, the place is decorated nicely and looks the part. However the service wasn't pleasant and seemed disinterested in being there. Food was nice but nothing special, portions where too small and did not reflect the price. I don't mind paying for a decent meal but Palomo defiantly wasn't value for money, can get a lot more elsewhere. I don't think I'll be back.

Tucked away at the end of the high street, a great wee restaurant with a homely atmosphere and great home cooked fare. Have only been during the day, but have no doubt that standards will be just as high.

I've been to Palomo numerous times. What is wonderful is how different it is for lunch and dinner. It's a gem of a place where you could be forgiven for thinking you were in Paris or Rome or even a trendy part of London. Being family run you always get that personal touch and feeling of gratitude for your custom. The food is consistently excellent but recently we got one of their specials for lunch which was salt and chilli squid. This, in all honesty, is one of the classiest dishes I have ever had and would convert anyone to squid - and quite reasonably priced too. A triumph and a credit to their chef! We'll definitely be back!

Firstly this restaurant is not baby friendly..Secondly the staff in this cafe are nasty..Thirdly the food is not fresh..Monday 2nd September, my friend and I both met up here for lunch with our babies.. We were told they only had one high chair and there was no baby changing facility..Ordered our food.. Food arrived.. Too salty.. I didn't complain.. Ordered tea.. Two small milk jugs sitting on the table.. Poured the milk and the milk was beyond off.. It was curdled.. Clearly they did not clean and put the milk away from Saturday.. (I wouldn't like to think what else they could have left out and serve to customers) and I didn't even get an apology for the off milk..I then asked for a vanilla latte instead (which my friend had ordered and got with my tea) and when I received mine, it was far too sweet.. I complained because I couldn't drink it.. She apologised by saying oh I asked the girl how she made and she made it right and thats the way we all make it so next time just tell her you only want half a shot because that's how I take it.. Bear in mind, my friends coffee tasted nothing like mine and I do eat out and I have been to several other coffee shops and I do know what a vanilla latte tastes like.. But I just agreed and said ah right okay and that was that.. So when the bill came, she says oh I didn't charge you for the vanilla latte and I thought to myself id like to think not since you took it away and I didn't drink it.. And when I checked the bill, she charged me for the tea with the off milk instead.. Obviously I complained and she said yes but I didn't charge you for the vanilla latte because there was nothing wrong with it.. I thought customers are always right? In conclusion I will not be returning.. The blonde woman was very rude, she made me feel very unwelcome and to be honest any wonder that coffee was empty during lunch rush hour.. A very horrible place.

We have been here several times, as I grew up in Lurgan and live in Dublin. It's a lovely little wine bar/restaurant, a very cosmopolitan experience for Lurgan. It's got a great ambiance, and very good value for money. They have jazz musicians periodically, hopefully next time we'll be there for it.
