The best authentic Sri Lankan cuisine in the whole Wembley 🇱🇰😍 I will especially recommend rolls, mutton fry, Kerala fish curry with coconut milk, paratha, appam and Falooda 😋🤤 We live in Norway , and every time we visit London we have to visit Palm Beach 😃

We had our son’s 13th birthday party at the Wembley Palm Beach Restaurant. The manager was helpful and easy to communicate, and helped us plan our party according to our requirements. We had the party in their upstairs hall, which was well equipped. A great service was provided by Vasanth who was extremely polite, friendly and professional. He took care of the whole service at the party hall and did an excellent job! As always the food was delicious and all the guests enjoyed it! Thank you Palm Beach!

I met up a friend here for dinner recently. I have eaten here before many years ago and they were big for their dosas and briyani. This time my experience was quite mediocre. The place was easy to fine and had good seating. There was no cumin/chilli smell upon entering and leaving the premises. We ordered a mutton briyani and a fish briyani and shared a starter. The starter came with 2 pieces of vadai and some coconut condiment. This starter was good and spicy. We ordered masala teas and a lassi drink. Dessert was an ice cream. The mains arrive pretty fast after we ordered but initially no one came to take our order and we had to flag them to come around to take our dessert order. Waiters were friendly but somehow not so attentive. The briyanis were nice but my friend found a piece of hair at the end of her meal which spoiled her experience. The management was kind enough to waive off the charge for one of the mains however, the fun was already gone upon this unfortunate discovery. Masala teas were good and worth every penny. It could have been cheaper considering it was a very common drink in Wembley and you could get that for 80p in the cafes along the high street. It was gbp3 for a tea here. The dessert was nice but frozen . It didnt look like it was freshly made. Fresh isn't the selling point for this place. It is a hit and miss so you could still try it out. If it wasn't for the hair/ hygiene issue they would have been good as the food was quite authentic.

Had a mixed experience at this restaurant. The Kizhi Parotta, the main course, was absolutely delightful - flavorful and well-prepared. However, the Butterfly Prawn Fry starter was a letdown. It seemed like a ready-made dish, perhaps from a frozen aisle, lacking taste and poorly presented. Hope they can improve the quality and presentation of their starters.

Tasty food but overpriced need to change the cramped ambience

Worst service, they never follow the rules for 1st come 1st served. We get into line & after me, there are 4 people who speaking with their own language so he welcomes them 1st. It's not good who runs the restaurant like partiality behavior.

Worst place to come dont recommend it as the staff here (ashwin) is very rude he told us to leave the table when we’re already sat here and been told multiple times (he kept coming around where we were sat) and told us to move to the table where it is right next to the toilet

We found hair in mutton rolls and the bottom of the cups were dirty.The food took a long time to arrive.We ordered things but afterwards they never arrived at our table.

It was my first time trying South Indian/Sri Lankan food. The Waiter was very patient, jovial, and professional throughout our time with him. There were over a hundred items on the menu and I had no idea what to order. The waiter suggested "Kothu" and I decided to trust him. I had mixed kothu (chicken and mutton) while my husband had seafood kothu. It was so tasty and filling, I had to google it to understand the recipe and how it was made. I will definitely make a return trip.

Asked for a mild prawn curry. The prawn curry was extra spicy. When asked the waiter to return, chefs instructions were that the prawn curry was made spicy. I am used to spicy food. However, I was sweating after one spoon of your curry. Even after mixing this with yoghurt, it was still unbearable, gave me palpitations and it felt like smoke was coming out of my ears and nostrils. It has given me an upset stomach since. This should be made clear to customers who clearly state what spice level they wish. Waste of money. Left hungry

Need some more authentic Indian dishes

Fantastic flavours and large portions. The prices are good and there are lots of different options for vegetarians and meat eaters. We had a wonderful time and I'm looking forward to coming back!

Food is nice, portion is good however, the restaurant should maintain the hygiene, plate wasn't washed properly we had to ask for plates, also cup was dirty specially at the bottom. Please do a proper cleaning before giving back to customers. Also, notice that although service staff clean the table, they did not clean the floor, there were lot of food waste at the table.

First to start with the location it is very easily accessible as it is near the wembley railway station. To tell about the atmosphere they have a unique decor that enhance the dining experience. When about service the restaurant staff are very friendly and attentive and they are really concerned about our requests. To highlight the variety of dishes offered (both veg and non-veg) were very tasty and with good quality. I'll for sure recommend this restaurant to my friends and family. And will be a regular customer.

Simping waiters not even giving ordered food right

The only thing good about this place was the waiter who was extremely polite, professional and helpful. The music was too loud and I was struggling to have a conversation with my friend. Food was bland, disappointing and malnourished. The mutton roles were okay, prawn devilled did not taste the way it should have tasted, there was no spice to it, it just tasted sweet. Seafood kothu tasted bland and felt like a massive pile of mush. Mixed kothu mainly contained chicken and the chicken was dry. We both ordered extra hot kothu however what we received was just mildly spiced. I went to use the toilet and a male worker just came out of it. The toilet seat had urine over it and there were curry stained tissues on the floor. Today we both have an upset stomach. We definitely won't go back there again. I had kothu a thousand of times and this was definitely the worst one I had ever tried.

A restaurant not to be missed! We stop by every time we come to London. The dishes are delicious with a wide choice, unheard of even in Paris. The staff is very professional, pleasant and attentive. Very fast service. I recommend it to anyone who wants to taste real Sri Lankan/Indian dishes.

“VERY BAD” I went to this restaurant yesterday with my family and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. First of all, the staff had the worst attitude ever. If you needed anything during your meal and tried to call them over, they would completely ignore you. It's like they knew you were going to ask for something they didn't like. And then there's the issue of the long waiting time. Our food was ready and just sitting there near the counter, but nobody bothered to serve it for what felt like forever. We finally had to ask them ourselves, and even then it took them more than 10 minutes to bring it over. And to top it all off, when the noodles finally arrived, they were served plain with absolutely nothing. No sauces, no condiments, nothing. It was like they couldn't care less about providing a decent meal. In the end, I had to ask them to pack up the food so I could eat it at home with my own ketchup and sauces. This place clearly doesn't care about their customers or providing good service. It's like a chaotic market, so do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant, especially if you're with your family.

Truly authentic South Indian and Sri Lankan sea food. We had fish curry and anchovy fry, which were both very good

The food was undeniably delicious, and although the service was a bit slow during peak hours, the staff was friendly. However, there was an issue with the timing of the food arriving; it didn't all come at once. The customer service was generally good, but there's room for improvement in terms of attentiveness. On a downside, the restaurant's ventilation systems need enhancement, as our clothes carried a lingering smell after the visit.

This is a south asian country restaurant. We can eat there plenty of Indian and srilankan dishes there... Chicken biryani,lamb biryani,deer biryani, variety of fried rices,plenty of veg options, hot drinks and cool drinks you can get there, can say one of the best indian food restaurant out there. If you go around there you want to give a try there. A must try place 👍

I recently visited this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. I particularly enjoyed their kottu rotti which was bursting flavours and beautifully presented.

The service and experience was wonderful. We were seated immediatly and the hall was very clean. The food was very nice and we were provided with wonderful service overall.

I really don't wanna give any sort of star for the experience I had. Was ridiculous. We book the party hall for my husband surprise birthday party. By the time we reached there some other people there having their lunch. Completely unacceptable cause we confirm in person 3 time still they messed it. Still they told us to wait and they will clear the table and we were waiting more than 45 min and nothing changed and no body bother to come and check either all the surprise was messed up and I got to change the plan and visited the Madras restaurant ( BTW it was really good and very welcoming). We were about 25 people and palm beach spoiled our day will never ever visit there anymore and also will never recommend to anyone from my friend and family. I was Completely disgusted...!!!!

We came from Sydney to eat here. The food was delicious, especially the Idiyappam Kothu and Chicken 65. Service was also very good.

I have been frequenting this spot for years and it never disappoints. The service is always friendly, accommodating and warm (special thanks to Vasanth), the prices are VERY reasonable and have remained so despite the financial crisis and strains in the country. The atmosphere is really cosy with traditional music playing at a good volume (not too high but not too low). The food is always tasty with the rich, exotic flavours of Sri Lanka. I recommend the Dosa and the Kothu especially.

Went here expecting good srilankan food with friends and had very bad experience. Staffs were unwelcoming and gave us rude expression while serving. The menu has no description about the dishes so when we asked about a dish to the staff he was not sure and couldn't answer. We ordered devilled paneer which was sweet and did taste like chilly paneer, when we asked the manager about it he said devilled and chilly paneer both are same dishes. We understood that neither the staff nor the manager knows anything about what they serve there. Two of our friends had upset stomach after eating their schezwan chicken fried rice. overall it was not worth it and we will never go back.

I had dinner experience in this restaurant in Wembeley. It was a restaurant with mainly Sri Lankan and South Indian dishes. I was having chicken pittu kottu as main meal and Marai varuval as a starter. Recommended!!

We came all the way from Kent to dine in. But we were very disappointed with the service and the food. We came very hungry from a tour, but it wasn't satisfied at all. Sri lankan restaurant is mainly famous for kothu rotti, but the kothu we were served was completely a different dish, more like a mashed and slimy food. Service wasn't that great too, needs improvement definitely. My bill was over 100.00, I don't mind paying but this was really bad.

Really it was a very good experience in having dinner last night with my kid. Service people greeted us very much and especially I like the fish set meal. Fish curry is so tasty and yummy. My son liked even chicken fried rice. They prepared the food as we requested. Waiters shown their patience in listening to the order. Totally it's a very good👍 experience and hope to visit once again.

Hey, so yesterday we went to Palm Beach Restaurant and ordered the mutton devils. But guess what? I found worms in my dish! It was disgusting. I really think you should be careful and check your food thoroughly before you eat it. Hey there! So, the Wembley food and safety council really needs to check their cooking area. I mean, it's pretty important, right? We want to make sure that the food we eat is safe and prepared in a clean environment. But it seems like they haven't been doing a great job at keeping things in order. It's definitely not something to be happy about. Let's hope they step up their game and make sure everything is up to par.

Extensive Sri Lankan and Indian menu. We visited on a Monday night and the place was busy. Waiters were friendly and patient whilst our host ordered Sri Lankan style with ordering staggered over 1 hour. Food was served in large quantities and was tasty . We ordered a squid dish and the green chillies knocked my socks off🔥🔥.Highly recommended.

We went in for lunch and ordered three dishes. We ordered mild but everything was hot. I asked the waiter who brought us the but he didn’t really speak English. We decided just to eat. There was one dish we couldn’t eat at all. When the waiter who took our order brought our bill he asked how everything was. I informed him everything was hot even though we had asked for mild. He brought the order to show he had ordered mild but didn’t do anything else. The owner/manager came to our table to ask how everything. I informed him of the error. He asked me to give him a minute. He started talking to someone else. After a minute or two he looked at me and walked away. So we just left. On a side note the washrooms were disgusting.

Very busy restaurant, very nice tasty food , specially Kizhi Parotta. Fish puttu Koththu also very nice. Freshly made and tasted excellent. I would visit again . only thing is very crowded and noicy environment. Because of the size they have tiny tables and chairs. But seems to be popular with people so it doesn't matter.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and sitting and eating atmosphere but the service is appalling, didn’t get my starters, additionally the food is insanely dead, probably the worst Sri Lankan food I have ever had, malnourished tiny mutton rolls and soggy kothu. I was with a group of work colleagues. FOOD: Their DUM CHICKEN BIRYANI was superb. It was delicious and a good enough portion to enjoy the taste and still not to make so full! It was only medium spicy with both rice and chicken properly cooked! VENISON FRY was excellent too. Properly cooked, tasty and a good sized portion to share for 2-3 people I would say, although we were more than 3! POROTTA was just okay. I like it to be bit more thin. Their's on that day was layered but a bit thick and so it didn't taste as good as I prefer! I am a porota fan and so it was just okay on my visit. We ordered some RABBIT dish but I can't remember the name of the dish, because the dish itself wasn't anything remarkable! SERVICE: Staff were attentive but had to remind them about one of the dishes afterwards and also had to ask about the take away we ordered (to be fair, it was prepared ready but we had to ask for it to be handed over!). Probably it was a busy time when we ate in. Enough SEATING capacity, however, I wish if there was a hand washing sink outside the toilets, instead of us going inside the toilet to wash hands. But they have two separate TOILETS for the customers which is a good thing ! Indoor decoration wasn't an overkill- in fact it is quite good! PARKING: Pocket roads close to the restaurant or leading to Ealing Road has several parking slots which you must pay and display. Given its a busy area of Wembley, I have noticed parking ticket officers checking around quite often! Also remember, many of these roads have one way traffic!
